Minerva tired to smile at him. "I know I have great friends who understand I just don't want to be the downer, the one everyone worries about all year." Minerva put her head on his shoulder she was exhausted. "Harvey want to run with me? We could just head down the street, you and me together."

Harvey was happy when her head went to her shoulder.. another question.. he thought about it.. "We wont worry about you.. we will knock the worry out of you" he said smiling before continuing "Run away with you? As much as I would LOVE to be with you wherever you go... I kind of promised your mom I would make sure you studied at school.." he said to her.. as he wondered would he be able to leave school and run away with her.. well he DID love her!.

Minerva looked up at him and kissed him. "Think about it. You and me just the two of us. No one to judge us, no one to say we are to young, no one feeling like a third wheel, just us together." She kissed him again trying to talk him into it.

Harvey's heart beat so fast as she kissed him.. and she told him to think about what she was thinking.. she then kissed him again "Oh boy... Mins... I would love nothing more than to be with you." he said as he moved a little closer.. "But Mins... think about it... you JUST tried and you couldnt do it.... will you be able to run away from all your friends.. Justin, Ame, Alyssa... I mean she JUST decided to come back and now you want us to run away.." he said to her as he looked into her eyes "So what do you think? do you think you could do it?" he asked her.. what would he tell her mom if they ran off together... and ruined their schooling.. plus out there they would be an easy catch for Alberto and his people.. to catch Minnie and on top of that Harvey himself.. her family would have gone into hiding for nothing if they catch Minnie.. "I dont think its a good idea to be on the run.. I think it would be better for us to be at Hogwarts Mins.." he said to her gazing at her..

As soon as Stella had continued to talk about his cousin, Matt couldn't help but chuckle because it was pretty amusing after all; at least his cousin seemed to move away from insulting his girlfriend which was good because that was quickly becoming annoying and there was no need for that. "Well I think she just likes to hear herself talk at this point and it doesn't matter if anyone hears her. Though I think she actually decided to be nice at one point, she bought me a new cage for Gidget and I ended up with brand new robes for the term." That was totally unlike her, although it was less that he had to buy for himself so all in all; it wasn't a bad thing by any means. As the subject of hanging out and his friends had come up though, he completely forgot about his cousin being strange and just focussed on that because honestly it was a much better subject. "Well my friends like you, so I'm sure we could just compromise at some point and all hang out together; it would be fun since I don't want to think that I'm ignoring people because of the way that I choose to organize my time." He certainly thought that was a good idea because he wanted to spend more time with his friends but at the same time also wanted to get in some more time with his girlfriend since they wouldn't be seeing each other until the next holidays after he graduated, but right now he just wanted to focus on this term. There was a lot that could happen and he was looking forward to it all.

Speaking of Hogwarts and the upcoming term. He still couldn't seem to forget the baby elf last term and how much trouble it had caused but honestly at least it was being looked after by a student. "Of course he wouldn't let that happen, unless somehow he forgets. It's always a possibility that there could be a repeat. Although from the time that I've spent at the school, I could tell you that there's never been a repeat of the previous term's events." That definitely would have been interesting if he could have been proved wrong by that statement although he knew it was as close to the truth as it possibly could be. It seemed as though as he finished considering his previous thought, the whole mention of house points and whatnot had returned and he couldn't help but just laugh. "I do know that and I never expected you to make it easy for me, I like a good challenge. However I also know that Slytherin will be sweeping the Cups so, just informing you in advance." A mixture between a devious smirk and a playful grin quickly formed on his lips and it was definitely interesting; sure they were in different houses so it allowed for this competition that was just fun. When Gidget seemed to be paying attention to his girlfriend, he couldn't help but realize that there was actually the time to think about what she had just asked. "Well as I explained, she doesn't get along with many people and yet as soon as she met you; she immediately seemed to like you. It's sort of like there's an immediate bond between you two." There was no better way than to explain that although it still made him think that it definitely was interesting.

"maybe salazar did eat it i dunno, i might have wrote about it maybe not, I DONT REMEMBER!" Ariana grabbed her cart hushed her owl & headed towards the wall

Edric had already been onto the platform, but he still had so much free time left before the train arrived, that wandering around the platform could only keep him entertained for so long. And so, he headed back out to the public square.

As soon as he walked through the platform, Edric regretted his decision.
It was… SO. CROWDED.
What in the world were all these people doing out here?! Didn't they have trains to catch?! Why did they all have to be wandering out and socializing when he wanted some me-time?! Was a little peace and quiet too much to ask for? Humbug.

