Harley waved to her parents through the window as the train pulled away, once the train rounded the bend and her parents were out of view Harley turned to the people in her compartment, maybe they could chat. Harley smiled, and introduced herself. "Hi Im Harley".

Melanie turned toward the voice in the doorway and smiled at the girl. "Yea sure, come on in," she replied to...Alex, was it? Melanie hoped she had that right when she added, "Nice to meet you, Alex. I'm Melanie."

She then turned toward the floor and gestured to her cat, who was eyeing Alex's cat through the bars of his own. "This is Vagabond. It means 'wanderer' in French," she explained, "because he was a stray. What's your cat's name?"

Angelina said goodbye to her family and was ready for another year for Hogwarts. Walking threw the train she looked for someone to sit with she knew or just at lease a place to sit. Looked in every compartment she didnt see anybody yet.

Finally looking into one of the compartments she saw Taylor she meet in Diagonal Alley. Sliding the door open Taylor was getting off of the ground and sitting back down in her seat. Looking over she saw Taylor was sitting with a boy reading some book. Smiling at the boy and smiling at Taylor Angelina said, "Hi, can I sit with you?"

"Chocolate frogs." Logan said smiling. "I got them on the food trolley, they're real good!" he said. "They come with cards with famous witches or wizards on them..." he said, taking his out. He got Rowena Ravenclaw.

"Yup, though I'm pretty sure I'll be a Slytherin already. The whole of my family were and I'd basically be disowned if I'm not. What about you?" she wondered what Hannah would think, some people still didn't like Slytherins.

"Uhhmm...They're edible??Okay..Let me try some.." then she smiled.

She took the other one Logan offered and opened it. The frog jumped in her hands,

"Hey, this Chocolate Frog wants me to taste it..hehe" she used the spell her mom taught her.

"Reducto!" then she waved her wand and the Chocolate Frog broke into pieces.

"Now that's better, don't wanna eat something moving.." then she started munching on the chocolate, she looked at the card,

"Hey, it's Salazar Slytherin."

She cleared her throat and used dramatic gestures as she recited the poem

Minnie sighed "It's good to be going back to school. I haven't had a book all summer. Mom said she was going to send me some self help ones to help me.." She looked to the floor trying to find the right words. "well she said they might help me through things. I think I have done well this summer, but mom is afraid that I am.. umm.." she tried to remember the big word her mom used "suppressing the memories and feelings." she shrugged, "I don't know. Maybe I am." she looked down feeling uncomfortable again. "Change of topic..." she looked up at Harvey an gave him a kiss, best way to change the topic she thought.

Logan laughed at what she said. Then she used the 'reducto' spell on it and the frog broke into pieces. "Good idea." he said nodding as he began eating his. "Salazar Slytherin? Cool! I got Rowena Ravenclaw." he said, looking at his.

Frowning, as per usual Chandler dragged his trunk filled with 6 years worth of things which had been collecting ever since he had started his first day at Beauxbatons. When he got onto that train with the same trunk. Yes, it was looking not it's best and you'd think he would have replaced it but he never did, he didn't care much because it was just a trunk right? He didn't need a new trunk every year because it wasn't like he was carrying it around every day that he was at school. He would take it to his dorm or the RoR and keep it there for the rest of the year and that was what he had been doing.

But this year was different to him because it was his last school year and Chandler wasn't planning to go to Wizard university because he wanted to be a cop so it was less likely that he would be around his trunk. Wait a minute. Why am I zinking about my trunk?!

Never mind.

In other words Chandler wasn't looking that forward to this year, because it wasn't like he would he'd be back here the year after this and that made him sad after doing this for the past 3 years. And no, he was not going to get emotional about this already. He wasn't going to make a prat of himself. Chandler had noticed that in his view there was a compartment with the door open, weird. Maybe the person or people inside of it wanted to watch people passing by? Nosey as usual, the Hufflepuff headed towards the compartment and peeked inside to find a girl on her own with her head against the window. Huh.

Aki laughed too when Logan laughed,

"You know, your laugh is like a contagious disease.."

Then she heard what he said,

"Yeah, my mom taught me that spell. She taught me loads of them but my dad hates it 'coz he wants me to learn on my own, but I never really tired those spells, not until now.." she explained.

Then Logan said something about his card,

"No kidding?!"

Laura got into the compartment. 'Hi guys..know what?? I can quack like a parrot,' she said.'Squack..squack..squack..,' Laura was good at this.
She said 'bye' and left..

Harvey listened to Minnie talk about herself.. "Darling Sunshine I agree that you have been doing well this summer" and then she kissed him to change the topic "Ok lets change the topic" he said beaming at Minnie.. and holding her close to him..

"What's been going on with Amethyst and Justin? They have been so hot an cold lately. Then they just get so tempered. I think Amethyst doesn't trust me anymore, but I don't know what I did to her." Minerva looked around nervous. She knew she was on the train and safe but she was still just unsure.

"A disease, eh?" he said smiling. "Well I guess so!" he said laughing a bit. Great, he laughed AGAIN.

