Wait....into the portal again? But they hadn't even done anything with Mr. Murdoch yet--well his snacks were all gone now.

Standing up and walking over to where they would be restarting the portal, August turned back to the Groundskeeper and decided to appologize for the Ancient Runes Professor's hastey departure. "Sir, sorry for eating all your snacks and taking you away from your..." he tried to remember what the man had been doing when they showed up. "Reading." Yeah he had a newspaper with him.

After that, the Gryffindor turned to face the archway and pointed his wand at the wood's surface. "Intaglio." And as he concentrated on the rune, his wand carved the sign of Ehwaz into the arch.

Now he just needed to get some blood ready to trace it. He looked at his sore finger and frowned. No, he really didn't want to prick it again; besides there wasn't much to do it with here. Just before Kurumi had disappeared into the thing a few seconds ago he had seen her take some of the red paint on the small table beside him.

He walked over, retrieved some and then traced the rune with a finger covered in the stuff. Ok now to make it work.

'Ehwaz...Ehwaz...Ehwaz...Ehwaz.'

There was a slight hum and then portal came to life sending Auggie through to Buckinghamshire.

I think I got everyone! *hopes* & I'll grab Arya my next post! *promises*
 

BWAHAHAHA!!

Seeing that look on Oliver's face had to be the funniest thing Waylon had seen that day. He did work around a bunch of kids, after all, so there were funny things to be seen all the time. But that face! He should have let his friend eat it. And he was thinking it even more as the dog cookie was tossed onto the floor. "Why wouldn't I put them there?" It was the snack cart, so snacks went there. Including dog ones. He eyed up the cookie on the floor, "You're going to clean that up."

Or he wouldn't. Either way, Biscuit would eat it when he was done chasing the birds that were in the vegetable garden.

Which he then pointed towards when Beezus asked where he was. It was about time, too. Surely everyone knew that he had a dog, even if this was their first time in his hut. Why else would he have dog cookies just laying around? Unless they thought he ate them. Which he did not! Eww. Shuddering just at the thought of eating them, he had no idea how Oakey had chewed it, the smell alone was atrocious, Waylon picked up his newspaper once more, and was just about to drape it over his face when he heard that they were all leaving.. and August, - ha! he remembered his name! - apologizing for eating all his snacks. Dear Merlin! Those kids were greedy. Still, he waved his hand dismissively in the boy's direction. "That's what they were there for." And then August was gone, leaving only a few students remaining.

One of those students being a passed out Laura..

Waylon flinched slightly as the girl hit the floor, and he threw Aaron a look when he yelled that he thought she was dead. Couldn't they tell the difference between someone fainting and someone dying? Perhaps he should take the boy into the Forbidden Forest to see if he can see Thestrals. Sighing, almost agitatedly, he could have sworn Laura was just out to torture him, she had killed his plants before and then lied and said the monkeys had done it, the Groundskeeper pushed himself off the sofa and moved to kneel beside her.

"Laura." he gave her shoulder a little shake before summoning one of the sofa pillows and placing it under her head. "If she doesn't come to in two minutes, you go get the Healer, Aaron." And he better not go screaming at the woman, he didn't think she would like that.

And Oliver! "Why does everyone pass out in front of you?" On second thought, he didn't want to hear his answer..

Laura heard someone say about her dying and she wanted to scream at him and say that she wasn't died but they were idiots but well she couldn't, that was until someone was shaking her, she didn't like that and so she openned her eyes and said softly. "I ain't a rag doll Mr." Laura sighed she was feeling sick.

"Mr, Sir." Laura was trying to figure out who the man was until it hit her. "Sir, I feel sick." Laura didn't like how she felt. "What happened?" Oh yeah something about a portal and going through it well Laura just wouldn't go through it, nope she wasn't going through the portal again.

Lily hustled to keep up with the rest of the class. She didn't want to be left behind in the grounds-keeper's hut. So she moved over to the portal and took out her wand. Carefully, using "Intaglio.." the ravenclaw managed to carve out Ehwaz into the wood. Then she carefully pricked her finger and traced the rune before preparing to go through the portal. Concentrating, Lily started muttering "Ehwaz....Ehwaz..." while she focused on her destination, Buckinghamshire. Once she felt ready, she stepped into the portal and disappeared from the hut.

Ira was getting seriously lazy. And to top it off, this was finals! And yet, here she was, among the last ones! Ira hurried up as she saw that most of the others had already moved on.

"Intaglio..." she cast the spell, with her wand out, moving it slowly to form the shape of the rune Ehwaz. When she was done, Ira pricked her finger a little to squeeze a bit more blood out of her finger. She took a deep breath and hissed at the small pain, then quickly tapped the blood onto the Ehwaz carving.

She took out a tissue out of her bag and kept it against her finger to stop blood, and thought of Buckinghamshire for a moment and then said "Ehwaz...Ehwaz..." she said, all the while concentrating on the place she wanted to go.

Nothing happened, so for a moment, she thought that somehow she had done something wrong, but then the air started to change somehow and she got this weird feeling, and then she was gone.

Sierra had been standing to the side all along, trying desperately to figure out what in the name of Merlin was going on. She eyed Jenkins and then the groundskeeper. Had Jenkins been about to eat the dog biscuit? Ha. She smirked when Murdoch verified that. Then she turned her attention back to Jenkins. They were off again? Hmm. She gave a small smile of acknowledgment to Murdoch then got to work.

"Intaglio!" she said with a point of her wand. She began to repeat the rune's name, Ehwaz, over and over and she made the shape of the rune's symbol. Without another thought, she pricked her finger then smeared the blood into the rune. "Ehwaz, Ehwaz, Ehwaz," she said, concentrating on the rune and its meaning. This time, though, she focused on their new location, Buckinghamshire.

She continued to let her thoughts remain there until she suddenly vanished, hoping to reappear in the correct place.

Oakey looked to Alyssa once more his mouth full of the snack he just ate. Dawg Tweats!?!? He bit down once more. It was okay... it wasn't good but it wasn't bad either. He took the treats he had pocketed and placed them back on the table, He didn't look disgusted at the fact that he just ate a dog treat, in fact Oakey just had this content look on his face. Then he began looking for an area or thing he could dispose of the treat in his mouth.

He couldn't spot a trash bin right away, and it seemed aside from Laura and Aaron that he was one of the last to go through the portal. If only he had brought his nap-sack with him through to Merdog's hut with him He'd spit it up in there and be on his way. Instead Oakey just walked to the nearest window opened it and spat the treat out of his mouth.

It wasn't to bad, It kind of tasted like chicken, no beef, or was it pork Oakey lied, he had no clue what the flavor of it was or even if it had one. You're pup has got it good here.

Oakey turned his attention back to the archway in Merdog's hut. Intaglio! he spoke as he cast his wand at the archway and carved Ehwaz into it. Taking his finger where he intentionally gave himself the papercut. He squeezed it to get the blood flowing out of the small cut, smearing the blood over the rune.

Before he concentrated on the runes name and Buckinghamshire. He turned and waved good-bye to Merdog. Thank's for letting us use your Hut Mr. Merdog

Turning back around he concentrated on the rune. Ehwaz, Ehwaz, Ehwaz, He said aloud three times. Then he closed his eyes and started thinking of Buckinghamshire, and stepped through the wall.
