Evelyn stood up, since there seemed to be way too much people gathering around..which was making her slightly uncomfortable. She wanted do some serious thinking anyway..so. She looked at Gwen and smiled. "Hey, I..uh..heading towards the grounds now but I'll see you around."

She turned towards Trey. She gave a nervous smile before giving him a short hug. "So..I'm not sure if I'm going to be seeing you again so..goodbye. You're a good friend and I really hope we..uh..stay in touch." Yeah. That was it. She thought it was little too dramatic but..eh. Anyway. Honestly, she didn't know Trey too well but she did know that he was a good guy and she was going to miss him.

She gave another smile before she turned towards Ellie and grinned. "I suppose I'll see you around as well."

With a small wave, she started to walk away.

Minerva looked at him for a second not registering what he was smiling about and then she thought about last term. That seemed so long ago. "Oh yeah the color is that spell, but the style that is my hands and a pair of scissors." Did he not notice the cute snake bites as well. "The bites are from a new friend I made. I thought she would be here. She is actually a claw her name is Callidora, do you know her?"

Ella smiled when Sophie greeted her. "How are you, Sophie? Isn't this exciting?" Cause Hufflepuff is the champion, my friendddd "I can't believe we won the house cup!" Not really though, they had all worked so hard. Hufflepuff definitely deserved it.




O_O Was that Minnie sporting a new hair cut? Ella had to do a double take because she almost didn't recognize her older friend. She was also a bit worried about the girl, who didn't look like she was having any fun. "Alright Minnie?" The first year asked, giving her friend a smile. "I like your hair." It was definitely different but Ella liked different.



Ella hadn't really spoken to the head boy too much during the year but she admired him, mostly because he was an awesome quidditch player. Plus, he had played the position that she might be trying out for and maybe his talent would rub off on her or something...that would be quite nice! The first year was unsure if she should talk to him now as he was being bombarded with goodbyes but now was really the only time she could think of. Taking a deep breath, she turned toward Treyen and began to talk, a shy smile on her face. "Erm...Mr. Head boy? I just wanted to say that you're going to be missed and um I just think that you're an awesome quidditch player and head boy..." With that, Ella looked down at her hands sheepishly. It hadn't exactly been the most eloquent of speeches but Ella had said what she needed to.



Ella's attention then fell on Alec, who's work on the quidditch team had definitely helped win them both the quidditch cup and the house cup. She smiled at the first year excitedly. "Hi Alec, this is pretty awesome isn't it?" Their first year and they were able to be a part of the best house ever. "I don't think we would have been able to win without you and your awesome seeking abilities." She added, smiling. "You excited for summer?"

Harvey was a little surprised that she had used scissors. "Scissors?.. well you did a good job" he said as he looked at her hair. she then mentioned snake bites which he then noticed "Snake bites?.. you like those? new friend?.. well thats good still making friends.. Er.. no I dont know her.. maybe one of the other claws know her.. or maybe she is a first year. Well I like your.. er... new look.. its.... different" he didnt know what else to say.. he didnt think that she would do this.. change her looks.. though she had done it before.. but not like this. It was strange to see her with short hair.

"Yes scissors, why so surprised." she looked at him in a little annoyance. "Yes I like them, you got an issue with that too?" she was disappointed he didn't know her newest friend, but it was probably better that way. "So what is the flipping deal with Justin and Ame are they not even showing up to the feast? I swear they are not even at school. I saw Justin for a split second at the victory party and he was gone again. I am so over those two." She felt the hurt and anger rise in her.

Minerva looked up when she heard her name again. "Oh Hi Ella, yes I'm fine. Just sitting waiting for food is all. How are you?" she then mentioned her hair "Glad everyone is liking the new look." she gave a faint smile.

Harvey was a little surprised at her question "Well its just that.. if I remember correctly there was a spell to do that.. but scissors are just as good" he smiled a little just leaving it at that.. not wanting to upset her. "Er.. I dont know.. oh well thats good.. so you talked to him?" so over those two?.. oops! "Well at least I am here right?.. we can have some fun before the summer holidays.... and that er... trip of yours." he said hoping to see if she spoke about it.. he wanted to know more.. since Ameliah mentioned that Edward could be behind her attitude.. he wondered if she was right.. he DID tell Mins that she could trust the Amigos.. when Mins KNEW that she could.. and she was now listening to him. But he didnt want to upset her right now.. so steering clear of that for now he thought as he listened to her talking to Ella.. "Hi Ella.. how are you doing?" he asked.. it would be rude not to say hi to her..

