"You know it would be fun if you put up a little bit of a fight once in a while. Not always like everything I do." Minerva raised her wand again and tapped him twice. "Intaris" Watching Harvey's hair go back to it's regular style and color. "I'm sorry, I should not take my frustration out on you." She took his hand. "So how is your spells going. Want to take a turn practicing/"

Harvey smiled

"I know you would like me to, but I enjoy everything you do to me. Like giving me a funky hairstyle. I don't mind you taking out your fustration on me, as long as you feel better afterwards." He says. He looks at her hand in his, and then he looks at her. *sigh* He smiles and nods, he cannot say no to any request from her. He takes out his wand.

"Felintas!" Minnie's hair grows to shoulder length, "Ristaris!" Her hair changes to blue. He was going for purple but he wont tell her that, its FUN that way. He grins to himself.

"Blue huh? Favorite Color perhaps? (laughs) I think you would look good with Felintas" Minerva taps her wand and Harvey's hair goes into braids "Ritaris" his color changes to a deep red. Minerva is really laughing now..

"Well it could be your new favourite color as a reference to a certain someone.*hint*hint*" Harvey hints. Suddenly he has.... braids?!! Harvey looks at her speechless, then finally

"Braids?! Braids? Really?" Harvey sees that she is in hysterical laughter now. "You couldnt think of another hairstyle, it just had to be braids?"

Harvey folds his arms and just looks at her. "Intaris!" He says tapping his own head. Then a thought comes to him, and he smiles a cunning smile

"Felintas!" He says tapping her head "Ristaris!" tapping her head once more. Once he has finished SHE has purple braids, now Harvey is trying to surpress his laughter but still ends up chuckling.

Minerva was cracking up.. She felt the stress leaving her. She grabbed the braid in her hand "Nice color." She threw the hair behind her and tapped Harvey in the head. "Felintas" She watched as all his hair completely left. "Oh my where did all your hair go?" Minerva couldn't keep a straight face asking Harvey.d and looked at it. "Nice color"

Harvey frantically felt the top of his head, and sure enough there wasn't a single hair on his head.

"Intaris!" tapping his own head, he then grabbed her wand out of her hand at which point she started to run away from him, he chased her.

" Come back here!" she continued to laugh, This WAS fun.

Minerva was laughing so hard now. She was afraid to know what Harvey was going to try. "Ok, Ok hand me my wand. I want to try something on my OWN hair. I promise." She held out her hand for the wand.

Harvey looked at her hand, could he trust her?. After some thought he decided to trust her he handed her, her wand.

"Here."

Minerva gave a sneaky grin and pretended to go towards Harvey she then giggled turned the wand back to her own head and tapped "Felintas" Her hair went back to a long flowing length. "Ok" She took three deep breaths and thought to herself. She raised her wand and tapped twice "Ristaris" She was afraid to even look. She picked up the mirror

"There you have finally done it! and whats more is that it suits you." He walked towards her, he put one hand on her cheek "You just needed to get rid of the stress that you were feeling due to all the classes." he smiled at her and looked into her eyes.

She gave Harvey a hug. "Thank you for your help. I was so stressed out I just couldn't focus. I just so enjoy doing this, so when it wasn't working anymore it was so frustrating." She picked up the mirror to look at the purple/red hair. "hmm I like it, but the style "Felintas" She tapped her head;

She turned her head looking in the mirror. "That's better. What do you think?"

"It looks good on you no matter what the style." He said looking into her eyes. He then before he could stop himself he slowly leaned in, heart beating fast, and gave her a soft kiss on the lips. After realising what he had done he walked backwards away from her and turned away. She might get upset over what he just did.

Minerva was not expecting a kiss, but she really wasn't expecting him to do it and then turn away. "Harvey it's ok. But we best not do it to much in here. I don't want to lose any points for our houses. Actually I think I'm done in here if you are done practicing. I think I'm going to head up to my room for some studying. Let's go." Minerva took Harvey's hand and headed out of the classroom.

"ok lets go" They leave hand in hand, knowing that they will have to leave each other at the hufflepuff common room. He wished once more that he were in the same house as Minnie, so that everynight he would not have to leave her here at this door.

Jenny walked slowly into the practice room, wondering if anyone was there. A few people were there; she couldn't decide whether that was a good thing or not.

Quickly, Jenny took a plush seat somewhere near a window and took out her wand. Closing her eyes, she imagined her hair as a short bobby-cut. Tapping her head once, she murmured, "Felintas!"

She wondered if she forgot to bring a mirror on the way here. Hopefully not.

Kurumi entered the Transfiguration Practice Room thinking that she wanted to try and transfigure herself an oven again, when she saw the Jenny was there already. Wait...JENNY!!??!!

Kurumi jumped and practically skipped over to her friend. "Jenny! I haven't seen you in so long!" she exclaimed throwing her arms around her friend. She then noticed that her hair was...much shorter than she remembered it. "Y-You...cut your hair?"

Hearing a familiar voice, Jenny jumped up to see her good friend Kurumi. "Long time no see!" Jenny squealed as Kurumi practically glomped her to death (which was okay, she was trying to hug Kurumi back, too). Then her statement threw her off. What?

