It was time for another Gryffindor song! Ira yelled at the top of her voice!!!

"Come on everyone, sing along," she said, waving her arms in the air.

Little crazy yes, but pride definitely the most!!!

What was this? A compliment from the Badger section?

Carter looked around to spot Cassie. Of course it would be her. He smirked. "Or you can just join the red side." he said with a wink. He'd be happy to help give her a bit of Gryffindor spirit.



"Oh yes. Incredibly charming. How could I have forgotten?" Carter asked with a little laugh. Of course, he wasn't actually that bigheaded. But it was fun to act that way every now and then. And... Selina was encouraging it.

He chuckled. "Well I hope to never be around when that happens." But, it wasn't like he was going to be around much longer anyway. The year was almost up and he was almost gone.

He smiled and nodded after she said he was done. He stepped back. "Well, how do I look?" Now that he was decorated... Selina print and all.

"LET'S GO SLYTHERIN, LET'S GO!!! LET'S GO SLYTHERIN, LET'S GO!!!" Sky started screaming. Seriously, didn't these Slytherins know how a pep rally is supposed to go? There were only a few cheering Slytherins compared to the Gryffindors, who could probably be heard all the way in New York! Oy! "LET'S GO SLYTHERIN, LET'S GO!"

Right Cassie was ready for another set of cheers. This time she took out her wand and with a delicate little flick..the words materialized in large letters.

Salt makes you thirsty,

Selina watched as Auggie ran down the stands and laughed at his heightened enthusiasm. That boy had a lot of energy and he was not bashful at all about the state in which he was dressed right now... or lack of dressed. Then again, she supposed that was just a Gryffindor thing. All of the boys did not seem to mind being shirtless and showing their pride. The very impressive pride of Gryffindor.

So when he passed her she did the wave with the rest of the Gryffindors!



Selina laughed at his antics and then responded, "You look very prideful. All of you do. Although I think the Selina print may put you a few leagues in front of the others." Minus Gideon of course. He was dressed as a lion per Selina's forceful nature request. There was no way, really, that anyone could beat the boy in the ears. That was just too good.



She left Carter and head over to Jai when he caught her attention with a loud roar. Finally when she was close enough to hear him over the loud stands, which was becoming increasingly harder, she heard his remark about how she had missed an awesome spot of paint. She was certain that she hadn't because she hadn't even started him yet. She was just coming over now to finish him up.... oh.

Haha... the awesome spot was him. Oh so very funny. She rolled her eyes playfully at him and said, "Very funny." she stuck her tongue out at him and then brought the red paint over to him. She dipped the brush in the paint and then started to work on getting Jai's base on. Once she finished his entire front side she turned around to his back and did that as well. Now for his letters...

"Oh, hi Louisa." Beezus greeted her friend. Or at least that's what she thinks. After helping each other in one of their Astronomy Classes, Beezus thought they were already friends.

"You already got one." She said, chuckling. Louisa asked if she could have some of the cookies but didn't even let her give out a reply and already had grabbed one. Oh well.. those cupcakes were for everyone. Even those from the other houses were free to eat it.

She was about to ask Louisa if the cupcake tasted good when a wave caught her attention. And not a normal wave at that, it was magical, and red. Which meant it was the Gryffindors. Edging closer to her fellow Ravenclaw she mumbled. "They've got a pretty nice wave." It was pretty, to be honest. And red, she liked that color too. "How about us? What should we do?"

Cupcakes? Beezus' ears perched up as she heard that word. Was it referring to her cupcakes? She looked around to see who said it, which she thought the voice was oddly familiar. Then she saw one of her fellow Quidditch teammate, Vashti who was wearing..heels. And waving at her.

She strolled over to where the girl was, "Uh, yeah." She said, replying to her remark about the cupcakes. "Nice shoes." She added. Now she's given the same compliment that Professor Bentley had also given her a while ago. "Oh, want some?" Beezus asked, shoving the tray nearer to her fellow Eagle.

Today was the big day...and Marilyn Force couldn't have been more excited.

On this particular day, EVERYTHING would be decided...Of course she was talking about the Quidditch Championship...

