Minerva thought about this for a bit and then put her hand up. "Professor what type of spells would you try? Wouldn't you be afraid to do something that might scare or harm the little things?"

He was announcing this to the whole class?! Sierra drew back on the lettuce and turned her head sharply in WWW's direction. She could have done without the loud introduction. Then again, if this worked out, it was a great way to receive all the glory. So for that, she grinned then turned back to the Pygmy Puff.



Sierra wasn't expecting the Pygmy Puff to attack the lettuce with its tongue. She jerked the lettuce back just in time to manage to keep half of it while the Pygmy Puff took the rest. "Theory works," she said out loud, "but it's still in her hair." She pushed herself out of her seat then walked a good row over, positioned herself in a new seat so the creature could properly see the lettuce. "You want it, you come and get it."

The Pygmy Puff couldn't understand her words, of course, but it would have to have an intelligence less than that of a flobberworms not to understand it had to come and get the rest of the lettuce.

Tayla giggled a little as she watched Sierra and the girl named Elise 'battling' with the pygmy puff. She watched and wondered if there was anything she could do to help, but thought Sierra could probably handle it.

She went up to the professor and handed in the list she and her partner had made, then went back to her post and waited for Professor Williamson's next instructions.

Alyssa wasn't comfortable with using the Pygmy Puffs as bowling balls but she figured that the Professor knew animals better than they did, so she just did what he asked. She looked around for someone to partner with, and saw somebody looking for a partner. She walked up to the girl. "Can I partner up with you? I'm not sure that we have met before. My name is Alyssa" Alyssa smiled sticking out her hand to shake the other girl's

Brooklyn stroked the fur of the little puff as her eyes scanned the room, looking for anyone who didn't seem previously engaged. And of course, this task was much harder than it seemed. So, the girl sighed, and started to walk around the room, looking for just about anyone. And she'd take anyone- even a first year. Sigh. She paused after a moment deciding she should just stop moving and use her eyes instead. The girl was tall enough to see over a good number of heads anyway.

Just as she was about to start moving again, a younger girl approached. Thank Merlin! She wouldn't have to do this alone. A smile appeared on the older girl's lips as she nodded. "Of course! It'll be.. fun." Y'know.. other than having to throw pygmies around. It'd be fun, right? Right? Hopefully..

Again, the blond smiled. "I don't believe we have either-" Shifting the pygmy puff onto one arm, the girl extended the other. "-And i'm Brooklyn. It's nice to meet you." Right. Now.. onto more important things. Unless- Someone else wanted to join them? Eh. For now she was cool with just one partner. But if it came up, she'd be happy with more.

With a gesture that clearly meant 'follow me', Brooklyn started walking over toward the bowling alley section, but stopped for a brief moment to see if her partner was following.

We need more in our team. Anybody?
 

"Nice to meet you too Brooklyn. Lead the way."Alyssa told the older girl as she made her way to the bowling part of the barnyard. As she followed behind her, Alyssa stroked Nerfball and as she did, she whispered to him/her.

"Nerfball, we are going to be playing a game in a couple of minutes. I am going to be rolling you on the ground and you have to try to hit the those things that are going to be standing where you are headed. I know that you are really good at doing that. So if you could do that for me today, I'll be so grateful. If you can knock all of them down at once, I'll let you stick your tongue up my nose for as long as you want. Deal?" Alyssa really hoped that her Pygmy Puff understood what she was telling him/her or this game was going to end with her not scoring any points for her team.

Having dismissed herself for a few minutes to attempt to calm down Momotaro II, Kurumi returned to the area and heard about their...rather barbaric sounding activity. Bowling with pygmy puffs? Kurumi didn't care that Professor Williamson had used enchantments on the floor and the pins. Hurtling an innocent pygmy puff for sport seemed like a horrible thing...and her expression showed it.

SQUEEK? SQUEEK SQUEE SQUEEEK!?

Kurumi glanced down at Momotaro II, who sat resting in her hands, and sighed. Why was he still squeaking? Hadn't her pep talk about waiting for the right pygmy puff to come along and not settling for just any ball of fluff worked? Until she realized that his big doe eyes were looking at her questioningly as opposed to...lustfully?

"Oh, um, I suppose you are wondering what is going on..." she murmured to the pygmy puff as she watched everyone shuffling around. How was she supposed to explain to this little guy that she was going to throw him down a lane at pins? That did not seem like something that would go over well. "Um...we are going to play a game. One where you get to roll around all you want. All I ask is that you knock over some pins."

SQUEEEE?

Why pins? At least, that seemed to be what he was asking her with his squeaking. "Well, that is part of the game as well. You see, we call it bowling and the goal is to knock over as many pins as possible."

SQUEEEE SQUEEK SQUEE?

"No, it won't hurt," Kurumi said, reassuring her pygmy puff. "Professor Williamson placed all sorts of enchantments on everything to make sure of that." Momotaro II seemed to like this and showed so by bouncing in her hands. Well, as long as he didn't have any more questions...Kurumi supposed it would be alright to give this a go. "We need to find some people to team up with first."

MEEEEEEEEP!!!

Clearly, Kurumi had said the wrong thing. Or had it been the right thing?

"Hey, Alyssa,'' Jory called going up to Alyssa and the others. "Mind if I join you guys, please? I've already explained what need to be done to Furball.''

He petted to 'Puff which was on his shoulder.

Selena doesn't join teams. People join her EPIC team. Who wants in?!!?!? :D
 

Selena liked bowling. Well. She never tried bowling but she was pretty sure she would like it. Because there were stuff you had to hit and knock over. Selena plucked Kent off of her head and squished him just slightly. "Hiya KENT. Remember, you are KING of all Pygmy Puffs. So don't lose. And remember that you're supposed to hit the pins like a GOOD puff. So if we win, I'll let you eat snot and not try to get you to eat chocolate." For a week. But that was it because Selena didn't like Kent's snot-eating. It was gross.

On that note... Bowling time. With people. Who would join her awesometastical team. "Who wants to join Team AWESOMETASTICAL Pygmy Puff?!" Because obviously everyone did. Yuuuuuuuuuup. Selena was COOL like that.

Just like Kent. And Clarke.

"Hey Jory, sure I don't mind at all. I don't think Brooklyn would either."Alyssa smiled at her fellow housemate.

"Great!" Jory said returning her smile."Hi Brooklyn,''he said to the other girl whom he'd seen around sometimes.

He waited along with the others two to see if anyone else wanted to join them.

Amelia wasn't sure that she liked the idea of bowling with Pixie, but she supposed if the Professor said it was safe... Still, she had reservations about it. Hopefully her poor Puff would be okay. :/

Looking around, she spotted Alyssa and Brooklyn. "Can I join your team?" She smiled and looked at the girls and then at the boy she didn't know but had seen in class before.

Elise sighed, sick of waiting for Honey to get itself out of her head. If it wouldn't hurt her, she'd probably have forced it out by now! Only seeing the puff's tongue lash out for a split second, the next thing she knew, Sierra was holding half a leaf of lettuce.

Watching Sierra get up and walk away, Elise's eyes widened. Was she just... GIVING UP?! But Elise wanted to play the puff games! Hearing her saying something about going to get the lettuce, Elise shook her head in an attempt to get it off. Its claws just tightened their grip on her hair. Painful.

Honey thought that they were just being funny. Yay! Funny people with nests on their heads. FluffFluffFluff! Oh, the black nest girl was walking away? What about her food?! She was dangling it, SO FAR AWAY! Sticking out her tongue as far as it could go, Honey tried to grab the lettuce. Maybe it was a game! That's fun! Not being able to reach, Honey did the puff equivalent of a shrug, shuddering slightly and cozy-ing itself into its new nest. She wasn't hungry anyway.

*Professor how many in a team?* Can we start bowling?
 

"Hey Amelia. Sure the more the merrier. I don't know whether you have met the others in our team. This is Brooklyn and this is Jory. Do you think that 4 in a team is enough or do we want to wait for a few more to join us? What do you all think?" she asked the others.