"I did?" Jenny reached up to her head to realize that her hair was indeed short. Panicking, she turned to see her wand in her right hand. Oh, right...transfiguration homework. She giggled.

"Of course not, my hair's just not at its normal length right now." Closing her eyes and imagining her normal length hair again, she tapped her wand on her head twice. "Intaris!" Poof! Her hair was finally a medium shoulder-length black again. "There!" She smiled at Kurumi.

"Where have you been?" Kurumi asked, her violet eyes scanning the girl up and down. Special training with her father on how to become a sushi chef perhaps? Jenny had mentioned that ones or twice if she remembered correctly.

"Oh, right, Transfiguration homework," she giggled nervously. Kurumi still needed to do that...but she also needed to speak with Professor Magnus too. She had, sort of put it off due to her insecurities about the subject. "Felintas Spell then," Kurumi laughed. Kurumi took out her wand and held it in her hands. "Transfiguration really made you think...what it must be like being a Metamorphagus I mean," she said timidly. She tapped her head once. "Felintas."

But nothing happened. Just like in class.

She hoped that her incantation hadn't been loud enough for Jenny to hear. She needed to focus if she was going to do this properly. Aimlessly, Kurumi tapped her wand against her head once more, thinking about her aunt's hair style when, suddenly, her hair became shorter and fanned out to the side.

Kurumi knew why her hair had done what it did, not that she noticed, but to Jenny it would have appeared as though she had just performed a nonverbal spell.

"My dad had a business deal in Australia, so I had to go with him for a while." Jenny nodded, her mind bringing back nostalgia as she remembered that beautiful country. Which brought back that horrible thing in Japan that forced her brother and her father to go there. No, no! Don't think of that!Jenny scolded herself.

Then she noticed that Kurumi herself was worried about something, especially when it came to the mention of Transfiguration homework. Did it affect her because of her Metamorphagus nature somehow? Jenny wondered.

Suddenly, Kurumi's hair suddenly turned into a shorter hairstyle. Wicked! "Wow, your hair looks awesome!" Jenny smiled. Of course, Kurumi had the best hairstyles when it came to Metamorphaging, right?

Speaking of which, Jenny hadn't even hear Kurumi say the incantation. She had a suspicion Kurumi could do it naturally...oh well.

Jackie hopped into the room. Why not practise here and get the Professor's help if she got it wrong.

She took out her wand. 'Felintas', she said, tapping her wand against her hair, thinking of a short style she'd seen in some movie. She took out her mirror and checked her hair. It was short, but not the same as she'd wanted it to be. She tried to concentrate harder. 'Felintas,' she said firmly and then glanced at the mirror again. Hm.. much better. Now for the colour. This time why not make it blonde? 'Ristaris,' she tapped her head. Mirror. Blonde. Yippee! But it didn't suit her well. 'Intaris.' Her hair became normal again. Whew!

Wand at the ready and a determined look in his eyes, Daichi opened the door to the Transfiguration room. At first sight he saw that a few students were already practising. Stepping inside, he walked over to a corner and placed his school bag on the ground. Taking a mirror from the bag he looked at his reflection. Pale skin but not sickenly,messy black hair and dark brown eyes looked back at him. Holding his wand firmly in his hand , Daichi wondered what style he wanted. He closed his eyes as he pictured the style in his head. Short, blond and spiked to the side a bit. Daichi pictured the look in his mind before waving his wand. "Felintas!" he tapped his head with his wand and concentrate on the hairstyle. He opened his eyes and looked at himself in the mirror. His hair had shorten a bit but not the way he wanted though. "Felintas!" tapping his head again , the Slytherin tried to fix his thoughts on the hairstyle and the hairstyle only. Opening his eyes again he stared in shock at his reflection. It had worked! Well...it wasn't EXACTLY how he had pictured it in his mind , but it would work.

...........He actually liked this hairstyle...but he knew he should also practise the counterspell so with two taps on his head he said "Intaris!" and thought about his old hairstyle and he looked in the small hand mirror as it changed back.

Sighing deeply, Daichi took a note from out of his pocket and read the next instruction. It wasn't like he could remember all the homework they had to do! Placing the note back , he looked at his black hair. Having already decided on a blond colour, Daichi tapped his wand once on the top of his head "Ristaris!" Eeeek! Orange! he wanted blonde! What was the counter spell again? The second year grabbed the note from his pocket again to read it and tapped his wand twice on his head, picturing his black hair "Intaris" Black again phew.

Daichi looked around at the others as they were practising the spells and he watched for a moment as that Prefect's hair got shorter. It looked good on her.

O_____o wait WHAT?!

Daichi quickly turned around and stared at himself in the mirror as he took note that his face was slightly red. He should concentrate on his own task and not someone elses.

Concentrating hard on a blonde colour, Daichi tapped his head for the sixth time he was sure to have a headache after this and said the incantation. "Ristaris!" He opened his eyes to see that his black hair shaded in to a blonde colour...but it wasn't good enough. It was dark blonde and Daichi wanted to be blonde...blonde... yeah. "Ristaris!" tapping his head yet again he watched as his hair reached the blonde colour he wanted aaaaand...went further "no no no no stop stop stop!" he shouted in panick at himself in the mirror as his hair turned a bright white colour.

