SPOILER!!: The blushing boy Ella smiled, nodding her head. "Yeah, I think it'll be fun no matter what." Because her dad always made things fun, he was a funny guy. Especially when he sang in public, which he'd be doing at the concert. Ella pretened to hate it but she didn't, not really. "You know, I guess it is sort of a surprise. Guess I'll have to try and be patient...even if it is killing me!" Could one die in anticipation of something? It sure felt like it. The first year's eyes grew wide as Logan talked a secret tunnel. "What? That sounds like something out of a book. We can really look for it?" She asked, excited. Camping also sounded quite nice. "I'll camp as long as there aren't any bears...or skrewts." She said sheepishly. "Oh and we both don't want to be near spiders." Yeah, those little eight-legged thing-a-majigs could spend the summer somewhere else. She frowned just thinking about the little devilish creatures but the corners of her mouth turned upward at the mention of swimming. Was he a mind reader? "Swimming! I'm most looking forward to that. I love to swim. Mom used to say..." Ella frowned as she mentioned her mom, forgetting momentarily that she was quite mad at the woman. "...t-that I should have been a mermaid." She smiled shyly, shrugging. But what was that blush about. Ella looked at Logan, head cocked to the side. "What?" She asked, curious. |

Logan laughed. "You know, come to think of it, it does sound like something out of a book!" he replied. He nodded. "Yeah of course! There's no one to stop us, is there?" he asked, an excited expression on his face. Logan laughed. "I've been playing in those woods since I was about five. I've never come across any bears. And never knew what a skrewt was until now." he said laughing. "But...spiders seem to be living everywhere." he said, shuddering a little. Logan grinned. "I love swimming too! It's great." he said. Then he frowned a little as she seemed sort of sad when she mentioned her mum. He gave her a reassuring smile. Logan smiled. "I don't know, honestly.." he said, looking at the ground and then back up at her. |
Text Cut: Callidora/Ameliah Harvey saw that Callidora/Ameliah looked at Minnie weird and explained how she had figured out the name for their little group.. well that was a good enough explanation .. right?.. There she also went with his idea that she had heard it from others.. people would talk about them.. and their little group.. well that was close.. he wondered how long Ameliah would do this.. cause it was obvious that she would not do this for another 4 years until they left Hogwarts.. at some point the truth would have to come out that she is not Callidora but Ameliah in a disguise.. probably after they have become really good friends.. until that point she had to be careful not to mess anything up.. right?.. she could do that right?.. well he hoped so.. "Yeah I guess people do talk about us Mins." he said to her as he looked at her. He was glad that she said that.. whether he had put the idea into her head or not.. it was believable. |
Ameliah/Callidora began to eat, thinking about the feast. She noticed some treacle tart at the end. Levrell would like that.... CRAP!! She slapped her forehead. "Oh no! I've forgotten my owl!!" she scrambled to go before the speech started. She left to go tend to her owl to get him ready for travel. Quote:

SPOILER!!: Logan Ella nodded. It sure was hard being patient. Especially when you were looking forward to something so much. As for her guesses, she didn't have the slightest clue. "My dad tends to listen to older music, like the Beatles for instance. He loves the beatles. Since they're obviously not on tour...I guess it could be a cover band or something." Which would still be fun because then they'd both know all the words to the songs being sung. Ella smiled, feeling quite excited herself. Nope, there was no one to stop them now. "A real adventure. This is going to be wicked. I hope there isn't anything too scary down there." Like vampires! O_O That would be extremely frightening. No bears or skrewts. Phew! That was a relief. But the spiders bit..."They are everywhere aren't they." Frown. Maybe there was some kind of spell that kept spiders away. Ella would definitely be reading up on that. "I guess if you've still been able to go into the woods then I'll be able to do it too...even with the spiders." The first year also appreciated the smile. She was fine for the moment though. She would deal with the mom drama at home. Ella smiled at Logan as he looked down at the ground. He didn't know why he had blushed. Hmmm. Not that Ella was a stranger to blushing herself, though she usually knew exactly why. AND it usually had to do with the very boy sitting next to her. "No worries." She said, nudging him playfully in the shoulder. |

