Minerva's smile went to a little shocked look. "Oh a kiss. Well then I guess you probably can't be friends, but you might. I had a relationship triangle once. It was last term. My ex Harvs and our best friend Justin. On the train home I kind got mad and kissed them both." Minerva blushed admitting this. It felt so long ago.

"Well I guess that's good that we can put the past behind us. Just don't be reading my letters either. I will be watching you two.." she glared at both Ameliah and Harvey before laughing a little. "I'm pretty good with a wand, so keep on my good side." she gave a little grin.

Minerva still felt bad. "Well I don't like to see people sad. I have had enough sad for one year I think." she gave a little smile. Then she saw him smile at her cute smile comment well it was true he did have a nice smile she thought. The she felt him squeeze her hand. Minerva didn't know why, but she could feel herself turning even redder. "So Mr. Captain trying to think of something to say. What advice to you have for a young puff thinking about trying out again? Well other then stay at school the entire season." she grinned at him.

Ameliah glared back, challenging. "Oh, well, I'm pretty good too. I can perform charms and transfiguration at a sixth year level. Invented a few spells, too." she grinned. If they can get along as Call, they can sure as heck get along normally. "Do you have any pets?"

Minerva frowned a bit. "Ummm no not anymore. They were on the plane that crashed as well." she loved her animals, but she wasn't going to see them anymore. "What about you?"

Ameliah frowned for a second, then smiled again. "Well, you're always free to share Mel!" As if to prove her point, Mel the Pygmy Puff jumped out of Ameliah's shirt pocket. She ran across the table and nudged Minnie's hand. Ameliah giggled. She looked at Minnie and sighed. "Look, I'm really sorry about that first day... I was being rude, and it wasn't necessary. I hope I wasn't putting my nose in your business that much..."

Minerva smiled at the puff. "They are so cute. I think I want one." She pet the little thing. Then looked up "Oh don't worry about it. It's been a hard school year and I have been on edge with my one best friend not being around. It's Harvs girlfriend so when I saw him with you I kind of flew off the handle a bit."

Harvey smiled a little.. "Ok.. I just thought that at the rate you are making new friends that they may have asked you to sit with them.. but you and me as always" he chuckled.. it always had been that way.. them and others that wanted to join. He then looked at her as she yawned.. "Yeah it does.. just when you think that its over.. its not over.. I agree with you on that one" he smiled as he looked around and then back at Minnie.



He then smiled when Ameliah said that she and Minnie could be nice to each other for him. He was happy to hear that they could put the past behind them when she glared at them. "Yeah watch out for Minnie and her wand.. she can change your look before you can say Harvey Watson" he chuckled as he looked at Minnie.. her and her spells.. Ameliah then said that she was good with a wand too "Oh so I have to watch out for you as well?!! oh man!! well I must be sure to stay on both your good sides" he chuckled again.. he would have to watch out for these two.. good with wands and stuff. When Ameliah asked her about her pets and Minnie said that she didnt have pets anymore.. he saw her frown. It was hard to be where she was right now.. she seemed to be coping well despite everything.. well she had told him that she was a tough girl.. so maybe that was it.. he smiled at this thought. He then listened as Minnie mentioned Ame not being around much anymore

Justin hesitated before walking up to the table. Having been gone for quite some time he didn't know if anyone would even speak to him.... So much had changed between him and his friends and ......with Minerva. He didn't know if they were even together anymore..... He supposed that he'd find out soon enough. So, he sat down and looked around tenatively.

Ameliah grinned. "I can help you pick out one over the summer if you want." She nodded. "That's understandable... sometimes it helps to go to the North Pole." she laughed. "Private potion studies," she explained.

Ameliah grinned. "Well, of course! I can turn you invisible like I did to Tay, remember?"

Minerva smiled "Ameliah if you want to sit with us on the train you are welcome to." she then laughed when Harvey said she could change looks. "Yeah he had a pink mohawk on earlier. It was fitting." she then thought she saw a ghost and did a double take. "Justin? What the bloody hell are you doing here? I thought you were at home with your mum? Nice of you to show up when the feast is almost over." she didn't know where the anger was coming from it wasn't his fault he wasn't there for her if his mom was actually sick, but she wasn't sure yet whether it was real or if it was an excuse to keep Ame and Justin away from her since moving in with Edward. She looked again and he wasn't there. "I think I'm going crazy." she said to no one really.


