" You need to shut that dirty mouth of yours boy" Wiliam snapped back at Justin. "Do not you have a girlfreind to take care of boy?' William askeed Justin. " Put that wanda away if you know what is good for you, you pathetic wimpo" William explained to Justin." The only bloddy git , dirty rotten bloody git around here is you" William called out to Justin. ' Now stay away fro me , out of my business and why do youm Harvey, Rose all do a gang up on me, you are all either scared of me or a gang that needs to be kickeed out of HogWats, you knoq a gang like the Dementors" he mouthed off.

" Well, you do not have to worry about pulling your wand on me, you have your own little minions to do it for you" Willaim told Minerva. "I can say what I want because I learned from my time in the USA, it is a free country know matter where you live" William said to Minerva. " I really enjoy three, four. five sgainst one, a real fair fight" William explained to Minerva." Pull the wand on me and you will neever see Hogwarts again because I will make sure you are kicked along with all of your friends" William smiled. "See. I proved something. I never pulled my wand but I knew all of you would pull your wands so wwho is staff going to back up?" Wiliam asked Minerva. I think they might see four or five to one is an unfair situation" he told her.

Justin heard William mouthing off and spun around on his heels. He ran back and punched William square in the face and bloodied his nose and knocked him down. As he stood over him he said, " The only bloodt git here is you and you know it! you pathetic little girl! Try anything and instead of my ' posse ' you'll have the dementors after you for sure, ya little pansy!" then Justin turned and ran back to the castle before William had the chance to get up.

Before Ronnie headed to the gazebo, she turned around sharply when she heard Will talking to Justin and Minnie like the stupid git he was. She stormed back to him, her face completely red. She pulled the neck of his shirt and pulled him towards her so she could look in square in the eyes. "DON'T YOU EVER TALK TO THEM LIKE THAT, YOU FOUL LITTLE GIT!" she yelled in his face, she then shoved him to the ground and got on top of him, pinning him down. "I MEAN IT." she snarled, slapping him clear across the face. She got up, kicked his thigh hard and then continued on her way to the gazebo.

Minerva heard William yelling again. She went to turn, but Justin punched before she could do it. So she turned and went off to the Gazebo where Ronnie had went."

William got up. " You are done for hwre. " Enjoy your suspension and final days at HogWarts" Willaim called out to Justin.

" You are also done here" William told Ronnie. " You will lose a lot of points for Gryffindor and be suspeneded." William said to Ronnie.

" You have a bunch of gutless cowards for friends" Willaim told Minerva. " I am going to make sure that yo uwill be punished too for egging them on to hurt me" Willaim said to Minerva.

"WELL THEN IT'S WORTH IT!" she spat over her shoulder, glaring at him. She walked up to him. "Gutless coward, eh?" she asked. "I'll show you who the gutless coward his!" she said, giving him a blow to the face and another one. She then shoved him down again, hard. "I'LL KEEP FIGHTING IF YOU DON'T LEAVE THEM ALONE! I'LL FIGHT AND FIGHT AND NEVER STOP!" she shrieked at him. She was serious.

Minerva turned she had enough. "William I have never egged them on. You just won't stop." She looked at all of them. "I am not going to watch as all of my friends get expelled. Get out of here and go get along with you own stuff. I will deal with this. I can handle myself. GO" She yelled at her friends. Then she looked back at William "YOU" she yelled as she got closer to him. "You need to stop yapping and start listening. That has been the problem the entire time. You never listen to exactly what I am saying before you start jumping to conclusions it has been the entire time we have been together. You just start talking without really knowing what your talking about. Then I hear you telling Harvey that you remembered my birthday. We were not together during my birthday. We were not even here. You must be thinking about Jez at the tree house. You never get your facts right. I am over this William. I do not like violence and do not like to see violence. I am just tired of all the drama and am tired of the fighting, but I am mostly tired of you running your mouth at me in front of me and behind my back. So please after today act like I do not know you. If we are in a class just pretend you have never met me. If we are some where in the same area again just go about your business acting like you never met me. Please for the love of anything just end this crap." Minerva said with her arms crossed waiting for his response.

As Ronnie continued hitting William Justin watched and waited his turn. " Ya know something, loser.... You don't have to turn me in. i 'll do it for ya. I've got no problem taking resposibility for my actions, unlike you." and with that Justin punched him again and stood over him and waited for him to get up.Hoping the weakling would try to fight back.
" Well done, Ronnie. Just remind me to never tick you off. " Justin giggled.

