Minerva saw Logan and smiled "Hey Logan this is Laura and Glenn. Whatcha up to?" Minnie smiled as Laura and Logan were talking. "Well I'm glad you like your classes this term Laura. Are you making a lot of friends?" Minerva then turned to Justin. "Thought I could keep those emotions in check." she grinned "I wish you wouldnt' get so upset so quickly." as she put her hand in his and smiled.

She blushed a bit when she realized she said it out loud.

Logan felt a little sick inside. Not puking sick but sad-sick. Whatever that was. He stood up. "Er...I gotta go...do..some homework." he muttered, rushing off. Why was he so depressed about his parents lately?! It was really bugging him. He needed to just move on and forget about them for once.

Sophie waved again and smiled. Then she drank a little of her pumpkin juice. She didn't say anything, just kept eating and drinking, glancing around as the others spoke.

Sophie still had a mouthful of food, so she just raised her hand and winked at Justin. She had seen that group of friends so many times around the table and in the Common Room that she felt like she knew him already, they just weren't properly introduced before.
Looking around at the food, she put a bit more of whatever it was closest to her hand on her plate and sipped from her pumpkin juice once more.

"Guys...I've got to go for a bit.. I'll be at the lake if I'm needed." She walked quickly out of the hall, slightly.. Limping?! Since when did she limp? She awkwardly lowered herself so that Saber could hop onto her shoulder.
