Minerva didn't listen she just kept going she need away from the stress that was going on. She didn't know where she was going, but she wasn't sticking around.

She sighed softly looking at him. "Fine." That was all she could say without starting something else. She pulled Minnie into her lap, smiling. "Stay."

Justin heard the tone in her voice , but decided they could talk about that later. " Ame, I'd like for us to go for a walk later if that's alright with you. "

DIFFERENT TIME

Minerva came in and sat down waiting for Justin to get back from the kitchen. She couldn't believe everything that had happened in the last few days. Ame, Justin.. Five points for a date that wasn't a date, Harvey hanging with a cute girl. She was so ready to just go home. She was hating this term.

Sigh. He would never believe her about the Head Boy thing, would he? She supposed that was fair considering how close they were, she was bound to be bias. But she did hope he would come to realize that she was speaking the truth, and she would try also to help him.

"Me too," She turned her eyes back to the fire. If he suddenly became depressed about the whole thing... well then she would pity him even more. Clearly this was the saddest thing they'd talked about tonight in Arya's opinion.

So NEWTS didn't seem so bad to the prefect.

"A bit more than we... I did for OWLs." Arya admittedly didn't study all too hard for them since she'd been under the impression that Borr would cancel them for the second year in a row.

She still did well though, so it didn't matter.

When he rose, she stretched out on the couch grinning. "Tomorrow." She agreed. "Over lunch." The prefect would stay down here for a bit longer. Maybe even sleep down here.

And then a chuckle. "Sounds fine by me." Honestly, if she wanted to fill ALL his spare time with studies...then he'd have to check with Keefer, if he got on the team, and with Ellie as well. But, really, he didn't mind, especially since they were going to help each other like they'd done in the past.

Now she was grinning...and THAT was, amazingly enough, contagious, for his smile widened just like they'd never had any other conversation tonight, like the Head Boy thing didn't matter at all, like the same Lockhart he's always been.

"I was thinking over breakfast, but lunch sounds good too." Wink.

And for a moment he seemed to be perfectly fine. Everything seemed to be fine. Except...he was still heading to bed. "Good night." He said, before finally leaving.

Alyssa was surprised when Justin walked up to her and asked to speak with her. "Sure. Is there a problem? Are Amethyst and Minerva okay,"Alyssa started to get alarmed looking around to look for her friends.

Oops..was Nessie's first thought when she realized she had scared the little kid. She didn't mean to, she just said hello but she must have accidentally scared the little firstie."Sorry I erm..I didn't mean to." She sort of felt bad, poor little kid. Quidditch, a grin lit up on Nessie's face. She loved this topic, it had to be one of her favorites. "You trying out for quidditch?" She asked and he did know that if he needed help with practice she was here right? She had played beater and also keeper on the Hufflepuff quidditch team last year, she had really enjoyed it and she sort of hoped to play again, especially beater it helped with her anger. She giggled at his next comment. The common rooms couches were the best and they were no better. "Yeah me too they're comfy." She said giving him a little wink.

How she was? Um..Nessie pouted. Now that she thought of it she was happy, well happier than before at least. Things were getting better and before she'd know it she'd be all alright again. "I'm doing great, been busy with class and stuff but otherwise I'm good." For a change she didn't have to lie about how she was feeling it felt nice.

"Erm..Messer." She couldn't help herself, she really wanted to know. "Um..is Messer your real name or is it a nickname?" He must have thought she was mad but ever since he had said he's name she had been wondering about it. She couldn't see anyone naming their child Messer, so she guessed it was a nickname.

Gustav walked into the common room and looked around for an available seat. He was munching on some snack he got from dinner just now. He wanted to read his Quidditch magazine before he went to bed. He sat down and overheard some younger students talking about relationship problems and other things besides school-related matters. He didn't mean to ears-drop on their conversation but the common room wasn't particularly built to sound-proof unless you cast a spell. Gustav had numerous girlfriends before but it wasn't serious back home. He shrugged and sat by the fireplace and resumed reading his magazine.

"Its not your fault. I'm just a bit jumpy." He gave Nessie a smile. "Yes. I am." Messer exclaimed happily. "I'm trying out as a beater." he told Nessie. His daddy said that he's too small to be a beater but he didn't care he likes that position. "Do you play too?" he asked. Maybe if she was in the team last year she'd give him some tips or better helping him practicing for the try outs "Yes, they definitely very comfy." He could just sit here all day long.