He was gonna roll! Rolly polly pygmy puff! Rolling was like one of the best things EVER!!! Now he wasn't just doing it for plain amusement - although that still was sort of the case - but rolling for the benefit of OTHERS! How many pygmy puffs could say THAT?

Bouncing like rubber ball, Momotaro II jumped out of Kurumi's hands and onto the ground and began to rooooooooooooooooooooooll

"Momotaro II! Not yet!" Kurumi squeaked as she chased after the pygmy puff, crawling on the ground on all fours. Merlin, hopefully the litte guy didn't go and do himself an injury before they even began to bowl! As she crawled after the creature, Kurumi couldn't help but admire just how quickly the little guy moved. With THAT much forward momentum, it seemed like it wouldn't be too much a problem knocking over some pins.

Rolling rolling rolling....rolling rolling rolling! Oh?! What's this?! A friend!? Did he want to roll with him?!

Kurumi came to a stop only when her head slammed into something...or someone as the case turned out to be. "Oh...hey Selina," she smiled, looking up at the Slytherin prefect and taking notice that Momotaro II seemed to, erm, want to be friends with her pygmy puff.

They were going to be doing what?! Pygmy Puff bowling sounded fun but one look at poor old Barny and Ella felt bad. Would they really not mind being bowled down an alley towards some pins? She looked back to Professor Williamson who seemed sure that they wouldn't mind and in fact would quite enjoy the experience. She trusted him and looked down at Barnabus for a little pep talk. "Alright Barny, listen up. We're going to do some bowling and I'm not the-well I'm not the best at bowling so I need your help." she said with a firm nod. "Right so when you are rolling, well head towards the pins and knock down as many as you can! I know you can do it!" Ella tickled the puff with her finger and looked around, realizing she would need to find some other students to work with. She attempted to size up the other puffs too, wondering how it would be possible to tell who would be the best at bowling..."Anyone want to partner up?" She asked with a smile. Surely someone would want to work with her and Barny, who was a looker for sure as far as puffs went.

Selena was still playing with Kent... like squishing him and keeping his tongue away from her nose. Selena pet the little... head...(?) of the pygmy puff's and tried to make sure Kent didn't jump around. Because it was hard to catch a pygmy puff that wanted to bounce. Selena also thought that the pygmy puffs were very lucky that Clarke wasn't here because the cruppy would lick all the pygmy puffs which was n-

A grin stretched across Selena's face when she noticed the pygmy puff on the ground. "HAAAIIIIIII Cookie Prefect." Yup. Cookie Prefect because it was COOL. And easier to say that Kurumi which was waaaay to long. And since Cookie Prefect was on the ground, Selena sat down too. Yup. Because she wanted to.

Kent blinked at the pygmy puff with his huge blue eyes and shivered slightly in his owner's hands. Did the pygmy puff want to PLAY?!?? Were the two going to race? But what Kent really wanted right now was to have his owner stop squishing him.

"I like your pygmy puff! Can I squish him?!?!" Selena asked, beaming from ear to ear.

They were going to BOWL the pygmy puffs?!

But... Daichi had started to like his Ducky Duck! He didn't want the grey little fluffy creature! He was about to protest by folding his arms together when he heard the Professor explain that it would hurt the creatures.

ooooh! hehe he knew that!

Daichi took his pygmy puff off his shoulder and held it in his hands. "You want to bowl as well?" he asked in voice as if he was talking to a baby and tickled the puff's fur. The creature let out a weird sound and Daichi figured he must like it.

Smiling, the third year Slytherin walked over to a Hufflepuff and tapped her shoulder. "You want to bowl with me and Ducky Duck?" he asked and pointed at his own grey colored pygmy puff.

Ella looked at the older Slytherin who had approached and nodded, happy for the invitation. "Sure." She said cheerfully, looking at the little grey puff. "Ducky Duck, that's a nice name. Well Ducky Duck, this little guy is Barnabus." She tickled the little yellow puff she was holding and returned her attention to the Slytherin boy. "You can call him Barny for short." she added with a smile. "Oh and I'm Ella!" Whoops, maybe she should have started with that.

Amelia waved to the other people in the group. She knew Brooke very vaguely, she was more familiar with Alyssa. And she didn't know the boy Joy at all. "Hi, guys." It was nice to be friendly to the people she was working with, because everyone here was so nice. "I'm okay with us four, But if you guys want more people added, I'm okay with that too."

Minerva looked around. "Ella can I be part of your team?" she looked at her puff "ok purplicious do you think you can help me win this game?" her puff just looked up at her without making a noise. Quiet little thing wasn't it she thought.

Annabelle was excited. She was looking around for a team to join. "Come on Squishy it is time to go bowling." she told her. She squeaked and hopped onto her shoulder going to the barn. "Hmm i wonder what team should i join?"

Ella turned to see Minnie and a cute puff approaching. She smiled and replied, "Of course! This should be fun!" She then looked at the older boy and his little grey puff again, wondering if they minded another member of the group. "You guys don't mind do you?" she asked, eyebrows raised. If he didn't they could get started! Ella was anxious to see what Barny would do as a bowling bowl. She looked at Minnie while she waited. "So what's your little puffs name?" she asked, sticking her hand out to pet the cute little creature.

Brooke grinned as more people came over to join their team. She nodded as the one she didn't really know asked, and figured they'd get to know eachother by the end. And then he introduced himself. "Hi!" She beamed. And then another person joined them. Someone she knew this time! WHOOP! "Hey Mia," she greeted. Again, the blond nodded. Of course she could join! Okay. So. Clearly, Brooklyn had the best team. She grinned over at the newcomers before stroking her pygmy puff's turquoise fur and holding it up close to her face. Things were getting serious.

"Okay, Pike." Yeah- that was the name for her pygmy. Don'tquestionit. The little guy stopped and stared back at Brooklyn. BLINK, BLINK. He was quite the silent one. She grinned before continuing. "Right. We're going to play a little game, alright? I'm going to roll you down that lane-" She pointed to it. "-And we're going to try and knock down as many things as we can. Sounds good?" She stared at him, waiting for a response. He blinked. "GOOD!"

Now, she turned her full attention back to her team mates. "Well- we'll worry about other members if the topic comes up. But for now we should probably focus on the game, right?"

"Hey Alyssa can i be on your team?" She smiled at her and yawned while petting MErcy.

Okay our team is full. Amelia apologies for leaving you out.
 

"You're just in time. Yeah I think we have room for one more. Get ready to roll." Alyssa laughed as she prepared to roll Nerfball. "Nerfball what I told you. Hit as many as you can,okay?" Alyssa whispered to her Pygmy Puff.

Can he hug her now? Or maybe he shouldn't , he didn't want to scare his team mate. His gaze therefore went to the pygmy puff in her hands and he waved his hand at the little yellow creature. "Hi Barny!" he said and held Ducky Duck up with his other hand. "Ducky Duck, this is Barny. He is your teammate now so don't tackle him" He told the puff and it looked back at him as if he was crazy.

He is but mweh.

Looking away from the two puffs and towards the girl with his dark brown eyes, Daichi bowed as she introduced herself. "I'm Daichi" he smiled and got up from his bow. He may be weird but at least he had manners~

Getting back up , Daichi noticed another Hufflepuff girl walking towards them. He had seen her from a far and when he comfirmed that she did walk to them he smiled. He waited for Ella to answer and when she said yes, Daichi automatically nodded his head as well. The more the merrier he would say.

"So what now?"

"Sweet and thanks." She laughed as Alyssa talked to her pygmy puff then Taylor whispered to Mercy as well, "Mercy, we are going to play a little bowling. Try to hit as many as you can but have fun." She petted the pygmy puff who started to purr at that second. Tay smiled and laughed.