Maybe there was a small cafe nearby or something.
And so, dragging his trunk along with him, the Gryffindor made his way through the crowds in search of a small, secluded place to rest until the train neared.

Melanie arrived at King's Cross Station by taxi. The driver helped pull her trunk out of the back and loaded it onto the trolley, grumbling and giving her sidelong glances as if she were a crazy person for having such an obnoxious piece of luggage. Melanie held her cat's cage in her hand and avoided looking at the man, fearing she would get frustrated enough to snap at him. It was bad enough that nobody had been able to see her off, but now she had to deal with an irritable taxi driver? That's what you get when your mom is 7 months pregnant and ordered bed-rest, it seems. Her step-dad had to stay to take care of her, so that left Melanie here with this peach of a person, whom she handed the required money to and thanked politely. She never forgot her manners, even when they were undeserved. The man inclined his head to her without a word and got back into the cab, leaving Melanie standing on the curb. She wheeled her trolley around and made her way into King's Cross, hoping to find some people that were a bit more pleasant.

Ellie had been early to the train station. Which was weird because she was usually late to things. Maybe she was just super excited for her seventh year. Anyway. She decided to head back out of the platform. She wanted to people-watch and wait for Dallin.

But mostly people-watch. Muggles were fascinating sometimes.

HOLY COW. There was a lot of people out there. Ellie panicked for a second and scooted out of the way of the main flow of traffic, maneuvering her trunk around, in and out of people. She was actually doing quite well when- Uh-oh.

That was a bump. She ran over someone. Meeep. Ellie looked around frantically for the person whose toes she just possibly maimed.

Edric had managed to spot a small cafe through the heavy crowds, and was just determinedly making his way there when, suddenly, someone chopped his toes off with an axe.

Well, not literally. But that's how it felt.
The boy let out a howl so deep and loud, that everyone standing nearby stopped and stared. With a layer of sparkling tears over his eyes, Edric turned his head slowly toward his foot and then toward the source of the murderer. 'Cause seriously, whoever it had been, they HAD to be a crazy psychotic toe-collecting murderer to have attacked him so mercilessly like that.

But instead of spotting some deranged man in a back ski mask and carrying an axe, Edric saw an innocent-faced, blue-eyed girl just slightly older than himself.

…What?
Where was the murderer?
Either way, Edric wasn't one to be dazzled by looks. His foot was just crushed and he was upset.

"What the bloody hell do you think you're doing?!" he asked, irritated. Seriously, did she just go around crushing everyone's feet with her trunk like that?! At least he was considerate enough to do the logical thing and watch where he was going!

It didn't take long for Ellie to find the person. Because he was screaming like a little girl yelling. Quite loudly. Ellie's eyes widened as he watched the boy yell while all the people around them stopped in their tracks and stared at him. What in the world...? Was her trunk really that heavy? D:

She did pack a lot of shoes...

When the boys eyes finally landed on her, Ellie almost wibbled. "I'm sorry." She said dully, not sure if she should run away or run him over again. Well, that was rather ruuude.

The look on Ellie's face turned in to a slightly irritated frown. "It was an accident." She told him, placing both hand on the handle of her cart. Her owl screeched at the boy. Ha. You tell him, Ruby. "Besides, I did apologize. I am sorry." And quite frankly, she didn't have much tolerance for people wearing their rudey pants.

Edric's attention was, for the most part, on his injured foot. He was sure there was probably some sort of harmless spell that he could perform that wouldn't be dramatic enough to get him expelled; however, he couldn't pull out his wand in front of all these muggles! Gahhhhhhhhhhh!! What was he supposed to do now?! Just deal with it?!

Of COURSE something like this would happen to me. Nope, not anyone else, just me, thought Negative Nancy.

Looking up from his injured foot again, Edric turned to the girl who was getting irritated with him.
Was she serious?! How dare SHE get irritated at HIM? She was the one who ran him over! She was the one who broke every bone in his toes and left him with a limp that would probably last for weeks unless he got it fixed now!

"If you're so sorry, then you should do something about it," said Edric, pointing down at his injured foot. "You don't just walk around crushing people's bones and expect to make up for it with a 'sorry'." Hmph!

