"Yeah, I'm a Chaser on the Ravenclaw Quidditch team," she replied. "Do you play?"
She plays chaser on her team and she brings a book to the quidditch match? And they say that the Slytherin House were Mystifying people.
"I do." Victoria answers slowly. "But not this one, nor the one before this." So basically, she hasn't played in a match yet, but she will soon.

As Gideon made it out to the quidditch pitch, he mused how it was a good thing that he was a fan of colder weather. And also glad he had bundled up with wintery coat and his scarf from Selina. Climbing up into the stands, he looked around as he tried to decide where to sit and spotting a familiar face made his way behind her. His hands slipping playfully in front of her eyes once he had reached the bench directly at her back.

Oh. Yay! Someone came to sit with him! "Carter." he said shaking the girls hand. "And I don't mind at all. Most of my friends are on the team..." So the seats around him were unoccupied.
"Supporting Slytherin?" he asked. The girl seemed like a Slytherin.

She stopped in front of him.
"Did I not say we would be kicking some serious bums this year Phillips?" She smirked at him.
Empty seats behind him..yes please she would take those.
"I'll be back here.." She moved up past him to the seats immediately behind where he was.
Carter smirked as he noticed Cassie. "Yeah. Seems like I underestimated the Badgers." he said with a little laugh.
He turned around to continue talking as she took the seat behind him. "Don't worry though... I've realized the error of my ways. I'm supporting a Hufflepuff win today."
And by that he meant he was supporting a Snake loss. Someone had to pay them back since he wouldn't get the chance to.

Vashti wasn't sure why bringing a book to match that hadn't even started yet was weird. There wasn't anything to watch, so why should she just stare at an empty pitch? Bringing something to do, like reading a book, while she waited seemed like the smart thing to do. But anyway.
She was on the Slytherin team but she hadn't played a single game? That was sad. "Why not?"

Sam walked around the stands looking for a good seat. He couldn't wait to watch the match, he didn't really care who won.. maybe Hufflepuff since Slytherin is ahead in points.. Maybe Slytherin since Hufflepuff beat Ravenclaw, did it really matter? Live quidditch was all that really mattered. He found a seat and sat down, waiting for the match to begin.
piano competion my teacher makes me go there 4x a week XD

Victoria should have been annoyed that the girl asked her. But instead, she sat down on the stand and stayed calm. There's nothing to be annoyed about. "My dog." Victoria managed to say. "I've been watching her night and day, walking her three times a day, making sure she doesn't get into any trouble." She replied sadly. Maybe there was a good reason why at Hogwarts, they prefer cats over dogs. "It's impossible to get anything done with the dog around, plus, we 5th years have the O.W.L.s to worry about."

Thomas. Jonathan gave a small bow to him. "Pleasure..." He hasn't met him before but it's nice to meet new acquaintances.
Cassie chuckled. Worrisome for him maybe, but not for her. She never minded nicknames. They were mostly always given in good fun anyways.
"Lighten up Jon Jon,nicknames are fun and often times, signs of some sort of affection. You should embrace it." She bet he wouldn't mind if Kurumi called him that. *wink* *wink*
"I know you and Kurumi have been around the castle together. Merlin knows what you two have been up to."

Selina was playing with the bottom of her scarf when suddenly the world went dark around her. She felt a pair of hands over her eyes and she smirked. There was an inkling in the pit of her stomach who was putting their hands over her eyes so she took the plunge and said, "Mr. Gert, didn't anyone tell you it is rude to take a lady by surprise?" If he could see her she had the biggest smirk on her face. Of course, by the tone of her voice, it was not that hard to assume that she was smirking.
BUT Ellie couldn't allow herself to be distracted by him. No. If he was playing, then....he was playing. Whatever. It wasn't like he's shushed her for even speaking of Quidditch before. But...yeah....whatever. Whatever.
Only now, Ellie was automatically supporting Hufflepuff. Not that that changed anything. Just...maybe she cared a little about the outcome now. Solely because Treyen was now playing. And, lookit, he was Keeper. Good, because he liked Keeper.
And back to business, yeah? No staring at the Hufflepuff Keeper?
Ellie tore her eyes from the Quidditch robe-cladded Prefect to watch the Chasers instead. They were most important at the moment.

