Laura whilst clinging to Adam looked at Gwen. "It wasn't your fault, it was just a freak accident." Laura sighed, seriously she knew that Gwen hadn't meant to jinx her and she didn't want anyone to think that she had, it was just that sometimes tempers got the better of the person.

Gwen gave Laura a thankful look, glad that she'd defended her, even if it was mainly Gwen's fault. She shouldn't flipped out like that. Looking back, it all seemed silly and juvenile.

Passing two young Hufflepuffs that recently were fighting she raised an eyebrow at them as they were actually serious. Anyway Eva told a young girl forgeting her name that she would be meeting here. As she tried to remember her appearance she also remembered that she saw her in the common room snapping in front of two girls looking around her age. As she spotted the girl she finally remembered her name was Ariana. Walking up to the girl she opened her mouth only to speak and say "You must be Ariana?"

"Oh well Hakuna Matata" said Luigi, Luigi walked out of the office and then the D.A.D.A room and felt upset, he was all alone, new to the place, he had always been with his best friend, whom he loved dearly and missed, Luigi started sobbing he remembered one thing that his best friend said to him when they were little "Luigi, we'll be best friends forever, we'll never be apart, I will always protect you!" Luigi walked away in tears, in need of someone to talk to, preferably a fellow Slytherin.

Kennedy was walking down a random hall with a book in front of his face. It was about Potions and Herbology. Two of his favorite subjects. He was reading about healing potions when he heard...something.

He stopped, lowered his book and turned around. He saw a young boy by himself...crying.

One of his snakes was CRYING!

The fifth year rushed over to the kid and cautiously said, "Are you okay?" Did someone hurt him? Scare him? Was mean him? EH?

Luigi saw the boy and said, "I'm okay, I'll talk with you in the Common Room, it's sorta private" said Luigi, during small sobs.

"i am, Hello! you must be Eva!" Ariana said with a bit of excitment in her voice, she didnt have any slytherin friends so this was all new to her, she was excited to have some snake friends finally

Eva didn't have a good memory but she remembered this girl fighting with two younger Snakes! Her actions weren't great but Eva understood why she was completely against there sides. Nodding away she spoke and said "Yes, I am Eva." It was good to meet knew friends but what she was LONGING for is someone in the 14+ category she didn't care if they were too nice or too mean.

Ariana Smiled at Eva feeling that something just wasnt right "I know im only 12 but im pretty mature for my age i think."

It seemed Treyen had noticed her then, but he still didn't say anything to her. He was frowning though...and what was that look for? Did he think this was all her fault too? Because she wouldn't disagree with him. She simply shrugged slightly in response to his look. Even if she had figured out that he was silently asking if she was okay, she still would've just shrugged. She didn't feel okay, but she wouldn't really want him to know that.

She nodded though when he said Laura - that was the name of the girl she'd been talking to? - needed to go to the hospital wing, and she glanced over at the Gryffindor prefect and Laura. Was he going to be taking her or...?

Then the other young Hufflepuff was suddenly speaking up, confessing, and sounding rather nervous and frightened. Vashti laid a gentle hand on the girl's shoulder. "It's okay. Accidents happen," she reassured softly. Whether there would be any consequences for it, she wasn't sure. None of them could take points, and there were no professors around at the moment, so... Vashti looked over at Treyen, and discovered that he was looking at her. Was he thinking the same thing she was?

Kennedy pressed the book to his chest, curiously waiting for the kid to say something. Maybe no one hurt him? Well, at least he hoped no one did. He was also at a lost, he's never had to deal with crying students. "All right, lets go," he said, nodding.

He began to walk toward the direction of the dungeons and slowed down briefly so the kid could follow him.

Luigi didn't say much, he only knew where the Slytherin Common room was and the Slytherin dormitories, "Oh, sorry for being rude, my name is Luigi, what's yours?" asked Luigi.

As they walked he heard the kid talk. "Nice to meet you, Luigi," he said. "I'm Kennedy, fifth year Slytherin." Of course it was obvious that he was a Slytherin because of his robes. He noticed that Luigi wasn't so distressed as much. It really made him curious what made the young snake cry.