What else was there?

The blonde was happy for warm weather, and even more pleased that the the sun was shining high up in the sky. That meant she wear shorts...and not have to be bundled up in layers upon layers of clothing.

Yay!

Making her way to the stands, her ears were assaulted with screaming, yelling, chanting...Jogging the rest of the way and stepping up to where she could see the crowd, her eyes widened.

Why were the Gryffindor boys...shirtless?

Merlin...

Trying not to stare...attempting to try, anyway, she walked forward turning her face away from...certain Gryffindors of the opposite sex. If she were caught staring at this point...Well, scratch that. It couldn't make things anymore awkward...

Where was that best friend when she needed her?!?!

Uncovering her eyes, she looked around wildly, her hair flying everywhere. "CASSIE!"

"Thanks!!" Janice yelled over the crowd. She quickly came to Alyssa and hand her the right end of the banner. She took her side of it and wave it in the air. Yeah.


Janice followed the other Huffie chant as she waved her banner in the air.

Cassie laughed and shook her head. Umm no, she would rather lose a foot of her favourite shoes than to do that. She was a puff to the core and nothing would ever change that. Not even hot Carter, shirtless and painted. But Carter was a guy soooooo, she could get him to abandon his shirtless cheering for a bit, couldn't she?

"I'd rather diiiiiiiiie than join the red side..it's so much nicer over here. Come join us Carter..we have cookies and a Cassie." She winked at him and hair flipped for good measure.

Her name was being hollared! Whatzit what what? Cassie searched through the crowd and saw Marilyn looking lovely and absolutely lost without her bestie.

"Up hereeeeeeee Marilyn!!! She yelled waving frantically at her.Yes she had to see her now. And also she had to see Carter he was right over there. But just in case she didn't......

"Hurry up here and look at the Gryffindor boys and Carter" Of course Marilyn must have seen them but she would try to ignore Carter and Cass didn't want that.

Minerva started singing with her housemates

Hearing her name above her, Marilyn glanced first to the left and then right...before finally looking up...

She instantly spied her best friend looking fabulous...talking to HIM...

The Gryffindor enemy...

THE ENEMY!

Ambling up through the rows, she stopped in front of Cassie, glancing back over her shoulder at HIM...and the other HIM that was also standing there. Yes...they were gorgeous...

Bleh...

"I didn't realize the stands had turned into a muggle frat party..."

Elise spotted cupcakes and made her way over to Beezus. "Cupcakes!" she exclaimed, looking at her fellow housemate. "Can I have one?" she asked, before pulling out a sheet of paper with a very clever Ravenclaw chant (that she found in the library between two books).

"Well, since we need something..." she trailed off, showing her housemates the paper. "Will this do?"

Twenty-four hours had passed since the Pep Rally ended and the Stands had been cleared of any leftover trash from the event. The gates magically opened for the fans, some of whom were waiting anxiously outside since breakfast ended.

This was it... her last quidditch match at Hogwarts. How exciting!! She moved into the stands and found a cozy spot near the top of the risers. She was not wearing colors for either house, but she had FULL intentions of cheering them both on wildly. Smiling to herself she lay out her PINK blanket and plopped herself down on it. Letting the little bit of sun stream onto her face she then looked around to see if there was anyone worthy of talking to. Heh.

Jake went to the stands and waited exciteldy to see Maybelle. And obviously the rest of the team. Hopefully she didn't get too hurt, because Jake highly doubted that Vindictus would let Jake down there to save his prescious red head. He help up a sign that said, "Badgers eat Snakes for breakfast", which Maybelle told Jake was their motto, or would be, at least.

Alyssa laughed as she saw how raucous the crowd was getting. So before she left the stands to join her team mates in the locker room, she couldn't resist by singing this chant.

JINGLE BELL,
SNAKES DON'T HUG,
LIONS ROAR FOR FUN,
EAGLES FLY BUT THEN THEY CRASH, IT'S BADGERS ALL THE WAY

Then Alyssa made a quick get away before she got pelted by the other House students for that chant.