This kid looked like he was about to explode with fury. Oh puh-lease. His toes probably weren't even broken. Ellie had very low tolerance for people who blew things out of proportion and acted like the world was ending. And he just so happened to be one of those people at this particular moment in time.

And say whaaaat? She should do something about it? Ellie probably would have gotten in nurse mode and whipped out her wand, but... She wasn't even sure if this guy was a wizard. Not to mention, they were surrounded by muggles. Ellie eyed his trunk, though. Not many muggles had trunks like this. Especially young ones like him.

Hmmm... This called for a game of "Wizard... or Not?"

"I'm afraid there's nothing I can do, at this particular moment in time." Ellie said, looking around at all the muggles around them. "However, if the circumstances and... locations were different, I might be able to help you." She darted her eyes over to the wall where the entrance to Platform 9 3/4 was. If he was a wizard, he would understand. If not... He would just think she was insane.

Edric, who'd just assumed that the girl who'd trampled him was a muggle, furrowed his brows as she said there was nothing she could do… at that particular moment in time.
… What? Why'd she have to be so specific about the timing? Weird girl.

But then something clicked in his brain.
Expression turning a little more curious now, Edric listened as the blue-eyed girl went on, mentioning something about different locations. He followed her gaze toward the entrance to platform 9 3/4 and then looked back at her.

Could it be?
Well, in all honesty, it wouldn't be necessarily surprising if the girl was a witch. Kings' Cross must've been infested with hundreds of witches and wizards at that moment, with it being the first day of classes and all. However, it was still something that couldn't be talked about freely around muggles.

"Oh-- I suppose we should move then," he played along, putting his annoyance aside for the moment. It was his priority right now to get to a muggle-safe zone. "Somewhere back there perhaps…" he muttered absentmindedly, picking up his trunk. And, just to totally completely make sure that this girl was REALLY a witch, Edric asked as he passed by her, "You wouldn't happen to know where… the Fat Lady goes, do you?" Surely a question like that wouldn't sound TOTALLY weird to a muggle, right? He didn't say any magic words or mention weird creatures like goblins. And, if the girl was a Hogwarts witch, she'd know that the Fat Lady leads the way into the Gryffindor Common Room. Or so he assumed.

Ellie waited for his reaction, and at first she thought he was actually a muggle. Ah, but there. Something changed with the look on his face. Ellie watched the boy look at the platform and then back at her. Maybe this guy was in fact a wizard after all.

Not to mention, probably half or more of the people at King's Cross were magical folk. But you could never be too sure.

Watching the boy as he suddenly dropped all irritation, Ellie looked at him rather curiously. Apparently his foot didn't hurt too bad because he seemed to be walking just fine. Well, there might have been a limp there, but he certainly wasn't whining anymore. As he walked by, Ellie grabbed her trunk as well. His question about the Fat Lady was the selling point though.

Well. Maybe. There could be many fat ladies around London... Ellie raised an eyebrow at the boy. "The Fat Lady goes where the Lions congregate." She said slowly, narrowing her eyes. Certainly if he were a wizard, he would understand she was talking about. But she was still careful not to use any magical terms. Like Gryffindor. Or talking portrait.

Maxwell pushed his cart on as well following Ariana. "Bloody hell, you're acting crazier than normal! what happened?" Maxwell said and hoped Ariana knew he was actually concerned and not being a jerk.

Minerva sighed "Think about it though. Just you and me together." she put her hand on his hand. "Ok I know I can't talk to you into it. We will go back in." She kissed him again and then got up. "It's probably not safe to be out here in the open. Let's go back in."

The brunette's answer was all the confirmation Edric needed. She was a witch.
And hopefully a good one too, 'cause he wanted his toes fixed. NAO.

Giving the girl one last look, Edric stopped by platform 9 3/4. He hesitated for a brief second, but then ran straight through the wall, finding himself, once again, in the platform. After spending the last ten minutes out in the public square, this place had never seen so appealing. It was almost completely empty. Since it was so early, most people were still outside with their family and friends.

Good.

Edric limped a few steps down before giving in and dropping his trunk. "Alright you," he started, turning to the blue-eyed girl (assuming she'd followed him in and hadn't trolled him by turning back at the last minute and leaving him at the platform all by himself). "My toes - which your trunk mangled - need fixing. Now."

Ariana really didnt wanna talk about it it was truely horrifying. the wa her parent treated her all summer.. as if she wasnt there. only speaking to her when the needed to. Ariana was theire Princess & it seems like they think the princess ran away or something.. "It's Nothing max. i dont wanna talk about it." Ariana headed right for the wall.

