Adam and Kurumi were like experts when it came to what she was dealing with. They knew exactly what to say, and their advice sounded like it would work. She knew that time healed, but she just wanted to fast forward time and get to the part where she'd be happy.

She nodded. Yep she wanted to be happy that all she wanted. She understood where Adam was coming from. Visiting the grave would help, especialy if it would take all the pain of her shoulders. Maybe she'd go over the holidays...but she rememebered about the therapy she had planned on going to over the holidays, which she wasn't looking forward to. Maybe she'd ditch, she'd have to think about it. "I..get..what..you..me..an...and..I..guess yo..ur...both..right." Her tears had lessend a little and it was easier for her to speak properly.

Maybe it was a mistake to ask what Adam and Kurumi were doing, seeing as it was getting rather awkward. Kurumi remained silenece, probably clueless of what to say and Adam he was struggling with what to say to. Seeing as she was still in Kurumi's hug Adam couldn't see her facial expression, but she did look confused. 'Connecting' Riiiiight! Of course him and Kurumi were connecting she thought sarcastically. And the whole soul thing..since when was Adam into that stuff.

"Thank you...for...being..here..for...me,...you..both really... don't know how much you mean to me." She said trying to get rid of all the awkwardness.

Jai who was mostly busy with studying decided to take a long overdue stroll in the student garden. He had received his letter to be trained in Greece as an Auror after he graduated. He would be leaving soon after that to see his parents then off to Greece.

He had lost contact with his friends even though he lived with them. Jai walked and looked at the plants and listened to a few with his hands in his pockets. Everyone was so distant. He give anything to have someone talk to him as if nothing happened.

Kita skipped along the path. She liked being around plants. For some reason, they always provided her with comfort. Maybe it was because she knew that they couldn't hurt her?

... But some could.

Okay, now maybe she should stop skipping. Some dangerous plants might just... do something to her. Except... Bentley wouldn't put dangerous plants in the Student Garden. No no. So... she didn't have to-

HELLLLLLLO?!

Someone was walking a little ahead of her. And this person seemed... slightly familiar to her. Hm... Who was he? Kita looked at the boy carefully. He turned his head to look at the plants and that's when she noticed him!

Merlin's beard! "Jaiiiiiii!" Kita squealed as she ran over towards the boy and jumped on his back, "I thought you disappeared or something." 'Cause, you know, people do that. "How are you?"

He heard his name and before he could turn or respond, there was a flurry of dark hair as someone jumped on his back. It was then he realized it was Kita. He reached behind him to place his hand on the middle of her back so that she wouldn't fall.

"Nah. I'm here. Just keeping a low profile. Had a cold in the winter but that cleared up.I'm doing pretty good. How are you?" he said chuckling.

Kita giggled as she readjusted her grip around his neck. "Tell me if i get too heavy for you," she said, a grin spreading across her face. 'Cause, you know, she did eat a lot. Hufflepuffs and their food!

Low profile? A cold? "Merlin, Jai! I'm glad you're better!" The boy needed to take better care of himself. But she wasn't his mother or anything so she wasn't going to say anything. And he was chuckling! That was really good news! "I'm good!" There wasn't any need to worry him about the Championship and how scared she was about it, right? "I've missed you, though!"

He laughed again,"You're light as a feather. It's no prob if you wanna stay up there." he said as he continued to walk but a slower pace. He was a strong guy. Quidditch training, mountain climbing and other stuff helped with that. Besides, Kita was considerably smaller than him.

Smiling he, said,"Thanks. So am i." He wasn't going to expect any less from Kita but he couldn't help being surprised by her concern for him."I've missed you too. Who else can make me smile while offering them self a piggy back ride. So what have you been up to? I know you have the quidditch team and school. But other than that, how are you?" he asked her.

Kita blinked. Light as a feather? Was she? Really? "Thanks!" she said, squeezing him slightly. Staying up on his back was better than normal walking. Who wanted to walk normally, anyways?

"Good! Stay better," She didn't want him to be... ill or anything. "I'm glad i made you smile then," she said, giggling slightly. What has she been up to? "Other than Quidditch and NEWT's, i've been pretty good. Skipping everywhere helps with your mood," ... Did he know that? It was ten that her eyes caught onto the shining red badge on his chest. "How's all your Prefecting duties going? And your studies to being an Auror?" Did that even make sense?

Jai reached up to his neck and gave her a gentle squeeze as well. "I will. I'm glad you made me smile."he said. He continued to stroll on as they chatted. He could smell the scent of her shampoo but couldn't figure it out."What's the scent of your shampoo? I can't seem to figure it out." he asked.

"Prefect duties are fine. It's not as busy since the around the world event. It took alot of planning. I'm pretty excited and have been working hard on the studies. Right now, I just want to enjoy my friends and what's left of my time at Hogwarts."