Gideon nearly chuckled at Selina's reaction but stayed quiet for a little longer so she couldn't identify him by his laugh...if she could. "Aye...thats why I don't surprise ladies," he remarked with a smirk of his own as he slipped his hands from her eyes. His expression softing to a teasing smile as he climbed over the last seat to be beside her.
He was cut off from saying anything more as the stands errupted at the flying entrance of the two competing teams. Gideon could tell the game was starting even before Vindictus spoke and before long the first score was made. "Guess Slytherin is feeling lucky again," he mused.

Oh well...
"Well... I'm supporting Marilyn as well. But you know her. She'll do brilliant no matter what." He just didn't want them to win because he was still a bit upset that the Snakes beat the Lions.
And now the game was starting.
O_O Were Caroline and Marilyn actually getting along up there?

Once he saw down beside her she grabbed a front of his sweater and pulled him close to her face so she could make her point. He had to learn that if he was going to poke fun at her obviously grace there were going to be consequences. "You better watch what you say Gert. Some ladies, such as myself, might take offense to your statement." She kissed his cheek before turning back to the game that he had commented on starting and acting as if nothing happened she replied, "You're right. I suppose they do feel pretty lucky, eh?"

Glanicng up at the sky, Mina smiled as she say Destiny waving around her beater's bat. She really wished she could get a picture so she could always remember the sight when she needed a smile. Destiny did look like she was having fun up there and that was nice to see her friend so carefree up there. Hopefully, that's what she looked like when she was up there playing on her own house team.
Glancing back down to her basket, she reached in and pulled out a cauldron cake. There were more than enough in the basket and she knew she just had to make sure she had two left for Destiny.
Cassie scooted over as Thomas approached and plopped down on the bench. The boy was looking very pale..more so than normal and she supposed the cold weather and lack of sun was not helping the situation much at all. That could be corrected though.
"Look who finally surfaced from the Lion's den." She smiled at him and clapped him gently on the shoulder.
"You need some sun buddy, and yes it is very cold and those gloves won't help you much." She pulled off her woolen gloves and tapped them with her wand, duplicating them. These would do much better than his thin ones.
"These will work better," she said handing them over. Good thing they weren't her frilly ones. Snort.
She turned her attention back to Jonathon and smiled at him. Nicknames usually took some getting used to.
"It's alright Jon, you'll get used to it soon enough." Brynn used to call her C-Money all the time and though she hated it at first, she really got used to it.
She giggled when he asked about her eyebrows. Oh no he was not going to slither his way out of them one. She was so on to him and Kurumi. Secretly dating and what not.
"Pfft I know something's going on." She playfully nudged him with her shoulder.
"Oh where are my manners....Jonathon this is Thomas, Tom, Jon. It's a pleasure for both of you to meet each other." She would just do it all for them. Tom should have more guy friends, especially since she was leaving in a few months and wouldn't be able to look out for him like she would like to.

Tom turned his head and looked at Cassie. A very small wry smile twitched his lips. “You wouldn' blaady believe me if I told yah I'd been studyin', wouldyer?” Looking like a fool in front of the whole class in potions had shocked the boy into studying. The need to prove Professor Lafay wrong. But Tom had zilch support here at Hogwarts so it meant putting in three times as much effort as most people. His ma would be so proud of 'her little soldier' (best keep that one quiet *cough*), even if he failed.
He squinted up at the sky and back at Cassie, frowning at her. “Ain' gonna get much sun 'raun' 'ere.” He pointed out to her. He watched her duplicate her gloves and blinked. “Tha's, brillian'!” He said impressed. He pulled the gloves on over his threadbare ones and grinned. Much better. “Fanks, Cass.”
He watched the boy on the other side of Cass with a very serious expression on his face. He'd seen him in class a few times. “Awigh' Johnfun.” He greeted the older boy. Pleasure? Wot kindah posh talk woz tha'? “Yeah. Likewise.” He said with another nod, although his tone was unitentionally flat. “You're a Slyvverin ainchah?” He made a stab at conversation. It wasn't young Tos's forte.
He looked back at Cass and leaned towards her, talking in a hushed voice. “Hey, Cass? You fink you could show me tha' duplicate spell fing?” How useful would that be?