"This way," he said, pointing at the stairs. He was glad they didn't have to up the stairs, it was much easier going down.

Sky needed a break from all the homework that had been assigned over the past few days, so she decided to take herself a little walk. Okay, it wasn't the homework she needed a break from, it was all the green in the Slytherin common room. It wasn't that she had a problem with the color, but one would think they'd try to break it up with black, or a white hue, something! The color scheme had bothered her all last year, too.

She looked around and noticed that she was on the first floor. She started humming as she continued her walk down the corridor. It was oddly quiet here… well except her humming. Kind of refreshing…

Evelyn blinked. Where on earth was she!?

She'd been roaming around the castle all afternoon, feeling a little distracted. Her mind was still on the letter that she received from her sister the previous day. It was ridiculous, to say the least.

..and now, she was standing in an empty corridor and she didn't even know which floor it was. Sigh. Anyway...since she wanted some peace and quiet, she sat down, leaning against the wall and her legs folded underneath her. She wanted to do some serious thinking.

Scabior hadn't known that anything was wrong when he had a couple of small bites of the dessert. It tasted alright, and he had checked to make sure it wasn't poisoned. Unfortunately he didn't check anything else.

Scabior quickly made his way down the hall, rubbing his arms, trying to ignore the intense itching that had crept up on him. At first he thought it was nothing. He hadn't had a reaction for such a long time he had forgotten what it was like to eat the fruit that triggered his allergy.

The common room had been exceptionally loud that night, so Sierra Greingoth had taken a random walk around the castle. She had homework to do, yes, but she didn't much feel like doing that either. It seemed to her that tonight was a great time to do nothing...

...but take a random walk, of course.

She was just about to make her way back to the dungeons, when she came across a site almost too good to be true--PROFESSOR SCABIOR. Fate knew what it was doing when it sent that man to work here. She should talk to him. It was a rare opportunity to catch the man away from the annoying fangirls from History of Magic class. Herself excluded in that group, of course.

"Good evening, Professor Scabior," she said, trying to sound as mature as possible. He was rubbing his arms, almost like he'd caught a chill. The corridor wasn't that cold, though, was it? "Err, ...cold night?" she asked. Ugh. What a Hufflepuff thing to say. She stopped right in front of him, hoping it'd cause him to stop and not plow her over.

He just wanted to get to his office, with no distractions. But it didn't seem like Scabior would get what he wanted. He had passed a few students, to which he just gave nods to, but the young Slytherin had been the only one to speak up, and since he wasn't completely cold he slowed his pace.... "Evening, Miss Greingoth." He even sent her something that looked to be like a small smile.

That was enough for him, Scabior was about to quickly walk away when the girl stepped in front of him. "Usually it is. It's January." He knew she wasn't a Ravenclaw but that fact was obvious enough. And why in the world was she blocking his path? "I trust you are alright?" Or maybe she wasn't, and could actually explain why she was blocking him? With a small sigh he gave up the rubbing and started scratching his arms.

Sierra narrowed her eyes ever-so-slightly. So he thought he was being cute, hmm? Well, he was quite the looker, but his words were quite annoying. "Right, ...January. I just thought...maybe...you would...cast a warming spell?" she suggested. She was no Ravenclaw, but the idea seemed logical enough to her. Especially for a man who was roaming the corridors rubbing his arms like he'd freeze to death any minute now. Seeing that he'd slowed down a little, and then finally been blocked by her, Sierra gave a little inner smirk then stepped to the side.

"I'm just fine," she said. Then he started scratching his arms, causing her to make a slight face. "Are you...alright?" She shifted her weight from one foot to the other, causing the bag slung over her shoulder to fall just a little. She'd forgotten she'd brought it along, actually. She moved it to the opposite shoulder then looked up at Scabior. It wasn't often she met up with Sir Hotness outside of class. "So, were you heading somewhere?"

Was he that slow as a student? Scabior thought back. He was annoying sure....defiant definitely....but slow? "Or if I were that cold I'd just put on a cloak because magic doesn't always have to be the only option." There kid, a lesson for you without even having to drag you to class.

