Elliot peeked her head into the dorm to make sure Jayden wasn't there. that would be...terrible. she then tip-toed towards the girl's bed and sighed. She couldn't BELIEVE she was doing this...she placed a twinkling blue envelope onto the girl's pillow.

She had written to Dani about what she did...and, well her mother read the letter. She sent elliot strict instructions to give the Troutwater money to replace the girl's ruined books.

The only problem? Elliot still felt that her actions were perfectly justified. So she wasnt going to give Jayden the money in person...she had prepared a note. Hopefully, jayden would never find out who truly left the money on her bed.

The note on top of the envelope read:
Now, as painful as is was to write that, Elliot thought it much better than admittig to givingher the money. And plus, Elliot STILL wasn't sorry!! Nope.

She left before the girl could catch her in the act!

Jayden stomped up into the dormitory, totally exhausted from the days classwork she practically flew onto her bed.

But wait. There was a note!

She opened the envelope slowly, praying it wasn't Elliot pulling a prank. "Oh!" She gasped, reading the letter slowly as she pocketed the money. She wasn't going to spend it just yet. Just in case....

Pam awoke from another terrible nightmare with a scream. Looking around, she hoped it didn't wake any of the other girls. They probably didn't like her as it was. She awoke almost every morning with a scream of some sort. She always had nightmares. Recently they've been of her mom. But today was something different.

She was in a white room. She was sitting on the floor with her hands toed above her head. Up on a silver table, was a person. A boy; one she knew well. He looked at her with pleading blue eyes. She wanted to call out to him. Tell him things will be alright. That he'll be able to be back with Jez soon enough. But before she could, a cloaked figure walked in. He walked over to her, smiled a scary smile, and tightened the grip of her hands.

Wghat happened next was something Pam couldn't bear to think about. So instead, she pulled her knees to her chin, and started rocking back and forth, singing a simple lullaby.

Morgan was rather exhausted from the past weeks of school so she was rather grateful to finally make it back to the dormitory. hoping to catch up with a few friends before going to bed.

Monica walked into the dormitory and dropped all of her books on her bed. She couldn't believe how much the professors expected first years to do. She couldn't imagine what kind of work she would be getting later in her years at Hogwarts. She sighed and plopped down on her bed.

Rachel looked at Presley, she had expected it to be like this but really, what had she done? "I'm good," she told her, Rachel doubted that Presley would care, but, never mind...she didn't tell Presley or Luna that her father had got married over the holidays and had kicked her out of the house.

"I know that, but I just can't seem to concentrate in lessons, it's not because of me not going," she told Pres, it was because she was worrying about everything, going back home and facing her dad was the main thing though.

Rachel looked at Lu, "I hope he would, but...I'm not that good at talking to adults," talking to the Headmaster was a step too far, she would talk to ordinary adults, in the muggle world, but teachers...No, that was hard, she always managed to say the wrong thing.

The way Pres and Lu talked about the dinner etiquette lesson made her remember her dad and how he had made her learn it all at a very young age, she would have said something, but felt that Pres and Lu were happy talking on thier own for now.

LuLu looked back at Rachel and then gave Presley a stern look ''Hm? Well.. You can mention it to the prefects or something if your not comfortable with discussing the situation with the headmaster, or I'll tell Headmaster Tate,'' she did not have many conversations with the headmaster the normal 'hi' at the start of the year but not a genuine conversation

Presley nodded. "Well, if you need help..." she trailed off. She wouldn't have offered if it hadn't been for Luna's stern glance. Presley realized she was being a bit too hard on the girl and eased up a little. So instead of saying "that's not my problem," when Rachel talked about concentration, she went with a half-extended offer to help. Though she really was hoping that Rachel never took her up on the offer. Pres couldn't imagine having to be this polite for the whole time it took to teach Rachel something infintely simple.

Presley almost rolled her eyes when Rachel said she wasn't good at talking to adults. Really? Pres had been to see the headmaster on numerous occasions. He'd been over to her father's mansion for dinner at least twice. It wasn't that big of a deal. If Rachel wasn't going to talk to adults, she was never going to get anywhere in life, as Presley's father always said. "It's not that hard, really," she said mildly, with only the barest hint of exasperation in her voice.

"Anyway, I have dance lessons in an hour, so I'd better be off." If she wanted to walk down to the studio and get warmed up before they started...She smiled genuinley at Luna, and tried to keep the same look on her face as she turned to Rachel. "So will you help me with my arithmancy tonight, Lu?" she asked, adding meaningfully "I have important stuff to talk to you about too." Making sure Rachel knew she was excluded from the "important things" talk, Presley gathered up her dance gear.

After rushing up to the common room and into the dorms from the great hall, Lily flopped down on her bed, waiting for Taylor to catch up. Lily tossed her bag on top of her trunk, that lie next to her bed. She noticed Phoenix in his cage, which wasn't normal so Lily sat up and went over to the cage. She pulled a letter off of her owl's leg, giving Phoenix a scratch and a treat. While Phoenix devoured the treat and flew off, Lily opened the letter. Inside it had a picture(a muggle kind, so not moving) of her baby brother attempting to walk, along with a note from her mom.

Taylor had stopped in the common room for a bit before heading up to the dorm. She tossed her bag onto the lid of her truck and flopped onto her bed. Tay was about to say hey to her friend but she looked over and saw she was reading a note so she decided to not bother her friend right now. She stretched out onto her bed and yawned. The day was good and long and Taylor was happy.

Lily heard Taylor enter their dorm as she was finishing up her letter. Once she was finished reading it, she folded it up and put it in her trunk which she had opened to put everything away. Sitting back down on her bed, Lily smiled over at Taylor. "Hey Tay, that was just a letter from my mom... Have a fun time on the stairs?" Lily asked since she had been winded once she had finally reached the entrance to the common room. "I'm tempted to count the number of stairs from the dungeons up to the common room some time." She said chuckling.