Ella looked from Daichi to Minnie with a small smile. "Now we bowl!" she said cheerfully. She approached one of the empty lane setups that Professor Williamson had made and placed little Barny down on the soft floor. He seemed happy enough which was a relief to her. "Does anyone want to go first?" she asked, looking at her teammates. "I'm rubbish at bowling." she added sheepishly with a shrug.

Keefer noted that there appeared to be two teams forming. Well that's silly, there's five lanes! The Captain boldly stood up and made his presence known to the rest of the barn.

"If anyone is brave enough, come join Team Keefer!"

And while I wait... Keefer took Sutherland down from his perch atop the his own shoulder. "Listen up, buddy. We want to win!" He tickled his pygmy puff affectionately under where he supposed the chin was located. It was hard to tell with all the puffy fur-fuzz. "So.. I hear you guys are pretty good at controlling where you roll. Don't be afraid of the pins. They don't bite and they won't hurt. I promise." Not that he would be able to tell if it were hurting little Sutherland, since he couldn't make heads nor tails of all the squeaking.

"I'll try as hard as I can to get you pointed in the right direction, but I can't do it alone." He shook his head. "It's a team effort, Sutherland. So do your best for Team Keefer, bud!"

Lily looked around for someone that she hadn't worked with before to join as part of their team. Picking up Blueberry, Lily wandered around looking for someone to join, while petting her puff. Hearing someone shout out, Lily looked towards the voice. "Hey um, do you mind if we join you?" Lily asked the Hufflepuff boy, glancing at Blueberry and then back to the boy.

Daichi laughed at Ella's cheerfulness and nodded his head as she walked towards the lane. He waited for Minerva to come as well and placed Ducky Duck back on his shoulder.

His puff was trembling a little as he saw the lane and as Ella placed her puff on the soft floor, Daichi grabbed his own pygmy puff. The little creature was trembling again and Daichi placed him on the floor as well. "See" he said to the little creature and watched it hop around on the soft floor. "The floor is really soft right? and you like to roll around right?" He asked his puff and Ducky Duck made a loud sound that Daichi thought it meant yes. "You can do this Ducky Duck because YOU are the champion" he turned to the two hufflepuffs. "No offence to those two" he laughed.

At Ella's question , Daichi jumped up and waved his arms in the air. "ME ME! i want to go first, i'm a PRO at bowling!" and without waiting for an answer he stepped on the lane. Tickled the grey pygmy puff, telling it not to be afraid aaaaaaaand. He rolled the ball of fluff!

It rolled..and rolled...and..missed. It missed by far! Scratching his neck, the Slytherin turned around with a stupid grin on his face. "Ehm..oops?"

Selina was mortified. They were going to do what to the little Pygmy Puffs? She knew that they'd be fine, but her little Owen had motion sickness. This was going to end up in a lot of Pygymy Puff vomit. And then Selina was going to have to clean it up. Why oh why did theu have to do this now??

Although teams sounded like fun and Keefer was being super loud about the whole thing. So she decided that this was war. She looked around for Kurumi and saw her with the other Selena. The Selina with red hair approached the pair and said, "You wanna make a team?"

Ducky Duck the champion? Ella smiled at this, giggling softly. "None taken, if Barny is a better bowler than me it'll be a miracle!" Ella said with a grin.

Ella laughed at Daichi's enthusiasm to go first. She smiled at Minnie, wondering if she was also amused. She was eager to see if Daichi was actually a pro like he said. Before she could say she was fine with him going, he was already rolling his little puff.

Ella watched as Ducky Duck rolled...and rolled...and missed. Well that didn't work out the way he'd planned. Ella was happy to see that even though Ducky had missed, Daichi still seemed to be in good spirits. "No worries! Ducky Duck will get-em next time." Ella said reassuringly. "I guess I'll give it a go then?"

Ella knelt down in front of Barny, whispering to him. "Alright Barnabus. You were born for this. You are a rolling machine now I want you to get your little fluff ball self together and roll down there and you-you knock those pins down! You are the pin master!" With that, Ella sent Barny rolling down the lane. He picked up speed as he went and Ella smiled. "Go!" She watched as he hit several pins.

Okay so Gideon had gotten completely lost in the course of the class, especially once his partner had spoken up on what they had learned or hadn't learned in all honesty. And then the professor had moved them on to the next part of the lesson...the activity...the man straightening up the area before describing what they would be doing.

He was a COMC professor?

Usually they were all about respecting the creatures that they worked with, not using them for games. And then there was the added struggle of pairing off again. Or at least into groups. And seeing as he had lost track of his partner Gideon looked around for others that he could work with. Spotting Kurumi, Selina and another girl, he made sure Doyle was secure back within his scarf around his neck and headed over to them hoping they had room in their group for him. "Hey are ye all working together? Any room for another?"

Minnie watched as the first two went. She looked down at purplicious and was worried it would hurt her. But the professor said it wouldn't "My turn" she smiled at the other two and stepped up to the alley. Rolling the Pygmy Puff down towards the pins she watched it move along the straight path. Purplicious knocked over two pins. Minerva clapped her hands it wasn't much, but oh well it was fun.

Selena was still BEAMING at the Cookie Prefect when Alie- Selina with an I came over and Selena grinned at her too. Oh, Selena liked these Gryffindorks. They were like... the only nice Gryffindorks she knew. Yup. So they were automatically COOL. "Alien Selina!!!" Selena greeted, dropping Kent on the floor and waving at girl from the ground. Because the view from below was obviously cooler. That was why she was short. Make a team? Oh riiiiight.... that was what they were doing here... And there was another Gryffindor. Were there no Slytherins here??!?!? "HAAAIIIII." Because it was nice. Right? To work with people? But where were the Slytherins? "I think you can join our team! Riiiiggghhht?" Selena asked, looking at the Cookie Prefect who miiiight be part of the team and then at the Alien Girl Selina.

"Yaaay! Gooo Team Epically Awesometastical Pygmy Puffs!" Selena exclaimed. And with that, Selena patted the floor with her hand, placing Kent in her lap before he decided to roll away like the Cookie Prefect's had. "Come ooooon! Take a seat!" Because there was no point in standing quite yet. They weren't rolling any pygmy puffs yet.

And now... for something even more important. "ANY MORE SLYTHERINS?!?!? I'm kinda outnumbered here with these Gryffindors on Team Epically Awesometastical Pygmy Puffs!!!" Yes. Slytherins. Where are you?!

Cookie Prefect? Kurumi should have known that more nicknames involving cookies would surface even after the pioneers of such nicknames graduated. Evelyn with Cookie Girl and Salander with Cookie Princess to be exact. She should probably have a nickname for Selena too, right? Save that bit for later.

Okay, no more rolling for now. It was time to BOUNCE! Momotaro II bounce all around the floor in hopes of getting the other to join him. Surely he wanted to rooooooooooooooooll around as well, yes?

SQUEEEEK MEEP MEEE SQUEE!!

S-S-Squish him? Um...did pygmy puffs like being squished? Kurumi wasn't sure that Momotaro II really wanted to be squished just now. "Um...I guess?" Kurumi really wasn't sure about this squishing thing. "So...repeat of capture the flag?" Since they had teamed up then and stuff. Seemed like their pygmy puffs had made the decision for them after all.
OH OOH OOOOOH! More friends to bounce with! This was going to be fun! Maybe they SHOULD race with each other and see who could hit the most pins?! Not that he really understood the point of pin hitting...but whatever.

"Hey Selina," Kurumi waved. Merlin this was going to be confusing. Time to come up with a nickname for one of them. "Sure, as long as your pygmy puff is alright with it." After all, if their creatures didn't get along with each other, there would be no point of them being on the same team, right? But then SelEna called SelIna Alien Selina and Kurumi pondered for a moment using that as a nickname to distinguish between the two for the rest of the duration of the lesson.

Nope. Wasn't going to work. Kurumi just could not call her best friend an alien when she knew that to be a lie.