" Alyssa! Great oufit! What do you think of mine? " said Justin as he joined his friend in the stands. He had turned his hair yellow and black and was wearing his black school robes with a bright yellos cloak. He was ready to scream out in cheer for the team he loved so much. " HUFFLEPUFF FOREVER!"

Harvey ran as fast as he could towards the noisy stands. Man they were really noisy for this match, well duh it WAS the Championship. As he neared he noticed Minnie cheering on her house in this match. He went and sat down next to her, as she shouted at the top of her lungs. He just sat there watching her. He did not say anything he let her cheer as he waited for the match to start.

Harvey noticed Minnie was not the only one, Justin and Alyssa both were screaming at the top of their lungs, cheering for Hufflepuff. He also wanted Hufflepuff to win. Why??? Because many of his friends were in Hufflepuff. So he sat there watching all these Puffs cheering for their team. Oh how he was going to miss this, this cheering, this game, EVERYTHING to do with this school as the first year came to a close.

Cassie and Carter

Cassie was beyond excited about this match for many reasons. It was her final ever as a Hogwarts student and her house was in the final! Also she had told Carter months ago that it would be a Hufflepuff final, hadn't she? Yes that day in the Three Broomsticks with Marilyn. She remembered all too well. Smirk.

She beamed at Carter, who's hand she had linked with hers, as she made her way into the stands with him. There was plenty of reasons to be happy, especially since she had provided Carter's outfit. The seventh year had told him exactly what to wear and planted herself outside the gryffindor common room to make sure that he wore just now.

Now they were dressed and ready for the match.

June or not, Ellie walked into the stands snuggling in a Hufflepuff jacket. Treyen's Hufflepuff jacket. It wasn't that she was snuggling it for the warmth, though. No, it smelled like Treyen. Faintly, as he probably hadn't worn it much since she gave it to him, but she could definitely pick it out.

She made her way to the front to her normal place. Right next to where Bentley would be sitting...if Bentley were here. And maybe Hadley. Funny, it was, how Ellie preferred to sit with Professors for matches. But on one hand, Hadley needed her to explain things. Not so much anymore, which Ellie was quite proud of, but she still tended to confuse things. And on the other hand, Bentley understood the passion of the sport. Something the Captain appreciated.

After finding a comfortable position, the Ravenclaw's eyes went to the Pitch. The teams'll be out soon, yes?

Salima ran into the crowd and looked for the Hufflepuffs. Once she finally reached the Hufflepuffs she put yello paint all over her face and hands, put on he scarf and hat and started yelling-

Carter was indeed wearing yellow. Anyone who knew him would probably find it odd that he wasn't supporting Slytherin. But then again... everyone who knew him knew that he and Slytherin girls weren't exactly cooperating at the moment. And so he was supporting Kita and the Badgers.

Cassie had been overwhelming excited about that. And picked out exactly what he should wear to the match. She even waited outside the Gryffindor common room while he got dressed.

And now he and his girl were in the stands.

Now... where were some seats?

Ah. Perfect. He spotted an empty area and walked toward it. He assumed Cassie was right behind him. They were connected at the hand after all. "This good for you?" he asked sliding into a seat.

So. Today was the day of the Championship match. Vashti had expected to feel less than excited, considering Ravenclaw wasn't playing, but honestly, surprisingly, she WAS pretty excited. It was a Quidditch match after all, the biggest one at Hogwarts. Even if she didn't get to play, it would still be awesome to watch because it was going to be a tough game. Both Hufflepuff and Slytherin were pretty good this year, and though she'd originally intended to just watch the game and not care about the outcome, like she had in one of the previous games this year, she'd eventually decided she'd be rooting for the Badgers.

So Vashti wore a bright yellow t-shirt and carried a simple yellow banner that read "GO HUFFLEPUFF" in black lettering to show her support.

But now, where should she sit?

Studying, studying and yes more studying, had keep Caroline away from quidditch practice which was why she was in the stands on the last and most important match. Which is why sadly she was in the stands and not in the air today. But at least she was there supporting her team, and her best friend Kita as well. Caroline looked around for a seat, she saw Lexi and waved to her "Hello Miss Lexi." She smiled and took a seat a few rows above her.
