Logan watched as she got hit with the pie. He winced a little, and glared at Laura for a few seconds before looking at the others who had pie on their faces. Ugh. This was so stupid. Why'd she even start this food fight when adults were around?

The giggles, she didn't particularly mind. It was the explanation that she was looking for, and quite the explanation it was. Scraping off some of the pie off of her shoulder, not really knowing what to do with it, she let it drop to the floor as she looked around for this said Ella girl.

Yup, it looked like she was covered in juice.

"Vell, I'm sure ve can figure out something productive for you to do that doesn't involve throwing food or juice at others..." She was going to give up cleaning for now. "While you clean up your house table and the rest of the great hall."

Flick. What kind of pie was this? "And ten points from Hufflepuff."

Laura stared at the Professor, seriously did the Professor just say that she had to clean the Great Hall, but she hadn't messed up all the Great Hall so that was going to be easy, though she was going to find the new girl and appologise and see if there was something she could do once she got out of this mess.

Laura gave a look at the Gryffindor Boy, this was all his fault, he shouldn't have been staring at her, and then he shouldn't have told the Professor it was her, she was going to do it anyway.

Laura looked at the floor and then at the Professor as she took out her wand the Professor had said nothing about her not using her wand on the floor, Laura thought for a few minutes and then decided on the perfect spell. "Scourgify." Laura said as she watched as the Hufflepuff House table became clean. "That was easy Professor, this won't take me long." Laura didn't know if she would be in trouble, but the Professor had said nothing about not using a wand.

Ella had been sitting there, thinking about everything that had been going on at home when she suddenly felt something cold and wet all over her. Startled, she jumped up, looking around with wide-eyes. Who would do such a thing?! The first year was shocked to see her friend Laura standing with the jug that had held the pumpkin juice which now covered Ella. She frowned, "Laur-" but she was cut off when pie started being thrown and now several other hufflepuffs were covered in food and Logan was there. Ella just put her head down, trying to stay out of the way. She wanted no part in this.

When Professor Romanos arrived, Ella groaned inwardly. Now Laura had done it for sure! They would all be in trouble. She picked up her head, wiping the wet hair from her face and stared nervously, waiting to see what would happen. She wasn't the slightest bit surprised when it was announced that Hufflepuff had lost house points over this. Ella felt like crying. Instead of leaving, she pulled her own wand out of her pocket, trying to help Laura clean up the mess. She needed something to occupy her mind so she wouldn't burst into tears at the moment.

Logan frowned. "I'm sorry." he said. "I'm sure there's a way to wash them." he said. "I can help out if you want." he added. "Oh...I'm Logan, by the way." he said.



Logan watched as the professor told Laura to clean the Great Hall. He felt a little bad for her, but she should know better. He shrugged it off, deciding it was for the best.

Picking up a napkin, she wiped her hands off before taking out her own wand, and cleaning up the mess on herself. Eh, she'd more than likely go and change before finally coming down to eat. Before she knew it though, Laura had already...finished cleaning...

That was fast. Aw right, the girl's wand. "Now do it vithout magic." she said, getting rid of the last piece of pie on her clothes. She should be happy that Medea wasn't taking her wand to make sure of it. "I vill be right back. Don't think for a second just because I'm gone, doesn't mean you can get avay vith using your vand. There are eyes and ears everywhere in here."

We're watching you Miss Hyde! Now...she was going to go change. Twenty minutes tops.

Ella frowned at her friend, sighing. "Laura, put your wand in your pocket. I'll grab some napkins and help. This is going to take you a while..." The first year stood, looking for some clean napkins as most were covered in pie.

She gave Logan a quick smile. Thankful he had attempted to help.

Amelia was practically shaking with rage. She had pie all over her face, in her hair, and on her clothes. Sputtering, she started cleaning it off her face when a boy offered her a napkin and asked if she was okay. "I think I'm fine. Not really. My clothes are ruined." And this had been one of her favourite outfits!

Who had thrown that bloody pie?!

... And of course it had to be Laura. Sigh. "Be as that may. do you really need to throw pies at people?" She liked Laura, and she was her friend, so there would be no murdering involved. The girl was lucky. "You're gonna get in trouble..."

