It was a beautiful spring day - blue skies with the occasional fluffy cloud floating by and the grounds were an explosion of color as flowers, shrubs and trees were in bloom. The stands were already packed with spectators who were eager to spend the afternoon outdoors instead of inside bent over the books. Professor Vindictus strode out onto the gloriously green pitch and began to address the crowd. "Welcome to today's Quidditch match between Ravenclaw and Gryffindor! This should be an exciting one," he announced in a magically amplified voice. "Everyone - on your feet! Give your teams a loud round of applause as they take to the field!" A loud creaking noise was heard as the gates opened to reveal the athletes standing by their brooms. Suddenly, a loud WHOOSH was heard as they took to the air. For fifteen minutes they warmed up before settling into position overhead. Once they were in position, Vindictus checked each name on the line ups that the captains provided, and he gave his nod of approval. He released the Bludgers and Snitch into the air, and then took the Quaffle into his hands. "I want a clean game from both houses," he began and looked at both captains. "Remember to play your positions and beware of the insects today, so fly with your mouths closed. When you get a chance, make sure you wipe your goggles clean - the Puddlemere Seeker grabbed an ice cream cone instead of the Snitch the other day because they couldn't see due to the bug guts stuck to his goggles. Now on my whistle . . . one . . . two . . . three . . . TWEET!" The Quaffle was tossed into the air and the players zoomed into action. Remember the first question goes to both team's Chasers only. The sky was a blur of blue and red as the Chasers swarmed into action . . . they converge around the Quaffle . . . pushing and shoving ensues . . . suddenly, a figure in blue darts out of the scrum . . . Lana Hyde tucks the Quaffle under her arm and zooms down the pitch . . . she darts past several Gryffindor defenders as she races past midfield . . . Hyde passes to Spike Hutchinson . . . he makes the catch and zooms ahead . . . Hutchinson swerves past a Gryffindor defender and enters the scoring area . . . he raises his arm and shoots . . . DING! Spike Hutchinson scores for Ravenclaw! Quaffle to Gryffindor: For Professor Lockhart's Valentine's Day extravaganza, what sort of "people" did he have delivering valentines? August Goldstein retrieves the Quaffle and he puts it back into play . . . his pass is caught by Gideon Gert . . . he tucks it under his arm and zooms down the pitch . . . Gert dodges Travis Gordon of Ravenclaw who attempts to block his path . . . he makes it to midfield and zooms past two more Ravenclaw defenders . . . Gert zigzags to throw off the defenders who are on his tail . . . he enters the scoring area . . . Gert raises his arm and shoots . . . THWACK! Maximus James uses a mighty sweeping motion of his broomstick and swats the Quaffle away! Quaffle to Ravenclaw: What department of the Ministry Of Magic does Mr Weasley work for? The Quaffle sails through the air and it's caught by Spike Hutchinson . . . he tucks it under his arm as he zooms down the pitch . . . Hutchinson dodges a Gryffindor defender . . . he zooms past midfield . . . EEEEEEEEEEE! Hutchinson ducks as a Bludger zooms past his head . . . he makes a quick pass to Lana Hyde . . . Hyde makes the catch and zooms ahead . . . EEEEEEEEEEE! Travis Gordon and Indiana Hutchinson zoom towards the Bludger with their bats raised . . . Jordan Macey zooms into action as well . . . EEEEEEEEEE! The Beaters converge on the Bludger and swing . . . CRACK! Gordon's bat makes contact with the Bludger and the acting Ravenclaw captain sends it towards the Gert sibilings . . . SMACK! Kacie Gert takes the hit and falls off her broom! Hyde ignores the commotion happening at midfield . . . she enters the scoring area . . . she raises her arm and shoots . . . August Goldstein reaches out . . . the Quaffle hits his open palms and bounces upwards . . . DING! The Quaffle goes over Goldstein's head and through the center goal hoop . . . Ravenclaw scores! (Correct Answer: Misuse of Muggle Artifacts Office) As the Quaffle drops through the goal hoop, it knocks a golden object out of hiding . . . . Quaffle to Gryffindor: What was Professor Snape's father's first name?