"So...Team EAPP for short?" Because that team name was AWFULLY long...
Looking up again now, Kurumi should have known that it wouldn't be long before Gideon showed up. "Hey, Gideon," she smiled as she glanced at her pygmy puff that was currently having a ball rolling around all over the place. "I...don't see why not." Professor Williamson hadn't specified how many to a group and as long as there were enough people to divide up into teams it should all be fine.

And then SelEna went shouting about Slytherins and being outnumbered. "Um...Selena...does it really matter? I mean...if we are a team doesn't what house we are in sort of cancel out?" After all, there was no Gryffindor in team...no Slytherin either come to think of it.

Glancing around the room again, Kurumi turned back to her group. "Do to think we should just give this...um...bowling a go? People can join us later if they want to."

GO?! DID SOMEONE SAY GO?!

Ella watched as Minni rolled her little pygmy puff down the lane towards the pins. She smiled as the puff hit the pins dead on, knocking over two. "Good shot, little guy." She said cheerfully. "Hey, I just thought of something. We don't have a team name..." She looked at Daichi and Minnie, wondering what their name should be.

Daichi stepped off the lane after grabbing Ducky Duck and watched as Ella went first and hit a few pins. He cheered for her and as he clapped his hands (he had placed Ducky Duck on his shoulder) he looked at Minerva for the third try.

He watched how her Pygmy Puff rolled down the lane aaaand , knocked over two pins! "Woohoo!"

Now it was his turn again, right? Daichi took his Puff off his shoulder and gave it a little pep talk. "Okay, you can do this. Ducky Duck you are the most awesomest bowler in the world! Can you hit does pins!?" He turned the small Puff around and it squeaked in his hands excitedly. "Can you~~~?!" Another LOUD squeak and the Slytherin just had to hug his Pygmy Puff. "Okay then.."

He stepped on the lane, his Pygmy Puff was still squeaking excitedly at the thought of roooollling again soon. When he moved his arm backwards to roll he was stopped all of the sudden by the hufflepuff girl. Eh? team name ?

Daichi stopped what he was doing and thought. Oh he had a team name alright, but would they like it? Yet , on the other hand. He IS older than them and therefore he IS wiser. ahem. "Duck Ducky Duckington Duckio team!"

and they better like it, or else he was going to tell the Professor, hmpf.

AAAND now he rolled! His grey colored Pygmy Puff rolled on the soft squishy floor and Daichi watched how Ducky Duck knocked over 4 pins.

Feeling yet another painful yank on her hair as the crazy puff tried to get cozy, it was all she could to to nod at Professor WWW. She didn't care if all her hair fell out anymore. She just needed to get the puff off.

Hold still. So he was going to yank it off her head. Or wait.. WHAT?! He was pulling out his wand? What was he going to do, kill her?! AGUAMENTI?! What was the guy, nutters? As the jet of water drenched the puff, it also kinda got into her hair and started dripping onto her robes. Great.

As the jet of water soaked her from head to -i dunno...- knee? She felt Honey's grip loosening and the next thing she knew, the honey-colored puff flew across the room and knocked over a bowling pin or two... or five.

Now Honey was just snuggling in when some cold jet of something blasted her off her nest. That was mean! But when she hit the floor, she started ROLLING! Rolling Puffy! Rollrollroll! Oh! Hi straight thingy do you wanna roll too?

KNOCCK!

Alyssa smiled the moment the Professor said that they could start playing the game. "Okay, Nerfball it is time to do your thing. Remember you need to knock down as many of those things at the other end that you can. Everytime you do, I'll give you a reward. Here's a taste of what you will get." Alyssa knew there was reason why she kept the tissue she had blown her nose into after that loud sneeze of hers. She unrolled it, made a face and let Nerfball sniff it. His/her tongue immediately flicked out and attacked the snot wrapped in the tissue. Alyssa gave him/her a taste of it, before quickly covering back up again.

"You'll get more of that when you make those pins roll okay. Are you ready? Remember aim for those pins, Nerfball...READY, STEADY....GO." Alyssa swung Nerfball back and forth as she called out and on the call go, she released him/her. Nerfball flew forward, landed softly on the ground and rolled all the way headed for the pins. It hit the one's directly in his/her path...one down...two down....three down.....four down...five down...and then Nerfball did the strangest thing, he continued rolling but veered off from the straight line he had been rolling in and changed direction. He was going for the other pins he hadn't knocked down!! "GO NERFBALL GO!!! GET THOSE PINS!! WOOH!! NERFBALL." Alyssa couldn't believe her eyes. She had picked a champion Pygmy Puff. Either that or he/she really LOVED her snot.

Ella felt bad for stopping Daichi mid turn but thought it was wise for them to have something to call themselves, especially when they were surely the team to beat. She smiled at the older boy, wondering what he was going to come up with. His choice was quite interesting, and different to say the least. No one else would have that team name, that's for sure. Ella smiled, nodding her head. "That's a nice name, Daichi...maybe a little long though. How about the Mighty Ducks!?"She looked at her other teammates for their opinion on the matter. Daichi's name was nice but Ella was sure she wouldn't remember it. "I guess since our team name will involve the work Duck that means Ducky Duck will have to be team captain of the puffs or something!" she said cheerfully.

She watched as Daichi once again took his roll. This time Ducky Duck was much more successful, knocking down four pins. "Yay Ducky Duck!" Ella exclaimed, clapping her hands. "My turn." She said, looking down at Barny. "Okay Barnabus, you're up. Show them what you're made of." Ella sent the little yellow puff rolling towards the pins, her eyes wide and her fingers crossed. This time, Barnabus went a little to the side and was only able to knock down two pins. "That's okay Barny. I still love you!" she called with a smile. "Minnie, you're up."

Keefer heard a small voice address him and turned around. "Oh, of course not!" He smiled at the girl and introduced himself. "I'm Keefer. And this here," he grabbed his puff and presented him, "is Sutherland."

"I hope you guys are ready to have some fun! Ladies first!" he said, stepping aside to give her access to the lane.

"You two are doing great" Minnie smiled. It was her turn again. "Ok Purplicious your up again." she walked up to the lane and rolled the pygmy puff down the lane it was a straight shot and Purplicious hit four pins. Minerva clapped her hands "Great Job" She went and picked up her purplicious. "Daichi your turn again."

Lily looked up at the boy as he introduced himself and his puff, breaking a little smile as he finished. "I'm Lily and this is Blueberry or at least for today, since I don't own him." Lily held Blueberry out so that Keefer could see the pygmy puff.

Lily stepped up as Keefer moved aside so that she could get to the lane. "Come on Blueberry, all you have to do is roll down the lane and knock over all of the pins." Petting the puff until it purred, Lily stepped up and prepared to send her puff down the lane. As she let go, the puff started rolling quickly down the lane.
Roll...roll roll roll roll... faster and faster the puff went down the lane. Oooo.. big stick thingies... is that what the girl!person told me to hit... As the puff reached the end of the lane, Blueberry knocked over five of the pins.

Arrgggh! Did WWW have to constantly point out every move she made like he was some sort of Quidditch announcer or something? Sierra slightly narrowed her eyes but otherwise made no other moves. Well, other than dangling the lettuce in front of the Pygmy Puff's face, that is.



...

What?! So the Puff didn't even care about the lettuce?! Sierra's jaw dropped, and she gave the creature a 'how dare you' look. She glared at it then shrugged, as well. "Guess it only likes lettuce rather than loves it," she commented.



Well if Sierra had known she could have blasted the creature off Elise's face with a jet of water, she'd have done that long ago! It would have been much more fun, too! Who wouldn't have loved seeing a harmless, innocent creature tortured by a blast of water? It would have been hilarious...

Losing interest quickly, though, she shrugged and turned around. "Anyone still need another group member?" she asked. Bowling a creature into a pin? This had to be awesome!

Keefer turned to where Sierra was standing, hearing the plea for a group. "Come on over, we could use another person!" he said, waving her over with his pygmy puff-free arm.