And no sooner had she said that when a Professor came. Amelia would have pointed Laura out to the woman, but she didn't really feel like a snitch. Plus Laura threw a pie at the woman anyway, so there was no point. :/

"Oh, look. We've lost Points." Yay...

Laura didn't like this Logan fellow and she wasn't really sure if she liked the Professor much, but well she was fair and Laura knew she deserved the punishment but to clean the Great Hall without her wand well that was just nasty and worse off was the fact she had nothing to use to clean the Hall, how was it going to be possible.

She was about to ask the Professor how she was going to clean up the hall without anything to do it when she left, well that was great, suddenly she had an idea, she took one of the jugs off the table and ran and got some water and then she took out her hanky.

"Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!" Laura had touch something sticky when she had gotten onto the floor, it was hard, she then started scrubbing the floor using her hanky and the jug of water she had.

Laura walked to the hall. Hey! what was happening? Why was the other Laura cleaning the floor? She guessed Laura had started off something like a food fight and was in trouble for that.



The girl had cream on her face. 'Hey..there's something on your face..want some napkins?,' she asked, offering some.

Laura looked at Amelia from her position on the floor. "I...I...I didn't mean to get you Amelia." Laura sighed, that had been an accident, she hadn't been aiming for her friend. "I'm re.....e......e....ally Sorry Amelia." Laura was wishing Amelia would say it was okay, she didn't want to loose a friend.

Laura felt glad that Amelia wasn't in the murdering sort of mood because that is what it looked like she could do, hopefully Amelia would calm down soon and see the funny side of the event, like the PROFESSOR had gotten pied as well.

Laura then got back on with cleaning the Great Hall, seriously the Professor could have let her use her wand again, this was taking ages, but well she had to admit she was lucky not to loose loads of points after accidently pieing a Professor.

Logan returned the smile back at Ella, feeling random butterflies in his stomach again, making him slightly annoyed.

Logan frowned. "That's too bad. I'm real sorry about that." he said, glancing at Laura as she cleaned and then looking back at the girl.

After wiping up some of the mess, Ella decided to walk over and talk to Logan. She used her sleeve to wipe some of the now sticky pumpkin juice off her face and headed over to him.

"Hey..." She said, eyebrows raised. "That was-interesting." She smiled, holding out her arms to showcase her very wet clothing and hair. "Good think pumpkin juice is in this season." She said sarcastically.

Amelia was being offered more napkins now, and she smiled gratefully. She had run out of the ones she had been using. "Thank you, I don't know how I'll get all this pie off of me." And she didn't really want to blast her face with a cleaning charm. o_O She'd have to see if she could get the stains off magically, however.

"It's okay," she assured the boy now. "Thank you." You know for being nice and helpful and all. She smiled at him before turning her gaze back to Laura.

It was kinda getting harder to be mad at the girl now. Like really hard. "It's okay. Really. Don't worry about it." Maybe she was soft, maybe not. She wouldn't have been this nice if it had been Janet. Then again Janet would have done it on purpose. :/

Carigan walked into the great hall and rubbed her hands together thinking of food food and more food as she sat down at the Hufflepuff house table. She looked at her empty plate and at everything available to eat. She looked over it carefully and spied the very thing she craved. She took her plate and laid out a layer of basmati rice then a topping of spicy tofu curry. She hadn't had that since she was very little and her parents had taken her and her sister to India.

She hadn't thought of that in a long time... it was quite long ago... at least six years by now, but she still remembered it well. She always had a good memory.

Laura looked at the other Laura. 'You PIED a professor?,' she asked, amused.

Laura smiled.'Here ..let me help you out,' she said, wiping off the pie from the girl's face. 'I'm Laura by the way..,' she said

Arriving in the great hall with clean and pie free clothes on, she was a bit skeptical about heading back to the Hufflepuff table. She didn't really want to have to go and change again, but the sight of Laura cleaning made those few extra steps possible!

Smiling a little, she paused by the young Hufflepuff. "You can stop." she said, vanishing the water in the jug. "Next time I catch you throwing food, you vill be cleaning the entire great hall...vithout magic." Understoooooood, Miss food thrower? "Enjoy the rest of your meal, Miss Hyde."

