Zhenya went to tag the girl in the middle, Sophie, but she realised she was the same as her, so she just smiled and waited.

Ira saw Zhenya and Sophie standing together in the center. So whi should see tag? Since no one else was tagging Ira, she figured it was better for Ira to tag others!

Looking between Zhenya and Sophie, she decided she'd tag both of them at once! Thinking so, she went near them, smiling all the way and tagged them, "Hey both of you! Be number 1 now!"

Alyssa quickly ran up to all three girls before they could get back to their safe zone. "Tag you, Ira, Zhenya and Sophie." she smiled back at them.

Merlins! That was quick indeed! Number 7 now. So again, Ira started her calculations. 7 was her personal month number. So she din't need to have to added anything. But of course, 0 couldn't be a date. so add something which when added to 7 still totals to 7!

Okay.. so 7+.. what? Yeah 7+9 would be 16 which would equal 7 again! Yess! She had got her answer! It was 9th October!

Alyssa saw Kurumi hanging out near the middle of the floor. She quickly ran towards her to tag her "TAG"

Huh? Wut?? Sophie wanted to be tagged, but not like thaat! She ran to a desk and held it again like it was trying to run away.

"Well, I was 1 before, so the day would be the 17th." she thought. "Now... the 5th. Or... 14th! Or eveeen... 23th!"

Now a number 7, Ira looked around for someone to tag.. And found Beezus. She crept up behind her and "Tag!" she shouted, "Be a number 7 now!" Thios game was becoming a lot more enjoyable than she thought it to be!

Alyssa waited in the middle of the free zone to see whether she could tag more non-7 players. This game was getting interesting now.

Sophie looked around. "Noooo! There are too many number 7's now!" she thought to herself. She wanted to tag people, but she didn't want the game to be over just yet. So, once again, Sophie walked calmly to the center of the room and stood there, waiting to get tagged aagain and hoping she would have a chance to run back to the safe zone before getting tagged by a "popular" number again.

Ira sure was enjoying it.. But Beezus was growing tired. "Hmmmm.. 7 eh?" She quickly thought of a date. "October 1. six plus 1 is 7." She said. Pretty simple, right? Now..where was Kurumi?

Ira looked around her. There appeared to be only number 7's now. All her friends were number 7 too! So did they win? No the game could not end this soon! Ira wanted to enjoy some more and play. So she too went near Sophie and Alyssa and stood besides them, grinning at them and searching for a potential target!

"We are in majority it seems!" she said

Yes, it seemed to be mostly (or only) sevens now. She walked over to stand Sophie and some other girls she didn't know the name of, who were looking out for prey anyone who wasn't already a seven. "I haven't even been tug once the whole time I've been out in the middle!" She exclaimed.

"Oh! So you've not been tagged yet?" Ira asked the girl. "I've already been tagged.. I don't know.. around 4-5 times maybe!"

"By the way, I'm Ira" she said, extending her hand towards the girl.

"I'm Glenn." She smiled and shook hands with Ira, "Nice to meet you!"

Glenn looked around the classroom ,they all seemed to be sevens now. Unless there was a couple of other numbers all hidden in the crowd of students.

Alyssa smiled at the girl that had joined her in the middle. "Hi there, my name is Alyssa. I heard you say you were Glenn. Nice to meet you. I'm sorry I would tag you, but I have the same Personal Number as you. Unfortunately, the 7's outnumber every other number right now. But hopefully someone that's a non-7 will decided to join in and play the game."

Kurumi flashed Zhenya a quick smile and a wink as she walked around the classroom. Numbers were such confusing things at times, and she was glad that she had been able to provide some guidance as to how to calculate.

Well, that certainly didn't take very long to happen. Kurumi glanced over her shoulder, her long black hair flipping a bit as she did to see Alyssa's hand there. "You got me," she laughed. Not that Kurumi had really been doing any running to begin with since this game started. She had done more than enough of that during Charms.

So wait...now what number had Alyssa been? 7? Kurumi thought she saw a flash of something purple.

Okay, 7... Kurumi was beginning to forget what her Personal Month Number was there were so many numbers swimming in her head. She had started off as a 5, right?

"October 19," Kurumi said, having done the calculations in her head.

Now that that was done, Kurumi opted to hang back a bit and went back towards the desks where she leaned against one, BOTH HANDS on the desk.

"Thank you, Professor," Tayla replied and decided to study the meanings of her numbers when she got back to the dormitory.



Tayla raised her hand and explained the calculations she had made. "The Personal Year Number is calculated by adding your month of birth, day of birth, and the current calendar year. For example, my birth month is August so that would be eight, plus my day of birth which is seven, plus this year, two thousand seventy six.

"When adding the numbers, they have to be reduced to one digit numbers, so before going on with the formula, I reduce two thousand seventy six by adding them up, which gives me...fifteen. One and five then gives me six.

"Now I can proceed with the formula. My birth month eight, plus my birth day seven, plus the reduced number of the current year, six. That gives me the sum twenty-one. Having to reduce it to one digit, I add two and one, giving me the final answer of three for my personal year number."



"Ooh! This game is going to be fun," Tayla thought as she helped push the desks to the side of the room. She then looked back at her parchment to check her personal day number. "I'm a three!" she called out, going back to the center.

"Hello there!" Tayla said cheerfully as she quickly tagged the Hufflepuff. "I'm Tayla. What's your name? Oh and now you're a three!"

Another game?! Jezzabelle stood there not really sure what to do or where to go. Looking around her she realized that there were more sevens than needed. So in that case she was going to try her hardest to maintain her six.

It was a mystery why he never boasted about his aptitude in calculations. Hades stayed put with eyes closed and hands in pockets as he made a mental calculation. Within fifteen seconds, he opened his eyes.

That was his number. Hades remained at the side of the classroom with his finger lightly touching the desk as his eyes scanned for students with other number who weren't Hufflepuff. He spotted a Gryffindor and thus sneaked behind her and poked her back. "Tag," he whispered creepily into the unidetified girl's ear. Creepy Snake is creepy.

Ira spotted a girl with number 8 move to the centre of the classroom. So, choosing her as a target, Ira went ahead and tagged her! "Hi! You've been tagged! as number 7!" she said to the girl

Alyssa smiled a hello to Tayla before she realized that she had been tagged. "Oh that is a smart way of tagging somebody, by introducing themselves," Alyssa smiled at Tayla before walking over to the safe desk for 3."

"Okay my Personal Month year is 7 and so now I need a day, to get a Personal Day number of 3 and I pick the 23rd.

23 +7 = 5 + 7= 12
1+2 =3

Once she was officially a 3, Alyssa went back out to the middle of the free zone to see whether she could tag any non-3s.

Amelia was amazed by how fast she had been tagged, but she thought that this wouldn't be too hard to figure out really since she only had to figure a Personal Month Day one off from the one she had.

She did the quick math in her head now.

"October 16!" She was sure there were others, but that was the one she was sticking to. :33

Keefer was excited for this activity. It sounded cool! And it was a good way to get them to practice but still have fun. Nice move, Hadley! he thought.

Well, his Personal Day Number had been 7, so that's what he would start out with. He bravely moved out into the center of the circle, ready to dodge if need be.

Amelia saw a boy who looked like he really wanted to play. He was in the middle of the circle now, so he was up for grabs. She tagged him now.

"You've been tagged as a number 4!"
