SIR?!

Lewis just stared at the younger boy for a moment and actually looked behind him to see if he was actually talking to him. It seemed that he was. "I..." He bit his lip nervously, looking back and forth between the boy and the girl next to him a couple of times. Maybe this would all just go away if he waited long enough.

Since nothing had changed, Lewis realized that he should probably say something after all. Only what. "I-I didn't see her." Then towards the girl he added quickly, "You. I didn't see you." Obviously. He wasn't a rowdy or something after all. "I'm sorry." He finished quietly, looking at both of them briefly before glancing back at a very interesting dent in the table.

charlotte walked around she wondered where to go

Minerva sat up straight something he said made sense. "It's because we are back here. There is no mind reading here. He can't get in." she smiled a little feeling safer then she had.


"You can tell me whatever you want to tell me Ame. I am always here for you."

Oscar smiled when a boy introduced himself to him. He was glad to see that at least someone would talk to him, Oscar was new here and he needed to make some friends.
'So... what year are you in?' Oscar asked carefully, not exactly the best way to make conversation.. But he'd never needed to make awkward conversation to make friends, all his friends had just been there from the start of his life.. Maybe home schooling wasn't as great as he'd thought it been.



Oscar tried not to laugh at the loooud stomach growls coming from a girl nearby. He grinned awkwardly at her as his stomach too started to grumble. Oscar laughed to himself, slightly blushing.
'Thank you,' he smiled, maybe Hufflepuff wasn't that bad after all, those he'd met so far seemed nice enough. Maybe even his dad knew that and wouldn't mind the Hufflepuff-ness.
'Nice to meet you, Nessie.' He said and shook her hand while his stomach grumbled once more.



'Hi, yes, I think we met on the train ride.' He nodded politely. 'Ehm... I was home schooled. Until now.' He sighed, he'd love to be home with his brothers and EVEN his sister right now. And have mum's dinner.
'I'll be a third year too.' Oscar said, smiling hopefully, maybe she'd help him find his way around, cause this castle LOOKED BIG.




Oscar looked to his other side to see a small boy staring looking at him. He smiled awkwardly. Oscar knew him to be a First year, they'd been sorted at the same time, right? He'd have to keep track of who everyone was, Oscar thought to himself worriedly, why couldn't he just be with his friends and family who he'd know ALL his life? There'd be no awkward introductions then, just fun.

Oscar relaxed a little when the boy grinned at him and sat down opposite him and finally introduced himself as Alec Summers.
'Hi there.' He smiled, so far everyone was nice. 'Nice to meet you too.'
He was definitely ready for food now, mum's, anyone's food!

Harvey listened to his friends.. and he was happy to see them like this.. and he knew they could work through this.. then Minnie talked to him.. "I know.. that is why I guess it is good that we are not in the same house.. that way you feel good without me being there.." he said to her as he listened to them talk amongest themselves... maybe it wouldnt be so bad afterall... they seemed to be coming back together again. and it made it easier on him.. [/b]

Justin nodded in agreement. " I think we'll all be fine. "

'Oh, yeah, that's right,' Daisy smiled. So Oscar was home-schooled, that made sense. Well no, it didn't. Who would be home-schooled when you could go to Hogwarts. But then, it was up to him and his parents.
'Really?' she said, 'another third year Hufflepuff, well, you've got a bit of catching up to do, meeting people and teachers,' she laughed slightly, helping herself to some salad and dumping ketchup on it at the same time. 'I'll show you round if you like, and sit with you in lessons,' she nodded, smiling. 'So, what made you come to Hogwarts now?'

Alec blinked as someone talked to him. It was a girl he had never met before. That didn't bother him though. He liked meeting new people. But this girl... was waving a fork at him! A FORK! As long as she wasn't planning on attacking him with the fork, he was fine.

And what's more, this girl looked fairly familiar. Maybe he had seen her somewhere? Not Diagon Alley but the platform? Maybe. There were a lot of people there so he didn't really know. And will you look at that. She was being NICE! She was welcoming him to the house and everything. "Hey!" he said, giving the girl a single wave, "Thank you!" She was nice! Really nice! "Nice to meet you Daisy Tucker," he said, taking her hand and shaking it, "I'm Alec, Alec Summers."



