Ira still couldn't believe that her second year had ended! This fast! Time really flew fast! It meant that she would soon be a third year!
She was happy that she would finally get to home and stay with her parents, and meet up with her muggle friends. Oh! How she missed them! But she knew that she would be enjoying her summer to the fullest!
She slipped into a compartment and loaded her trunks up into the overhead compartments. Once she was sure that her baggage was safe, Ira looked around for a seat.
And saw her.. Ira didn't exactly know that girl but had seen her in classes. And she seemed to be sad.. no, wait, she was crying! Ira didn't like anyone who cried.
So, she went ahead and sat besides the crying girl and laid a hand on her shoulder to comfort her, and said, "Hey.. what happened?"
Oh, a person! With a hand on her shoulder! Most likely a Hufflepuff. Or maybe a Gryffindor? A Hufflepuff-ish Gryffindor? Huffledor? Gryffinpuff? Something like that, anyway. She looked up, her face tear-stained. Oh, it was that girl, Ira, another nearly third-year Gryffindor. Lilly didn't really know her, but had seen the girl in class and around the grounds, and somewhere picked up her name. Nosy her. Naughty her. Oh well.
Lilly sighed. Explaining it to people was hard. She'd most likely burst into floods of tears again. Smartie looked a little less stroppy and a little more concerned as he eyed Ira up and down. "N-Nothing happened at H-Hogwarts, i-it's just my M-M-Mum-" She burst into tears again, just as she'd predicted, but forced herself to carry on. "She died l-last year and my D-Dad can't look after us and we've g-got to live with Rupert and-" Lilly couldn't carry on. That probably made no sense whatsoever. She probably should've got over her mum's death a year later, but she still couldn't.
The girl wished Rose was here. She'd know exactly what to say and Lilly would feel better, at least a little bit, anyway. Sometimes she didn't get on with her sister, like when they had that big fight, but Rose was ALWAYS right, as much as Lilly would never, ever admit it.

Ira looked at her worriedly as the girl showed her tear-stained face. Aww! And Ira was certainly no expert in calming others down. Most of the times, instead of calming others, she herself had become sad!
Still, she was not going to leave her alone. She wrapped her hands around the girl, and listened as she began to speak.
Her mother? Was she dying too? Like Kurumi's.... Oh no! She then heard the next sentence and understood what the problem was. So the crying was because she had not yet gotten over her other's death, and she did not wanna stay with her father? Or this Rupert guy whoever he was..
Oh! Oh! She burst into tears again! What to do? How to calm her a little? Ira wondered. Right now, first she had calm the girl down and then talk to her.
Chocolates? Oh yes, right now they were the best option!
"Here take these and pop them in!" Saying so, she gave the chocolate frogs she bought from the food trolley. "And all will be right.... can't you stay with any of your friends?"
Tay laughed and smiled, "How can you stand staying with Sage?" She looked over at MAxwell, "Yeah.... i dont think living in caves would be much fun either." Taylor laughed.

Jory walked down the train corridor looking for an empty compartment while lugging his trunk behind him. "Darn, this thing's heavy,'' he thought and made a mental notes to empty, clean and repack it neatly for the next year. He adjusted his owl Tobias's cage beneath his left arm. And his pygmy Puff he'd adopted from Care of Magical Creatures class was riding on the boy's shoulder, squeaking in his high pitch. "Furball, you're gonna make me go deaf,'' Jory said patiently scanning the place for an empty compartment and Furball gave a smaller squeak this time
He spotted one not too far from where he was standing. He slid the door aside and after a bit of a tussle with he trunk, he managed to stow it above. He placed Tobias's cage on the seat opposite and let Furball sit next to the cage. He knew the Pygmy Puff wouldn't go far even if it wanted to. Jory'd make sure the door was in place all along.
Jory pulled off his robes revealing his muggle clothes. He wanted to read a book and didn't want to be disturbed for anything until the ride came to an end. He placed his rob into the trunk and took out a book he had is mom send specially for him. The Hufflepuff spotted the other books he'd finished reading over the year and hoped he'd see Gwen. He had promised to lend her some of those books.
Settling down comfortably, Jory began his book and was soon wrapped up in it to notice anything else.
Holding the black cat in her arms, the third year tried making her way along the train corridor. Walking slowly, Gwendolyn scanned the place, hoping to spot some of her friends or at least an empty seat in one of the compartments. Even though the third year seemed to be a bit upset that another year was gone, her cat seemed to be more than delighted to get back home. At least now Gwen’s mother won’t forget to give him some food.
As she finally passed by a compartment door, the girl nodded. The place was rather empty. Just someone reading there. Hmm. This should do, the third year told herself and pushed the door. ‘Hello…’, Gwen started saying, but suddenly stopped as she noticed the owl. Wasn’t it…?‘Jory!’, the young Ravenclaw grinned, as she finally took a seat by the window.
Hoping that she wouldn’t disturb his reading, the third year unfolded the newspaper she’d gotten a couple of days ago, but didn’t have the time to read. After having read the titles of the articles which seemes more important, Gwendolyn drew her attention towards her friend. ‘How have you been?’, she asked with an actual smile on her face. ‘I don’t think I’ve had the chance to tell you- but congratulations!’ Yes. Hufflepuff deserved to win this term. Even if she wasn’t very pleased by this, Gwen had to admit- they had deserved it.
As the compartment was almost empty, the girl let Jinx take the seat besides her, only… the cat seemed to be looking too mischievous at the pigmy puff. Wooops.‘So you’ve kept the Pygmy Puff?’, she mused, while tapping the seat besides her to make sure Jinx was still there.