Minerva smiled "that would be nice. I think I want a cute little purple one."

Harvey chuckled.. "Yeah I remember that!! Yeah I had better watch what I do and say around you two then.. oh boy.. I am going to be in so much trouble" he chuckled again.. as he remembered that Minnie's wand was regularly pointed at him for some fun spell work.. then Minnie said that the pink mohawk was fitting on him and he looked at her straight away "Fitting?.. a pink mohawk on me?.. well I dont mind the mohawk.. it was the color!!.. but since you had given it to me so lovingly.. I could not complain could I?" he asked jokingly and chuckled as he looked around the hall. As Harvey was looking around and listening to the girls talk he heard Minnie talk as if she was talking to Justin her boyfriend .. he looked at her "Mins you ok?.. who were you talking to?" he asked her.. as he looked around but there was noone there.. he then heard her say that she was going crazy.. he put a hand on her shoulder and squeezed it gently.. "I think you are missing him" he said to her.. he missed Ame too

Ameliah saw her talk to... Justin? She'd seen him around before... but he wasn't there anymore... Whaa? "Don't worry, I think I am too. Swear Justin was right there." she pointed to the spot where he was.

Ameliah smiled. "You should name her Spitz. Or Callidora..." Oh. MI GOSH. Did I just say that?? Aaahhhh!!!

Ameliah snorted. "You couldn't refuse because she'd give you warts to match!" she laughed.

"Well if you aren't careful I might put you in a dress or something. It could be hot pink since you love that color so much." she chuckled. Minerva starred at the two for awhile tears building in her eyes. She looked around the hall.. "I thought I saw Justin, but I guess I was wrong. Of course I'm wrong he is home with Vinnie." Ameliah was thinking of names for her puff that she might get over the summer. "Well I will have to see if Edward will let me .. wait did you just say Callidora, what.. why did you say my friends name? Do you know her?" that was very odd..Min thought to herself.

Kurumi waited anxiously for Lewis to go ahead and open up the box. Or maybe he wouldn't and would rather do it in private? Not that there was really anything out of the ordinary with what she had given him. Only there was. People expected her to give cookies, so a cake was out of the ordinary. She should have done this in private. She didn't want to embarrass him...or give him a bad reputation or anything since, well, everyone knew that she was with someone else.

However, there was a part of her, the selfish part of her, that had clearly won the internal debate here. What they had, whatever it was since they both were avoiding that subject until the very last possible moment it seemed, was incredible. It was nothing to be embarrassed about.

Cheeks flushing, Kurumi inhaled sharply when he opened it and her eyes flew back to his face to read his reaction. His smile made her heart skip a beat and the color of his cheeks made her chew her lip and giggle softly. She was about to say the same thing she had to Vashti earlier, only this time the words carried a much deeper connotation that was reflected in the way her violet eyes caught the light from all the floating candles. "Lewis, have to and want to are two very different things," she smiled, meeting his gaze again and wanting to say more. Just now was not the time or place to do so.

She took another glance around the Great Hall now, more specifically looking back down the table towards Treyen who was waiting on Lewis to come back. "I...I shouldn't take up more of your time," she squeaked, an obvious tone of reluctance in her voice. "Treyen is waiting for you." She still didn't move though. "I'll come find you on the train?"

Harvey laughed when she said he couldnt refuse or risk him getting warts from Minnie "Yeah I guess you are right" just then Minnie added a dress "A dress?! You still want to do that dont you? put me in a dress.. Minnie joked about that a year ago putting me into a dress" he chuckled.. when he saw tears in Minnie's eyes as she talked of Justin.. she loved Justin so much.. he was about to say something when he heard Ameliah suggest Callidora as a name.. this shocked Harvey but he tried not to show his shock as Minnie questioned whether Ameliah knew Callidora.. he didnt know what to say so he of course stayed quiet and thought of course she does!!! she IS Callidora!!.. but he couldnt tell her obviously.. that would just mess everything up.. and they were getting on well with each other.

Ameliah looked around too. "I saw him too, long-ish brown hair, right? I've seen him towards the beginning of the year, but I swear I thought he was there too." She shook her head. Oh crap.... "One of my ancestors' names is Callidora... She married Harfang Longbottom. So, in a way, I'm related to the Longbottoms." It was true. Her eyes twinkled. "Neville Longbottom is my hero, so I'm glad we're related."