So you never got flowers from me on your birthday?" Willaim asked Minerva.

" You are a jerk" Willaim told Justin. " Real men talk it out" William said to Justin. " Oh wait a minute that is a HufflePuff trait and saying" William said to Justin. " I do not fight losers like you because you are not worth it" William snapped back.

Minerva looked at Justin. "WHAT DID I SAY" she was getting very angry at her friend. "STOP IT AND GET OUT OF HERE." Minerva turned back to William very confused. "I have no clue what you are talking about. I never got any flowers while here at Hogwarts." Minerva searched her memory. She had gotten flowers from Harvey when he picked them in the student garden after she broke her ankle, but never anyone else. "No no flowers William. I didn't really know anyone other then Harvey when my birthday came and went. He didn't even know it was my birthday until a week later."

" I remeber, you are right it was not flowers" William told Minerva calmly. " They were balloons, I think they were porple, but they could have been yellow" William said to Minerva. "Actually, you told me it was yoru birthday and with my wand, poof, you got ballons from me" William explained to Minerva." I might not tell on you, but a professor is going to here about this situation" Willaim explained to minerva. " You chose to let yoru friends gang up on me and I thought you were a better person than to let that happen to me." Wiliam sighed.

She remember the balloons, but that wasn't for her birthday she didn't really know William during her birthday. That was when they first started dating. "William again with the facts. I never let them do anything. They are their own people. If you can't remember like it seems sometimes. I came over and told all of you to stop fighting and to get away from each other." She was getting really angry at the fact that he always seemed to forget that she does try. That she is not a bad person. She did tell all to stop. She can't make anyone get along and read minds to know they are going to start fighting. This was frustrating.

Justin backed off as Minnie scolded him. But he didn't leave.
" William, she didn't want any of us to gang up on you. It's just that you hurt two of our friends by telling lies. None of this would've happened had you kept your mouth shut. All you do is whine about what everybody else has done to you. And half of that is lies. Do you really think that Ronnie and I wanted to put our school career in jeopardy? think about it... " explained Justin calmly. " I didn't mean to bloody your face, but maybe that got it through your head that I was sesrious when I told you I'd go to bat for my friends... Whatever the cost."

Harvey came back to the Willow. He saw them there, he went upto them he faced Justin and Minnie "Look, just leave this place and go. No point standing here talking with him, he will only make things worse. Lets get out of here. Please I beg you." he said beggin them to come with him. "Please!! Justin, Minnie please!!" He then waited for them to move along

Seeing as the library was off limits for now since there was the threat of running into a particular Gryffindor, Evelyn found herself studying outside more and more as of late. Right now though, her book was closed, crammed with parchments full of notes, and she was taking a leisurely stroll around the grounds. This was her last year and she wanted to make sure she remembered all the details of the place.

Not that she'd admit it...

Alas though, even the grounds seemed to have drama. Spotting a group of kids in the near distance, Evelyn's eyes narrowed as she noticed one of them had a rather red face. Wasn't that the Will kid? Pausing where she was, the Slytherin girl crossed her arms and stared at the group. It looked like whatever happened was winding down but, just to be sure, she crossed her arms and observed the group.

" You are right you do try to help" Willaim told Mineeva, ' It just did not work out this time' Willaim said to Minerva. " I would never let my freinds attack one person if there was more than one of us" Willaim explained to Minerva.

" I do not tell lies" Willaim told Justin. " I have always told the truth but you and all of Minerva's friends twisted the truth to serve yoru needs" Willaim said to Justin. " I did not start the fight, you weant off on me, Harvey yeled at me, then you puched me twice while I did nothing to you but call you names and I never called Ronnie a name, but she called me names, punched me and basically as she pushed me down, my clothes got ripped" Willaim explained to Justin. "" Minerva pulled out her wand on me, so did Harvey, you and Ronnie or did you forgot all of that conveniently?' Willaim asked Justin " I hope it is worth it to all of yo ufor sticking up for yoru friends when Minrva and I just had arguments that you should not known about unless she told you in the Hufflepuff common room" William smiled. "So how do you know that Minerva did not lie?" Willaim asked Justin. " Minerva probably did not lie, but she probably might have stratched the truth so all of yo ucould gang up on me' he told him.

