Justin took her hand in his and pulled her in for a kiss. " You know her very well. She's a second year Puff. I think you'd like her. " he joked as they walked out of the commonroom.

Ella smiled, watching Justin and Minnie leave. "Bye guys!"


"Oh, that's cool. I bet it feels nice to be freed." Not that she could relate to the elves, she was pretty much free now. As free as an eleven year old could be.

"Yeh. Unfortunately he has to wait 6 more years until that will happen."

Ella didn't really know how to respond to that so she shrugged. "Right, er-here's hoping it goes by fast?"

"Yeh. Let's get off that topic. Hmmmmm. I wonder what my brothers house will be."

Ella smiled, "Maybe he'll be a hufflepuff too?" She thought about her own brother, wondering what his future would look like. "I wonder if my brother will be a wizard. Still no sign of magic but I didn't start making things happen until I was like six."

Minerva went back into the common room and found her usual seat. She had just been to practice and was tired, but wasn't ready to go to bed so sitting down she gazed at the fire and pulled out her favorite book.

Janice came in, feeling a bit red all over her skin. Literally. She had been testing how long the potion's effect will shook off, and since the afternoon after the class she had been touching bush daisies and pineapples. Not to mention the dust everywhere, and she will definitely NOT touch chocolate. Until... Well, you know can guess.

She saw Minnie on one of the couches, and decided that she would ask for that antillergent potion they had brewed."Minnie, could you possibly have some of that Antillergent Potion?" She asked. "I'ved been testing it since, and now that the effects have worn off I get rashes." Again, she continued in her head.

Minerva saw Janice and she looked like she had a rash on her. "Janice are you ok?" she said as Janice came over. Then Janice asked for the potion from class. "Oh yes I do have it up in the dorm. Hold on." Minerva ran upstairs and grabbed the vial and quickly went back to the common room. "Here I hope it helps. I wasn't sure who to actually give it to, so I am so glad I was here to help you."

"Oh, thanks!" she replied gleefuly. "I think I was touching some bush daisies after the effects had worn off. Stupid me," she mumbled out the last part, "and I've given my potion to another person." She waited until Minnie came back.

"Thanks, a lot." Janice drank the potion, closed her eyes, praying that the rashes will disappear. A tingling sensation ran through her skin, and when she opened her eyes, her skin was normal again. "Thanks again, Min!" she said it again, silently counting the number of 'thanks' she had said for the past 5 minutes.

Minerva smiled just happy it had worked. "Well I'm glad it worked and I'm happy your ok." sitting back in her chair she looked up at Janice. "So how are you? I feel like we haven't talked all term."

Amethyst walked into the common room from the Girls' dorm. She had been throwing up for days, and had just now come out of her room. She was wrapped in her robes, a box of tissues sitting snug in her pockets.

To keep from getting others sick, she just peeked her head from the stairs to see who was all present. She missed being away from her friends. She even missed Saber, who was having fun around the school with her friends.

Janice sat down, next to Minnie, and replied. "I'm good, thanks, and yeah, I kind of feel something like that too. How's school? Hard? Easy? Fun?" Because they really are. The activities are just plain awesome.

Oakey came back from his Dorm holding Charmer in one hand and the broken tape recorder in his other. He was curious as to who would bring one to Hogwarts. Most likely a Firstie He thought. Oakey found an open chair sat down and set his cat in his lap dangling the loose film strips over Charmer while the little guy swung his paws at them.

Nate walked down to the common room. He looked around, then he saw Oakey. With a cat and his tape recorder. Uh-oh looks like he is not going to be getting that back. So looks like he would have to stay of of that topic. He just sat down and said "That's a cute cat you got there Oakey." What he was really thinking was that it was cute but also pesky. It took a damaged his tape recorder.

Oakey turned when he heard Nate come from behind. Charmer took this chance and snatched the whole tape recorder from his hand, the cat rolled on his back and started pawing at it with all fours. This little dude? Oakey said back to the first year. No, he more of a problem than he his cute Oakey didn't do cute, if he wanted cute he'd get a Pygmy Puff. But he's my little problem.

Alyssa walked into the Common Room. She was expecting a big fan fare of house mates congratulating them on their Quidditch win, but no one was around. 'Maybe they're still celebrating on the stands. 'Alyssa thought to herself as she collapsed on the sofa. She remembered the last time they won, Kita was here celebrating with them. It was times like this, that Alyssa missed her. She wondered how she was doing. Whether she and Jai were still happy together. Alyssa should have been happy right now, but sadness started to overwhelm her. She gazed into the fireplace remembering the old days of last term.

"Alyssa you did great during the quidditch match. You did great to Oakey. I knew you would win."

Oakey came into the Common Room Exhausted but ready for some kind of party. On his way back he decided he'd do his best to keep the match he just played and won a secret from Harvey.

Just as soon as he entered his first year buddy Nate congratulated him for the spectacular match his team had just had. I did nothing, really. he tried down playing his part in the game. I just subbed today and played some key defense. He eyed Alyssa who was standing right in front of him. My Beater Partner here got some good smacks in though. Really, she was spectacular with the bat. Who'd have thought Alyssa would have such a powerful swing.

"Ehh at least you both did good. That's what counts. Anyways I got to go see if my cat did any damage." After Nate says that he runs up to the boys dorm.

Alyssa looked up when she heard someone address her. It was Nate. "Oh hi Nate. Thanks. I wish that you could have played too. The Gryffindor team played very well too. But I'm glad that we won."she smiled at him



Alyssa smiled when she saw Oakey. She was glad that he had been able to play under short notice. "You played really well Oakey, considering the short notice you were given. Thanks for agreeing to play. Nah...I was just lucky with the bat and the bludger today. I just hope that the players that got hit by it aren't too seriously hurt. I didn't even stop to check and ask."



"Thanks again, Nate." Alyssa laughed as she saw him run up to check on his cat. 'His cat must be pretty angry with him if he's so worried that he had to check on it. How much damage can a cat make?'Alyssa thought to herself.

Nate came back down. But he was carrying a book down with him. "Guys look what I found. It's a book with tales about hogwarts. See Nate opened the book to a page. The page was the index. The chapters were:

Of course Josephina knew the way into the common room. Even if she hadn't been a former Hufflepuff, as Head of House it was part of the privilege to know such information. She always found herself admiring Helga's cleverness too at the security measures into the common room. Clearly better than just a silly password or riddle. This was just genius.

Sliding into the common room, Fina glanced around, looking for some of those who played quidditch today. She didn't want to have a big party, since that might jinx them, but there was nothing wrong being a bit giddy over their win. And there was Alyssa....and Oakey too, but she was sure he was just filling in. Wasn't he? Maybe?

"Congratulations," she said, making her way over to the two beaters. "Where's Captain Marius?" and the little one who caught the golden snitch. And Treyen. She wanted them ALL here.

Nate saw the professor walking toward Oakey and Alyssa. He then knew he had to ask her something. "Professor, what is the book of mysteria?" Nate was wondering what the book was.

Minerva came down from the girls dorm she couldn't believe she got sick the day of the match. She didn't want to let any of them down with that after celebration that she was always doing last year. She say Alyssa and went near her. "Hey Alyssa, sorry about today. I don't know where I picked this bug up from. I have all the celebration refreshments and some decorations up in my trunk, but don't want to get them all germ infested. If you would want to get them so we could celebrate you win that would be great." she then sat down in a chair to rest.