He raised his eyebrows when he saw Nessie pouted. Was she okay? Then she answered that she's doing great. "Oh yeah class. I never know that the class would be this exhausting." But its fun at the same time.

"Yeah?" Messer turned his gaze to Nessie and he almost laughed when the older girl asking him about his name but he managed to cover it with a cough. "Well, My name is Edvard and Messer is my family name. I know its kinda weird." Almost all his friends back in Denmark teased him about his last name but he like it nonetheless. "But I prefer to be called by my last name." Hence why he always introduced himself as Messer not Edvard.

Isobel walked into the common room, hoping that there were some comfortable chairs open. When she got there and saw that there were she grinned broadly. Isobel plopped herself down in an open chair and opened her journal in her lap. She had a pencil in her pocket; yes a normal muggle-like pencil. Isobel likes them better, because then she could erase. Isobel curled up in the chair, flipped open her journal, and began writing. She kind of zoned out of the world around her as she lost herself in her writing.

Jumpy? What did he mean by that? Ness was a little confused, so she decided to drop the subject. Wait? Did Nessie hear Messer right? he said he wanted to try out as beater. This sort of made her happy, because she played beater and if they both made the team they'd play beater together which she thought would be really awesome. "Yeah..I actually played Beater last term." she said with a little giggle. "I could help you train if you'd like?" He'd love it if she did wouldn't he? And it would be a nice feeling to help someone. "I wish I had chairs like these at home." It would have been awesome if she did, she would have sat in them all day.

No firsties knew how exhausting class really was untill they attended, but according to Nessie classes just got more and more exhausting, which was sort of difficult, but it was the only way to finish school right?"You'll get used to it..eventually." Thinking of class, she wondered if the little firstie might have needed help with any work cause really she didn't mind helping. "If you need help with any homework, or class, or anything you know you can always ask me right?" she hoped he did.

Was he..erm laughing? Nessie raised her brow, she didn't say anything funny did she? All she did was ask a question, but nevermind that Messer seemed to be laughing. She pouted and decided to pretend she hadn't heard him. "Edvard?" now she was the one giggling. It was a cuteish name, but if Nessie wasn't mistaken she remembered being told that Professor Roslunds first name was Edvard. "I like it more...mind if I call you Eddie?" Now she was really giggling.

The entrance to the Hufflepuff Common Room opened up to reveal an even more dishevieled Damien. The poor boy hadn't slept in what felt like a century -- the dreams would revisit him every time he closed his eyes. And if one had to chose between horrible dreams of death, blood and horror -- or bags the size of hiporgriffs under the eyes -- Damien would take the latter, thank you very much.

What made it worse, was now his friends starting appearing in the afore-mentioned nightmares. Lockhart, Nessie, Matt -- even Daisy (who he hadn't seen at all in a few months). Isobel, however, hadn't made an appearance in any of these spectacles. The boy wondered why; if everyone else he knew was in these dreams, why wasn't he seeing her?

Nothing made sense anymore.

And as if he willed her to appear out of nowhere, straight ahead on one of the plush chairs of the Common Room was Isobel. Sitting with what looked like a muggle pencil and a journal of parchment. He wondered what she was writing about, but would never dare to ask. A girls thoughts should be private.

He felt his lips curl up into a half, sideways sort of smile. Damien slowly walked up behind the chair she sat in, and then went around it so that he was now facing her. His hands were in the pockets of his leather jacket and his shoulders were haunched in a way that made him look more like a boy and less like a man.

"Hullo," he said quietly, sideways smile still in place.

Siobian walked into the common room, her sixth year at the school... Possibly her final year if her dad get's the proper work done... She sighed, little as she liked to admit it, if it was her final year, she was going to miss the school. She acted like it bugged her, her boyfriend being a muggle, not being able to see him or her family. She missed her Dad, and wanted to look for her mom who she hadn't seen in five years since her parents divorce. She wanted Matt to be eighteen so they could finally get married, but most of all... She just wanted to get away from the magic, being a muggle-born, she felt out of place. It was loansome and she barely had any friends. She missed her regular time, she never did plan to use magic outside of school, she didn't see the point of her being there... She sighed again, sitting on one of the couches and pulling out a peice of paper. Time to get started on her new song.