Alec blinked. This was weird. Him and Adeline had gotten on so well before her mother came along. And their meeting on the train wasn't so bad. It was awkward but at least they had talked, hadn't they? So why was she talking to him like this?

He blinked again. This wasn't like Adeline at all! He was pretty sure she was a nice girl! And now... she was being... weird. Girls! Why did he bother with them sometimes? "That didn't stop you on the train," he said. See? He could have his own comebacks. "And your mum's not here. She doesn't have to know that you're talking to me."



Feeling someone hovering near him, Alec turned around and blinked at the older boy. He wasn't going to tell him off was he? He hadn't done anything at all! The boy had no reason to-

Oh? He was gesturing to the seats near Alec. He actually wanted to sit near him? Alec smiled. The boy was nice. One thing he didn't understand was how he knew his name. But it made him feel slightly special so he wasn't going to say anything against him. "Thank you Keefer!" he said, "Sure, no one's sitting here..." He budged up slightly and smiled again at the older boy.

And then his eyes fell on the boy's shiny badge. He had a badge! And it was all yellow! Alec squinted at the badge. Qui.... Qui... QUIDDITCH CAPTAIN?! Hogwarts had Captains for that sport? "You're Quidditch Captain!" Keefer was the badge-owner. He knew that. "Congratulations!" He could ask this boy about Quidditch now.

"When do you think this is going to get rolling I'm a bit hungry and would like to just hangout a bit."

Messer eyeing the older boy carefully. He raised his eyebrow when the boy looking back and forth between him and the girl. What's with him? The boy remind him of a lost puppy. He waited for the older boy to say something anything. He waited and waited but no sounds come out from his mouth. He shrugged maybe he was lost after all.

Then when the eleven years old turned his gaze toward his still empty plate, he heard the boy speaks. So he can speak. "Oh. Okay." Well, as long the girl was okay. "Are you lost?" he couldn't help himself to ask. "Because if you do I'm sure the Professor would love to help you." he said.

"And I for you, Miss Wheatborn." She smiled at her, nodding as she thought if now was a good enough time. "I'll just tell you in the dorm..if you don't mind."

To anyone???
 

Jessie turned from Sophie and looked down the long Hufflepuff table; her Hufflepuff table. She saw some of the older students deep in conversations with their friends, the first years who looked a little nervous, some looked like they didn't like the sorting hat's decision. She hoped they would soon learn to like it here, like she had. Yellow wasn't her favorite color; it clashed horribly with her ginger hair, but she liked Hufflepuff nonetheless. Her reverie brought a smile to her face. She was home!

"Well, I hope not, I just hate tea with a passion." she said with her eyes closed and pompous face, even though the sentence was not pompous at all. She then opened one of her eyes and looked at Glenn. Right after that she busted out laughing. She didn't care if other people were staring.
"It would be quite fun if the name stuck!" Sophie said still laughing. She was having so much fun she could hardly remember she was hungry.

Sophie was excited about new classes. Her parents have always told her about them and she was looking forward to all of them. "I think I'll like charms a lot!" she said bouncing a little in the her seat. "Anything that we have to use our wands! I was so happy when I could finally get mine!"

Adeline frowned. "I'm sorry that I was talking to you on the train then." she whined. She wanted to talk to him on the train and she didn't know why she wanted to so badly. She was smart she should know why but she didn't and it bugged her. "She'll know. I know her all to well. I know she will." Adeline told him

" I know . I'm fammished! " he smiled at his friends as he watched the last few first years were being sorted.
" I'd like to talk to you as well, Ame...Alone if at all possible. " Justin said as he looked deep into her beautiful eyes.

Lilly went up to the Hufflepuff table, in search of Violet. She saw no Violet, but Minnie and Amethyst. "I don't mean to- interuppt or anything," she apologised. "But have either have you seen Violet since we got off the train?" the second-year asked. Minnie probably wasn't the best person to ask, because of what happened between the Hufflepuff and Rose, but she hoped that Minnie wasn't including Lilly in it.