Minerva shook it off "Oh I thought you were talking about my friend. Oh never mind I am going nuts. Neville Longbottom, wasn't he the headmaster or something? She knew she heard the name before." She was still looking where she thought Justin was, but he wasn't anymore. She felt the anger build in her and she slammed her spoon down on the table. She didn't even look up to be embarrassed for what she had done. A little owl soon came in dropping a parchment in front of her.

Minerva felt the tears but didn't care. Well if that's how he feels then so be it. She tossed the parchment to the middle of the table not caring who read it.

"Herbology professor!" Ameliah said proudly. She saw anger spread across Minnie's face. She held her shoulder. "...Mins?" she asked as an owl dropped off a letter. She decided to let it be; she could see tears. "Aw, Minnie..." she hugged Minerva tightly. "I guess it's a night of bad letters, huh?" First my Aunt, now..." she ended, not knowing who the letter was from.

Harvey looked around as the girls looked around too before he relaxed as Ameliah answered Minnie's question. "Oh ok.. well it seems that name could be a common name then" he smiled as he was glad that all was ok again. He listened as Ameliah talk about once her ancestors.. related to the Longbottoms? he had heard that name before.. but he couldnt remember where he had heard it. Minnie then again said she was going nuts.. before he could say anything she talked about Neville Longbottom being a Herbology professor "Thats cool to be related to them!" he smiled as he said this and looked at Minnie as she was looking at the blank spot that Ameliah had pointed out where she had seen his best mate.. before Minnie slammed her spoon as an owl came and dropped a parchment.. she read it and threw it to the middle of the table.. he wanted to read what it said but he was unsure about it now.. he peeked at it and saw that it was from Justin.. he quickly snatched it up.. he WAS going to read this as it was from his best friend.. he looked at Minnie.. no wonder she was upset.. without caring.. he put his arm around her.. not knowing what to say.. all this was quite upsetting "Well he says he might be coming.. so you will be able to see him again" he said trying to make her feel better.. but it was tough with what was written on that piece of parchment. He looked up at Ameliah "Its from Justin.. he may come for the feast.. to say goodbye to everyone" he smiled a little not knowing whether to say the rest of it..

Minerva looked at them "Well did you read the part where he said I should just move in with Eddie, because I'm acting like him. Justin doesn't know Eddie. How dare him say that. When he hasn't even been around to know what is going on. STUPID BRAT"

Harvey looked at her "Yes I saw that part" he looked at the parchment before looking back at Minnie.. "Stupid brat?" he looked at her a little surprised.. OK!! that was new! "Yeah I guess he doesnt know Edward.. yeah he hasnt been here to see you make new friends.. laugh the way you used to.. have fun the way you used to with that wand of yours" he smiled a little as he said this.. maybe she was like Edward in some ways.. she could get angry in a split second.. but then that could be because of what she has been through and the fact that he is not here.. was she like Edward in some ways?.. ways that he could not see right this moment.

Ameliah looked at Minnie, hearing her raise her voice. "Mins!" she said sharply, but not to sharp as to hurt her feelings. "I know he hasn't been around, but it's for the same reason you weren't around. Family." she bit her lip wondering if she'd gone too far.

Logan jumped a bit when he felt Ella nudging him. He blushed a little, and nodded. "Okay." he whispered, turning as he heard the headmaster begin to speak. He frowned and clutched his empty stomach. He was starved. He really didn't care about the speech now. All he could think about was food. Potatoes...chicken...pumpkin juice....sweets....rolls...

Logan was soon lost in thought about all the food he was itching to scarf down, and didn't hear the speech. He snapped back into reality when a whole bunch of clapping was heard all around him. He looked around. Whaa....?

Oh. The speech was over. Logan guiltily looked around before applauding as well, and his eyes grew wide as food appeared in front of him. He grinned widely and began piling his plate with all the food he could fit onto it.

Ameliah glanced over to see Logan grabbing all the food, and couldn't help but laugh. "Reckon you were a bit hungry?"

"yes stupid brat, got a problem with it? I know he was with his mum Ameliah" she looked at the girl in a harsher way, "but that doesn't give him a right to speak badly of Eddie, he doesn't know him. Plus I am not sure his mum is even sick. I think it's an excuse to hide him and Ame so that I can't give Eddie information about them. Like I would..." the thought of it angered her, who did they think she was.

Ameliah sucked in her breath. She decided not to pursue the subject, Minnie seemed upset about this. She looked to Harvey for support.