Minerva shrugged "It's ok, I'll be fine." she laughed a little "Who knows they have never had to worry about a kid in a long time, well my grandparents at least. Eddie and Leelee have never had children so they might not have a clue of anything. It's fine though it might give me a chance in the muggle world a bit. Ella had wandered the train corridor, feeling quite lost. She had lost her friends sometime between the feast and heading for the train, leaving her alone with her thoughts. It didn't help that the first year was feeling quite emotional about heading home. Sure, she'd get to see her family again. That was comforting, especially since she really missed her dad. The thought of dealing with her mom leaving though made going home feel stressful. She wasn't eager to face the reality of the situation, not sure she was ready to deal with it fully.
Not knowing how exactly she'd gotten there, Ella found herself at the back of the train. She looked around at the compartments, many already filled, and saw Minnie and Harvey talking on one that still had some room. She approached the door and slid it open, peeking her head in. "Hey guys, mind if I sit with you?" Hopefully they wouldn't cause Ella was quite drained and was keen to sit and relax for a bit.

It was really such a bother having too many bags. But it was also a necessity since she was the kind of person who wanted things in order and for her things to be organized, well, many container were needed.
"But this is such a hassle," she whispered to herself as she pulled her trolley bag along the corridor on the back of the train. Time to look for a vacant compartment just yet. Along the way, she also happened to came across a few friends so she would occasionally stop by and say hello. When she passed by the compartment where Ellie Johanson was, she halted, took a peek inside and gave a small wave to the girl, "Hi Ellie!" Then she smiled and bowed and proceeded again.
Halfway, she saw Gwen going inside a compartment, she caught up with the girl and greeted her. "Gwen. Nice to see you!" Beezus said. Then another fellow Hogwartian also caught her eye. It was Ella. She waved goodbye to Gwen and pulled her bags with her. Stopping at the compartment she saw the Hufflepuff went in, she knocked and opened the door. Why, Harvey and Minnie was also there. "Hello guys!" And without even waiting for a response from them, she jolted out, shuffling her way again on the corridor....
....until finally, she found a vacant compartment. Yeap, just what she needed. Beezus carried her bags and placed it on the rack above the seats intended for luggage. And with a relieved sigh, she slumped down on the seat. Now to think about how to encourage her Aunt. So she can still come back to Hogwarts the next term.

Harvey smiled when she laughed a little and saw as she looked down feeling sad.. yup this could be a tough summer.. but he would manage it.. he had done well last summer right?.. right "I am sure you will still be a part of the muggle world.. wait! you already are.. cause you have me.. a muggle-born.. there you still part of a muggle world.. only difference is.. I know a bit of magic too! but I am still the muggle I was in a way." he smiled as he thought of this.. no matter how engrossed he was in his studies and doing magic.. he would still be the muggle who didnt know any magic 2yrs ago.. nothing could take him away from that.

Reason: Adding the Runaway Ice Cream Girl Beezus. Lol!
Oakey stepped onto the train looking back, he never liked leaving Hogwarts... He had to walk down the corridor slightly bent over because his eagle owl, Valentine never liked riding in his cage, and instead always traveled on the top of Oakey's head. While his kitten, Charmer resting in his one arm while his other had his wand out floating his trunk to an empty compartment.
He set his trunk on a rack just above him pulled down Charmer's crate and placed his sleeping black cat into it, Valentine, didn't move. That's one more year done Valentine. He spoke to his owl. When we go back, it'll be 3 more to go. It must've looked silly seeing him talk to his owl, once his friends boarded on behind him, he'll let Valentine rest up and he can have actual interaction.