"Well it's nice to meet you Lily and Blueberry." He picked up Sutherland and brought him down to Blueberry's level. "Blueberry, this is Sutherland. Sutherland, Blueberry." No sooner had Keefer finished the introductions than he heard Sutherland begin to emit very loud noises.

SQUEAK! SQUEEEEEEEEEE! Eeep Squeeeek Squeaker SQUEAK!

Oh great, now what? he thought. He certainly didn't want his puff getting any ideas. Then again, he didn't know the gender of Lily's pygmy puff, so he wasn't sure what those ideas would be. He put Sutherland back on his shoulder to quiet him down. "Oh be quiet, you!" he said jovially. Hopefully it was just excited to meet another friend. Or go bowling.

And speaking of bowling...

"Five pins, that's not bad for a first try! Let's see how many Sutherland here can pick up next." And if there were still some left standing, Sierra's puff could take it on. Keefer hadn't ever been bowling before, but it didn't look all that complicated, given that Sutherland apparently had awesome directing-himself-towards-pins skills.

Keefer walked forward and swung the arm holding Sutherland toward the five remaining pins. He let go of Sutherland and let the little guy do the rest of the work.

EEEEEEEEEEEE! Weee! Waaa-waaa-waaa-waaaa!

"Go buddy, go!" Keefer encouraged. "Alright, four more pins down! Good job, bud!" he said as he went to retrieve his puff. With a loud squelching noise, Sutherland wrapped his long tongue around the nearest pin. "Ew, no! Not food!" he said, slightly mortified. With some difficulty and resorting to the Aguamenti trick Williamson used earlier, he managed to extricate the pin from Sutherland's clenches. "Next time I'm getting you away sooner."

Oh, great. A Puffer. Oh, those loyal ones. They were always there when Sierra needed a group. She had to give them that much. So despite her near-hatred for all things Puffer, she put a smile on her face and nodded. "Cool, thanks," she said, joining the group. She held her Pygmy Puff out. "This is It," she said, looking toward the creature. "I mean, that's the name of the Pygmy Puff. It."

She watched as the boy, the Puffer captain she knew, bowled his Pygmy Puff toward the pins. "Well, that's one pin left then," she said, getting ready to roll It. She'd never bowled before, buts he'd played Quidditch. It couldn't be that much different than aiming for a goal hoop. She moved her arm back and then moved it forward again, releasing the Pygmy Puff a moment later. It rolled and rolled toward the pin.

At the last second, it must have sensed it wasn't going straight toward the pin, because Sierra could almost swear she saw the creature force a move more toward the left. That's where the remaining pin was. Finally, it rolled right into the pin, knocking it over. "...make than zero pins left."

The Mighty Ducks? hmmmm... Daichi scratched his chin in thought as if he had a beard. It sounded catchy. And to be honest he would forget his orginal idea anyways so this name should do. "The Mighty Ducks it is!" he cheered and then grabbed both Ella's and Minerva's hands and swinged their arms in the air.

AND Ducky Duck was team captain?! Daichi looked proudly at his Pygmy Puff that was now happily rolling on the soft floor. "Did you hear that Ducky Duck? You are team captain now so do your best okay?" The puff let out a loud squeak. Daichi turned his attention to Ella as she took Barny to the lane. He waited for her to roll the fluffy ball of fur and Barny knocked over two pins.

That was baaaaaad. But Ducky Duck seemed to be excited by it as he started to bounce up and down. "Good job Barny~" he cheered. "You too Ella" he laughed, don't forget the one who throws.

Now it was Minerva's turn and Daichi noticed he had automatically went up the lane to congratulate Barny and Ella. He quickly stepped aside to give her space for Purplicious to roll and Daichi clapped his hands as the Puff knocked over four pins. "Awesome Purpy!" Yes Purpy, because Purplicious was too long for him.

Daichi took his position on the lane and tried to keep Ducky Duck in his hands as he started to bounce in them. "Ducky..hold still" he whispered , trying to relax the Pygmy Puff but it seemed that the puff had his eyes on something else than the Bowling alley. Daichi looked to his side to see another Pygmy Puff bouncing up and then and ...being hyper on its own on the floor.

And... IT WAS SO ADORABLE~. He wanted that one... He wanted to have THAT pygmy puff as well as Ducky Duck. The Slytherin looked to see who had the ADORABLE Pygmy Puff and he saw Kurumi picking it up.

Oh no, he wanted to have that puff but... he didn't want to steal from Kurumi either! Could he control himself or... Shaking his head, Daichi took a deep breath and looked back at the lane. He moved his arms back and then forth and let Ducky Duck rooooooooooooll on the soft floor before hitting three pins! "Way the go Captain Ducky Duck~!" he cheered and walked over to grab his loud squeaking Pygmy Puff up.

Ella laughed as Daichi took her and Minnie's hands and swung them into the air. The good thing was, even if they didn't do so well they definitely had team spirit. "Goooo Ducks!" she said, joining in on the fun.

She smiled as Minnie and Daichi applauded Barny's not so great effort. She knew he could do better than that though and would give him a better pep talk next round. She then watched as Minnie's cute little puff went, knocking down a good amount of pins. Then it was Ducky Ducks turn and she was expecting something great out of him. He only got three pins but that was okay, it was more than Barny had gotten! "Good job Ducky Duck and Daichi!" She said, cheering happily.

Now it was Barny's turn again and she picked up the little puff, looking it in the eyes. "Barnabus Yellow Puff, this is your moment. I want you to focus only on those pins and you-you knock their socks off-er so to speak. Just roll towards the big pins and hit them as hard as you can, okay?" She tickled the little puff and then let him roll, watching as he gained speed. He was heading right for the center of the pins and going fast. "Gooo!" she exclaimed. As Barny make impact he knocked over six-yes six of the pins. Ella was so excited she jumped up and then ran to collect her little pin killer. "Yeahhh Barnabus, you are the king of the pins!" Barny gave out a little Squeakkkk which Ella considered to be a sign of how proud he was of himself. "Your turn Min!" she said happily.

Minerva watched her team mates. "You two and your cute little puffs are so good at this." she looked down at purplicious and began to walk back up to the lane. Okay she needed to start getting more pins down so her team would not think she was the weakest link. She took a deep breath and went to roll the pygmy puff down the lane, but instead of purplicious rolling straight she put her little paw legs out stopped rolling and started off across the lanes. "Oh wait purpilicious where are you going? Sorry guys, I'll get her." she took off after the pygmy. "Come back dear, come back"

She was so glad when Kurumi and Selena agreed that she could be part of their team. The last thing she wanted was to join Keefer's team. It was not that she did not like Keefer, she liked the Hufflepuff Captain a lot, she just did not like his team being as boisterous as they were being. It was kind of obnoxious. Then again it was probably Selina's competitive streak talking...

When Gideon approached the pack Selina grinned at him and looked to Kurumi to see if it was alright if Gideon joined the group. She hoped that it all worked out so when it did she walked over to Gideon and innocently nudged him, "Ready?"

Now that their entire team was in place Selina nodded at Kurumi and said, "Yeah we should probably get started... who wants to offer up their puff as a guinea pig?" Of course she meant Pygmy Puff... although a regular puff might have been equally entertaining. That of course was so very wrong of her to think... *snicker*

Ella shrugged, looking at Barny and then back at Minnie. "I think Barny is doing most of the work though." she said, smiling. She watched as Minnie put Purpilicious down to go and then...where was her puff going? "Escape! Man down!...but ducks fly together!" She exclaimed, trying to coax Purpilicious into coming back.

Well it seemed like he had gotten the approval to join the team, both Selina and Kurumi saying so so Gideon relaxed into the aspect of working with the three girls. Granted the Slytherin hadn't said much about it but if he remembered the girl correctly that was probably a good thing. Wouldn't want more alien talk. "Aye...I am," he replied as Selina nudged him before turning back to the group as a whole as they discussed who would be going first.

