Logan laughed as Sophie had her arms up. "Yup!" he said. "I've been good! What about you?"

Logan laughed. "Worried? About me? I'm fine. Just a little down since it's the end of term feast and everything. But I'll be okay." he said. He laughed. "Just the law, huh?" he asked. "Then I must eat sweets with you!"

Logan noticed Ella blushing, and smiled a bit. She was cute when she blushed. But he pretended not to notice her blushing and nodded. "Yes, thank Merlin! Who knows how this school could survive without me!" he said.

At this, he laughed, softly, mainly because it will be very amusing to receive a letter that read 'Treyen-Mr-Head-Boy', though it would be a nice reminder of his final year.

"I'll be expecting those letters, then." Now he could say he had some spies at Hogwarts, ones who'll let him know everything that happened in the Hufflepuff House, right? That'd be awesome. About Diagon Alley, "Well, I'm pretty sure we'll see each other, since I know I'll be walking down Diagon Alley again." When one got to live in London it was only natural that they'd visit Diagon Alley once in a while.

After summer? "I'll be attending WADA," you know, the Wizarding Academy for Dramatic Arts? That same one, "And focus on acting." Which is what he wanted to do after Hogwarts, anyway.

Another happy Hufflepuff.

There was a bunch of those around. And the energy was contagious, so he smiled back as he nodded. He'll have a very nice summer too, that's for sure. Starting with the fact that he'll see Nova again, and the little girl seemed to love him a lot. Plus, the visit to Simon's place will be awesome. And...his girlfriend.

So, his eyes were on Ella until she met with her other friends.

And then awkwardNESS came.

"I hope so too." He said, with a smile. He truly hoped they got to see each other at least one more time before Hogwarts begun, or if she decided to leave to France, he could always visit. After all, he had family there, and he just needed to improve his skills for International Apparition in case he needed that. Yet he doubted it.

Treyen eyed her even more as she giggled. He was being fairly serious, Nessie.

And...he wasn't going to behave. He knew that. She'll snap at the next set of Prefects too, though she's never done so with Arya, his best friend was too nice to be mad at, really.

"Good. Though, I think I'll be glad to find out that you didn't get in too much trouble, that's all." So, she could misbehave all she wanted, as long as people didn't get hurt. Physically hurt anyway. "Except...no pulling of hairs, okay?" She needed to promise THAT. "Bad sportsmanship I won't allow." So, she shouldn't pull another girl's hair ever again. Vindictus won't allow it either...if his mind was on the right track.

And...she needed to stop biting her lip. That wasn't normal. It wasn't Arya. Whatever she was thinking about needed to be stopped. But there was nothing he could say. Words fell short to everything that was going on in their lives.

If only Aaron was here to say how silly they were for not being overjoyed by this.

At her question, he simply shook his head. How does one got to be ready for this?

Yes, yes, he knew that look. She managed to get away with it, didn't she? And she probably had thought she could right from the start.

Everyone seemed more than ready for summer. And excited about it too. Who wouldn't, though? Exams were finally over. And they'd won. He smiled, "That's...," he was going to say 'great', but then she moved on quickly and waved some sort of goodbye at him, "Yeah. See you around, Sophie!" he said, mimicking the wave.



Now...all he wanted was for the feast to be over.

Treyen pocketed the card and watched as Ellie moved on to talk to Arya. That was probably for the best, because for some reason he couldn't utter a single word to his best friend. And she needed to be brought back into reality somehow.

No, Ellie, Arya didn't bite her lip. He shook his head as to reply to her look.

And then turned to Oakey...

A dog? Quidditch tickets? Rune making kit? Those were...completely different things. "I didn't know you were a Chudley Cannons fan." Yes, that's what he gathered from everything he said. Treyen failed to notice that the boy was into Runes as well, otherwise he wouldn't be excited for a rune making set.

Treyen had done one, in his first year. And that was all he did for Ancient Runes.

"If you got to choose, which one will you prefer?" Out of the three things he mentioned.

About Treyen's summer, he chuckled, "My new home." That was ONE huge thing waiting for him, "I'll be moving to London." On his own, because London was the place to be for the next couple of years, maybe less, he wasn't too sure. Though, he'd still go to Dorset for a few days before finally settling all his stuff in his new place.

Alyssa frowned. "Yeah. I bet that even if you tried to hit me, you wouldn't be able to." Alyssa grinned at him challenging him

Alyssa laughed. "Okay Oakey. But definitely not food this time and nothing that will get anybody into detention or in the hospital wing. What do you want to bet on." Alyssa challenged him.

Returning from the Staff Table looking a little flustered, Lewis hurried back to the Hufflepuff House Table. He ran a hand through his hair a little nervously, glad that he'd made it back before everybody else had taken a seat. Only he still wasn't seated anywhere. There were so many people at their house table. Also non-Hufflepuff people. A lot of those actually.