As he saw a guy seated down, Zeke grinned at him and asked, "Hey, mate. Think I could share a seat with you?" The guy he was talking to was talking to an owl. Hm, perhaps next year Zeke would finally reconsider buying a pet and bringing him along. He's never had a pet since then.
He waited if the guy would allow him to sit or not as he just stood there.
Gahh! This was such a mission. Ness sighed and then continued walking as her owl, Aya kept on hooting madly. She wanted to make the owl shush, but everything she had done failed. Her arms were almost breaking and she couldn't bare with all her luggage one more moment. Which was why it was lucky that at that moment she saw what she thought was an empty compartments.
Opening the compartment door she stepped inside and at once dropped the luggage. She shut the doors and then turned around. She almost died from from fright. "AAAAHHH!!!" she couldn't help but screech. The compartment wasn't as empty as she thought. There was Zeke standing right next to her, which was the cause of her scream and then there was Oakey, the sight of him calmed her down. It was just a fright nothing to be scared of right?
She looked at Aya who was still hooting, even louder then before and then she felt Puffles that began shivering for some reason. What was up with her pets? Then she saw the cat...which explained Puffles strange behavior, but Aya..the owl was just insane. Pouting she turned her eyes on Oakey "Merlin.. I'm sorry..um.." she bit her lip as she debated what to do. Zeke most probably wanted her to leave and she wouldn't have minded, but her hands and legs were too painful to go look for another compartment. So she decided to stick with her second option which was staying. "..um..mind if I sit?" He wouldn't mind right? ..or would he?

Zeke's head looked to the door behind him as he heard the door open. Renesmee. He could feel himself whacking his head in his mind though in reality he just stared at the girl who had just entered the compartment. He was considering the thought of leaving, but realized that this was the only compartment that had seats in the back of the train. Not unless he'd go through the trouble of dragging his trunk all the way to the middle or front just to find a place. No way was he going to do that. Besides, staying wouldn't hurt as long as he limited his words.
As Zeke's sight moved away from Renesmee's face, he saw what a mess she was. With all the stuff she was carrying anyway and with the craziness of that owl she carried along with her. After looking over at what she brought along with her, Zeke noticed her clothes. What was up with the grown up clothes? Really, shorts and all that? What happened to good ol' jeans and shirt? But he couldn't speak for himself since he was, on the other hand, wearing such formal clothes that he wished Renesmee wasn't there. She'd laugh at him once she gets a load of what he was wearing. Good thing she was too preoccupied with looking at his....face? Waa?
Zeke was wearing a black coat and tie. Formal much? Yeah, he planned that as soon as he got off the train, he'd go straight to visit Janine. It has been a while since he last came to visit her. He figured she must've wanted to hear all about his first time at Hogwarts since he was a transferee after all. He looked at her. Was she asking him? "Oh, erm. If it's okay with him," Zeke said, pointing to the boy seated down. "I was just asking if I could sit too." But thanks to Renesmee, he hasn't got his answer yet since she suddenly came in.

Alyssa turned when she first saw Nessie walk in and then Zeke. They both asked Oakey whether he minded them sharing the compartment. 'Hello I'm also here, too' Alyssa wanted to call out to them. But decided that it wasn't worth the effort. Nessie and Zeke were only busy talking to each other. They weren't interested whether she was even in the compartment or not. So she just got up from her seat, grabbed her trunk and said,"I'm sure that Oakey won't mind at all. Don't mind me. I'll just leave."
"It's fun for a little while. Just not all the time like him." Damon smiled, "A few, Romania, Egypt, China... He's a nomad, so he goes wherever he pleases when he pleases." Damon paused, "But he does make time to come see his nephew."
Maxwell nodded. "My dad's lived in China, but he doesn't like talking about some of the places he's lived. He moved around a lot for different jobs."
It had finally dawned on Dallin that this was his last train ride on the Hogwarts Express. He was going home, never to return. Sure, there would be bigger and better things once he got off this train. But he couldn't help but feel sad. Just a little.
He wandered down the train, his owl cage hitched under his arm and his trunk being dragged by his other. He didn't really want to sit alone, so he tried to find a compartment with someone that he knew. When he did, he knocked on the door quietly before opening it. "Brooklyn? Mind if I join you?" Sure, he was probably very unexpected. But it was worth a shot, right?