"I guess my puff can be it," he offered figuring they were all likely to be used played with at one point or another so it didn't matter really which one went first. Not to mention there was a bit of curiousity arising to combat the reluctancy to harm the creatures. But Professor Williamson didn't seem fazed by it so it was probably minimal. Reaching up to his neck, he went to retrieve Doyle from the cowl of his scarf gaining a tiny squeek from the creature in response as it was moved.

Why....why am I being moved? I was comfy and warm.

Setting the little reddish pygmy puff down on the ground, Gideon galnced around for any sort of example on what to do . But finding none he figured he just had to roll the puff down towards the pins. So with that the Gryffindor boy rolled Doyle down the makeshift lane.

Vickers winced, wondering if his ears were deceiving him. Did the Professor really did say use the Pygmy Puffs as a bowling ball? He struggled to try to pull Hendrix out, who has now sought to bury herself in the pockets of his robes. He eyed the bowling alley, and the pins at the far end. Even if they were covered in cushioning charms, he wasnt all for using the little creature as a THING.

Hendrix was still shaking as she was yanked out of her burrow that was the Ravenclaw's pocket. Then she saw the pins knocking each other as they were hit by other Pygmy Puffs. Then for some reason, she stuck her incredibly long tongue out and seized a pin.


Vickers yelped as he saw a pin flying straight towards him, the top part actually smacking him on the chin. "Owwrch" he grumbled as he nursed his chin, then stared dumbfounded at his Puff. "W-What are you trying to do? Dont eat that!" he said struggling to pry the pin away from the Puff.

The moment someone mentioned the word "go" (probably one of the Selina/Selenas) Momotaro II had taken that as his cue to get going...and going he did. Kurumi was back on all fours, crawling after the pygmy puff and trying to catch him before he cause too much chaos. Why did she have to have the pygmy puff that was causing a scene EVERYWHERE?!

"Come back here, please," she said as she scooted along the floor, trying her best to avoid everyone in the process. "Momotaro II, this isn't how we play...come on...come back..."

Rolling around was SO much fun! And, what was this confused looking friend of his doing? He was rolling far too slow to have any fun! Squeaking at the pygmy puff (Gideon's) Momotaro II ZOOMED down the alley and head straight for the pins and squished into them pygmy puffs did not crash, they squished you see.

Knocking down 8 and hoping that the confused puff would pick up the rest for them, Momotaro II became BORED.

GAH! "G-G-Gideon, I'm sorry," Kurumi squeaked, still crawling after the little guy. "I didn't explain to him about taking turns." How silly of her to have left THAT out. Although, she hadn't expected for Momotaro II to just go ROLLING off like that.

Just when she thought she was close enough to snatch him up and congratulate him for knocking down 8 pins scold him, the little guy zoomed away again.

Well, this area was boring, so the pygmy puff decided to roll ELSEWHERE and that meant ROLLING MOOOOOOOOORE! Bouncing now and again as he rolled, Momotaro II squeaked for another pygmy puff (Vicker's) to come join him so that they could race and that he could win. With his beady eyes, Momotaro II found a GLORIOUS area with pins all set up and just waiting to be knocked over.

DRAT. Momotaro II had gotten away and Kurumi glanced over her shoulder to give Professor Williamson a pleading look. What had he fed this particular pygmy puff? Whatever it was, she wanted to know so that she would never EVER feed a creature it. And then...she watched in horror as the bouncing-rolling ball of fluff announced itself to Daichi's group with a very loud and energetic squeak before plowing right down the middle of their pins. Well, at least he had bowled a strike?

Selena had permission to SQUISH the pygmy puff. YES. Selena liked that. But then the Cookie Prefect brought up the Capture the Flag game. "Does that mean you have cookies with you now?" Selena asked, grinning. Because she totally had chocolate with her right now. And she was still all for bribing the other teams with chocolate to LOSE. Yup. Right, back to the pygmy puff.

Kent wanted to roll. He wanted to bounce around. He wanted to plaaaay with the other pygmy puffs. But his owner wouldn't let him. He just continued to squirm in her hands, hoping that his owner would LET HIM GO.

Or.... not. Because they wanted to give it a go. And Gryffindor boy let his pygmy puff ROLL. Eyes wide, she watched as Cookie Prefect's pygmy puff began to roll as well. Selena set Kent on the ground and reached out to grab the Gryffindor Prefect's pygmy puff.

"HEY. I DIDN'T SQUISH YOU YET!!!" Selena exclaimed, as the pygmy puff rolled away. That wasn't fair. She was supposed to squish the cute little ball of FLUFF. Then she watched as KENT started to roll away. What was wrong with the pygmy puffs. That was the very reason why Selena balanced Kent on her HEAD. Because he didn't start rolling around the floor when she didn't want him to.

As soon as he was placed on the ground he started to roll after the other pygmy puff letting out a squeak as he did. He rolled and rolled after the other pygmy puffs, quite happy to be free.

However, she was distracted because she watched the Gryffindor Prefect scamper after her pygmy puff. hehe... it was kinda funny. Wait. WHERE WAS KENT?!!?? SHE NEEDED HER KENT. Where had the pygmy puff roll off to? The king of all pygmy puffs couldn't just disappear!

"KENT?!" Selena called out. And then she heard pins tumbling over... but not theirs. "Cookie Prefect? I think you just scored points for the other team."

Now. Where was KENT?! She needed Clarke. Once Clarke started to lick a purple pygmy puff, she'd know which one was Kent.

Anyone else need a partner?
 

Watching the puff roll, Elise sighed and rubbed her head. Her hair was a mess, knotted and fluffed up and dripping wet. "She's rolling," Elise agreed, too tired to process the information.

And when Professor WWW tried to run after it, it was all Elise could do not to giggle. He looked so comical, chasing after a ball of fluff. Maaaaybe she should help him... But before she could start towards the fluffball, he'd tucked it under his and and started walking back. Ooookay.

"Thanks, Professor," she grinned, taking the pygmy puffer. Now, more importantly, she had a bouncing pygmy puff in her hands.

Now Honey was having fun ROLLING until the human started chasing after her. Not her human nest person, the other bigger one. Being tucked under an arm wasn't cool and as soon as she got into humannestperson's hands, she began bouncing.

Could she maybe... roll some more?

Daichi laughed with Ella as the moment he held her arm in the air she started to cheer. Really, when was the last time he had so much fun in a class. Professor Williamson had not been lying to him when he had said the second lesson would be more fun than the first one.

Daichi picked up Ducky Duck from the floor he was bouncing on and held it it in his hands. He then turned to look at the little Hufflepuff as she stood on the soft squishy lane and rooooooooolled her Pygmy Puff. He watched it going fast...really fast and unconsiously, Daichi began to mutter cheering words under his breath. "SIX PINS~!" The Slytherin threw his arms in the air which caused Ducky Duck to launch in to the air. He gasp as he noticed his puff flying and spread his arms in an attempt to catch his little creature again.

He breathed out deeply when he catched his Pygmy Puff savely and gave it a big hug. "I'm sor--" SQUUUUEEAAAAK~! Eh? did he like that? Weird creature.




Next turn was Minerva's and Daichi couldn't help but blush at her comment on how good Ducky Duck and Barny were at this. "Purpy is awesome too!" he cheered, not wanting the Puff to feel left out and his grey Ducky Duck let out a loud squeak as well as if to say. *good luck!*

They watched as Minerva began to roooooll her Pygmy Puff and it was going straight at the middle! Were they going to get a strike?! But halfway, Daichi had to frown when the Purpy suddenly stopped and....was..was she ..rolling away?!

"Minerva! your Purpy is esca--" he wanted to say escaping but it seemed that the Hufflepuff was already chasing after it. Hehe it was a funny sight thought.



