Elliot (XD, nicely done!) and Treyen Quote:

As for the Quidditch... "Well, I hope I do a decent job. But that can only happen if last year's players try out again and we have some fresh talent." He threw out a hint for Alyssa, hoping she would pick up on it. |

After the sorting hat shouted "HUFFLEPUFF!" Jessie was more than a little let down. She was a Wealsey! She was born to be a Gryffindor...right? But after a glance at the hufflepuff table full of people cheering for her, she decided to give it a try. She sat down next to an older boy who just so happened to be wearing the Hufflepuff Quidditch Captain badge! What luck! Quidditch was her absolute favorite wizarding sport! She might even try out...well, one day. Jessie was in a battle with her shyness over whether to say hello to anyone or not. |

Ack. But she didn't show it. She was very good at this. Keefer? "What an odd name, Mister Keefer," she replied before she thought about what she was saying. She mentally slapped herself, but she simply smirked on the outside. She wouldn't apologize; she was above that. So...maybe he would admire her...spunk? If you could call it that? She called him 'mister' because he was...well, older than she. And she felt weird calling him just...Keefer. "Oh. Um. Well. Seeing you across the room, I decided to introduce myself. You should probably get to know me, since I will rule the entire world one day. Count yourself lucky, Mister Keefer," she snapped back, her cold, drawling voice not cracking. Maybe he would think it was a joke. But it wasn't. Oh, Elliot. |
Quote:
He smiled down at the nervous-looking girl. "Welcome to Hufflepuff, Jessie," he whispered, not wanting to disrupt the Sorting any more than necessary. "I'm Keefer, a sixth year and the Quidditch Captain." Normally with a firstie he would ask if they knew what Quidditch was, but the girl's last name likely meant she already knew. Quote:
Wait, is she serious? She wants to rule the world? Keefer didn't know what to make of this girl. Even if she had seen him and decided to introduce herself... why him? Why not Treyen as well, sitting right next to him on the bench? I better not have a little girl with a crush on my hands he thought, repressing a shudder. |
Lot's of people... :) Quote:

"Nice to meet you." she told the girl. "I'm Adeline Holiday." Quote:

Adeline looked around and saw a tall person who was older than her. She looked up at him. "No I'm not okay." she told him. "I didn't want to be in this house." Quote:

"Makes sense, Mister Keefer," she replied, her lips curling into somewhat of a smirk. "What's your last name?" she asked, wondering of his...blood affiliation. She might as well make a friend if she had to do this dare. She couldn't WAIT to return to her table and KILL Caelius. Stupid boy. She could see the look of confusion on his face, and she chuckled. "I'm not joking," she said, lifting her eyebrow a bit. She wasn't! |

She looked around and started observing the other students at the table. Everybody seemed to be really nice. She was glad she was in Hufflepuff. |
Text Cut: Justin and Minnie Harvey smiled as his best friend waved at him.. weakly but it was there. He then turned around to watch the first years being sorted... and he knew they would be confused to see a Ravenclaw at the table.. but most of his friends were here so that is why he was sitting here. Then he heard Minnie say hello to him.. he smiled at her and leaned into her "You ok sweetie?" he asked her.. he could tell that she was not calm .. but he didnt know what she was feeling.. |