Jessie turned from looking down the House Table to look back at Sophie. "Charms sounds fun, too!"

She laughed as Sophie nearly bounced off of the bench. "I was so nervous about getting my wand, but it turned out alright. I only had to try one! It chose me right away! How about you?"

The poor boy looked nervous. But Keefer isn't the type to bite, so there's nothing to worry about. Upon Alec's invitation, Keefer took a seat. Almost immediately, his shiny badge must've caught Alec's attention.

"Haha, yeah I am. And thank you! Do you know anything about Quidditch?" Maybe he was a Muggleborn and had no clue. Or maybe he just didn't know much about sport.

Harvey smiled the Amigos were back in business!!! "I dont know Mins.. even I just want to hang out for a bit.. with all my friends" he said looking at all his friends on this hufflepuff table.. he then heard Ame talk to Minnie.. good some girl time.. that was good for Minnie and Ame both.

Amethyst smiled and nodding to him. "Sure thing, J.W." She smirked as she ruffled his hair, giggling. She was in a surprisingly good mood.
Amethyst looked up. Oh, it was Lilly. She smiled and hugged her. She was quite the hugger today. She didn't really know Lilly or Violet for that matter, but she still was a helper. "I'm sorry, but I haven't seen her." She scanned the room for the girl's sister, but she was no where in site. "Have you tried the other tables?"
"I agreed with you on that, Harvey!" She nodded, chuckling.

Harvey smiled as he saw Lilly come and ask about Violet.. well only the other Puff girls might know that.. so he stayed quiet.. and Ame spoke to him before she went to Lilly.. and he smiled that Ame agreed with him..

Alec smiled back at the boy. He definitely seemed older. Unless he was like the other girl who had an older person face but was actually a firstie like him. He could be exactly like that. But his smile mean that he wasn't about to shout him down. Good.

"So you excited about Hogwarts?" he asked, smiling at the boy. He was new so there had to be something he was excited about. As for Alec... he needed to think about how to say what he was excited about without sounding... weird.



Seeing someone else approach the table, Alec turned to look at the new girl. He recognised her as well from the sorting. And she seemed small enough to be a first year like him. Maybe. How many new people were there?

Alec smiled as he stood up and walked over towards the new girl. She was smiling! That was a very good sign! He sat down opposite the girl, smiling back at her. "Hey!" he said, giving the girl a single wave, "I'm Alec, Alec Summers." He held out his hand for the girl to shake.



Alec was officially confused. Why was Adeline being like this? She had been so nice before and now... she was acting as if he had done something to her. He hadn't! Last time he checked, he had just been nice. That's all. Nothing more. What more did she want?

"Don't apologise! I like talking to you," See? He was being NICE! "The only way she can know is if she has spies here at Hogwarts," he said, "Or if you tell her. You're not going to tell her that i'm talking to you, are you?" Because that would be very mean on Adeline's part.



Alec smiled at the boy as he eyed the badge again. It was really shiny! He didn't understand how people on the other end of the Hall didn't see Keefer's badge. But the Hall was big. Massive, even!

But Keefer was talking so Alec was going to pay attention. "I know it's a sport..." That's all he knew, really. "I just heard about it a couple of weeks ago. How long have you been playing?" The boy might be very experienced and could just tell him everything he needed to know about Quidditch.

"Hey, Alec! I'm Jessie Weasley!" She thought he looked familiar so he was probably a first year like her. "This is my new friend, Sophie! Do you like Hufflepuff as much as we do?"

That was slightly...random. A hug? Okayy. Lilly barely even knew Amethyst. She hugged the girl back. "It's alright," she smiled. "I don't see why she'd be at the Slytherin or Ravenclaw, but I'll try anyway. Thanks," Lilly said, standing up to scan the Ravenclaw table. Who did they know in Ravenclaw except Harvey? Or Slytherin? Oh, Ashly. That's where Violet was. She was proud to be single.

Autumn walked past the hufflepuff table looking at all there beaming faces, huffle puff seems a kind house, Autumn smiled she wanted to get to know some people from other hosues but didnt want to just stop and sit down, she brushed her hair out of her pretty face.