"Harvey and Justin I am not saying this again if you want to keep your friendship with me you will leave. I am fine, see there is a head girl right over there. She won't let anything happen to me. I want to talk with him alone. Now go" She didn't like threatening her friends, but if thats what it takes then so be it. She turned back to William feeling angry again. "I did not pull my wand on you. I said I would, but my wand never came out. Best Example of people stretching the truth. That is why they keep saying you lie. You always get facts wrong." Minerva had it with the fact problem William had. She was sick of it. She never pulled her wand and if he tells someone else she did she was giong to flip her lid.

" William, she's the most honest person I know. And if you don't know that I feel sorry for you. "
" sorry, Minerva. i didn't mean to get so carried away. " and with head hanging Justin turned and walked away so that they could talk.

Harvey turned to William "I did not yell at you William, I was calm with you. Nor did I pull my wand, I went for it but did NOT pull it." he said when he heard Minnie "Ok.. ok I am leaving but only because I LOVE my friendship with you and dont want to LOSE it, I also care for you very much and since it is a request coming from you I will go. Lucky that head girl is here." he said. He then looked at William one last time before leaving. As he left he looked back to make sure everything was still ok before he completely left the area.

Minerva turned back to William once they were gone. "Now we have to examples of stretching the truth. Two people you are saying pulled a wand that did not. Plus William from what I heard Harvey was trying to help you and trying to be nice. You are the one that began arguing and telling him he was wrong. I was searching for my bag I heard almost all of the conversation." Minerva made a mental note to look for her bag again later. "I was not wanting to get involved and leave you two to talk, but once the fight started I couldn't take it anymore."

"Whatevet you all say" William told Minerva, Harvey and Justin. " Yes, at least there is a prefect over there so it will not be three against one" William said to Minerva.

Minerva just watched as her two friends left. Then she turned back to William. "There now it is just us two. So say what you need to say so we can move on from this. I am over the drama and over everything that has happened. We have proved twice that you stretch the truth just in the matter of minutes. Two people out of my friends pulled wands, but neither was myself nor Harvey, but yet you said all of us did. Yes the two should not have hit you, but it still wasn't a wand. So again say what you need to." Minerva was just ready to get all this over. She was exhausted and fed up.

Why was it taking her so long to answer? He wasn't testing her in any possible way, she was free to say whatever came to mind if she didn't know what Bentley would consider to be right.

In all honesty, she looked lovely while trying to guess the names. The smile on his face suggested he was entirely amused by this as well. "Floating, submerged...and...yes, the ones in between I believe them to be called marginal...," he just had to check the book before being one hundred percent sure of it, "...perhaps we ought to start with the submerged ones, you know, work our way to the top." Sounded logical.

The Prefect decided to make himself more comfortable by lying down on the ground. He didn't need the book, did he? She had it, it was far more important than she did. So, really, he could just rest while she studied, right? Because he was studying for NEWTs and that wasn't happening soon, therefore, Ellie's studying was far more important and the one that required a book.

"Under which category does Gillyweed fall under?" he asked as his eyes focused on the girl close to him. Ellie, of course.

"Why would you want to talk to me now?" Willaim asked Minerva. " I am such a liar or strecth the trth, you would not believe what I qould tell you" Willaim said to Minerva. " I do want to thank you for breaking my heart into pieces and to have so many food friends of yours attacking me while I refused to fight" Willaim explained to Minerva. " Oh, wait a minute, I did not get hurt, I must be strectching the truth again" William smiled. "A;; I ever wanted was for you to acknowledge me as your boyfriend, let me in on your conversations with your friends just like I did with all my friends for you. he explained to Minerva. " I will give you one example, the seventh year boy that helped you at Gobstones said hi ti yiu and not that I blame him, he gave you that I like you, you look cute loook" he said to Minerva. " I thought you might have intrduced me as your boyfrined, that is all" he told Minerva.

Minerva was so tired of explaining herself over and over again on this same topic. This is what forced her into the break up. She was sick of sticking up for herself when she did nothing wrong. "William I have told you and told you. I don't see what I did wrong. I included you in conversations. You would get really quiet and then mad. I was not going to hold your hand through conversations the entire time. If your not going to keep yourself in the conversation then yes your going to feel left out. As for the seventh year I dont' know what you are talking about with the look and I just introduced you. I didn't know him really well and was just wanting to thank him. I really didn't think anything of it. I guess I'm just not as obsessive in making sure everyone has to continuously hear that I have a boyfriend. It is obvious this is not going to go anywhere. So I think it's time for us to just go our separate ways. I am sorry this did not work out. I am leaving now and wish only the best for you. Good bye William."
