One thing for sure was that Ellie Stone was determined to hold her head up high. Especially now that she didn't have any distractions in the form of the Head Boy playing. Casting her blue stone onto the court, it rolled over a rock and to a stop right next to the center Jack Stone. Just as a yellow stone cast by Lewis Rasting - where did he go? - rolled up next to the blue stone.

As the blue stone was that smidgen closer ..... Ravenclaw gets the point!

Once more, Ellie Stone gained the advantage on Rasting.... she aimed her stone ... and lobbed it onto the court, at the same moment as the fifth year badger. Both stones rolled and bumped each other gently, rolling toward the center.... and then.... rolled to a stop, the blue stone just a bit closer to the Jack Stone than the yellow.

Ravenclaw took the point and the round, tying the match!!! "Alright, bonus round time!" Apparently.

Rasting stepped back and decided to let Keefer have a shot again. Ellie and Keefer gave each other a leveled look before casting their stones. They rolled almost the same speed..... over the rock .... and bounced twice and then rolled to a stop.... it was close, Fina was sure of that. Squinting at the court, she blinked and then noted the yellow stone was millimeters closer to the Jack Stone.

Hufflepuff got the point that time.

For a moment, Josephina wasn't sure who was going to win. Who would land their stone closer to the Jack Stone. One minute it was Ravenclaw and the next it was Hufflepuff and then back again. But this last time.... this last throw was exceptionally confusing. A certain Head Girl, Miss Greenwell, rolled first this time. She was a fair player too. Her blue stone rolled .... and it looked like it would be a shot that would be impossible to beat. But then at last second, the stone swerved off away from the center Jack Stone, giving a clear shot for the yellow one.

Keefer threw it. And it rolled similarly to the blue one. On his didn't swerve away. It rolled up next to the Jack Stone, sealing the second point for Hufflepuff and also the match!!

"Congratulations to all of you! You all played admirably," Hadley said. "Hufflepuff will go onto face the defending gobstones champions of Slytherin in the Championship, whereas Ravenclaw? You'll be going on to defend your dignity against Gryffindor in the Consolation. Thank you for coming out and be sure to shake hands on your way out."
