Uhuh Amy nodded doubtfully, I didn't know you played she said politley, the only person who she knew who did was Everett and he was a poo. You know..a nice poo, but still a poo. If there was such a thing as a "nice" poo.
Pretty good, Amy nodded, you and your friends kept me and Sammy up last night though Amy said, shooting her a look, with your gigiling and shizzle Amy said with a laugh. You?
No one knew she played..Amy was one of the first to find out."I do..but I don't think I'm that good." she said blushing a little. She needed to improve her guitar a alot. That was the main reason why she had bought it along, it was so she could practise more.
Nessie opened her mouth in shock. What? They didn't make so much noise now did they? "I'm..Really sorry that we did." she said a little too seriously.
"Im Great!" she smiled as she said it. She really was feeling great..way better then last year.
"It's not who you are that holds you back, it's who you think you are not."

Unless the boy thought there was something wrong with it then Chandler would be quite concerned because he didn't care that he was new in his fourth year. Though, there were quite a lot of new students then transferring in his year.
"Awesome, I'm a Sixth year. Zis iz my zird zo I am quite used to the school." So he should be, he would be worried if he wasn't. Ah, Adam. That was his name but Chandler didn't exactly expect him to tell him his name as soon as they both made eye contact. That would just be weird and..unrealistic. o__O "Chandler." He grinned and took Adam's hand to shake.
Adam gave the boy a smirk, even though he had misunderstood why Adam had been embarrassed, but really...there was no reason to go into the matter. "I'm...uh...I'm actually pretty good at being the new guy. My family moved around a lot in the states so I went to a couple of different wizarding academies." Yep...Adam was a pro at being the new guy, but he was hoping that that trend would end here. If he could come to the same school for more than a year, it would be quite an accomplishment. Although given the situation with his family, he imagined he would be staying here.
"Nice to meet you Chandler." Adam didn't recognize him from Gryffindor, so he assumed he was in a different house, but Adam wasn't sure how to ask without seeming rude or nosey. So instead Adam went with the more casual conversation topic. "So what's your favorite place at Hogwarts? I haven't gotten around to seeing everything, since there's a lot, but I'm always up for suggestions on where to head to next."

Aww. "He's a pretty colour" she smiled as she looked in the general direction he had disappeared in. Rather unusual and vibrant, something Gwen's Ma would have absolutely loved. Everything was colourful around her, clothing, the way the house was decorated, it bought in a friendly atmosphere in the Commune which was most definitely welcome. "Yes. I have a kitten called Honesty, I didn't think it would be wise to bring home something exotic into a muggle community" Might scare off some of the children though. And anyway, she thought everyone was supposed to have a magical pet, wasn't it on the supplies list? A toad, cat or a rat? Something like that anyway.
The view under the lake was pretty impressive but it didn't have that warm and cosy atmosphere Gwenyth was longing for. "Not really. My brothers were up in the towers, where they spoke of it being homely, I don't find under the lake homely at all. Don't you find it rather dark and seemingly dingy?" she asked. Maybe she was the only one. Maybe she was so used to her household that the Common Room appeared to be the complete opposite.
Aurora smiled, "He is beautiful, he's called Salvatore." she said. She loved lizards, and snakes, and cats, and owls and... everything but dogs really. Though Merlin was the most beautiful creature on the planet... but he was an arctic wolf... not a dog. And maybe she liked him because she didn't live with him...
"Honesty? Cool name. Shame about the colour thing though, you could have turned her blue or something!" Aurora remarked, remembering when Silvius had been green for a week. "I love cats. My uncle has this beautiful grey one called Tibby, she's so smooth and sleek... Uncle Rufin kind of collects animals..."
"Not at all!" How was the common room dingy..?! "I love it. It's always warm and there's always comfy sofa's and... well I guess it's kinda like a bigger version of the kids living room at home." Except at home they didn't have a lake!
Caroline had finished her classes for the rest of the day and wanted to head outside for a while. since the weather was decent. Plus she wondered if there was any new additions to the grounds over the summer. The past few years there had always been some fun addition to the grounds, one year the tree house, another year a playing field, and the return of the tree house. She wondered around for serveral minutes. Right in front of her there was a gazebo. Mmmm this seem like a nice place to sat down, relax and do homework away from the common room and library. Both places that were to crowded to think, to even try homework. Even the Libray was crowded.
It was a pretty nice place actually minus the plants. Caroline wasn't a big fan of plants, flowers were okay though, espeically if she got them as a gift. That makes it even better. It was warm today probably the warmest it would get before the end of term would be ending. That was something she really did want to think about, it was too early in the term to be sad about it coming to an end. It was her seventh year and Merlin she wasd going to make it the best year.....ever. She flopped down on one of the chairs, Slid her shoes off, and strenched out on the chair. Time to relax, or try to anyway.