THEIR COMMON ROOM WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE KITCHEN! If that didn't make Hufflepuff the best she didn't know what would. But Hufflepuff was already the best. So Sammy had no idea what this girl's problem was. But she wasn't about to be rude and go all crazy like she did to Amy when she revealed she was going out with someone who wasn't Everett "Nice to meet you too Adeline" she said happily. Before adding "You did hear me say 'right next to the kitchen' right?" she asked, because someone who wasn't excited by that was like Katie and that made them weird. Then again Sammy liked weird people, they were so much more interesting than that of normal people. |
Quote:
"No, I walked around as well," the most puzzled look on his face. Both of them had been walking around...and didn't meet once. That's what the Hogwarts Express was like. Odd at times. But he did meet the weirdest bird he's seen to date. Vincenzo was the owner's name. He wasn't going to mention that he'd walked around more than usual because he didn't want to think this was their last year at this school. And being on one place granted him that thought. "I'm always up for it." But Kaia takes all of his time. Or most of it, anyway. Quote:
The smile on Treyen's face simply widened. "That's the spirit!" Nate should go and cheer that girl that was complaining of being a Hufflepuff. "You'll like it here." He finally said, nodding once. Quote:
There was something Treyen forgot to ask on the train, since he'd been too focused on the badge the other Hufflepuff boy had. "How was your summer, Keefer?" The train rarely gave enough time for everyone to discuss their summer properly. Or future plans for that matter. He'll have to finish that conversation with Kurumi some other time. Quote:
Seriously. He didn't have as much patience for this as his best friend did. And he was most certain that the Head Girl didn't have to deal with this situation this girl was putting him in. "Clearly." That was his reply. The Hufflepuffs around her seemed to be a pretty friendly bunch, eh? And yet she still managed to give him that answer. "You should've told the Sorting Hat before getting sorted." Smirk. Who was the one that once said that the Sorting Hat takes into account which house one wants to belong in? Well, whoever had been...gave Treyen a reason to smirk about. No, this wasn't reversed psychology. "I actually agree with you. I don't think you're a Hufflepuff." Why, he was such a charming Head Boy. |
Quote:
"So what year are you, Sophie," she asked, starting to gain a little bit of courage in talking to strangers. Jessie's stomach growled quite loudly and she looked around quickly to see if anybody had heard it. She was starving and hoped the Headmaster would make his speech soon so the feast could begin! |

He paused. She was serious? Maybe he'd better lock the door to the dormitory at night.. "Oh. Well, good luck with your quest, then!" Mental note: move to Africa upon Elliot's graduation. Quote:

Treyen and friends "Who doesn't belong in Hufflepuff?" Miss Puff Prefect had wandered a bit more than usual when the train finally arrived in Scotland, still in no hurry to rush her last opening feast. Nor consciously think of it as such. She'd come in after many of the other students and skipped over to her friend, taking a seat at his side. The surrounding students got curious glances and distracted greetings. Why was their Head Boy telling people they didn't belong in their house?!? |
Isobel reached the Hufflepuff table with a smile on her face. She was not the first one there, but she was not exactly the last either. She cheered with the rest of her house as the first years got sorted and additions to their house came and sat down. Finally, Isobel had a chance to contemplate her surroundings. Sammy was sitting near her, as well as a small person who was freaking out about being sorted to Hufflepuff. Isobel frowned slightly, because Hufflepuff was obviously the best house, but she stayed silent for the time being. And them she spotted a young-well younger-person that she had not seen for a long time. "Hey Oakey," she said with a grin on her face. "Where have you been?" Invisible? Isobel did not remember seeing her little buddy all last year. |
Text Cut: Minnie Harvey watched her play with her fork when she scanned the room and quietly talked to him.. he suddenly realised what it was... he smiled "Well I am here.. its all ok.. nothing will happen to you with me around.." he said smiling as he whispered in her ear "I love you Sweetie.. and nothing will change that" he beamed at her as he sat up.. she was his girl and nothing was going to change that.. but he was worried that the group being torn apart would tear him apart sooner or later.. and he was afraid of that and what would happen to Minnie... he had to stop himself from being torn apart.. |

[QUOTE=hpluvr037;10848109]Ah, the question he was bound to hear a hundred times in the coming weeks. "I'm not sure yet. Now that I'm back at Hogwarts, I'll have to talk to Professor Vindictus about that and schedule some time." Wait, she probably doesn't know him. "That's the Flying and Quidditch Professor," he amended hastily. "Why? You interested?" he asked, genuinely curious. Intersted?! Of course she was interested in Quidditch!! She spent the summer playing keeper for her brother. He never let her play anything else. "Yeah, I'm interested. What positions are open?" 'Shy Jessie' must have left the building the second Quidditch was brought up. She was amazed at her lack of shyness, especially with a sixth year. |