Ella smiled at Minnie as she told her she was fine. That was good, Ella wanted Minnie to be happy. "Yeah, I was wondering about the food...I'm starved." Per usual..."I'm doing good. I'm pretty excited! Hufflepuff did great this term!" The first year then nodded, pulling a piece of her own hair forward and examining it. "I'm thinking of changing mine this summer. Maybe fringe or something. A makeover would be quite fun."



Oh, Harvey was here too. Ella thought he was quite nice and smiled at him. "Hi Harvey, I'm doing good! I'm excited and well kind of sad too. I can't believe how quickly term went by. How are you?" She then looked from him to Minnie, suddenly getting the feeling she had stepped in the middle of something. "I-I didn't interrupt you guys, did I?"

Minerva looked at him and then listened as he talked. "I didn't really talk to him. He said hi and then just disappeared like he is avoiding me." She looked at Harvey with a look shock "do you think Kyle and Vinnie told them to stay away from me?" Her mind started going a mile a minute. Were they told to avoid her because of Eddie. She could feel the frustration and anger building over this. She took out her wand wanting to do something, but then put it back. No sense of getting expelled or anything the last day. "I still don't know if I'm going with Eddie or not. No one wants to tell me where I will be yet. Did you get an invite to Ronnie's?"


Minerva smiled "Well you do know there are two spells that can help change your hair. I actually used the one for the rainbow color. Minerva took her wand out and tapped Harvey's head "Feliatas" Harvey's hair turned into a mohawk. Then she tapped his head twice "Ristaris" it went to a bright pink. She looked at Ella "See and no yucky muggle dies on your hands."

Alyssa sat and watched as the other students came forward and said goodbye to to Treyen. Then she noticed Anya join them. "Hi Anya, glad to see that you decided to join us."

Hearing a voice calling his name, Alec turned his head and smiled at the girl who... seemed pretty excited! And he wouldn't have expected anything else from his fellow first year. She always seemed to be happy, and that made him happier.

"Hey Ella!" And by 'this' she meant the Hufflepuff triple victory, right? "Yeah, it is! Looks like we belong to a pretty awesome house." Although, that was probably something they knew before all the winning started.

And compliments! Ella was good with those. "Erm, thanks!" he said, "And we wouldn't have won without all the points you achieved. Well done!" Her points a lot better than his Seeking. Definitely. Summer! "Yeah! I'm excited to see my Dad again. And summer means ice cream!" he said, a grin lighting up his face, "What about you? Any plans for the holidays?"



Alec's eyes scanned the table, looking around for more familiar faces. Now that he was saying bye to Treyen, it would probably be a good idea to say bye to some other people as well, just for the summer. And then his eyes landed on... one of his older sisters. That flock of hair was way too familiar to the young boy.

Alec smiled as he wandered over towards the girl. When was the last time he had talked to Ness? Was it at the celebration? No, maybe not. Or was it before that? OH! At the game? Maybe. His cheeks certainly hadn't been pinched in some time and that was something Ness, and Lyss, usually did.

The twelve year old slid into a seat next to the older girl and grinned. "Hey Ness!" She wouldn't mind him sitting next to her, would she?

Now he was curious. And he wanted to know what was in the neatly wrapped package. Judging by the way she acted around it, it was probably a book, no? She knew how much he loved them. And he knew how much she hated them. But...oh, her mom? "She did a good job." He smiled, widely, trying to let this new gift distract him from the current situation of his departure from Hogwarts. "I'd rather you'd wrapped it, though." Treyen was only teasing. It was actually better if she didn't wrap any of his presents, though at least he knew which ones she did wrap and which ones she didn't.

"I'm sure I will." Like the present, that is. He's liked everything she's ever gifted him.

And...he was certain she'd caught his lie. Hence why the kiss on his cheek happened. And why he blushed afterwards. But, really, he wanted to think he was okay.

Ellie had another gift? What was with that? He got her nothing. Actually, he didn't know why she got him one gift to begin with. But his eyes were on her as he waited for...oh, so it wasn't wrapped? Ellie had his full attention as she started to speak, and his smile simply got sweeter. He remembered. Back when he was a short Hufflepuff boy who'd wanted to make his point across. And who was now taller than her and had succeeded in changing her mind about that one thing, for she wouldn't be mentioned this if he hand't. "I remember." How could he not? It was Nolan.

But...his gift? What was it? She...wanted him to remember that. New beginnings. The way he ought to look at this, otherwise it would be unbearable.

That was...perfect. Everything was. Ellie, the gift, her timing.