Carter walked the grounds immersed in a small book. What was in the book that caused the young Gryffindor's intense interest?
It was a book of Quiddich plays and strategies that he'd been working on.
He knew a lot of his players would be small and he planned on using that to their advantage.
He suddenly looked up.
"Where am I?" he wondered out loud. He must have gotten turned around during his wanderings. Apparently... he was capable of being completely involved with a book. Involved enough to not realize where he was going.
He had no idea.
He was practically a Ravenclaw!

But she didn't look all that much older than herself, and she definitely wasn't younger. "What year are you in?" she asked softly, evaluating her expression momentarily as though this would answer the question before Vashti herself could. "Sixth? Seventh even?"
Alfie wasn't all that surprised that she hadn't met Vashti before this point, she hadn't exactly been all that social the year before. That was mostly due to Alfie's quiet nature, she didn't often go out of her way to make that many friends. But she was glad she had gotten the chance to speak with Vashti, she seemed like a really nice person.
Ah, so she was a fifth year. Which only meant... "Looking forward to the OWLs?" Yeah, she could never resist asking that of any fifth year she met. Vashti was curious to know whether anyone else was freaking out over them as much as she had the previous year. That way she could try to reassure/encourage them if they were practically dying on the inside at the very thought of taking those exams or try to scare them a bit if they were too confident. Neither extreme was good.
"Sixth year, yes," she answered with a nod.

At the mention of OWLs, Alfie's large blue eyes fell to the ground with a soft chuckle, though her expression clearly showed her hesitation on the matter. She was definitely not looking forward to the OWLs, that was for sure. "I wouldn't say that I'm looking forward to them," she confessed with an amused smile, returning her gaze to the girl at her side. As she confirmed that she was a sixth year, the blonde couldn't help but be a bit relieved that she had already experienced the tests that would inevitably come at the end of this school year for Alfie. She knew a few sixth and seventh years, but it was nice that the girl she'd just met also had some experience in the matter.
"Are they really difficult?" she asked with a bit of hesitance in her soft voice. She wasn't looking forward to all of the studying she knew was coming up in her fifth year, but mostly, she was afraid of receiving poor marks.

Taryn sighed sadly. "I don't know, but doesn't everything eat something?" She made sad eyes at Vivian. If only the little pygmy puff could talk to her, and TELL her what she wanted to eat! Taryn felt like a bad momma, not feeding her little baby.
She glanced at the turtle out of the corner of her eye, and patted his head lovingly, "You're looking better and better, Bruce."
Auggie's eyebrows creased in the middle of his forehead as he wracked his brain for anything he may have read on Pygmy Puffs in any of his textbooks. Nope, he couldn't recall anything at all. "Well if you are worried perhaps you could find the Care of Magical Creatures professor, isn't their cabin out here on the Grounds somewhere?" He had no idea but that sounded likely.
"He is!" August petted his turtle's scaley head and then tickled Taryn's Puff with his forefinger. "She's cute."

The warm sun was beaming down on Caroline throught the glass roof. It was making it hard for stay awake. She had now moved from sitting up to laying down on the chair. She closed her eyes, mostly because she sun was in her eyes. Where were all of those sunglasses she had. Oh yeah in her dorm.
And she wasn't about to go get them. She was much to comfrontable to move.
With her eyes shut it didn't take too long for her to doze off, a bit. With the warm sun, and a comfrontable place to lay who wouldn't have dozed off. She must have been asleep for a good bit, and it must have been a deep sleep because she didn't hear someone talking into the gazebo. But the voice woke her up with a jump."Arghhhh!" She jumpped so bad that she had jumpped off the chair into she floor. "Huh?" The voice sounded familiar, the fact that she was sleep didn't help. It all sounded like a someone muttering., but she was to distracted at the moment to think who the voice belonged to. Her bum hurt. "I think they call it a gazebo." Standing up, she rubbed her lower back. 'Ouch' That was going to leave a mark.
She looked over to see who in the name of Merlin had woken her up. She blinked a couple of times. "C..Carter?! She really wasn't sure how she felt about his presence. But the first thing that came into her mind was that she was now with someone else, suddenly she wished she wasn't. Was she okay? And then her letter, which she still had no idea where it was.