Daichi laughed his usual high pitched laugh that came out whenever he was happy ..or nervous.. when he heard Ella yelling something about ducks flying together. Oh wait, did that mean he had to coax Purpy back as well? He sighed and placed Ducky Duck on his shoulder to help but before he could walk away from their lane...the pins fell down in to a strike.



Daichi staaaared at the pins in the bowling area as the were knocked over. "STRIIIIIIIIIIIIKE~!" he shouted as loud as he good and grinned stupidly. Until it dawned him that... none of his teammates were on the lane and, Ducky Duck was still on his shoulder. What the?

Walking towards the pins, Daichi noticed that it was the same Pygmy Puff he had found ADORABLE only a few moments ago. But...this was Kurumi's Puff..he knew that for he had seen her picking it up but...but... Daichi's fingers twitched as he bend down to sit on his knees. He wasn't a thief...he was a collector? Because he like to collect ADORABLE things and..this Puff was ADORABLE. Looking around before picking the loud squeaking and obviously ADORABLE Pygmy Puff up and walked away quickly to find his Team Mighty Ducks!

Lily stood back as she watched Keefer bowl with his puff. "It looks like Sutherland likes the bowling pins." Lily said giggling softly. Four pins was still good considering that there were only 5 left after Lily had rolled.

And now it was the Slytherin's turn to roll. Lily watched as the Slytherin girl introduced her Pygmy puff. The shy Ravenclaw wasn't sure whether she should introduce herself to the unknown Slytherin girl, or just wait until she was noticed. I think I'll go with the latter... Lily thought as she watched the last pin fall. Looking up at Keefer, the redhead tugged gently on the older boy's cloak to get his attention. "Do you think we are supposed to set up the pins again and keep playing?" Sure, Lily was a Ravenclaw, but she didn't know what to do all the time... and she would rather play it safe and ask the older students what to do rather than do it herself and risk losing points.

"Yes, I'll go set them up right away." He propped Sutherland on his shoulder and set off down the lane. Bending carefully to not tip the puff off his shoulder, he set the pins back in their proper place. As he strode back, he realized he hadn't introduced Lily to the Slytherin. And she seems too shy to do that herself.

"Sorry, I've been rude. Lily, this is Sierra. Sierra, Lily." He motioned back and forth between the two girls as he spoke, though it was obviously unnecessary since there were only two people being introduced.

"So, Sierra, would you like to go first this time?"

Minerva went running after her puff. "Come back here Purplicious PLEASE" she said. All of the sudden the puff came to a stop. "What are you doing." Minerva said as she picked up the creature. She walked back to her group. "Sorry about that Ella and Daichi I don't know what she had in mind. Let's try this again." she walked up to the lane. "Ok little one lets not run again. Let's get the pins down, ok?" she giggled as she rolled the puff and it seemed the puff wanted to listen this time. It seemed eager to roll straight down the middle of the lane and then it hit the pins. Minerva started jumping up and down clapping her hands. "Did you see that." she pointed and looked at her team. "STRIKE, way to go Purplicious." she went over and picked up the puff petting it happily.

Ella heard Daichi yell strike and looked over her shoulder, happy for Ducky Duck and his awesome turn. Her eye brows raised however when another little pygmy puff was stopped in front of the pins. How strange, another run away pygmy puff...Her mind automatically went back to the pygmy puff mutiny she was sure would occur at any time. She looked at Barny with a smile. "Thanks for not running-er rolling off Barnabus. Stick with me and you'll be golden...well I guess you already kind of are." She said, noting the puffs yellow coloring.



"It's okay," Ella said, smiling. She kind of liked the chaos, it made her laugh as all the pygmy puffs were running wild. Well, all but good old Barny. She watched as Purplicious rolled towards the pins, this time heading straight towards the middle. She felt herself getting excited as the little puff hit the pins, knocking all of them down. She smiled at Minerva, bouncing up and down. "She did it-She did it! Woooo!"

What does he mean she cant eat it? What are they for then? Hendrix still would loosen her tongue around the pin despite Vickers' efforts to pry it off her. Then she hears the familiar squeak squeak of other Puffs, lead by the scary coral pink Puff... who plowed straight into the pins at the far end.

A whole LOT MORE pins! Why should she struggle with one when she an have all of them?


Vickers was trying to be patient with prying the pin out of Hendrix's tongue when she suddenly let it go. She leapt off his hand and started to roll down the lane racing against the other Puffs until she smacked soundly against the pins, sending them all to the ground. Despite his concern about his puff getting hurt, he managed to clap a bit "Good job Hendrix!" Then he stops short. Hendrix was making her way back to him...

... with her tongue twisted around each pin and dragging the whole lot back up the lane.

"N-No Hendrix, put those back!"

Elise heard a loud crash, a strike before turning away from Professor WWW. Bouncing her way over to the noise, she smiled. "A bowling pin fetish?" she asked the older Ravenclaw, a little humored. "At least she bowled a strike?"

Now, on to the more important business. Since he didn't seem to be bowling with anyone, she held the puff close to her chest. "You wouldn't happen to have a partner or something, would you?" she asked, still trying to restrain the bouncing pygmy puff.

"Go Nerfball GO. KNOCK THEM DOWN."Alyssa called out to her Pygmy Puff who seemed to have actually understood her instructions because he/she continued to roll even though it should have slowed down by now, and kept knocking the pins it came across. Soon the pins in her lane had been all knocked down. "YES!! NERFBALL...You got them all. NO...NO...Nerfball stop!!"Alyssa yelled out to her Pygmy Puff because not only had he/she knocked down all their pins, he/she didn't stop rolling and had crossed over to the next lane and was knocking down the pins of other team's and it kept rolling on to the next lane and the next lane....knocking pins down everywhere it went.

Alyssa quickly ran to the end of her lane and then crossed over to the other lanes dodging the other Pygmy Puffs, and picking up the pins that Nerfball had knocked down and placed them back up again. "I'm sorry. I'm sorry."She called out as she chased after her Pygmy Puff who was almost at the end of the last lane.

As she followed in it's trail, she kept replacing the fallen pins and standing them back up again. Finally she noticed that Nerfball had come to a stop and was turning around again. "NO NERFBALL!!" Alyssa took a flying dive and grabbed the Pygmy Puff...landing straight on her front. "OOOmph!! Good job Nerfball. You can stop now." Alyssa stood up and brushed herself off and bent down to straighten out the pins that SHE had knocked down in the process of catching her Pygmy Puff. "I'm so sorry everyone. I guess Nerfball REALLY wants a taste of my boogers. Sorry for the interruption." Alyssa apologized again, before walking outside the lanes and walking over to the Professor.

"I'm sorry Professor, for the chaos. I told Nerfball that he/she could have all the nose boogers he wanted if he knocked as many pins as possible. I failed to tell him just the ones in our lane." Alyssa apologized before walking back to her group. She pulled out the tissue which she had blown into earlier opened it up and let the Pygmy Puff sniff at it. It immediately stuck out it's tongue and swallowed the entire lot, and then looked back up at her again. "What? That's not enough? I guess I did promise you as much as you wanted." So Alyssa pulled out another tissue. Thank goodness her nose was still runny. She blew as hard and long as she could until her nose turned red, and screwing up her face, offered the tissue back to Nerfball. "Oh Nerfball you are so totally gross, but good job indeed." she patted it as it stuck it's tongue out and enjoyed the meal she had given to him/her.

Tayla hugged her pygmy puff Teacup. "We'll be playing a little bowling, Teacup. You like that right?" She wanted to see Professor Williamson was sure when he said the little pygmy puffs would enjoy it - but he was the Care of Magical Creatures professor after all, so he must know what he's doing.

Teacup bounced happily in Tayla's arms. That probably meant the pygmy was excited to roll and play. "Okay then!" Tayla said happily, looking around. "Let's go look for a partner..."

Tayla spotted a young Ravenclaw who looked familiar and went over to her. "Hey there," Tayla smiled. "Mind if we be partners?"

Jory watched as Nerfball hit the pins down. "Good job guys!'' he said to Alyssa and her Puff.