Perhaps if they'd been alone then it would've been beyond perfect, but there were others around, others that demanded his attention...and he chose to ignore them just so he could reply. "Thank you," he said, after standing up and placing his hands on each side of her face, his left thumb stroking her cheek, "For reminding me." For reminding him that the past seven years have been the most amazing ones, and that if he hadn't come to Hogwarts he'd have missed all of this. That now a new path lay in front of him, because he walked all the way up to this one. Then he kissed her, and didn't care who saw, even if plenty of Professor were by the Staff table, "I love you." He kissed her again, because she wasn't going to say anything else after that.

Treyen pulled away to tell her one more thing, "Meet me later?" Because he was kind of busy right now...

He took the card, of course.

And Treyen was glad to see that Oakey was speaking and saying stuff that actually made sense. His smile widened. "Hey Oakey." Good to see he wasn't high on sugar or whatever it had been he'd eaten back in the Common Room. He still missed the excitement of it all, truth be told.

"I'm alright, kid. You?" He was alright. Thanks to Ellie's reminder. "Looking forward to summer?" Treyen also had a summer, okay? He'll be starting other classes too, just not at Hogwarts.

BUT THEN...LOOKIT! ALEC! He didn't call him Mister!

His eyes were on the boy as soon as his name was uttered. "Alec." Nod, nod. He was always so proper, he liked that, never mind how terribly unnecessary it was.

"I'll miss you too, Alec." Because he was the little ray of sunshine that made its way to the Common Room. Here was a boy who would never get into any sort of drama, right? Hopefully. "Good luck to you as well. Though I'm sure you won't need it." Luck was already on his side.

OH.

GUMMY BEARS. Too bad he didn't get to keep Rufus. "Thanks." Another person he didn't have a gift for. "This is very much appreciated." In case he got super sad tonight in the Common Room, right? Because he knew he wasn't going to bed early today. He still needed to roast some marshmallows with Arya. "My pleasure." No need to thank him.

Wait, that was it? Nice meeting you, see you around? That was...unexpected, to say the least. Plus, he didn't know what to think of her urgency. He was the one leaving, he was the one who should excuse himself and leave the Great Hall before the time to leave came around.

"Yeah, thanks, Eve." Awkward much?

Mr. Head Boy?

He hadn't enjoyed that at the beginning of the term, but he'd come to like it now, so he smiled. Also, what Ella said made him smile even more. She was a precious first year, indeed.

"Thanks, Ella. I hope you're good to the Hufflepuff Prefects next year." Hint. Be good or you'll hear from Treyen.

And just the person he wanted to see.

"Hi Nessie." Come to say good-bye? That broke him in more pieces than he currently was. But he still smiled. "You mean, 'See you', because we'll be seeing each other again, I'm sure." Perhaps to reprimand her or something, but still 'seeing' her somehow. Though, he wanted to believe she'll behave even more the next school year.

"Actually, Ness...could you promise to be extra good next year?" Amber eyes on the redhead as he scanned her face for the real answer. Because she could say she'd be good now, but he highly doubted she wouldn't snap at the next set of Prefects or Heads, especially if they weren't from Hufflepuff.

Harvey smiled at Ella as she said Hi to him "Oh I am glad to hear that you are good. Yes I know what you mean a bit of both. Yeah they can go quickly with school and hanging out with friends. Oh I am.. er.. good.. just been busy with school work" he said smiling as he saw her looking between him and Minnie "No.." he looked at Minnie "No you didnt interrupt us" he said to her.. she didnt really.. he had just arrived and he and Mins were just talking.. so no she had no interrupted them. "What have you been upto?" he asked Ella



Harvey listened as Minnie spoke.. surprised that Justin said hi and then disappeared.. "That does not sound like Justin.. I mean you and him... well.. you two.. you know.. er.. are together.. I am sure something must have come up. No! .. No I dont think they would do that.. I mean you are Mins.. our friend.. we spent the whole summer together... ALL of us." he said smiling as he listened to the rest "Oh... ok.. well it would be really nice to hang out with you.. if its possible.. Er.. no I didnt get an invite.. did you can an invite?" he said as he looked at her. He then listened as Minnie spoke to Ella about changing hair color.. he was looking at Ella when he felt a tap on his head and he heard Minnie say a spell and knew that she was changing his hair the way she used to.. and then again she tapped his head twice more. He then looked at Minnie who was talking to Ella.. and he put his hand to his hair and realised that Minnie had given him a mohawk.. he then tried to get a look at what color it was and was sure that he saw it was pink color.. and without meaning to "Pink?!" he called out.. he looked at Minnie.