And most of them were around Treyen it seemed. Which was only understandable. Lewis managed to find a seat somewhat close to the group and went back to chewing on his lower lip again. He leaned forward a little in his seat to get a better look at what was happening while turning his fork between his fingers absently.

He really didn't want Treyen to leave. Or any of the other seventh years he'd met so far.

"Erm, yeah sure," Zeke mumbled and let the subject drop. He suddenly lost all the urge to hit anyone. As of the moment, he was just hungry. When on earth were they planning to take out the food? He looked over at the Staff Table. Great, more chitchatting.

'Please just give us the food,' he thought to himself as he walked away from Alyssa. As he walked past Adeline he said, "You're on your own kiddo. I'm going back to my table and get some peace. Turns out I've spoken to one too many people for today. I've reached my limit. See ya around, I guess." And with that final message, he left the Hufflepuff table with all the happy Huffies in it and went back to his own house table where he plans on waiting 'til the food arrives.

YES! Now this was the boy he'd been looking for the whole week! And not because of Kurumi.

"Lewis!" he exclaimed, as his eyes landed on the boy who wasn't sitting so far away, "Are you going to be too busy this summer?" Translation: what are your plans for the summer, Chaser boy? Because...don't tell anyone, but Treyen wanted to meet up with him some time before the next school year begins.

Also, Lewis wasn't the one leaving, he should cheer up a lot more, unless something else had happened with the Gryffindor Prefect, that is. But really, Treyen was the one who had the right to show a sad face. Not him.

Hopefully the food would arrive soon. At least then he'd know what to do with his hands. Professor Cerulean wouldn't be very happy if she saw him playing around with his cutlery like that.

He looked back up from staring at his fork when he heard his name being called. By a voice which sounded quite familiar. "Hey!" Lewis' eyes fell on Treyen and he even waved at him, not really caring if it made him look weird. A slightly sad smile on his lips he leaned forward in his seat even more to make sure he heard everything the Head Boy said to him.

Everything Treyen said was somehow important.

His next words caught Lewis by surprise however. "N-no. No, I'm not." Was this normal smalltalk? But somehow the way Treyen had phrased it suggested otherwise. Even he noticed that. "Why? Too busy for what?" Did he need him for something?

Carigan smiled. "This is so exciting!"

"Well then maybe you should see the healer if it is a bad headache." with that Minerva turned back to her friends.

Minerva shrugged. "Guess time will tell" she didn't want to think badly of her friends, but where were they. Minerva looked around the hall ready for it to get going. She was hungry and ready to get on the train for London.

Harvey looked surprised as she said that "Hey I was JUST thinking that!.. You arent a mind reader or something are you? because if you were then I would have to be careful what I think about when I am around you." he chuckled at this thought. He then saw her look around the hall and knew that she wanted it to start already.. "Time has really flown by.. look at us now.. at the end of our 2nd year at Hogwarts.. when it seems like only a short while ago that we met on that first train journey to this school. I am still holding onto that hope that you will come back for a third year.. but I know that you dont know yet whether you want to return or not... do you?" he asked as he wondered whether she had given this any thought as to whether she wanted to return to the school or not. He hoped she would but then it was entirely her choice but he would miss her and hanging out with her.

"Where do you live Oakey? I live here in London. Close to diagon alley like I was saying to Sophie." Well now he new a few people that live in England. That's a good thing. But Sophie lives about five hours from where Nate lives. He wasn't so sure about Oakey.

Alyssa looked as the young Lion decided not to play out the game he and Adeline had been planning on ealier and instead had walked away. She wondered who he was because she hadn't seem him around the castle either last term or this term. He didn't seem to keen to want to talk with people though. Alyssa shrugged. She figured she'd see him around. She hoped that she would because he was definitely mysterious and Alyssa loved solving mysteries.

"Oh really?" Glenn smirked shaking her curly hair from her eyes. For once, she was not desperate for the food to appear on the table. It was fun just chatting to her friends at the table; trying to make up the time they would be spent not talking over the summer.

"So, did you have a good year?" She asked, leaning upon the table.

"Wow, acting." Glenn said eyeing Treyen. "Do you think you'd go undercover as a muggle and do a muggle film?" She gushed, "Because that'd be really cool. I mean, my mum only watches muggle films so she wouldn't know one of my friends was acting in it." Her mother was hesitant about magic, kind of ironic that she married a wizard when Glenn thought about it.

The blonde looked up at the ceiling again as she waited for Treyen's answer. She had never seen it looking so darn pretty! Most of the time it was cloudy and forlorn looking like the weather that they usually got.