Kita grinned as Jai squeezed her. She liked squeezes, that's why she mainly squeezed people when she hugged them. And... what? The smell of her shampoo? He could smell her shampoo? "Someone has a good sense of smell," she said, "It's coconut, by the way." Good thing it wasn't chocolate otherwise she would have eaten her hair just by smelling it.

... EW!

Kita nodded as she listened along. "Congratulations for putting that together, by the way," It was a collective effort but still. Out of the prefects she was closest to Jai so the boy was going to get her congrats. "That sounds like a good plan,"she said, her eyes wandering towards the plants before looking ahead at the path, "It's sad to think we're going to be leaving this place soon. Seven years goes by really quickly!"

Jai smiled and said,"Thanks. Ah, that's it. Always baffles me that one. It's very nice; has an exotic touch to it." It was so comforting to just talk to someone. Just a light, open discussion about anything that came up. It reached him on a level he hadn't touch in a while. One of peace and comfort.

He could smell the light coconut scent as she nodded. He liked it."Thanks. It was fun doing it for everyone." he replied, with a smile. "Yeah I guess." he said,"It did. I mean I was at Durmstrang for a long time before I came here. But I enjoyed it more here. I hated the cold. I had friends when I came here. Hogwarts in short, changed my life."

Kita let out a small giggle. The smell of coconut baffles him? "Thanks Jai! I like the exotics so that's why i like the coconut smell," The sun, the beach and the subathing. What's not to love? "I like the smell of your cologne." It smelt... musky and very... Jai-ish.

"And it was fun taking part!" Even though she only went there for the food. How very Hufflepuff of her. Wait... WHAT?! "You were at Durmstrang before? I... didn't know that," Or maybe he told her and she forgot? See, now that seemed very likely. "I'm glad you enjoyed it here and decided to stay here. Hogwarts is... Hogwarts. Just awesome."

Chuckling a bit, Jai,"Thanks Kit." he said.He continued to walk,"Are you ok up there?" he asked her, just to make sure she was ok.

Jai had to laugh at how excited she sounded in his ear."I'm glad you enjoyed it." she said,"Yeah I was. I'm not sure I did. Well, I'm glad I met friends like you." he remarked."It is awesome. Really awesome."

He's been through some awesome times and some awesomely bad ones. One he was fresh from recovery from.

William found the boy prefect here. " My name is Willaim Starr' he told him. The blood is flowing from his nose. William's c;othes are torn and disheleved. " I was attacked by three people at the Whomping Willow. "Can you please go over there with me?" Willaim asked him. " I will point them out to you" William explainedto him.

Ronnie had snuck after William, she had to know what he was doing. She hid behind a large tree and winced at the bloody nose and torn clothes. She had done it now. She was done for. She gulped and shook her head as he spoke about the fight. "No..No..." she mumbled under her breath. She hid closer behind the tree. She was going to hide forever. Tears began flowing from her eyes. She never meant to hurt him, not too bad! She wanted Rupert. She wanted her mum. Her dad. Rose. Harvey. Anyone.

Jai turned when he heard someone other than Kita speaking to him. He bent his knees to ease her onto her feet gently and went to the boy. As he said his name, Jai was a bit distracted by the boy's condition especially the bloody nose.

He closed the distance to inspect him closely. Reached out and tilted the boy's head to slow the bleeding,"Ok kiddo, just hold on. In the mean time, use this and pinch your nose. Not too tight, you don't want to hurt yourself."

Turning to look at Kita, he shook his head as he took out his wand and said,"Expecto Patronum!" as he summoned his patronus, which was a jaguar. He watched as it bounded away. He turned back to the boy and said,"Just hang on."

Hecate came in from the courtyard where she saw the patronus... "Whose patron-" Her eyes stopped on Montcenaggio... and her eyes began to roll. "Ok... let's move past that...Prefect Pierce, can you tell me what's going on here? What happened to Montcenaggio?"

Dash was just heading back into the castle when he say the Patronus pass by. Raising a brow he turned back around in the direction where it had came from. He didn't know what he was expecting to see, but not the beaten up second year.

At least Hecate was already there.

"It looks to me like he was attacked..beaten up...or suffered a nasty fall." Scabior interrupted with a shrug upon hearing Hecate's last few words.

Jai turned to both professors and reported immediately."Mr.Montcenaggio, came to me obviously antagonized, with a bloody nose and his clothes shiveled. He told me that he was attacked by three others by the Whomping Willow. Asked me to escort him there to identify them."

Jai put back his wand and shoved his hands into his pockets and said,"He may need to go to hospital wing soon."

