I'm more than sure,of course I am." He didn't want to take it over the limit,but yet he still wanted to trick her to the point of having Caroline believe in his every move that she would be in complete an utter disbelief.

"I mean-I thought we had a very strong love/hate relationship an now I just know it's a pure love relationship-things can change between us.Granted we only have a few short months together but,you know,I'll live with what I have until you go your way after graduating.." But then Adam saw the look on her face,an a smile was creeping in his mind,but his facial expression looked completely hurt.

"I mean-you-you do like me too,right?All this time I thought an am hoping you like me..." How would he take that blow if she told him she didn't feel the same way.

It was almost like her face was frozen like that. And in the past 10 minutes of her mouth hanging open like this she wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't. For the first time since she had met the boy the was actually being serious about something.

She just stared.

Looking down at the floor. "Adam I don't know what to say?" She was quite flattered but Adam like that? She'd always thought of him as a little brother.

She started breathing heavily and shaking. What in the name of Merlin was going on? She couldn't breathe.

Did Caroline not know that,when it came to this sort of situations,Adam could get impatient extremely quickly.But if they were going to make it as a couple if would have to calm down his temper,or their relationship would go nowhere.

He gave her these sad,begging puppy look eyes,asking for something of her.Slowly,Adam pt his hands around hers an said in a soft tone,almost as if pleading for a response from her. "Say something..D-don't just leave me hanging,wondering what could or will be of us..." he took another glance at their intertwined hands.

Caroline still had no idea what to say. Deep down inside she didn't want to hurt his feelings. But she didn't want to sugar coat anything either. Adam was like a little brother to her.

He's little puppy dog looks wasn't helping her any. Now had was taking her hand. Oh no he don't

She hauled off and slapped him in the face. She really didn't know where that came from it just happen.

REALLY!? That was his second slap that year,an although she didn't hit him that hard it still has a little zing to his cheek.His palm automatically went up to his cheeks as he cried in pain, "OWWWW!!"

Honestly,woman-I was only joking..Acting..Come on-seriously?You actually thought [I]I [/I ] liked you." He was laughing yes,even if he was in minor pain,he was laughing at how easily Caroline had fallen into his trap. "We hate each other..An really..After everything going on in my life right now-you think I would really ruin it....Or at least make it worse.I needed a laugh..an you provided me with one."

Caroline was furious. She grabbed her goblet of butterbeer. She stood up and dumped it on his head, "You little JERK" She sat the goblet back on the table. "You play with my emotions. YOU KNOW THAT I STILL HURT OVER THINGS. AND YOU PULL THIS CRAP"

Her eyes were getting watery and it wasn't from being sad, it was all anger. "YOU ARE A JERK, BURN. A PURE JERK"

Adam was outraged that she had even gone as far as throwing butterbeer all over his clothes,an first an most importantly,his voluminize red hair.Becoming very flustered he tried to grab a few napkins,anything to save his hair,anything.But none of it seemed to work for him.He looked around the small tea shop,hoping no one had seen that.

"I don't know what you're hurting over.Maybe if you told me something before I started pulling my prank I may have not done it...!" He snapped back at her,pointing a dangerous wet napkin at her.

"I paid for your food-that's the least jerk-ish thing I've done for you today.." What was going on? He was losing his snappy,hotheaded comebacks they had been faltering all school year an he needed to get back on track. "It's no wonder you're in Slytherin-you're full of anger an seriousness....Fits the part." Was that any better than the first?Who knew.

Zhenya had decided not to go somewhere like the Three Broomsticks. So she went to Madame Puddifoot's instead.

She took a seat near the window and pulled out her book to read. She was going to wait for her friends before she ordered. But she WOULD be ordering something soon.

Laura walking into Madame Puddifoot's she had promised that she would meet her Friend for Life Zhenya here, hopefully Zhenya wouldn't be there already or she would feel guilty for being late, looking around she spotted Zhenya and walked upto her. "Sorry I'm late." She sighed, "I got lost on the way here." Seriously why had Zhenya chose here and not the three brothers or whatever the other place was called. "I hope you haven't been waiting long." Laura giggled as she sat down.

Zhenya smiled as Laura walked in - her very good friend, life long friend to be exact. "Hi Laura! No not long, only a day or two," she joked. She looked around the quite empty tea-shop, "I didn't want to go somewhere busy like the Three Broom Sticks, because I'm not a fan of crowds."

She got up and ordered a pot of tea, and came back, "Did you want anything?" she asked.

Laura giggled and gave Zhenya a small kick in the leg. "Silly if you was here for two days I'm sure the owner would come and see what you are doing, plus I'm sure it's closes every night."

Laura looked at Zhenya and smiled, "I don't like crowds that much either but I best get used to them, I'm on the Hufflepuff Quidditch Team only problem is my sister is on the Ravenclaw one." That was going to be interesting when she took on her sister in a match.

Laura didn't answer the Question instead she order for her foot and drink and then payed for it before she came back with a tray with two slices of cheesecake on and the pot of coffee and a pumpkin juice on, handing a slice of cheesecake to Zhenya she smiled as she sat back down.

