Laura smiled at Zhenya as she went and stood next to her, she was glad that she had made a friend for life. "Your going to be my friend for life." Laura smiled as she looked at the mirror. "Seriously I wonder what would happen if we went like this too a Professor office." There was mischieve in her eyes as she thought about what the Professor would say.

Zhenya pictured the look on Professor Lafay's face if they went to see HER! She couldn't hold back the laughs or the tears. "I'm sure we would get points taken," she said between breaths. It was just too funny to hold back.

"You're my friend for life too Laura," she said, poking one of her bruises and laughing.

Laura looked at Zhenya and smiled when she said she was her friend for life, it was great she had just made a new best friend. "Why don't we go and see the evi Charms Professor or that old Quidditch Professor." Laura laughed, she would load to see their faces when they walk upto them covered in mud, they would sure ask a lot of questions but well Laura wouldn't care though maybe they should just wash it out.

Zhenya just pictured their reactions in her head. It would be funny... after it happened. "I think the bruises and everything is enough to stir up something in the Professors without all the mud," she said laughing. "I don't even know what my face will look like under this beautifying mud mask."

Laura looked at Zhenya and smiled. "I think we should get rid of this mud." Laura then looked down at her clothes. "I wonder if I could try that cleaning spell." Laura was sure she could do it, though she had no idea what the spell was. "So what do you think about using a cleaning spell to clean our clothes?"

Zhenya's mind caught on 'cleaning spell,' and she got out her wand, pointing it in the air, and said "Aguamenti," and let the water wash down over her. She laughed, and pointed it at Laura, spraying her with water. Well, it was only a tiny jet as she didn't have the amount of concentration she needed for a strong jet. It was like a dribbling tap. Zhenya was wet enough to be able to get paper towel and scrub the wet mud from around her mouth. "Sorry Laura, I couldn't resist," she said laughing. "And I'm sick of tasting and chewing dirt - bleugh!"

Then she remembered something about a cleaning spell... "Oh yeah well there's Tergeo which can be used to wipe things clean, how about we try to use it and see where it goes?" she said.

Laura looked at Zhenya and smiled as she took out her wand and pointed it in the air and said. "Aguamenti." Laura jet wasn't of water wasn't very strong and she giggled when Zhenya spayed her with water, she quickly sprayed Zhenya's hair and face with water. "I couldn't resist either." Laura laughed as she stopped the jet of water and looked in the mirror. "We look better now except well it looks like we've been swimming."

Zhenya opened her mouth and took a few big gulps of the water streaming from Laura's wand. She was glad she had wiped at least some of the mud away from her face or she would be swallowing the mud right now.

"Well let me try it," she said, pointing her wand on her. "Terego," she said, pointing it all around her face, looking at her reflection in the mirror. She thought about wiping the dirt and mud away, which it did. "WOW," she said as her face was suddenly in full view again. There was a scratch right across her cheek, which was totally bruised and red. "Oh gosh," she said. "This doesn't look very good," she laughed.

Laura smiled at Zhenya and then did the Terego spell, she looked at the Mirror and like Zhenya there was a scratch on her left cheek. "I can't believe I didn't notice that before." Laura giggled though it did sting a little she wasn't going to go anywhere near the evil nurse so the scratch would have to go away on it's own time. "It's been a great day today."

"Yes, it has," Zhenya said, putting the spell over her entire body - clothes and all. After about 10 minutes, she looked pretty clean, and so did her clothes. Wow... this spell is great! "What a fantastic spell! No, I don't believe I couldn't feel it... well, until now," Zhenya said and laughed. She patted around her cheek, which felt very tender. "I'm sure it will clear up in... uh... a few weeks," she smiled.

She walked over to a wall near the famous Chamber of Secrets 'opening' and sat against the wall, staring at it. She knew it wasn't good to sit on bathroom floors, but she didn't want to leave the reality. Laura was not in Slytherin, so they couldn't just go back to the common room. As icky as it was, she wanted to spend more time with Laura, even if it was in the bathroom.