Now she herself could eat, thank Merlin. Starving.

Laura looked at Amelia first and was relieved to see that she was okay now, she had been really affraid that Amelia would hit her or something. "Amelia that's great, are your clothes really ruined."

Laura looked at Laura next, she still couldn't get used to saying that, "I sort of accidently did." Laura sighed as she continued cleaning until the water in her jug had gone.

"Hey I'll h.." Laura started to say thinking another student had done it but then she heard the Professor speak. "Thank you Professor." Laura was glad she could stop. "I promise I wouldn't throw food again." Laura smiled or well she wouldn't let the Professor catch her. "Thank you Professor." Laura sat down and started to eat.

Laura smiled at her.'It's okay, Laura..It happens...I mean it was intended to be a joke, wasn't it?? I'm sorry you lost points..,' she said sincerely. She sat down next to her, as Laura sat down to eat.

He was still smiling. His birthday made him smile. Plus, the presents were smile worthy. The ones Ellie gave him, at least. And Aaron's. "It was." Minus the small argument. But they always had arguments, so, no big deal. It was still his best birthday to date.

See? She LOVED chocolate, not liked. Now he knew he couldn't go wrong with offering something covered in chocolate, right? Like those almonds Stryker had in his hut. Those were delicious. "The former Healer used to think that way about chocolate too."

He nodded next. Yup. He was sure. No cupcake for him today.

Then he chuckled, "I really have no idea. How long?" She was probably going to say a month, right? Because the house elves made cupcakes for them. Sometimes. They were more like muffins, but still.

AH! Why had she stopped eating it?

"What's bothering you?" It was perfectly clear that something was, and now he simply wanted to know. See if there was something he could help her with. Advice or not.

Minerva sat down at the long empty table. She hadn't sat at this table in months it felt so weird to sit here again. She looked around at the food. She wasn't really hungry, but knew she had to eat. She reached out and picked up some bread and some chicken. Once it was on her plate all she could do was look at it. She pointed her wand at a napkin and levitated it for something to do.

Evelyn couldn't help but give a small grin when she noticed the smile on his face. It must be nice to be with a person that you love. Although, how did people fall in love at seventeen/eighteen? It was a little weird. Was it actually love or did they just think that they were in love? Heh. It was all very confusing.

"Oh? Well, that person is awesome." People who loved chocolate were awesome. That was a fact.

How long? "Erm.." Evelyn thought for a moment. The last time she'd had a cup cake was on her sixteenth birthday. Woah. "A year." Yeah. A whole year. Crazy, right? Huh. She took another small bite and gave a small shrug. "Guess it's been a while."

Evelyn blushed in embarrassment and looked down at the half-eaten cupcake. She really didn't want to spoil everything by talking about her problems. "It's nothing, really." Evelyn gave a half-hearted smile.

Okay, another topic of conversation. "So, what are planning to do once you finish school?" That was the first thing that popped into her head. Sigh.

Amelia was having a hard time holding the box of baby Pygmy Puffs in her lap, so she was constantly adjusting them. That, and it seemed to be food time, so she needed to keep trying to sneak mashed potatoes to them. Hopefully the babies liked it as much as their mother did, because other than that she had no idea what they would eat. o_O Maybe it would be a good idea to ask Professor Williamson.

"What am I going to do with you guys?" she said as she adjusted them some more. People needed to keep taking Pygmy Puffs from her, or she would go insane before Graduation.

Aurora had been wandering in for some food when she noticed some unusual movement from the corner of her eye. She glanced over and... OH MY GOODNESS WERETHEYBABYPYGMYPUFFS?! Aurora moved slightly closer to get a better look then, overwhelmed by the cuteness, walked right up to the girl with the balls of fluff.

"Um, hey." she said to the older girl. "Can I hold one of your pygmy puffs?" BECAUSE THEY WERE SO FLUFFY!!! And she soooo wanted one of those!

Adrianna knew Mia had baby Pygmy Puffs. And she was determined to have one before they were all gone. So when she saw Mia at the Hufflepuff Table, she raced over there and popped up next to the older girl. Addy grinned, her glasses perched on the bridge of her nose at an angle. "Miaaaaa!" she said happily.
