OOC: Before posting in this thread, you must first have been called back by Healer Tillstorm. To be seen by the Healer, please post in the Check-in Area for Patients first then in the Waiting Room for Patients and Visitors.

Upon entering the Hospital Ward and Healing Area, you'll come upon a long hallway that eventually forks into two different directions. You'll want to proceed to the right, the direction that will take you to the Healing Areas. Healer Tillstorm will be waiting for you. It is in the Healing Area that you'll receive the medical attention that will hopefully heal you right away and send you back to classes and your everyday life.

If, however, you aren't able to be healed right away and your character is in a rather serious condition, you will be escorted to the Observation Ward, where you will receive further medical attention.

OOC: Once your character is seen and tended to, Healer Tillstorm will deem them "well" and able to return to classes/everyday life. If your character continues to suffer from repeat conditions, it's likely that he or she will be admitted into the Room for Quarantined Patients. If this happens, you will be temporarily placed in the "Quarantined" user group, and your posting in the school will be temporarily limited to the "Quarantined" thread only.

I will lock these threads once a session is finished. When a new session, and a new student is assigned to the room, the thread will be reopened.

Cece listened as Adrianna told her what has been going on with her. Cece's first thoughts were the girls thinking process was fuzzy because of the headache. After all, it's not easy to concentrate when your head is pounding. "I think what you have is just a simple case of the flu. I'll be right back."

After a moment she came back with a couple of different potions. "Here you go, this one will get rid of that headache and take care of that fever that's causing those hot and cold flashes. And this one will calm your stomach."

Ad smiled a little when Healer Tillstorm returned with the different potions. "Thank you" she said gratefully.

Once the child had taken the potions Cece took the phials from her. "I want you to go back to your common room and rest for the remainder of the day. I'll let your professors know why you're not in classes."

Zayden entered the room now, and of course he was already thinking that if he was a good little boy, maybe the Healer could give him a pikachu shaped lollipop or something. ORMAYBEEVENACUPCAKE! ... or a cupcake tasting pikachu shaped lollipop.

However, he needed to first get the point of healing before he thought of rewards.

"I can explain..." He could definitely explain why he looked like a puffy red lobster right now.

Not that he wanted to, but he could.

Cece glared at Zayden as he sat on the bed. "You can start by explaining why you failed to take the potion I approved for you to carry Mister Abrams." That's right, Cece knew the boy hadn't taken his potion because if he did then he wouldn't look like he did now.

Releasing her wand from her wrist holster she pointed it towards the cupboard that held all the healing potions and summoned the one to stop allergic reactions. In an instant she was holding a phial of what was going to make Zayden here feel and look better.

Yes mister Abrams, you will be drinking this if you want to be healed today.

Amelia was very confused now. It seemed that the Healer was mad at him or something, and she had no idea why. She sighed as she followed them into the room and took a seat in the chair, watching everything.

She determined to stay quiet unless talked to. But that was until... "Potion?! You were supposed to carry potion on you?!" She was not a happy camper at all right now.

Zayden nervously shifted a little bit on the bed, trying to make himself for comfortable, as the nurse glared at him. He didn't really want to make eye contact, but his mother said it wasn't always polite to do so. "Well, you see, Mrs. Healer..." He trailed off for a second or two before adding, "Can we start by you explaining to me how I'm suppose to drink a potion when my throat swells up?" That'd be very helpful for him.

He went mellow when she pulled out a potion. "That's a very nice lookin' potion, ma'am, and it's for you, right?" Hedidn'tlikedrinkingpotions! They were NASTY. The last one he had was from Amelia, and it had tasted like dung.

He glanced over at Amelia now. "Itwasinmybag," he mumbled under his breath. He just didn't want to use it.

Yes, he was a pureblood against using magic on himself. Got a problem with that?!

Cece looked over at the girl sitting in the chair. "Yes, I gave him a potion to carry for situations just like this one." And apparently this girl wasn't very happy that she didn't know about this.

Really, this boy thought he was going to get out of answering her question by asking one of his own. Well that wasn't going to happen. "We could start off that way... IF I hadn't already explained all of that to you when I first gave you the potion." And to think he had even signed a document stating he understood everything she had told him. "Now, please go on and explain to me why you chose not to follow my orders."

Oh and now he was trying to be funny was he. "You know very well this is for you... unless you like your new look," she said waving her hand at his face.

After nodding to the Healer in understanding, Amelia scowled at Zayden and crossed her arms over her chest. "You didn't tell me about it because you knew I'd make you use it." Just like she'd make him swallow this potion if she had to. But she figured the Healer might not like that very much.

She watched now, eying Zayden and just daring him not to take his potion. Oh, she was talking to him later.

Zayden was so going to be in trouble with Amelia now. He just knew it. As cute and scary as the Healer was, she was mean in telling his fiancee that he had that potion. Did she know that would risk him from not getting kisses?! ... ugh. "Of course," he replied to Amelia. That was the exact reason why he didn't tell her about the potion.

