''Really.''He said laughing.''Well there alright but NEWTs is what I'm not looking forward to.''He said frowning.''It is.''

While Jade's stomach continued to growl, she heard that familiar voice behind her and she blushed. Why did Nikolas have to come when her stomach growled? How embarassing. She kissed him back and smiled once he sat down next to her. "I really am. I had to sit on the train with this other girl while she downed an entire peanut butter sandwich. You have no idea how hungry I am." She said, leaning her head on his shoulder. It was like torture seeing that girl eat the sandwich and she couldn't even have one bite. Meh. "But I've been alright. Did you hear about the weird girl getting to be one of the Slytherin prefects?" She asked, rolling her eyes at the thought of it. It was going to be a terrible year with that girl around patrolling the halls.

"Anyways, I have some good news." The brunette said, taking her head off of his shoulder. "My parents aren't going to get a divorce! So that means that soon enough we probably don't have to keep the secret from them." She said, giving a big smile. Obviously she was happy about it, but then again her parents always seemed to change their mind all the time.

Alec grinned. "That's good enough for me," he shrugged, "And i only think good things about you, Phillips." When the girl wasn't freaking him out and acting like her normal weird self, he thought she was pretty cool.

Kites and a picnic. "I can live with those terms," he said, nodding at her. And then came the puppy dog eyes... and the nickname! Blakey! At Hogwarts! Trust Anya to call him that here. "I promise, Rilez." That was his payback. If she got to call him Blakey here, he was calling her Rilez. That's how it works.

Alec blinked. He had just agreed with a hat. A hat of all things. "It's a wise hat, i agreed with a wise hat," There was a difference. "Good! Anya the brave, that's you." No one else was called Anya here so it did have to be her.

Alec snorted at Anya's comment. "Red's a nice colour," It's just that yellow was nicer. "Look who's making friends already! Well done you!" As for the bit about the younger ones in their year. "Maybe they're just hiding? At least you have me," he said.

Jezz smiled and stifled a yawn as she rested her head on his shoulder, "I am just a little sleepy. It's been an exciting and wonderful day and I wish it would never end but it's been a tiring day as well." This time she wasn't able to stifle the yawn and she felt like she could fall asleep right there, but the speech and food were still to come so she wasn't about to fall asleep. "Don't let me fall asleep." She felt a little odd having Logan's arm around her but that was because she was still kinda in the 'boys have cooties' phase of her childhood.

Logan smiled a little as she rested her head on his shoulder. "Yeah, I get what you mean...I'm a bit tired myself." he said. "Don't worry, I won't!" he said.

Jezz smiled a small smile. "I am so glad I have you as a friend." She wanted some of her pumpkin juice but she didn't want to reach for it. So she just settled for a sigh of frustration.

After Christopher had said goodbye to Angie, he made his way into the Great Hall and to the Gryffindor Table. He sat there alone, wondering what house Angie would be in...

"Same here, you're a real great friend, Jezz." Logan said smiling.

Her frustration got the best of her so Jezz sat up right and grabbed her cup of pumpkin juice and took a sip. She didn't shrug off the arm still around her and smiled at Logan. "You better hope I don't get your cooties," she said laughing.

Logan laughed. "Ohh, I better!" he said.

"Yes," Jezz said laughing some more. "I like boys but I don't like their cooties." She had some more of her pumpkin juice. "So how many people have you met other than me?"

"Ohh I see!" he said. "Hmm...well, I've met quite a few. There's Cardigan, Tahnee, Sam, Harvey, Minnie, Hannah, and Taylor. I think that's it." he said.

"That's a lot more than me I'm pretty sure." Jezz thought about her friends. "Daichi, Kurumi, Laura, Hannah." Not a lot but enough to keep her head spinning.

"Nice. Oh yeah I met Daichi and Kurumi as well..." he said.

"Kurumi is awesome," Jezz said smiling. "I don't know what it is about her but I like her a lot." Almost like having an older sister.

"I agree!" Logan said smiling. Even though he had only just met her, Kurumi was really awesome to Logan.

Maya giggled nervously, not doubting Daisy that tomorrow would be just as overwhelming and tiring.

Gosh, she really was hungry, there were hundreds of empy plates on the table waiting to be filled. Overhearing Daisy, she commented "It must take ages to carry out all the food to all these plates!"

Jezz became silent. She didn't know what else to say. She sipped her juice some more and kept chewing her gum.

Logan didn't really know what to talk about now. He racked his brain for something. "Jezz, what's your favorite color?" he asked her.

Selina rolled her eyes when Gideon pouted. If he wanted to be a butthead she would let him. Besides when he pouted it was kind of cute, not that she would ever tell him that. She did not want them to fall into some weird overly romantic setting. They fought with each other, it was their thing. So she added, "Your pretty quiet."



She rose her hand like a convicted felon and said, "I would NOT paint the walls. I have no idea who even came up with that." Her gaze shot straight to Kurumi. The girl was the one who had originally said that Selina would paint the walls. She had to agree with Auggie on that one. Why would she paint the walls when there were tapestries hanging on them. That and well Selina did not like to do any huge house work. A little known fact- Selina could paint and draw. It was just that Selina did not show it off often, it was not important. She would rather fly any day than draw. Art was the only artistic talent she had Merlin knew she could not sing.

At the mention of painting Auggie's chest painting she smiled. Yeah if they could that they would no doubt start the term with a bang, but Kurumi would never let them do that. Merlin forbid that they do anything that could lose points. And she supposed that as Captain she should try to stay out of trouble. She should do that. AS SOON as the feast was over. She rose her eyebrows at Auggie and took out the face paint, "What do you say, Auggie?"

When Auggie asked if they were ready to take the cup she nodded, "Oh yeah, you know it. The snakes are going down." Selina honestly did not care if any other house heard her. She was not really mindful of what others thought. That was her biggest fault.



Selina snorted... Giddy. That was brilliant. Between her and Kacie Gideon was going to have a ton of nicknames flying about. Although Guitar Boy was being a good sport about it as of late. Who knew? Maybe she would cut out the Gertie nickname.

When Kacie walked over she smiled at the girl and waved, "Hey Kacie... congrats!"

Here she went... She sighed and stood up, looking ahead. She loved dares, and would never turn one down. Never.
She opened her mouth and began to sing a song she had only sung once or twice...

I've got the magic in me!' Before sitting down and sighing. That was a sign of her awesomenes...

"It's brown," Jezz said smiling. "Not many people like it but it makes me think of dirt and comfort." She took another sip of pumpkin juice, "What's yours?"

As Alex walked in the hall she heard Rose's voice. "Hey if you didn't have any in you why you here then mate?" she joked as she sat beside her.

Alex noticed the firstie she met in Diagon Alley. "Hey! Is it Logan? I've forgot..." typical Alex =D x

"Hi Maya!" Ariella responded. "I know, I'm starving, too. It should be here any minute now." She stifled a yawn, noticing how tired she was. "But I hope it's here soon!" Noticing she had a pen in her hand still from the train, she stuffed it into her robe pocket. "So are you excited to be starting at Hogwarts? Do you play any Quidditch?"

Daisy chuckled, hoping she didn't come off as rude. "You'd be surprised," she said deciding not to tell her how the food got to the plates. "Doesn't take that long at all. I just hope it's better then last year's feast...house elves weren't at their best. Bit distracted with the baby elf I guess."

Another firstie was sorted, this time into Ravenclaw. "So Maya," Daisy started deciding to try and keep her mind off of food. "Where do you harken from?"