"So... tell me about yourself," she asked Laura. "Um... or did you want to go somewhere else other than here?" she asked, glancing around.

Laura smiled at Zhenya. "Well I'm in Hufflepuff and my twin sister is in Ravenclaw." Laura sighed. "I'm half and half." Her dad was a wizard, her mother was muggleborn and that was why she had tried to hide magic from them when they were small. "What about you?" Laura didn't want to leave the Bathroom since well she couldn't take Zhenya to the Hufflepuff common room since she was in Slytherin.

"Hmm I'm pure blood," she said, indicating her Slytherin logo. She laughed then, "Just kidding! No - well I am pure blood, but I think it's a load of phooey! My dad was born here and his entire family are pure blood, and my mother was born in Russia to a really well-known pure-blood wizarding family there. Well, they're only well known here. I guess like the Black family were known here all those years ago. I have a brother, Dimitri... I call him Dima, he has been left here for 2 years. He's travelling. He will be home soon though I hope," she looked sad. "I miss him..."

After a moment or two she realised it must have been awkward. She cheered up.
"Who is your twin?" she asked. "What do your parents do for jobs?"

Pam ran into the bathroom, tears flowing, note in hand. She ran to the nearest wall, and kicked it. Anger madE her hair red, sadness made her eyes blue. Part of her wanted to scream at the top of her lungs until she had no more voice. But another part of her wanted to hide. Run and hide and to never be found again. She resulted to curling up in a ball on the floor. She wanted to show Jez and Nate that she was strong. That she was able to make it through everything. But with each heart wrenching note from Jared, and each agonizing day waiting, she didn't know how she could hang on.

Laura looked at Zhenya. "My dad works for a big company, he's head of a branch in Bedford, my mother well I can't remember." Seriously how was Laura supposted to know what they were doing. "We've had to move to Bedford for my dad, since he's just got the job in the summer." Laura looked at Zhenya and sighed, she had heard that sometimes Pureblood children didn't like halfblood, well hopefully Zhenya wasn't one of them. "She's Lana Hyde." Laura smiled. "I'll introduce her to you sometimes."

"I'd like that," Zhenya said, leaning to the side to rub her sore backside. "Wow, sounds like your dad is pretty important to the company! My dad works as a healer, but before that he worked at art investigations," she said with a smile. "We used to call him Sherlock Artaholic. And my mother is a muggle teacher, teaching kids who are in reception to year 3. So she was able to home school me with a mixture of muggle and magical subjects and it was good. I learned a lot, but still - coming here, there's always a few topics I'm completely lost with. Like Arithmancy, that's HARD!" she said.

Mickey saw a girl run past her, hair changing color the girl started to beat up the wall. "Woah there girly, what did that poor wall ever do to you?! I mean it has walked into me a few times..." Mickey joked looking in the reflection of the girl in the mirror in front of her. Turning around she leaned against the sink and wiped her hands on her skirt.

Pam whipped het head around to lOok at the girl. "it's not the wall thts the problem." although, now it caused her foot to start throbbing. But she ignored it. There was much bigger pain in her heart. Her parents, Nate, Jez. People she loved will all be gone soon. Sooner or later, Pam will be alone, and there won't be anyone to tell her otherwise.

Jez had heard a thud in the girls bathroom on her way to the Arithmancy classroom, and had come in to investigate. She immediately saw Pam curled up on the floor, and a Hufflepuff girl leaning against the sink. She couldn't exactly miss Pam's red hair and blue eyes either, and she'd picked up enough of the meta colour-code from her and Jordan to recognise the signs. "Pam, are you okay?" Jez crouched beside her friend, putting a hand gently on her shoulder. "What's the matter, what happened?" She glanced up at the Hufflepuff girl, hoping for some kind of explanation out of either of them.

Pam looked up at Jez, glad to have a friendly face. And not just anyone's face. Someone who'd understand. She wiped the tears from her eyes, and handed her the note. The one that had made her want to strangle her mom. If Team Wolf didn't get to her first. The thought made a new stream of tears flow. She couldn't take much more of this.