His lips turned into a frown now. "I... you're right." Next time, he needed to have thought of a better thing to say that she couldn't come back with a remark like that! He felt stupid now. "You want the real story? I dislike using magical things on myself. Haven't we already discussed this?" It had felt like they already have. "You telling me to use a potion and it actually happening is like Darth Vader telling Luke to join the dark side and it actually happening." He nodded.

"I don't like my new look," he firmly stated, "but..." He wasn't going to win this. "Can you make the potion taste like a cupcake or something?"

Oh this was getting good now. It seems Cece had someone here that was for once on her side. Well maybe not on her side but agreed with what she was saying.

Trying to hold back the grin Cece looked over at Zayden. "You know, you could have avoided all this if you would have just followed my orders to begin with." But noooo, he had to go and be all defiant and do his own thing.

Really? He was going to tell her something she already knew? Wait... "Darth what?" And who the hell is Luke? Was he a student here? And why was someone trying to get him to join the dark side? Was the kid a Hufflepuff or what?

Alright, back to the kid in front of her and his new look. "Why not? I think it's rather attractive." ~~If you like the blowfish look.~~ Oh, now he wanted his potion to be flavored. What was he... five? "No cupcakes for you. I don't reward kids who disobey me. Now here, drink this." Holding out the phial she waited for him to take it. If he didn't then she would give it to the girl sitting in the chair and let her make him drink it.

Zayden was wishing now that he hadn't even come to the Hospital Wing to begin with but, when he thought back on it, he had NO choice. Amelia would have dragged him up here regardless, even if he was screaming and kicking like a two year old. "Yes, I know, but following your orders actually meant taking a potion." Which he hadn't wanted to do. "Why can't I just use my EpiPen? I gives me the same after effect that the potion would have done."

"Darth VADER," and he had put a lot of emphasis on the word 'Vader'. "Maybe one day I could come to your office and teach you all about him." It had seemed she was a little behind in the times or she's never been around muggles before. He, on the other hand, has grown up around since his dad owned a coffee shop on the muggle streets of Scotland.

"Oh, you think? You think I'm attractive?" Oh, she was so nice. "Thank you, but that girl is more attractive than I am." He pointed over towards Amelia. "I prefer to go back to my regular looks, though, because I feel like my cheeks weigh more than they should." Siiiigh. Has he mentioned how much he HATED having allergies? "I didn't disobey you! I took in consideration of what you wanted me to do, but I had better ideas." Better ideas that didn't involve drinking a nasty potion.

He stared at the vial for a long second. "I don't want to drink it if it'll taste like dung."

Amelia was watching all of this with her eyes still staring daggers at Zayden. She gave him a look that said that if he didn't take the potion on his own, she was going to force it down his throat.

"Really, it gives the same after effect as the potion? Then I guess you won't be needing this," she said putting the phial in her pocket. Let's see just how long it takes for his EpiPen to work on that pufferfish look he has going on there.

"Unless this Vader person is a student here at Hogwarts I do not care to learn anything about him." She didn't need students coming to her office bothering her with idle nonsense that she didn't care about.

Was this boy serious here? "Oh yes, I think you're as attractive as a flobberworm that looks like it's about to explode." Looking over at the girl, Cece had to agree, "For once I believe you may be right." His companion did look way better than he did right now. "You didn't disobey me? You had better ideas? Tell me Mr. Abrams, how are those better ideas working for you?" As far as she could tell they weren't. If he would have taken the potion to begin with then he wouldn't look like he does now.

"Suit yourself, I don't give a rats tail if you drink it or not. I'm not the one that has to look like... that," she said waving her had at his face, "...in front of her," she finished looking over at the girl. "I have other students to tend to so unless you plan on taking the potion I have in my pocket I suggest you leave and let me get to work on the students that really want my help." Let his little girlfriend over there deal with him and his whiny baby ways.

Gulp.

Zayden didn't like that look Amelia was giving him at the moment.

"I mean, it stopped me from dying, didn't it?" He glanced back over at the Healer, watching her as she placed the vial into her pocket. He absentmindedly started swinging his legs back and forth while he sat on the edge of the bed. He added now, "It's DARTH Vader, and he doesn't go here. He's a fictional character that lives in the world of Star Wars." DUH.

Well, that wasn't nice. "And here I thought you actually liked me." What a bummer. He smiled, though, when it was stated that he was RIGHT. Oh, in your face, Amelia! Now she would finally see that she was beautiful because even the cute scary Healer had said so. "She's very beautiful." And HIS. Errrm, "To be honest, it's not working out that well. The EpiPen doesn't really help with the swelling." That last part was mumbled under his breath.

A huge frowned formed on his face. He didn't want to look like this forever in front of Amelia; it was bad enough she had to put up with how hideous he was when he didn't look like a red puffy lobster. "Fiiiine." Ugh. "I'll take the potion." Then everybody would be happy.