"A real adventure indeed! I wonder where it leads." he said thoughtfully. Logan laughed. "But the frightening and scary things make it exciting!" he said, even though he was quite worried about that himself. Logan laughed. "If there's a spider out there, I shall protect you from it! After all I am Candyman." he said beaming. Logan smiled shyly as she nudged him and said 'no worries'. "Alright.." he said, feeling relieved. |
Btw, loving the whole Lewis/Kurumi bit! Text Cut: Minnie "I will definitely let you know if I decide to do the Quidditch thing. Or go to Diagon Alley. My parents go quite often, but they don't usually like me tagging along because it takes so much longer. I always have to stop and talk to friends, you know." And if this past year was any indication, more people now considered themselves his friend than ever before. He suspected that had something to do with his shiny badge. "Yeah, we do! We have over 300, last I checked. That's probably why I love Care of Magical Creatures so much, come to think of it." Hm... Career possibility, perhaps? Text Cut: ALEC! And then his favorite first year showed up. "Hey, pal! Of course I was coming! You're here, aren't you?" He reached up and ruffled his Seeker's hair. But that wasn't all he had for the boy... "And... just like I promised!" He rummaged in his robes for a small, crinkly package. His fingers found what he sought and he pulled it out quickly, hiding it behind his back. "Last Hogsmeade weekend I bought you a little something at Honeyduke's..." With a flourish, the Captain produced a full pound of gummy bears, placing it in Alec's hands. "Just don't eat them all in one day, alright? Your family would have my head for that!" Text Cut: Oakey Wow, he thought. Oakey sure is brimming with confidence. Not that it was necessarily a bad thing, but the Captain rarely encountered that attitude from perspectives. Usually they were nervous and feeling inadequate. Although, I suppose a little game experience would boost your confidence, wouldn't it? Just like it did for his regular players. But wait.. die trying? "Woah there, sport. The last thing we need is someone dying from training too hard. Stick to a normal amount, alright?" he quipped, still glad for the boy's excitement. He wished all of the hopefuls would practice as much as it sounded like Oakey would. |

Logan and a bit of Ameliah too SPOILER!!: Logan "Okay, I will." Ella said, smiling. Logan definitely could expect some letters over the summer. She shrugged when he mentioned wondering where the tunnel might lead. Surely to somewhere cool and probably a little scary too. "You're right, they do make it more exciting. I'm still a little scared though..." She said honestly. Not that her nervousness would stop her. Nope. She was an adventurer at heart. She giggled as Logan said he'd protect her from spiders. She couldn't picture that in her head, not when he was also afraid of them. She'd humor him though."Good to know you have my back." She said, smiling widely. Ella smiled as another girl came to the table towards Logan, one she didn't recognize. The girl looked upset about something though and seemed to want his help. Frown. Not another sad person at the feast...Deciding it was best to give this girl and Logan some privacy, Ella turned her body to look down the other end of the hufflepuff table. There were still so many people she wanted to see before she left and here was her chance. |

and Ella(: Quote:
Wiping her tears off, she turned to the other girl who she assumed was Ella. "Sorry about that..." she said sheepishly. "My Aunt is sort of after me. I told Logan 'cos... well his Aunt hates him too." She began to pick at her food. |
Text Cut: Minnie Harvey relaxed .. phew! she didnt suspect anything.. so that was good.. "Its ok.. understandable.. thats true no-one has used that except us.. well no-one that has used it around us.. maybe they may have used it elsewhere" he said as he tried to remember if any of the puffs had mentioned it to him.. they may have he could remember something like that.. so this was not a complete lie.. he smiled as he looked at Mins. Just then Callidora an off saying something about an owl.. and not long after Ameliah walked back as herself and she went over to Logan.. uh oh.. they are just talking he thought to himself as he listened to Mins talking about winged horses.. so cool! he wished he could have one.. at that point he looked at her.. and saw she looked a bit red.. was she blushing?.. he hadnt seen her blush in a very long time.. well.. he wont listen in on that one any longer winged horses or not.. Harvey then looked over at the staff table.. just to keep himself occupied and away from what was happening right there.. |