"Hey, guys," she greeted with a smile. Why were they just standing outside? Ellie opened the compartment door all the way... and saw Brooklyn. And up until recently, Ellie didn't have a problem with Brooklyn. Until she discovered that she was another girl that Dallin had planted his lips on while he and Ellie were on their break.
Louis crawled to the end of Ellie's shoulder to get closer to Dallin. He sniffed his sleeve... and sneezed on Dallin's shoulder. Well. This should be fun.
Upon hearing the compartment door being knocked on, Brooklyn looked up just in time to see a familiar face poke his head in. The Gryffindor girl grinned, pulling Forester off of the seat and into her lap. "Hi, Dallin." She shook her head. "No, no. Of course not. Come on in," the blond gestured to the bench across from her. Merlin, it'd been a while since she'd seen the boy and she never liked being alone. Especially on the train ride, which was usually a rare thing.
It wasn't before long that another head had poked it's way into her compartment. Seeing the younger girl's face, a polite smile made it's way to the six year's lips. Her blue eyes glanced over at Dallin's, not sure what his response would be but Brooke didn't mind. So she said, "It's alright with me," She again found her eyes wandering to Dallin. "Is it alright with you?" She questioned him.
Wow. This compartment was fulling up awfully fast. Wasn't it? Not that any of them were exactly inside just yet but still. Again, Brooke put on a smile. "Hi, Ellie." she grinned at the girl. Brooke being Brooke was completely oblivious to the fact that Ellie and Dallin were engaged. And y'know.. the fact that Ellie could be mad at her for the kiss that she and Dallin shared.

Maxwell nodded. "My dad's lived in China, but he doesn't like talking about some of the places he's lived. He moved around a lot for different jobs."
Damon nodded, at least trying to act remotely interested in what he was saying, truely though... He wanted to be alone so he could tell Taylor, though, yes, he did have a sympethetic feeling for Maxwell for what he had told him earlier, but that small flicker of hatred was still there, "Sage doesn't really live anywhere really. That's why he lives in a tent" Damon shook his head thinking about his uncle, "Though, when he finally slows down and does find a place to live it would be in Romania, he loves it there."
Brilliant. The Gryffindor Captain knew one thing for certain at the present moment- she was hungry. The current problem was that the food trolley was no where in sight. So she was hungry with no way of getting food. Perhaps, she should have packed something from the school, but she assumed, between Kurumi's cookies and the food trolley, that she would not need a snack. How wrong she was. The average person would not be as hungry as Selina was, then again... Selina ate more food than a large seventeen year old teenage boy, which was saying something.
The fifteen year old looked around for the food trolley and fiddled with her bangle. Where to go...?
Mom says I have no sense of direction, so I packed my bags and right.

Oakey looked up at his owl and his Owl, Valentine, looked down at him. Oakey shrugged his shoulders and waved the other boy to come on in. Sure Oakey said. There was no rule against making friends on the train ride home was there? Was there even rules to making friends? Did it matter? I don't see anybody else wanting to come in here. It's a pretty empty compartment aside for my cat and owl.

Before Oakey could ask the really well dressed new guy his name. He heard the compartment door open again! The loud screeching of the owl and the loud scream had caused Charmer to dart from his cage and run away between the legs of Renesmee! Charmer, Wait! Oakey jumped from his seat and banged Valentine's head against the railing above him which then caused his owl to hoot loudly, flap off of Oakey's head and begin pecking at him!
Val! stop! stop! STOP! Oakey waved his hands in front of his face deflecting most of the blows. after about 30 seconds of owl anger Valentine perched himself back onto the top of Oakey's head satisfied that he had his say in the commotion. Geeze Valentine! It was an accident! The angry Eagle Owl hooted. Now we have to go find Charmer later.

I think I was saying you could said Oakey wiping his bloodied check with his sleeve. I think I did anyways. did I? You can sit too Renesmee. He had forgotten what he told the new guy, if he could sit or not since Valentine got angry. He looked back and forth between the two of them waiting for a response from either, but hey were both just starring at each other...hello? guy just attacked by owl over here asking you questions

Chocolate? Wow, this girl knew the right thing to do too! Lilly took one and handed the rest back with a little bronze Knut from her pocket. She didn't know how much chocolate frogs costed. Probably a lot more than a Knut. It was all thhe change she had. The rest was in her trunk.
Friends? She hardly had any friends. There was Harvey. And Rose (who didn't really count). Minnie probably wouldn't want to know her after what happened with Rose. Violet she never saw any more. Harvey wouldn't want them to stay, part Hufflepuff-ish as he was.
"Rupert is my sister's best friend's older brother. He counts as friends." Not that Lilly had any choice in the matter.
Maxwell could see the pity in Damon's eyes and while he normally hated being pitied it was better than fighting in such a confined space that they were both stuck in. "Have you been to Romania? What's it like?" He asked honestly curious about the place.
"It's fun for a little while. Just not all the time like him." Damon smiled, "A few, Romania, Egypt, China... He's a nomad, so he goes wherever he pleases when he pleases." Damon paused, "But he does make time to come see his nephew."