Amelia had to actually laugh as the Healer talked to him. She couldn't help it, but the whole Star Wars conversation was amusing her. :/ She swore she wasn't laughing at Zayden now, because even if she was mad at him she still loved him very much.

And the Healer finally got him to agree to take the potion. She grinned. "Good. And you bad better take all of it." She'd be watching. :3

This boy was hopeless. "It may have stopped you from dying but IF you would have done what I told you to do in an emergency then not only would MY potion have stopped you from dying, it would have also prevented your pretty little face from looking like you got beat up by a hippogriff." And now he was back on this Darth Vader person. "Well even more reason for me not to care about him then. I don't have time for your little make believe friends."

"Oh I do like you Mr. Abrams... when you aren't being defiant." If there was one thing Cecelia Tillstorm could not tolerate it was children who didn't think they had to obey orders given to them by adults. Especially adults that were only looking out for their best interest. "Really? I hadn't noticed that it didn't work for you." Yeah, she could be sarcastic too. "Gee, tell me something I don't already know why don't you." In other words, don't waste her time on things she already knows.

Pulling the potion back out of her pocket, Cece held it just out of reach of Zayden. "You mean you're going to drink this potion... no matter what it tastes like?" Truth was she had already flavored it to taste like pumpkin juice back in the beginning of the term when she realized just what a baby he was about taking his medicine. She just wasn't going to tell him that. Let him think it was going to taste like dung if he wanted.

Zayden sighed. "I will, I will." He didn't want to look like this forever because eventually, he was going to marry Amelia, and he couldn't go down the aisle looking like THIS. He'd be the worst groom EVER.

The woman just kept talking and talking, and the only thing he really got from that statement (because he had been distracted by a piece of dust floating down to the ground), was she didn't have time for his make believe friends. "He's not a make believe friend!" UGH. She just didn't understanddddd.

"Well, I like you too." Nope, that wasn't sarcasm. "And yes, I will take the potion. The nasty dung tasting potion." He was only doing it for Amelia.

With that said, he held out his hand now.

Eh, Cece wasn't going to even respond to the comment about his make believe friend anymore. She wasn't in the mood for nonsense.

"Well of course you like me. I hold the cure to that blow-fish face of yours." What? It was true, that's what his face looked like. There was no point in lying to the boy now was there? Handing the potion over to him she tried to hold back her smirk. "Here you go, one dung flavoured potion just for you." Oh this was going to be good.

Amelia really wished Zayden would stop talking about Star Wars and take the blood potion. But finally he was going to as the Healer was holding it out to him. "It won't be so bad," she tried to assure him. "I mean... it's not a lot of potion." But then she'd never had potion that tasted like dung before. o_O

Blow-fish?! ... "I think I look more like a sunburnt Charizard if you ask me." Just, ya know, without the tail and the ability to breath fire. "But I also like you as a person." Even if she was scary and could be mean, he knew she had feelings deep down. Why else would she want to help sickly children?

Zayden fidgeted in his seat like the anxious person he can sometimes be when the Healer pulled out the vial for him. He was so uncomfortable taking potions, and he was going to blame his sister for that. Yes, Josslyn Candice Abrams was completely blameable for this uncomfortable feeling he got. "Erm..." He stared at the potion for a good few seconds before taking it out of her hands.

"You don't know that," he mumbled to Amelia, and then he stared down at the vial he was holding. He took in a deep breath before putting the vial up to his lips and he swallowed the liquid which it held.

His blonde eyebrows furrowed when the liquid hit his taste buds, but the taste wasn't that of dung but, "Pumpkin juice?" He commented after the whole potion had been digested.

He had wanted it to take like cupcakes.

Zayden had to restrain himself from giving the woman an eyeroll. "I didn't want dung flavored." Well, DUH! Who did?! In a few seconds, he felt his body tinkling, and all the red rashes and swollen areas on his body vanished. A sigh of relief escaped his mouth as he scanned his normal arms now. "Thanks, Healer Tillstorm." He really did appreciate it. Everything. From not getting too badly onto him for not listening to her to making his potion taste like pumpkin juice for him.

"I should get going now. NEWTs to study for." Merlin knew he needed to study when he struggled with EVERYTHING. It wasn't that he was stupid, he just... he wasn't good with words -- and that's was magic was all about, right? Spells?

He got up off the chair and, after smiling towards his fiance, he made his way out of the room.

Cece watched as Zayden's deformities disappeared. See, that's what would have happened earlier if he would have taken the potion she gave him to carry. "You're welcome Zayden. And next time just take the potion before you have to come see me." Yes, she knew there would be a next time and maybe now that he knew the potion wasn't as bad as he thought, he might not be so hesitant to take it when he needed it again.

Oh yes, NEWTs. Cece remembered those and did not envy anyone who had to take them. "Yes, I'd advise a lot of studying for those." As in forget you have a social life and concentrate on your studies for the next couple months. "Stay away from shellfish," she called out to him as he left.

Once he was gone she moved on to the next ~~victim~~ patient.