Alec smiled. As much as he didn't believe him, he liked knowing that Treyen would miss him. Why? Because he, Treyen, was the Head Boy. AND he was the Chaser who scored lots. He was just uber cool whilst Alec was just... Alec.

"Thanks!" he said, "Do you know what you're going to do after Hogwarts?" Because... Alec had no idea what wizards and witches did after Hogwarts. And the thing about not needing luck? Yeah... he probably needed as much as he could get now.

"You can give some to Rufus as well," Alec liked that little monkey. He was nice, like Treyen. No wonder they seemed to get along. "I'm glad," he said, "I hope it makes you feel happier." Because Treyen shouldn't be sad at all. It was like that last time when things happened between him and Ellie. And then he had some gummy bears and here he was. Better. See? These things help.



Alec smiled. Really, you couldn't be around Ella without being instantly happier. "Yeah, you're right. It's been one great year here," he said, "But hey, we have another six years here. Six more years of fun, awesomeness and pillow fights!" And like he told Laura, they should all get together and have a big pillow fight. It would be awesome.

Blink! He really wasn't used to girls blushing all of a sudden around him. And no, Messer, it wouldn't be because of him. Alec brushed this off and smiled again. "You're welcome. No, I think it's great," he said, "You helped win the House Cup for Hufflepuff and you helped make everyone happy. That doesn't make you weird, that makes you awesome." But weird people were nice so it didn't really matter if Ella was weird or not.

YES! "That's great! Summer and ice cream go well together," And there's nothing like ice cream on a good summer's day. And Ella's summer sounded a lot more interesting than his! Especially the bit about her gram. "She's interesting? How?" Was she... Superman in disguise? ... Was Ella related to Superman?! No, Superman was a guy with big glasses who had too much gel in his hair. But back to Ella. "Sounds like you'll be busy over the summer!"



Hearing a voice close by him, Alec looked up at the boy who was greeting him. Messer! A matching grin spread across Alec's face at the sight of his roommate. A lot of teasing had gone on this past year but even so, he was going to miss this dude over the summer. Yeah, maybe he'll bombard him with teasing letters or something.

"Hey, Messer!" How did this guy know he was looking for his best friend? "Erm, yeah, I am. Have you seen her?" And what was with that grin on his face? Yeah, Messer was just slightly weird.



Alec couldn't help but grin at Ness and at the way she shouted out his name. He really didn't expect people to get excited when they saw him but here he was, sitting next to someone who did sort of seem excited. And it made him happy. Especially since she shouted out that special little nickname that she had given him all those months ago.

"NESS!" Excitement should be matched with excitement, right? Right. And along with calling him by his special little nickname, she was also doing something she had started doing here, at this very table, back in September. And this was also something that other people started doing to him as well.

The cheek pinching did feel nice though. It made the twelve year old smile even more. But he didn't know how he felt about the whole 'leaving' thing so... he'd just keep on smiling. Yeah. Good plan, Summers. "Erm, yeah, I am. Everything's in my trunk. Books, clothes, footie pyjama's-" ... Did he need to mention his footie pyjama's? "What about you? Any plans for the summer?"

"Yes, about you." Ella said, poking Logan lightly. She was quite a worrier, that Ella. "Okay good." The first year said. She didn't like seeing Logan sad let alone any of her other friends. It just wasn't something she could deal with without getting sad or worried herself. She brightened up even more when he said he'd eat sweets with her. "Brilliant! Where is the food anyway? I'm starveeedddd." She slumped down on to the table dramatically to prove her point. But seriously though, food?

Ella watched as Logan seemed to look at her. Why was he doing that? She looked down, hoping he didn't notice the blush. Curse her constant blushing. She giggled though when he spoke next. "Right? Hogwarts would be a very different place without Superlogan walking the halls." Then who would save Ella from mountains of books and fountains and food fights?



The first year then noticed that Nate was sitting close by. "Hey Nate, how's it going?" Ella remember that her and Nate had had a chat about their families in the common room earlier in the term and she hadn't really talked to him since.



Six more years. Merlin, when Alec put it like that it was hard to be sad. They sure did have a lot more time left at Hogwarts. They could fit so much fun into those years and Ella couldn't help but feel excited about the adventures to come. "Did you say pillow fights?" Ella asked, smiling widely. She loved pillow fights! "That sounds like a great idea. Next term in the common room we'll have a pillow war." Yes, that would be fun.

Ella played with her hands nervously as Alec complimented her. Truth be told, the first year was used to giving them but being on the other end of a compliment made her feel quite strange. "W-well thanks Alec. I didn't know I made people happy...that's good." Shrug. And the awesome part, well that caused Ella to smile widely at her fellow first year. "Thanks. Really. You're pretty awesome too. I'm glad that we're friends." They were friends, right? They did like sweets and quidditch and were in the same house. That kind of made them friends.