Of course there were spells to change hair...why hadn't Ella thought of that?The first year looked at Minnie curiously, wondering what these spells were. She smiled as the older puff tapped her wand on Harvey's head, turning his hair into a mohawk. "Whoa coo-" and then his hair was bright pink and Ella giggled. "Wicked. Pink hair suits you, Harvey." Maybe Ella would look good with pink hair too? "Well those are brilliant spells! I'll have to remember them." Yup, those were being put to memory for sure.



Ella noded enthusiatically. They did belong to an awesome house. The best house at the moment actually! "I'm going to miss being here with everyone. It won't be the same." Though Ella sincerely hoped to see many of the friends she had made here over the summer.

"You're welcome." Ella said, smiling at her fellow first year. She felt her cheeks turn pinkish as he complimented her. "T-thanks. It was nothing really. I quite enjoy the work. Is that weird?" She asked, furrowing her brow. Ella hoped it wasn't. The kids at her old school had made fun of her love of learning but kids here weren't so mean. Ella's smile returned as they discussed summer. Ice cream! Ella loved ice cream! "Yum. That's the best part. I plan on eating tons of ice cream." As for Ella's plans..."I'll spend most of my time at home with my dad, brother and gram. I'm excited to see them! Gram's a bit uh...interesting... so I'm sure she'll think of some fun stuff to do. I'm also going to try and visit some friends!"



"You're welcome." Ella said, smiling shyly. Her smile faded as he told her to be good. O__O Uh-oh. Did he know about the crazy pillow fight in the girls' dormitory?! "Who me? Oh yes, I will. I promise." The first year assured him. She stuck out her pinky towards the older boy, looking at him expectantly. It wouldn't be an official promise unless he shook her small pinky with his. Pinky Promises meant business.

There were still some incredibly adorable girls in Hufflepuff. Ones who didn't get in trouble like Laura did, nor like Nessie did. Though, in all fairness, Nessie wouldn't be thrown into the 'miss-behaved' lot. He was biased.

He smiled again, and then...was there something that had happened he didn't know about? Eh? Probably not something important. Otherwise he'd have known about it.

"Good." She'd promised. That's what mattered.

Except...

...oh, how cute she was!

He twined his pinky finger with hers. "Promised." That was official, then. She was going to behaved nicely from now on, not that he doubted she hadn't been so far, but it relieved him somehow, to have made that promise.

Harvey smiled a little as he realised that he had not been imagining things.. Ella had just confirmed that he had PINK hair. "Yeah.. pink!.. well thanks.. I didnt know it suited me so well... I guess Mins knew that.. hence the reason she decided on my hair being this color" he chuckled as he said this and then he looked at Minnie smiling and then looked at Ella as he listened to ber.. "Yeah you should.. and then you can get REALLY creative and change your hair according to your mood.. I remember when we first learnt this spell.. Mins here would change my hair color everytime I did something she didnt like.. it was fun though.. or she used to change my hair just for fun and laughs.. oh we used to laugh about it all the time .. we had SO much fun with these spells.. remember Mins?" he chuckled and asked her as he remembered Minnie threatening to change his hair.. or even threatening to put him into a dress at the party they had last year.. yeah hanging out with Mins had been really good times.. really memorable and fun.. he hoped they would continue.

Miss Puff Prefect had an air of confusion about her as she strode into the great hall. Was it graduation time already? She was highly doubtful of it, hardly having any memory of the past few weeks. Or maybe she just wasn't ready for it to be her last feast.

Either way, she'd taken her sweet time making it to the feast, doing her usual trip around the grounds before even making it up to the ground level.

Decked out in her school uniform, she nibbled her bottom lip and took a seat across from her best friend and his girlfriend. Mind clearly elsewhere as neither got so much as a smile for the seventh year, and the younger students crowded around Treyen went seemingly unnoticed.

He had said good but where was the pinky? Ella raised her eyebrows, wiggling her own pinky towards the head boy. Didn't he know the importance of the gesture?

After a moment he seemed to get the point and Ella smiled widely, nodding her head. "Promised." She repeated, relieved. Now she had to be good, not that she was ever really bad but maybe she'd have some kind of personality change over the summer and this pomise would steer her back on the right path! Hence the importance of the pinky shaking.

After unhooking their pinkys, Ella fumbled with her hands sheepishly."Well I'll uh-leave you to your friends." The first year said, not knowing what else to say. Plus, the older boy probably had important things to discuss like-erm-politics or something...what did older kids talk about anyway?Hesitating for a moment before reaching her arms forward, Ella hugged the head boy. Then she pulled her arms back quickly and with a parting smile, bid the boy farewell. "Bye then."