She was fine? Alright then, the History of Magic Professor had to force himself not to narrow his eyes. If the girl was fine, why did she feel the need to block- oh. As she stepped to the side he had half the mind to run off. "I'm fine." No. He was itchy. "Thank you for asking."

"To my o-" He stopped. No, not his office. Seeing the healer would be best. "-To the Hospital Wing. I'm afraid I've eaten something that I'm allergic too." Sierra couldn't do anything bad with the information so he didn't have a problem telling her. And now that he thought about it..."Are you even allowed to be roaming the halls now?" Like Scabior could remember the curfew time, he never followed it at school.

Okay. Now Scabior was just making her mad. He seemed to be challenging her, and had he been a student, she'd have snapped at him. As it was, though, he wsa a professor, and since he could take house points, she decided not to tempt fate. However, she just had to say--"You're starting to sound a lot like my dad." In other words, the cuteness factor just hit zero.

Alexander Greingoth didn't necessarily see everything as a learning experience, but Scabior's comment just seemed like something he'd say. Sierra made another face at the constant itching. Skin flakes better not be fluttering around. Ew. "You should really see Professor Lafay about that, you know. We made some anti-allergy potion in class today, and..." Her face lit up in a 'I think I just found an opportunity to get some possible house points' way.

"I happen to have a vial of it in my bag," she said, giving him a certain look. It clearly said, 'Extra house points might not be a half bad idea, Scabs.'

He wasn't exactly sure if that was suppose to be an insult, but Scabior did not want to be compared to someone's father. "Man's the Minster of Magic, sounding like him can't be too bad." He seemed better than Borr, not that Scabior was about to bad talk the girls father in front of her. He dropped his hands, in attempt to completely ignoring the itching.

It would just go away, if he took a sleeping potion and slept it off for a couple of hours.

"Right...no thank you." Scabior had seen enough of Lafay for the time being thank you. The woman was insane. Even more so than most women. He's survive the itching.

His brows went up as she continued to speak. Well then..if she had the potion on her. "Well..." He held out his hand, ignoring her obvious 'i want points' look.

No. Sounding like Alexander Greingoth wasn't bad. It wasn't exactly good for Sierra, though, who had a crush on this man who was starting to sound like her father. "No, it's not bad at all," she agreed. She'd take any opportunity to throw in a good word for her father. Not that he needed her help. He could be awesome all by himself.

"No thank you?" she asked, giving him a 'Really?!' expression. She dropped her bag into her hands then quickly untied it, all the while keeping her eyes on Scabby. She pulled out the vial, looked at it, and said, "I took a sample of it myself earlier. Worked like a charm, really. The side affects of my allergies were gone within a minute or two." She eyed his arm. "That itch looks really uncomfortable. Too bad you have a way out of it and...won't take it." She dangled the vial in front of him.

Slytherins, sometimes Scabior couldn't even handle them himself, even if he was one. He reached out, snatching the dancing vial from the young girl's hand. "I meant no thank you to going to Professor Lafay."

He still didn't TRUST this vial. Scabior eyed it for a bit before pulling the top off. "If this is anything other than an anti-allergy potion, you'll be put into detention for the rest of the year." It was a threat, but it wasn't said harshly.

He had a feeling that Greingoth knew better. Without any hesitation he poured the whole vial into his mouth. Scabior made a face as the liquid went down his throat, he was never one for potions.

Sierra gave him a challenging look, trying to decide if he was insulting Professor Lafay or not. "She's a highly respected Potions Mistress," she said. She didn't say anything else on that matter. After all, she still didn't quite know how to take Scab's comment.

She sort of frowned at the way he'd snatched the vial from the hand. "Somebody's a little anxious," she commented, "...and I'm not the kind of person who'd trick you into drinking something other than what I tell you is in the vial." That sort of thing was for Gryffindors and immature pranksters. Sierra could be evil in so many ways, but being immature didn't relate to any of them.

She waited while he drank the potion. "Well?" she asked, wondering if it'd set in.