"YOU ARE? I'm on the Slytherin Quidditch team," she said happily, kicking her back under the table and poking out her tongue. "I'm going to play against you though. What position are you?"

Laura passed her a slice of cheesecake, and her eyes lit up. She put own her cup of tea and grabbed a spoon, "Oh thanks Laura! You really are a great friend," she said with a wink. She took a spoon of cheesecake and said "mmmmmmmmmm"

Laura sighed, seriously playing quidditch wasn't going to be fun if all her friends were playing on different teams, she didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings. "I play chaser." Laura smiled as she looked at Zhenya. "What about you?"

Laura giggled. "Well your my friend for life." Laura stuck her tongue out at Zhenya when she did it to her. "Your a great friend too." Laura said as she took a spoonful of her cheesecake, it was great.

"I play beater!" she said. Laura was her only real friend from another house on a team. She hoped they would play against each other a lot, just because that meant they were both doing well, right? Hopefully, anyway.

"Well, you are a great friend too," Zhenya said, mocking a posh british accent and laughing.

Laura looked at Zhenya and giggled. "That is great." Laura had never wanted to play beater before, seriously why would someone want to give her a bat? that would be the worst thing ever too do.

Laura give Zhenya another small kick under the table. "One is not amused." Laura said in a sarcastic voice but before she knew it she was laughing her head off.

Zhenya laughed so hard that she dribbled some of her tea. Laura had chosen a bad time to kick her and talk in a sarcastic voice, she had just sipped a huge mouth full of tea. But no, LAURA had to make her laugh and now she was losing it!

She fell sideways off her chair and landed on her sore wrist, but laughed too much to care. "Oh I do say," she said poshly though fits of giggles.

When she had calmed down enough she said "You watch yourself Laura, my bat might just make contact with your bad ankle!" she said and tipped her head back to let out an evil cackle.

Laura looked at Zhenya and smiled. "I don't care." Laura sighed, she had no idea if Zhenya would or not but she was sure she was joking. "So what do you want to do in Hogsmeade today?" Laura decided that since there was no Cinema in Hogsmeade they couldn't go see a film.

Zhenya didn't know what they could do today. "what about honeydukes? Or... Well I'm not sure. I've never really been anywhere but here and the three broomsticks. What about you?" she asked.

Vashti honestly wasn't sure why she was here. She wasn't on a date - she wasn't here with anyone at all in fact - and yet she felt compelled to at least stop by Madame Puddifoot's just to see if it was still like it was the previous year. And for the most part, it seemed to be...minus the fact that she was alone this time.

Now that she'd seen it...should she leave now or stay for a bit? It seemed like it'd be depressing to hang out here all by herself, and yet, strangely, she didn't want to leave just yet... Weird.

Evelyn roamed around Hogsmeade until she came across Madame Pudifoots. She stood outside looking at the cute little shop. She wrapped her coat tightly around her. It was really cold and she could do with a cocoa.

The sixteen year entered Madame Pudifoots and walked towards the first empty seat. She sat down before she realized that there was someone sitting nearby. A girl about her age. "Erm..sorry but is someone joining you?"

Just when Vashti had decided to get up and leave, another girl abruptly sat down at the table with her. Oh. Well, maybe she wouldn't leave after all, not now that she had someone to talk to.

Of course, that depended on if the girl even wanted to talk to her.

"No, not that I know of," she replied with a smile. "Are you waiting for anyone?" Because if she was, Vashti wouldn't mind moving. She had been ready to leave just a few moments ago anyway.

Evelyn smiled back at the girl and removed her coat. When the girl asked if she was waiting for anyone, Evelyn shook her head. "Nope. I just thought I'd stop here for a hot drink." She placed her coat on the back of her chair.

Hm. Maybe she should introduce herself. "I'm Evelyn. Evelyn Wellington." She said, extending her hand.

She wasn't waiting for anyone either? Well that was good. Or maybe it wasn't? Vashti wasn't sure. Anyway. "I might get one too then." A hot drink, that is. It was rather chilly outside, and she was still feeling a bit cold even though she had been inside for a few minutes.

Oh, introductions? That was probably good. Vashti was sure she had never met the girl before. Perhaps she was new? "Nice to meet you," she said, shaking Evelyn's offered hand. "I'm Vashti Greenwell." Then, after a moment, she added, "What year are you in?" She was curious. Evelyn appeared to be around her age, but she wasn't sure if she was in the same year as her or not.

Evelyn shivered a little. Even though it was considerably warmer inside the shop, she was still feeling a little chilly. "Yeah. It's pretty cold outside and I seriously would love a cocoa right now."

"It's nice to meet you too, Vashti. I like your name." Evelyn added, with a smile. When Vashti asked what year she was in, Evelyn said, "I'm a sixth year." She leaned back against the chair and asked, "How about you?" Vashti looked to be around her age or maybe older..a sixth or a seventh year, probably.

Entering the small little tea shop August was a tad bit freak out at how girly and frilly everything was.

Umm...this is where he and Taryn were going to have their first date? He had asked some older kids and they said this was the place. Hmpf. August walked over and found a table, for he was meeting his girlfriend here, and then waited, eyes scanning the place.