Summer and ice cream did go well together! Ella smiled, agreeing whole-heartedly. How could she not? The first year chuckled when Alec asked about her gram. She wasn't exactly sure how to explain the woman. "Well, we live with her and she's unique...She's part of a theater group and she puts on shows in our sitting room with her uh-players. And she likes to sing opera while she cooks and wear funny hats on Sundays for family dinner. Oh, and she likes to curse at the postman cause she thinks he reads our mail." Yup! That was good ole gram. She smirked, wondering what he would think of all that. "Yup, summer will be busy."

Was it weird that Louisa was actually looking for the student who got on her nerves for the past two years and only got to know him this term? What the heck, she passed weird ever since Paulie had been her flirting buddy. Walking away from the heartbreaking group of three, she headed for the Huffies table which was the destination for other goodbye last term to Kita. Louisa wasn't so fond of that table by now.

And she'd located him easily. Not that he was alone, but really he was Treyen the Head Boy and president of the Selfless-Charitable-Wizards association, he's never alone. Standing awkwardly near the two boys talking, Louisa patted her hair pushing it away from her face a little to look less pathetic with her bloodshot eyes. And then she cleared her throat, "Uhh... hi." she glanced at the unknown boy before putting on a nervous smile toward the subject, "Hey, Treyen." Did that sound as thick as she heard? Hopefully not.

Emmy said that I could have a party the day after we get back off the train, so if you wanna come I'd love to have you." he said, feeling those bloody butterflies in his stomach again.

Ella rested her elbows on the table and leaned forward a bit, resting her chin in her hands. She tilted her head to look at Logan when he said her name again. He seemed excited about something and so the badger gave him her fully attention. "China huh? That's good you get a break from her." Not that Ella knew the woman personally but she sounded horrid. "And Emmy gets to watch you? You must be excited. That'll be nic-" A party? Really? Ella smiled at Logan, sitting up straight again. "Hmmm...the day after we get back?" She stroked her chin, pretending she had to think about the decision. "Well I uh-I'll have to check my schedu-" She couldn't finish her act though before a smile gave her away. Like she had told him before, she was a bad actress. "Kidding! Of course I'll come. I'd love to." Now she'd just have to convince her dad. That shouldn't be too hard...

He turned around when he heard yet another familiar voice to see that it was Ella. "Oh hey Ella. It's going good. Are you ready for the summer. It feels like this year went by so fast." Nate had so many people that he was husy talking to. He had to switch from one person to the next to the next and it goes on for about two more people.

Logan laughed. "It is good indeed. A full summer with no....her." he said grinning. "Means I can do whatever I want!" he said chuckling. "It is very nice!" he said smiling.

Logan watched as Ella stroked her chin. He leaned in towards her, his eagerness to know obvious. "Check your sche-" he began slowly but then she couldn't finish her little act because she said she could. "You got me for a second! Okay, that's good! I'll owl you directions!" he said, bouncing in his seat a little.

Minerva smiled at Harvey "We have had fun, haven't we. Oh next term well I guess we will see. It will depend if I go with Eddie or not."

Damon sat down at the least busy part of the table, trying to aid his migrane, so many different voices at the Ravenclaw table, he could hardly stand it. He poured himself a glass of water, and sighed, so much for Taylor how he truely felt.

Ella nodded, smiling. "Oh yeah, I'm excited to see my dad and brother...and my gram. Having no work to do will be nice as well. I'm a bit homeworked out." Yup. The first year felt like she'd done enough homework to last a lifetime. "It did go by fast, didn't it? A little too fast I think. Are you excited for summer?"



Whatever he wanted huh? "Like visiting me?" She asked, eyebrows raised. Ella hoped he would want to visit her still. Plus, her dad wanted to meet him which was so embarrassing.

Ella tried not to laugh as Logan leaned towards her. She kind of wanted to kiss his cheek or pinch it, he was just being so cute. She did laugh when he admitted that she had tricked him. "I did? Awesome." She said, feeling quite proud of herself. She wasn't very good at tricking people. "You must know I want to visit you..." She added rather sheepishly. The first year giggled as he started to bounce. Someone was excited. "Yes, owl me...as many times as you want, actually." Ella hoped they would keep in touch a lot over the summer.

Tay came up behind Damon and wrapped her arms around him, "Please tell me, you will save me and invite me to sit in this not crowded table with you. The eagles are getting annoying and there is too many there." Taylor sighed, "I rather onl talk to you and Maxwell to be honest... maybe Logan too.... I didnt know i knew that many people." She grimaced. "So will you pretty please with a cherry on top, save me?"

Damon jumped a little feeling someone hug him, until he realized it was Taylor, "Of course you can join me!" Well... Maybe I can tell her then.