"Hospital Wing is closed Pierce," She said and looked to her colleague as if to say fix him... "So Montcenaggio... You don't know their names? Can you tell me their houses? Wait-" She said narrowing her eyes, "Three?! Three took you on?" Three against one was very unfair...

Though he didn't really talk to Hecate..at all. Dash understood the look she gave him. It was a look the meant that he was now the new healer.

He walked up to William and pulled his wand out. "Right, so this might hurt. But not as much as getting that bloody nose probably did." He pointed his wand at the boys nose "Episkey" A slight cracking noise could be heard as the boys nose bent back into shape. "Not that I condone fighting...but did you at least do some damage to your attackers?" As he said this his voice lowered because he really didn't know what Lafay would think of that comment.

William did as the Gryffindor prefect told him. "Well, it is starting to feel better"William said to him.

" I know their names" Willaim told Professor Lafay. " Two are from hufflPuff house. the boy who broke my nose is Justin. The other is my ex-girlfriend named Minerva from HufflePuff house. The final person is Ronnie, one of my ex-friends now in our own house" William explained to Professor Lafay. It started out as an argument because Minerva just broke up with me today It happened at the Whomping Willow" he told her.

" " Thanks, my nose feels a whole lot better" he told the other professor. " No, first it was three against one" Wiliam said to the professor. " Third, I did not think any of them were worth fighting" William explained to him.
Just for the record, all of them are going to lie to sny profesor or the headmaster" he sighed. " Harvey, their other freind. Minerva's ex and Ronnie's current boyfriend said as much." he said to him. Harvey said this at the Gazebo about lying to save all of his friends and yet Harvey was my friend, but always around when Minerva and I were alone
he explained to the professor.

Kita grinned. Kit! Jai had called her Kit! She would squeal except... she would probably deafen the boy and she didn't want to do that. So she was just going to carry on grinning like the madwoman she was. Was she okay? "I'm having the time of my life," she said, still grinning, "Just tell me if i'm too heavy for you or if you're getting tired." 'Cause she didn't mind walking normally. Really.

"Did you take part?" she asked. She'd hate for him to have helped to organise the whole thing and not... had fun in the process as well. And then he said something that really made her grin. Jai was always known for being sweet. "I'm glad to have met you as well," she said, trying her hardest not to squeeze him again, "You'll always have me, if you need me." ... Did that make sense?

And... then there came someone. Someone who seemed VERY familiar! Hm... Who WAS he? And where did Kita know him from before? Okay, maybe she shouldn't focus on that. Maybe she should focus on the fact that-

AFSDGHJAH HIS ROBES WERE TORN!

What in the name of merlin HAPPENED?! Kita's eyes grew wide as she took on the ripped clothes. Merlin, no one would walk around looking like that voluntarily! No. And... then he started saying something to Jai. Jai bent down and Kita jumped off his back, her eyes still kept on the boy and his ripped clothes. This was not good at all.

Great(!) Just... great(!) Professors were involved now. Kita looked between them before shying off into the background, something she wasn't accustomed to doing. But when Lafay was involved in something, it was best to keep your mouth shut. Always. And... why was Jai shaking his head at her? HUH? What did that MEAN?!

... Okay, she was confused. All the more reason to stay in the background and say nothing. But the sound of two of the names the boy was giving was enough to widen Kita's eyes even more. Minerva? Hadn't she met that girl? And... Justin? The same Justin that was on her team?

FACEPALM!

This was not looking good. Maybe she should offer to get them? Or maybe not. She didn't even know where their usual hangout was! Staying in the background is so much better.

Hecate rolled her eyes hearing Scabior's question...

... Ex girlfriends, current boyfriends... this was complicated. "Look Montcenaggio..." She began and looked at her collegue, "Neither of us witnessed it, and the students are not here... We wouldn't know who started the argument... and with your Ex girlfriend... you have motive." She shrugged. "I'm glad you are feeling better." She then turned to the prefect and nodded to her. She'd done her job, but there was nothing the potions mistress could do.

She left and headed towards the dungeons.

William was saying so many things that his mind wasn't even comprehending anything that came out of the boys out. "Still could have done a jab or something." He murmured. But yeah. No. fighting was bad.

But he couldn't say anything else before Hecate went on. Once she turned and left, Scabior just shrugged. "Sorry. My advice to you though would be to, be carful, try to stay away from you supposed attackers as well." He pointed his wand at William healing a few more cuts and anything that looked like it would become a big bruise. Then he gave another big shrug before turning and leaving toward the castle as well.

" Thanks for listening to me" Willaim told Professor Lafay. " I sm glad I am better, too" William said to Professor Lafay.

" " I just chose not to fight" William told the professor. " I will stay away from my attackers" William said to the professor. " The only problem would be if they show up where I am and start again" William explained to the professor.