Daichi quickly tapped his head twice but in his panick he hit himself a little too hard and winched in pain as he rubbed his head. But he was not giving up. "Intaris!" he shouted as he tapped twice and watched in relief as his hair turned it's black colour again. "Ristaris!" Again he concentrated but the colour he wanted just wouldn't work for him. He decided to end practising and holstered his wand back.

"You were in Australia?" Kurumi chirped, clapping her hands together. That sounded amazing. Kurumi had only ever read about it in books and seen pictures there. So, between that and hearing some of her classmates talking about the country, she knew nothing about it. "I've always wanted to visit there...and hold a koala." True story.

Kurumi frowned some more when she heard Jenny compliment her hair. For whatever reason, Kurumi was finding she could control her abilities better due to the stress of this assignment. Maybe...this wasn't as terrible as she had thought it seemed to be? Kurumi ran her fingers through her shorter and puffy hair and blushed a bit. "T-Thanks," she murmured. "Some spell..huh?"

Kurumi glanced at Jenny. "You....going to try and change your hair color?" Kurumi looked at her wand and then back at Jenny. "I think...you would lovely in a nice shade of blue," she giggled. Jenny was a Ravenclaw after all. "If...you don't mind," Kurumi took a step forward and tapped her wand on Jenny's head. "Ristaris!"

"Oh my gosh! Gotta show you a pic!" Jenny reached through her bag to pull out a Polaroid picture. "We went to a nature center in Sydney one day and we saw a mother koala with her cute little babies!" She pointed at the non-moving creatures in the picture; Jenny needed to figure out how to turn it into a wizarding photo, sadly.

"Hehe, with this spell, no need for barbers or hairstylists in the wizarding world." Jenny smiled. Her smile went down a bit when she noticed Kurumi was frowning again...but what was there to frown about? On a different note, Jenny couldn't remember if barbers and hairstylists were just in the Muggle world or not.

All of a sudden, she felt a light tap on her head. "Oh!" Jenny looked at Kurumi, who was right in front of her and giggling a bit. Something about a nice shade of blue. Quickly picking up her mirror, Jenny noticed that indeed her black hair was now a light sky blue. Was that really her in the mirror?

"I look like a character from one of those Japanese muggle animated television shows." Jenny smiled at herself. Yes, indeed, she used to watch those every day...now she just focused on making sushi. Time to get Kurumi back now.

"What color should your hair be...?" Jenny tapped her finger on her wand as she pondered. "Ahah! Would magenta do?" But then Jenny had seen Kurumi with hot pink before...probably. Oh well, at least she had a clear visual now.

"Ristaris!" Jenny tapped her wand on Kurumi's head.

"I'd love to see pictures," Kurumi chirped, resisting the urge to clap her hands together. "I bet the babies were absolutely adorAAAAAAAAABLE!" Jenny had already pulled out a picture and Kurumi was in full on creature mode now. She didn't even notice that it was a non-magical picture to be honest. She was too interested in the adorable babies.

"Do you suppose that is why there isn't a shop in Diagon Alley?" Kurumi wondered out loud. Now that Jenny had mentioned it, Kurumi hadn't ever seen one. Sure, there were robes shops and shops to buy make-up and other supplies, but she had never seen a hair salon.

Kurumi giggled. Jenny did have a point. She could have literally hopped out of the pages of a comic book. "All you need now is for your eyes to be bright pink or something," she laughed, her first genuine smile of the afternoon on her face now. It wasn't so much because of Jenny looking only slightly ridiculous, but more that she had actually performed the spell. Kurumi had begun to think that it was her magic that was having the issue. Perhaps stress or something playing a factor. Now she knew that that wasn't the case thanks to her little experiment on Jenny.

Kurumi ought to have seen what happened next coming. Jenny, thinking to return the favor, tapped Kurumi's head and performed the spell...and nothing happened. Kurumi winced for a second, not wanting to make her friend feel like she couldn't perform the spell when the problem clearly was with Kurumi herself. "Um....maybe try...a sea green?" Kurumi offered, already focusing on the color in her mind.

"I know, right?" Jenny squealed as she pointed to one of the koala cubs. "That one got stranded off from the mother during lunch and got lost for a while so the 'rangers', I think they're called, who work there have to find it..."

Then Jenny heard Kurumi's question about the barbers and hairstylists. "Yeah," Jenny nodded mindlessly. Perhaps they were just Muggle occupations after all. It wasn't until Kurumi said something about "eyes being bring pink" that she stopped staring into space.

"Whoa, now that would be just too much," Jenny nodded gently. Yes, experiments on her eyes were a different story. Why she didn't want anything done to her eyes was her own reason, thank you very much.

Meanwhile, Jenny was wondering why Kurumi's hair color didn't change at all. Perhaps it's because I did the spell incantation wrong again? Shaking her head, she nodded at Kurumi's suggestion of a different color.

Jenny closed her eyes, clearly having an idea of what she wanted. Then she tapped at Kurumi's head again. "Ristaris!"