"Really? That's cool!" he said. "Oh okay." he said once she explained her dad wanting her to learn them on her own. Then he laughed. "See for yourself." he said, showing her the card.

"My whole family has been in Slytherin as well. So I'm sure that is where I will end up." She had better end up there. That was all there was to it. Hannah knew that people held their grudges against anyone who was ever in Slytherin which was absurd. Then again maybe Hannah did not have much room to talk because she kind of felt that way towards the Hufflepuff house...well not so much a grudge as she just didn't want to be placed in that house. Who would honestly. Ok stop it Hannah she scolded herself. She told herself that she would not start off the term like this. She would treat everyone the way they treated her. Hannah was an eye for an eye kind of girl.


"Are you excited/nervous to start Hogwarts?" Hannah was excited to see what all of the fuss was about. "Do you have any siblings that maybe have already gone to school here?" Hannah had an older brother, but she couldn't always put too much stock into what he said being the practical joker that he is.

"WOW!!" she exclaimed.

"Well, I'm going to hide Salazar Slytherin, he's my first Chocolate Frog card."

Logan grinned. "You do that! And I'll put mine in my pocket.." he said, putting his in his pocket. Suddenly, his cat, Peeta hopped up on his lap. "Well hello, Peeta!" he said smiling.

"Well it'll be nice not to be stuck at home the whole time and to finally learn magic. I don't have any brothers or sisters but I do have loads of cousins and they all go or have been to Durmstrang but most of them are way older than me." she said. "Are all your family.... magic?"

Aki put hers in her small bag,

"wow! that's a cute cat!!!!!" she declared.

Harvey looked at Minnie as she spoke to him.. "I dont know what has been going on with them.. yes I have noticed all of that.. I am sure it is nothing to do with you sunshine." he said to Mins a little concerned of what was happening to their small and happy group .. he would need to find out.. he saw that she was nervous.. and he kissed her hand to try and make her less nervous..

Lilly saw the boy that Rose had made friends with. 'Hi, Logan,' she smiled at him. 'How are you?'
Lilly looked over at the girl he was sitting with, (Man! He made friends much quicker than she had as a firstie) who was examining a chocolate frog. 'I'm Lilly,' she introduced herself. 'And you are?'

A new acquintance, how exciting!I think she's nice. she thought.

The slight heel of her shoes tapped against the ground a bit, a habit she had always had as her hand rested in her lap. Of course, he may have looked older but he might act like a small child. Valentina had known a few people like that. She couldn't judge him properly now though considering she had only known him for less than 10 minutes. She was sure after this train ride she'd be able to make a good judgement of him. So far so good though, even if he was a bit weird. "I get that a lot."She beamed as she spoke, her eyes closing as she spoke. This was her proud face, her eyes being closed and a smug little smirk growing. Her eyes were now opened as she focused on the boy taking another chunk out of his apple. It wasn't impressive? "My opinion states other wise."SMUG FACE. He should be glad she was even saying something was impressive about him to begin with! She wasn't exactly one to hand out compliments. "I mean, I've only lived two places..."Which she knew most people would be jealous of because they were both extremely nice places. "Born in New York City and moved to Florence!"She did a tiny fist pump at the end of her little session about herself. She'd like to move more though or at least travel and see more places. It wasn't going to happen though sadly.

First year of school experience? Well, she felt a tiny bit embarrassed now for reasons she wasn't exactly sure of. " I guess you could say that."She replied in a testy tone. It what happened when you were from an old school Italian family who thought homeschooling was fair better than normal schooling. Her first friend? She laughed now,"You make it seem as though I've won something!"....Though, having a friend would be nice. Extremely nice really. It had been her whole point of COMING her was to actually get friends.

Wel, he didn't seem to happy. The girl played a pout, watching Cornelius fall back onto the seat. "Do you not like you new nick name, then?" She wibbled a fair bit over dramatically. She was good at the cute pouty faces, one of her talents actually! "Oh, stop whining and be a man! Tis just a silly nickname! I could call you something worse like...fat head or something.."She held her hand up in case he got defensive."and I'm not saying you have a fat head or anything! Just simply stating I could call you something worse!"

It's what he got for having a horrible first name. Seriously, Cornelius? It sounded like an old man name. Val wasn't going to say that though, she'd save it for later. It was too early in their friendship for her to actually tell him what she thought about his name. An old man name didn't exactly fit a good looking teenage boy, did it? Valentina thought so.

Laura had been talking to her Parents and hadn't seen her sister get on the train, she was there for shocked when she had turned around to see that her sister had gone and people were starting to get on the train, so this was it then, she had no idea what she was going to do for the next so many months before she got to see her parents again.

Laura was carring all her things around the train looking for her sister when suddenly she found her. "Lana I thought I'd lost you again." She sighed, she didn't want to be on her own just yet she didn't know where Amelia or Damon was so it wouldn't be fun, she looked at the shelf and then put her stuff on them. "Lana I put my own stuff on the shelf." She wasn't sure if it was neat or not but it was the first time she had done something like that.