"Shall I make a try now?'' he asked as he took Furball down from his shoulder. "Ok, listen, Furball,'' he said to his little puff "Lets do this,ok? Try to hit as many pins as you can.'' He petted Furball. "Who knows, you may even get a reward,'' he added. Furball gave a high pitched squeak as if he understood.

"Here we go,'' Jory said as he swung his Puff back and forth. Release...annnnddd Furball goes airborne then hits the ground and starts rolling towards the pins. He watched some what anxiously as Furball neared the pins. One...two...three...four...five...six...seven!

"Way to go Furball!" he exclaimed.

Jory was so caught up in watching Furball that he hadn't noticed Nerfball was hitting over another team's pins. It was kinda funny- he hoped everyone would find it too and not to chide Alyssa or Nerball. Luckily Alyssa caught the Puff before he did more damage.

Vickers rushed forward and once again found himself trying to disentangle Hendrix' tongue from the bowling pins "Let them go Hendrix dont horde! " Or eat. Or whatever she planned to do with these pins.

He looked up to set his eyes on a younger Claw "I dont know whats gotten into her, earlier i could barely get her out of my pocket and now she wasnts to take every pin in sight." Was he partnering with anyone? He glanced at Kurumi's pygmy puff and all the other puffs that it looked to be racing against "I'm not sure if I have a partner anyway" he chuckled "Hendrix here seems to be following Kurumi's pygmy puff but now she's making her own rules." Namely hording pins instead of bowling for pins. "You can join us... well me." since he cant really speak for the others "I dont mind at all." he added with a small smile.


Hendrix was getting annoyed with the human. He keeps taking away her pins! But the crazed pygmy puff that started knocking down pins across lanes had the purple puff even more excited. Ohhh look at all those scattered bowling pins! Having forgotten about the struggle with her own horde she leapt out of Vickers' hand again and went bowling sideways across lanes plowing into pins whether standing or fallen, her tongue slithering across trying to grab as much pins as she can take on one pass.

Elise giggled a little, watching the struggle between the older Ravenclaw and his puffer. It kinda reminded her of what Honey had been doing only about 5 minutes back. "Honey wouldn't let go of my hair for a while," she grinned, making sure that her puff didn't actually jump into her hair again.

"Thanks," she started, but was a little surprised when the puff jumped out of her own hands and started after the purpleness. Her hands flying to protect her hair, she shook her head and started after the puff before stopping. Maybe she'd come back?

Honey was annoyed by the human not letting her nest. She liked nesting early, but at least she could roooool! Seeing the purple puffy rolling sideways, she made as close to a sigh as a pygmy puff could make and jumped out of the silly human's hands. Now, to teach Purpley how to roll.

"SQUEEEEK Squeeek SQUEE MEEP SQEE-SQUEEK!!" Translation: Knock the pins they're way more fun!

Turning away from the puff, Elise spotted a Gryffindor who she'd seen around a lot lately. "Hi," she grinned. "I don't mind! I'm Elise, by the way..."

Now, COME BACK HONEY!

Lily stood and watched as Keefer set up the pins again. When he returned he was introducing Lily to the slytherin girl. The little claw shyly looked up at the Slytherin as she was being introduced. "It's nice to meet you Sierra." Yep, Lily spoke really quietly to the Slytherin girl. She wasn't quite comfortable with older kids like Sierra. But she stepped aside to let the Slytherin go first this time. Respect was what mattered, not being the loudest greeter in the world.

Sierra stood back, a smirk on her face, as a she watched the Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff interact with one another. Leave it to a Hufflepuff to be oh so loyal and run and set the pins back up again. It was good to see the lot of them hadn't lost their will to work hard. She turned to the Ravenclaw with a grin as they were both introduced. Sierra wasn't the friendliest of people, and she could have cared less whether or not she was ever introduced, but she put up an effort anyway.

"It's good to work with you, too," she said. It just wasn't in her nature to tell someone it was nice to work with them. Turning back to Keefer, she said, "Yeah, I'd love to go first." Being last just wasn't in her nature either. She turned toward the pins, aimed her Pygmy Puff right toward the middle of them, and then gave It a nice roll. The creature rolled straight toward the pins, knocking over four of them a moment later. "That's four down," she commented.

Homework! I'm going to close class on the 29th, so start wrapping up your RPs. :)

Ella was having so much fun with her group that she had almost forgot they were in class. She turned her attention towards Professor Williamson, wondering what he had to say. She frowned, realizing class would be over now. Suddenly, her frown formed into an O shape, surprised by what Williamson had said. They could take their pygmy puffs for homework?! This was wonderful! Ella could spend more time with Barnabus, a puff she was becoming quite fond of. She smiled, excited. "Do you hear that Barnabus? We get to spend more time together! Isn't that great?" She really was eager to learn more about the little guy and taking care of him would give her something fun to do. "Professor Williamson, this is so neat. Thanks for letting those of us without puffs use these guys!"

Then Ella turned to her team, wondering if they wanted to continue to bowl or pack up. "Hey Ducks, shall we continue the game or have you guys had enough?" Ella could keep bowling for ages but she knew they would have to head back eventually.

Now? As in right this moment? Kurumi shook her head. "No, but there are some in my bag," she said, pointing to her bag over by the hay. She hadn't thought of bringing them out right now since cookies would probably be nothing more but a distraction to the pygmy puffs.

Who CLEARLY did not need any more distractions than what they already had.

Momotaro II veered back around and rolling into the pins that someone somewhere had just finished setting up, knocking over 7 of them and taking a cue from another pygmy puff to use his tongue on the 8th and drag it along with him as he rolled.

Pins did not taste very yummy, by the way.

Frantic now, Kurumi glanced at Selena. "I-I probably should have explained that bit too." The whole only knocking down pins in THEIR alley sort of thing and that not ALL pins were meant for HIM specifically to knock down. Lesson learned. Once must be very specific when having a conversation with a pygmy puff.
Glad that Gideon hadn't taken offense to the, erm, pall of coral pink fluff, Kurumi tried to find Momotaro II in the mess in front of them, but it was sort of hard with all the chaos that was going on - not to mention people yelling distracting things like snot. Chaos, that is what this was, chaos and Kurumi took a moment to look at Professor Williamson to see that he was loving every minute of it. Well, that was good, meant that this behavior was perfectly normal.

Good thing Walnut wasn't here. Merlin.

"Brilliant, Doyle," Kurumi said, applauding Gideon's pygmy puff before spotting Momotaro II off to the side still with his tongue wrapped around a pin and dragging it around. Bits of straw and other....unsanitary things getting stuck to his pink tongue as he went.

"Momotaro II! Wait! Stop. Um...roll this way!" she called, once again giving chase to the rolling pygmy puff who had not taken to trying to knock over people. "People and pins are two very DIFFERENT things!"

More pins more pins more pins! Spotting more up ahead, he picked up speed and raced towards the alley when all of a sudden. HEY?! He wasn't rolling anymore?! WHY....WHHHHHHHHHHHHHHY?!

Huh? Kurumi had JUST spotted Momotaro II only moment earlier but now he was gone. Standing up, Kurumi looked at the pins that the little creature had been heading towards, only to find that they were still standing and not a single pygmy puff in right.

Class dismissed, Kurumi searched the ground around her feet. Had she squished him under her school shoe?! Where was Momotaro II?!

"Um...professor," she said sheepishly. "My pygmy puff was a little too...excited about rolling and...um...I'm afraid he has rolled himself into trouble." Translation: HE WAS MISSING. Her bottom lip quivered just a little bit.

Alyssa was sad that class was over but glad that she'd get to keep Nerfball until the next class. She quickly picked up her bag and walked over to the Professor. "Thank you for another interesting lesson Professor and thanks for the loan of Nerfball. I'll take good care of him/her....and yes I'll figure out what gender it is by next class,"Alyssa smilled as she left the barnyard and made her way back to the castle.