Ella laughed as Harvey reacted to his new hair. Her smile widened as he suggested she change her own hair color in accordance with her mood. "I never thought about that! It's a great idea." Ella smiled from Minnie to Harvey as he continued to talk about the fun they used to have. It sounded like they had a lot of good times. "That sounds so funny. Do you still change his hair, Minnie? I mean besides now." She asked curiously.

Mhm. Ellie felt that was awkward, too. But she hardly paid it much mind. Treyen was her focus at the moment.

"See you," she waved to Eve. They had next year together.



"I'll pass along the compliment." Her mom was a professional gift wrapper. Really, Ellie should learn to properly wrap a present. But it seemed nearly pointless. Why not just wrap the paper around enough so that you can't see what it's hiding? It was SO much easier. And possibly less time consuming.

She giggled and rolled her eyes. Treyen didn't know what was in the package, but there was no way she was wrapping that.

"You can let me know tomorrow," she nodded, holstering her wand. On the train. Or he could not let her know, if he didn't like it. She won't be asking, so he could avoid lying if that were the case.

Oh, good. Treyen remembered. And yet, he hardly remembered when they met. Granted, it was nearly a year before. And there was absolutely nothing remarkable about their meeting. However, Reyn was something remarkable.

Her cheeks grew warm the instant his hands were on her face. "You're welcome. Those were smart words." For thirteen year old Treyen to say. Or anyone, really. What a bright little boy he was. That was why he needn't have worried so much over NEWTs. He was naturally brilliant.

And he kissed her. One of her hands closed around his wrist. She loved his hands there, okay?

Also, he loved her, which made her grin, despite Treyen stealing another kiss. "Of course." Was that even a question? Besides, she could very clearly tell that he had fans friends to attend to.

She pulled away farther when he took the card, to see Arya joining the table. "Hey, Arya!" Cheerful, the Ravenclaw was. And Arya looked most un-Arya-like not matching that mood. "How're you?" Same question as Treyen. Only...she didn't know how to make the girl Hufflepuff feel better about this, as she did her boyfriend.

Glenn smiled, "Yeah," Nodding, she glanced around the house table. Everyone seemed to be arriving now and were saying their goodbyes, "I've been good, really good actually. It's been an amazing year." She sighed and mimicked Sophie staring up at the dark ceiling. They had won all of the cups there was to get. Hufflepuff; the house had gotten it's glory this year.

She heard someone take a seat at the table and looked down to see Ella, one of her other first-year puff friends. "Hey Ella!" She called, waving enthusiastically.

Glenn watched the doorway and saw Treyen enter and immediately be surrounded by students saying their farewells. Glenn glanced back at Sophie, "I'll be back soon." She said getting up from her seat and hovering awkwardly near him.

Once she got nearer, she sat down in an empty seat and gave him a HUMONGOUS hug. For once, she ignored Ellie, who she still had an inkling of fear about from an incident near the start of the school year. "I'm gonna miss you Treyen..." The blonde said, still hugging him. She drew away and blinked away a couple of stray tears, "Treyen-Mr-Head-Boy I mean." Sophie had come up with that nickname at the start of the year when they had met him.

"You're not going to just leave and not talk to us again, are you?" She said.

Harvey chuckled.. "Yeah I think its a great idea too.. which is why I suggested it!" as he watched her look from him to Minnie.. when she asked Mins a question.. both he and Minnie knew the answer to that.. she hadnt changed his hair in a long time.. it had become a sort of trademark of hers to change his hair color.. he looked at Minnie wondering whether to answer that question and thought it was best that she answer the question since it was directed at her.. he tried to get another look at his hair.. he saw pink strands before looking back at Ella with his eyes feeling weird at having been strained to see his hair.. "What have you been upto Ella?" he asked.. it was always fun to see what others were upto when not working on school work

Ella smiled when Glenn greeted her. "Hey Glenn, how are you?" Though she was probably doing good because she was a Hufflepuff and all Hufflepuffs should be feeling excited and proud at the moment. Ella sure was!



Hmm. What had she been up to? "Well I've been hanging with Logan..." Ella said, her eyes flickering towards the Gryffindor table momentarily. She hadn't seen him yet and was wondering if he was in the great hall. "And I've been spending a lot of time on the grounds, just exploring with friends. What have you been up to?" The first year asked curiously, smiling at Harvey.

Minerva gave a little smile. "They are good ones to remember."




"Minerva looked at Harvey with his pink hair and remembered all the fun they had last term. It felt years ago, but was only one. "Yeah he has always feared me with my wand. He once caught me trying a spell I found in a book in the owlery once. Never did figure it out." she shrugged. "I haven't changed much of anything this term." she needed to change the subject "So Ella what are your plans this summer?"