Lexi was ELATED, the best mood she had EVER been in her life! She could have been floating on air for all she knew as she made her way up the stands to watch the Slytherin/ Hugglepuff match. Hehehehe.
Spotting her little buddy Tom she gave him a HUGE wave and a smile, but not wanting to start any unnecessary mess she kept on walking. Walking and SMILING. Heh. Finding a cozy place she plopped down, propped her feet up on the bench in front of her, and then propped her chin in her hands and watched the match.... MOONEY EYED AND ahhhhhhhhh. Teehee.
One: Ellie was WICKED jealous of Treyen. Like...seriously? The boy hadn't practiced in Merlin-knows-how-long and he was still doing fantastic. Why couldn't SHE be like that, huh? Why did she have to practice SO much and still only be half as good as she needed to be?
It must be the blood. Treyen has Pro-Quidditch blood. While Ellie has...Amateur-Quidditch blood. Her family clearly didn't want her to be any good in this sport. Why did they destine her for disaster? Why couldn't they have gone Pro?
Two: She had no hope. LOOK at those Seekers. IF...IF they won against Gryffindor, they'd lose the next match. There was no way she could beat out either Evelyn or Kita. And what was the difference between third and fourth place, really?
This was a terrible idea. Coming out here. She only felt WORSE about herself.
Also, she kept watching Treyen, which didn't help any.

He listened to her words, his expression changing to a fained innoscent look. "I stand warned Skylar," he commented, smiling at the kiss on his cheek.
"Aye..." he stated turning back to the came as the first snitch was grabbed...by the Slytherin head girl. Slytherin was on a role.

Cassie frowned as she watched the match.
"COME ON GUYS!!!!! Focus!!!!!"
Damn it. The game was young yet but it wasn't going in the Puffer's favour yet and Cassie was never good at losing, nor was she good at keeping her cool at live games.
She wanted to win this game..WIN!.
She finally sat down again with a huff, but managed to calm down enough to talk to Carter.
"yeah Marilyn does rock doesn't she?" She smirked. "You're a lucky boy Carter."

Cassie turned to look at Thomas with a proud mama look on her face. He had been studying? She knew of his little problem and the fact that Thomas was taking initiative and studying was enough to bring tears to her eyes. She grabbed his shoulders and pulled him into a tight snuggle. She would have to write to Freddie and tell him how much Thomas had grown up and how good he was being. Studying? Wow... She finally released him and beamed at him again.
She followed his gaze up to the sky and nodded."You're right. You probably won't, but i'll be working in Milan this summer, you should come spend a week and get some sun." She would love to have him and Tom would be great company while she worked for her dad. Of course he would probably have to ask his mum first. She smiled at him as he took the gloves. "You're welcome Love."
She turned back to the game as Thomas spoke to Jonathon. Good, Tom was so lovely he just needed to meet more people and branch out some.
Hmm..she looked back to him as he whispered something to her.
"Oh sure, right after the game I'll show you how it's done. it's really pretty easy too."

Hadley was late appearing at the scene of the match today. Taking a seat near the middle, she smiled at the support of Hufflepuff in the stands, as she affixed her gaze on the stands. From the looks of things, it seemed as if Slytherin were winning, but there was still hope, she knew.
Her badgers were hard-workers and fierce. They wouldn't give up so easily!

As if Ellie didn't already have enough reason to intensely dislike the young Slytherin.... Now Treyen was off his game.
Yeah, the Ravenclaw wasn't even attempting to take notes anymore. The game had gotten too intense. Thanks to Sierra, mainly, since Ellie was much more concerned with Treyen and the blow to the stomach he received from the Slytherin Beater than anything else.
She brought her feet onto the bench in front of her and hugged her legs. Her usual nervous habit of chewing her lip was also obvious. She really didn't want the Snakes to win now.

Not really paying all that much attention to the match, Mina continued to nom nom on her cauldron cake. It was very good and she wasn't going to just let them all go to waste.
Cleaning her fingers, she looked back up just in time to see Destiny with her bat held high. Jumping up, she cheered for her friend.

Feeling a tap on her shoulders, Hadley turned around and smiled at sight of one of her badgers. Only a brief smile though, because somewhere deep inside, she knew he should be out there playing, not sitting in the stands.
"Good day," but before she could add anything more, the sight of a figure spiraling in yellow directly toward her was caught out her peripheral vision. Reaching her hand to grasp her wand, she hoped she wouldn't need to use impediamenta or something, but of course, would... if needed.
Oooh... Look! Her prefect blocked a shot!