Taylor listern to the two boys. "I guess it could be fun for a bit but what is so speial about Romania?"
For Oakey, Nessie and Zeke. Yes Lyssie is still here.

Alyssa was heading on her way out of the compartment when the screeching and chaos in the compartment made her turn around. She saw Oakey get pecked by his Eagle Owl, and once the bird calmed down, Alyssa took out a pack of tissues from her pocket. "Here Oakey use these. You don't want to dirty your shirt. Do you want me to look at your scratches? We don't want them to get infected." Alyssa offered Oakey.
She glanced over at Zeke and Nessie who were still staring at each other looking awkward at each other. She shook her head and wanted to shake both of them silly. They were really behaving rudiculously.

Ira sighed with relief once the girl had accepted some chocolate. And yes, Ira was sure, that chocolate could heal wounds. Because.... well, it was chocolate!
But what was the knut for? Huh? "Uh-huh!" Ira shook her head sideways, and knitted her brows, and said, "Come on!" she sighed, faking annoyance, "I didn't sell you a chocolate! Just gave you one as a friend..." They were friends right? Ira just assumed that they were.
So she slipped the knut right back into the girl's side pocket. "Err.. whats your name?" Ira asked. She did feel a bit foolish, but asking was better.
Ira looked on as the now-calm girl thought about something. Maybe about which friend she could stay over summer? Or maybe about how to escape from her so-called terrible dad?
Oh! So Rupert! Sister's best friend's older brother? That was a long relation. "Just because he is your sister's best friend's older brother doesn't mean he is your friend too.." Of course not.
And then began thinking. Lilly could spend the summer with Ira too, IF she wanted too. It would be so much fun! But Ira was kinda feeling awkward asking this to a girl she had just barely met..
Laura decided that she was going to sit down and read a book, she thought that some of the people in the school was mean and they needed to be taken down a peg or two and Professor Dragon, well she would hop, jump and skip if she didn't come back next term, though Laura knew she wasn't that lucky, but well at least she had the summer to spend time with her sister and friends.

As soon as Ella had asked if she could join Harvey and Minnie she heard someone enter behind her. She turned to see Beezus, a friendly face from classes, and waved. She was about to ask the girl how her term had been but as quickly as she had come in, she was gone again.

I know a bit of magic too! but I am still the muggle I was in a way." he smiled as he thought of this.. no matter how engrossed he was in his studies and doing magic.. he would still be the muggle who didnt know any magic 2yrs ago.. nothing could take him away from that.
Just then he heard the door slide open.. he looked up and saw a familiar girl asking if she could join them.. he smiled.. and looked at Minnie and back at Ella "Of course you can join us Ella.. you dont have to ask." he smiled at her.. Minnie would be happy to see Ella.. she was quite protective of her.. maybe like a younger sister.. so Ella joining them would be a good thing.. Minnie would enjoy this train ride back home more than she would have before. "How are you Ella?" he asked her smiling
Just then Harvey looked up as he heard a knock and someone saying Hi.. it was Beezus.. he hadnt seen her in a long time!! "Hi Bee..." but before he even had a chance to finish.. she left without even waiting for them to say Hi back.. he watched as she moved down the corridor.. he wondered why she didnt join them.. there was still room in here.. and even if there wasnt they would have made some room.. unless she wanted to be alone.. but why would she want to be alone.. he wondered.. should he go make sure she was ok.. but what if she got upset cause she wanted to be alone and he was there not leaving her alone.
Ella was pleased that Harvey said she could join them. Not that she really thought either of them would object, she just wanted to be polite. She smiled, walking over to an empty space and sitting down with a happy sigh. As for Harvey's question, "I'm feeling a little weird at the moment. I'm happy to go home and see my family but it almost feels like I'm leaving my real home to go on vacation or something...we were at Hogwarts for quite a long time this term so it feels a bit strange to be leaving." Ella wondered if her older friends felt this same way, that Hogwarts was more of a home than home was.