My Pam,
I'm sorry I haven't said anything to you as of recent, but I'm afraid Team Wolf is close to finding my location. And maybe sending you and your father letters is speeding up that process. But I would rather speed it up and tell you what needs to be said. Pamphylia Elaine Barstow. I am so proud of you. You didn't have to get into Hufflepuff for that to happen. Being a Ravenclaw shows that you have the brains to do anything. You don't need strength, or even bravery, those things are aquired over time. But you have a brain. Use it. I love you.

Jez took the note and read over it. She looked up from it to Pam's face, a smile of relief creeping over her face. "She's okay! Your mum's alive!" Thank Merlin, because Jez had really felt like a murderer. Then she noticed the tears. "Pam, she'll be okay. Your mum is a smart one, she'll find a way to your dad and my siblings." She squeezed Pam's shoulder comfortingly, then stood up. Fetching two balls of toilet paper from a nearby stall - not Moaning Myrtle's one, she didn't need that today - she wet one at the sink and passed both the damp and dry to Pam. "Your mum is so much like you, I bet my wand she'll survive. It's a promise." Jez looked Pam in the eye. "Promise," she repeated firmly.

Pam tried her hardest to stop the flow of tears. But she couldn't. "Did you even read the first half of that letter? My mom's going to get captured and killed because she sent this letter." She said, pointing at the devilish paper. She wanted to take it and throw it in one of the toilets. But she wouldn't do that. It was probably the last thing her mom ever gave to her. She took both the damp toilet paper, and just held it in her hand. Then she got up and started pacing.

"Don't you know what this means? Because my mom was stupid enough to send this letter, and apperently one to my dad, she's going to get captured. Why would she do that?!" Pam voice had risen in volume. But she didn't care. She didn't understand why her mom would do something like this.

Elektra was fixing her eyeliner in the mirror. She really wasn't used to applying her makeup on using her right hand instead of her left. Her hand was still hurt from...well...THAT little incident. It never escaped her mind. She couldn't stop thinking about it. All of that anger, that fury...it was bottled up inside for over a year and finally she had let it out, but she let it out on someone she once called a friend. As she finished up applying her eyeliner she looked at herself and for a second thought she saw the mirror just crackle and break right in front of her eyes, but her mind was playing tricks on her after she looked down and looked back up. The mirror was just fine. Elektra let out a slight huff. "Bloody hell..."

Selina walked into the bathroom utterly exhausted. Try outs today had been really long and well it seemed that she was not the only one who was tired after a long week of try outs. She could tell from the final try outs that everyone was exhausted from the extensive and rigerous try outs she had held everyday that week. But if the team thought she was going to slow down they were sorely mistaken. She had only just begun. The team was going to work hard this season to bring home the gold. After all she had had two great Captain's before her and she did not want to dishonor all of their work.

As Selina walked into the bathroom she missed the brunette standing in front of the mirror. She was too tired to notice so she approached the sink and ran her hands under cold water. Then she splashed her face with water... ugh much better.

Elektra really hadn't been getting a lot of sleep lately since she had been back. She was missing her brother...and she was also missing someone else, but that is a story told for another time. Elektra noticed red hair walking into the bathroom from the mirror but she thought her mind was playing tricks on her again so she ignored it and just went back to fixing her makeup again as she noticed now that she hadn't put any mascara on her eyes. How silly of her. She reached into her bag for her mascara and then looked up and there she was. Selina Skylar and Merlin she looked terrible. She knew Quidditch try outs were going on and with Selina being captain...well...Elektra thought that maybe the young Gryffindor was just doing too much for her young age. Elektra wanted to say something, but wasn't quite sure what to exactly say so she thought of the only thing she could think of at the time which was, "You look terrible."

Selina continued to wash the try out troubles from her face when she finally shut the sink off. As she started to wipe her face with the towel in the bathroom she heard a familiar voice talk to her. The redhead continued to pat down her face with the towel as she replied, "Elektra... how is your hand doing?" She said her last comment with a little fire behind it. Selina had walked around school for a week and a half with a gigantic bruise on her face. There was some bitterness on Selina's end toward Elektra now.