Taylor sat up when her friend started talking to her, "Hey Lily." SHe smiled and started putting her hair up in a ponytail. "OH how is your family doing?" Tay was happy for her friend, "Oh the stairs....." She laughed, "Yeah true." Taylor smiled and quickly slip on exercise clothes. About counting the steps, "That might take a long time." She unrolled a yoga mat, "I mean there is probably a lot of them and they keep moving and disappearing and all." She got onto the mat and went into downward facing dog, but she could still talk to her friend, "but good luck with that."

Lily smiled as Taylor asked about her family. "Oh, I think they're doing fine. Lupin is really starting to walk and my mom spends a lot of time chasing him around the house." Lily started to giggle thinking about her mom chasing little Lupin around the house. "Dad's been busy with work, so mom hasn't really seen him much in the past two weeks. That kinda makes me worried, because he typically comes home every night before Lupin goes to bed." Lily smiled but was on to the next topic rapidly. "That would be problematic if a step disappeared as I was counting them." Lily said as she watched Taylor go into her yoga mode. As Taylor started to move into different positions, Lily teased a little. "I thought you did yoga in the mornings, not at night."

"That is good that they are doing fine. Lupin is walking? That is great to hear." She smiled, and laughed about Lily's mom chasing him around the house, "Awww sorry to hear that he is busy with work and that your mom hasnt sseen him much in the last two weeks." Taylor nodded to the best of her ability about the stelp disappearing, "Yeah it could be very problematic especially if you were on that step." She laughed and came up form the postion and into the tree position, "I do, do it in the morning but i wanted to see how it would affect my body and sleep if i do it at night so im trying it at night tonight." She laughed and smiled.

Lily got into the cross-legged position on her bed. "yeah... I know right. He's supposedly walking faster than he crawls." Lily smiled. She was glad that Taylor could get excited about Lily's little brother as much as Lily got excited. Lily laughed kinda loud when Taylor mentioned about the stairs. "Yeah that would be really bad." She tried to say between laughing. "That's a good experiment. To see whether it calms you before bed..." Lily grinned. She was just glad that it wasn't her doing the yoga. She didn't really enjoy it much. "So what's your favorite yoga pose?"

She laughed, "That is awesome, Lily." Taylor smiled. "Yeah it would be bad." She nodded, and about the good experiment thing, "Thanks." Her smile brighten, "Hmmmm my favorite pose...... I would have to say the warrior." Which she went into gracefully. "Though it is one of the easiest ones to do, the name sounds cool and because it is fun........ but the eagle which is hard to do if you arent really flexible is also fun."

Violet walked up to the girl's dormitory, not sure what to do after another long day. She plopped onto her bed and took out the small vial of the potion she had made in Potion's class. Who was she supposed to give it to if she couldn't find anyone with an allergy? Violet sighed unhappily at the thought. Already, she thought that the homework that Professor Lafay had given was hard for her.

Taylor looked at the girl who came into the room, "Hey Violet." She smiled at her friend. She changed her yoga position to the eagle pose and went back to her conversation with Lily.

Violet looked up from her sad self to see Taylor doing some odd positions. "Hey Taylor and Lily. What are you doing?" as she thought of what possible exercise could be in these weird positions.

Lily smiled back at Taylor. It was awesome that her brother was progressing so rapidly. "Yeah, I guess the warrior pose is neat, and doesn't seem to be that hard." Lily watched as Tay went into her pose, before speaking again. "That sounds difficult even though I'm kinda flexible..."

Looking around as she heard another person enter the dorm, Lily noticed that it was Violet from the DADA class. "Hey Violet." She called out quietly, before turning back to Taylor as she saw Taylor changing into the eagle pose. "Ouch, that looks like it hurts..." Lily said, before turning back to Violet. "She's doing yoga, though I don't see how she could do that." Lily replied laughing a bit.

Taylor looked over at Violet while going into the plow pose. She hardly could talk in this position but could manage barely, "Yoga." Tay smiled and forced out in a weird voice from the pose, "Why so down?" She was concerned about Violet.

Violet smiled slighly. "Oh. is that to practice for Defence Against the Dark Arts class?" remembering how they always seemed to do yoga during the lessons. Violet showed Taylor the vial that she was holding. "The potion's professor told us to give the vial of the antilergen potion to someone as part of the homework and so far I haven't found anyone who's allergic to anything." She paused for a moment. "Have you finished your potion's homework yet?"

Taylor switched into the firefly pose which was a lot easier to talk in. She shook her head, "Nah not for DADA. I do it everyday in the morning but i wanted to experiment and see how it affects my body and sleeping at night." She smiled at her friend but frowned a little out of sympathy. "Nah i haven't finished my potions homework but you might want to ask the nurse if she could use the potion for one of the students." Tay offered the last part of he statement as a suggestion or advice on how to get that part of the homework done.

Lily watched as Taylor continued to change poses and converse with Violet about why Violet looked upset. She wasn't sure whether to but in or not, because she didn't really have any good advice like Taylor. She flopped from her sitting position down onto her back. Her bed was really comfortable and she hadn't really gotten a break all day. She didn't close her eyes though because she wanted to stay in the conversation. "That's a good idea Taylor." Lily piped up when Tay mentioned giving it to the healer. Lily stared at the ceiling as she lie on the bed, drifting off into daydreams.

Taylor untangled from her pose and put her yoga stuff away. She plopped onto her bed and smiled. "Thanks, Lily." Tay stretched out on the bed. She was twirling her wand around while thinking.