Maxwell frowned. 'i thought she'd take it like that. He thought to himself. He pushed on his cart and headed for the wall.

When he looked at her one last time, her thoughts were confirmed. He was a wizard. PHEW. Or else Ellie would have looked like a complete freak.

Ellie watched as the boy waited for a moment, and then ran straight through the wall. She paused for a second, wondering if she should just stay there. Just to tick him off even more, because he really did deserve it... But she didn't. Ellie was nicer than that, unfortunately. With a sigh, Ellie pushed her trunk back through the wall and saw the boy standing there.

Rolling her trunk out of the way, Ellie heard him speak to her. She placed a hand on her hip and stared at him with an unamused expression on her face. Oh, nu-uuuuhh! Ellie deserved more respect than that. Yup.

"Not until you say the magic word." She ordered. "Your toes don't deserve un-manglement until you have a little respect." WHATNAO. "And my name is Ellie. Not You."

Edric proceeded to sit down on his trunk and wait impatiently as Ellie merely stood there, hand on her hip, staring at him like he was Undesirable No. 1.

Aaaand then she was talking about a so-called 'magic word'. Edric raised an eyebrow. 'Until you have a little respect'?! WHAT?! What respect should he possibly feel for the person who nearly chopped his foot off with her enormous, unnecessarily heavy trunk?!

Edric glared at her. "I didn't ask for your name," he said, rolling his eyes. Psh. What did he care what she was called? As for the supposed magic word… "What? You seriously expect me to plead to you to fix the damage you have caused?!" She should be begging he doesn't sue her! "Can you just fix my foot? You won't have to see me ever again after this, and hopefully I won't see you either. So let's get this over with." 'Cause srsly. He wanted to go and get that coffee and maybe take a nap before the train got here.

Harvey listened to her as she put her hand on his... he wanted to go through with what she wanted but he knew she would be in more danger out there than in Hogwarts.. he was torn... what to do.. she then agreed that they should go inside.... and he was relieved she made that decision for him.. but not without giving him a kiss.. he got up with her.. he followed her back inside the building....

Ellie watched the boy sit on his trunk and glare at her. AND roll his eyes. Ellie was trying to hold back. If only he knew what Ellie got like when she was mad... Heh. He wouldn't be acting like this.

Glaring back at him, Ellie folded her arms. "If I remember correctly - which I do - I did apologize. And it was an accident! I didn't mean to run over your pathetic little toes." 'Cause seriously, he was whining too much. Although, Ellie was now thinking that a sourpuss like him really deserved a good toe-smashing.

And say whaaaat? '... and hopefully I won't see you either.' Ellie's jaw dropped a little. Well that was certainly rude. With a glare, Ellie whipped out her wand and pointed it at his face. "No." She said sternly.

And then she pointed the wand at his foot. The first bit was just for theatrics. But Ellie was still glaring at him. "You apologize for your rude behavior and quit acting like a sissy girl. Right now. Or I'll make your foot worse." Desperate times called for desperate measures, right? Plus, Ellie didn't really know a spell to break bones or anything; she was just hoping he wouldn't know that.

Edric shot Ellie a look as she had the audacity to insult his precious toes. Who did she think she was?! His toes were neither pathetic or 'little'!! Gahhhhh. Was EVERY girl in Hogwarts this irritating?! Seriously, every Hogwarts person he'd met so far - mostly girls - have been a nightmare!

However, before Edric could complain too much, Ellie had whipped out her wand and was now pointing it at his face.

WHAT IN THE WORLD WAS SHE DOING!?
Edric's eyes widened slightly, and he watched as she then pointed her wand menacingly at his foot. On instinct, Edric picked his feet up from the floor and sat them with him on the trunk. Was she CRAZY?! What the hell?!

"Apologize?! For my 'rude' behaviour!? Are you serious?! The only rude person here is you! My reaction is completely appropriate for the situation!" said Edric in his defense. Luckily for Ellie, her being a couple years older than him made the boy a little more gullible about her wand skill. He was sure she must've known something on how to cause bones to blow up.

But then he remembered.
"You can't perform heavy magic outside of school anyway," he pointed out with a hint of triumph on his expression as he brought his feet back down to the floor. "Only minor healing spells. So I suggest you get to fixing my foot before I decide to torment you for the whole ride to the school once the train arrives."