Vashti couldn't help but smile a little at Alfie's answer. Of course she wouldn't be looking forward to the OWLs - who would, really? Not even a Ravenclaw could really "look forward" to those exams. When they basically decided your future and what classes you could take and what jobs you could apply for - well, who really looked forward to that? It was a lot of pressure. Too much, in Vashti's opinion. But she'd gotten through it and so had thousands of other students before her, so she supposed it wasn't that bad. Not when you had completed them, anyway.
So were they difficult? "I'd say they are only if you don't study at all," she answered after a few moments of thought. "So long as you study pretty consistently and pay attention in class and practice, you'll be fine." She nodded.

Faina saw her brother reading a book. "Fallon!" She called out.
"Hey! What's up?" Fallon asked Faina. Fallon always knew how to read Faina. They were twins after all. "Oh you know, being over dramatic and stuff." Faina said, looking down and feeling ashamed. "You remember that, um, one baby thing?" Faina asked, tears quickly filled her eyes at the memory.
"Yeah why?" Fallon knew it was a touchy subject for her. "Well something just reminded me of that and I over reacted." She said, feeling even more ashamed. She sat down next to Fallon, she stopped him before he could let his next question out, "I don't wanna talk about it." They lapsed into a comfortable silence.

"FAI!" Mickey yelled out into the rain. She needed to find her, before she did something stupid. Thunder cracked and she was scared, but finding her was her first and for most priority. "Fai! Are you here?" Mickey called hoping to god that she was. She may have braved the storm, but she definitly didn't want to stick around. She felt her eyes prickle. Ten seconds... Ten miles away she thought as she heard the threatning growl of thunder.

Alfie listened to Vashti's opinion of the tests' level of difficulty with attentive blue eyes, obviously interested in hearing what the older girl had to say. At hearing that the tests were only truly difficult if you didn't study at all, the little blonde Ravenclaw let out a soft sigh of relief. She gave a nod as the girl at her side assured her that she'd be fine if she studied, paid attention in class, and practiced, all things that Alfie had already been preparing for. She knew that she needed to pay attention and study often, but she was glad to hear that there wasn't anything she couldn't prepare for over the next year.
"Thanks," Alfie said with a genuine smile, the relief evident on her face. "I'm glad I got to talk to you today, I've been a bit curious about the OWLs, actually," she mentioned with a bit of a shrug, absentmindedly tucking more of her long light blonde hair behind her ear. "So, other than OWLs talk, what else do you do around school? Quidditch?"
Penny wandered down to the lake, she had something on her mind and she needed to think it through before any decisions could be made..
She loved it down here, the lake shimmering in the sunlight, Penny made her way over to a bench on the edge of the lake, she sat down and watched the Giant Squid sunbathing......
Furmgoat's wings flapped erratically as he made his way around the lake. A letter was tied to his leg, meant for one of the Hogwarts' students if he ever made it to them. He was hungry having flown the entire trip without making any stops or detours for food. The students would have treats for him though.
If not he'd poo on them.
Keeping away from the squid's tentacles, he veered away from the lake and made his way over to the girl person, landing beside her on the bench with a soft hoot. With a little hop he moved closer to her and held out the leg the letter was tied to.
Staaaaaare.

Pennt was sat day-dreaming when an Owl landed beside her on the bench... looking at it as it gave a soft hoot and held out his leg - there was a letter attached to it..
Penny was confused because the only people that sent her owl post were her parents and sister..... Swiftly taking the letter from the owl, penny noticed the poor owl looked a little tired...
Lifting a small package from her bag, she opened it and fed the owl some owl treats, which he ate quickly, she also allowed him to sip from her bottle of juice....While the owl was eating and drinking she opened the letter..
Reading it through quickly, she jumped for joy - At last she was going to go to the Ministry...
Giving the owl a grateful pat, she lifted her bag off the ground and went straight back up to the castle.... Excited and nervous..... very nervous !!

'Ooh, you'll remember me when the west wind moves among the fields of barley.. you can tell the sun in its jelous sky when we walked in fields of gold..'
Stepping onto the Gazebo Thea smiled. Settling herself down onto a seat, she crossed her legs. Leaning down she put her bag on the floor next to her feet. Rubbing her eyes, the little lion nibbled her bottom lip. It wasn't like Thea to be.. on her own. And it wasn't good. It wasn't good for Thea to be alone. Wrapping her arms around herself, she blew out. Before her, afew leaves fluttered down from the nearby trees and they wavered as her breath hit them.
Carrying on humming her tune, she rested her head onto her knees. Furiously she wiped away a stray tear. Grr! What was wrong with her?
When we walked in fields of gold..

No treats?
Furmy hotted pitifully as he watched the girl leave, giving him nothing but a pat on the head. That was all he got after his long trip? Spreading his wings, he hopped off the bench and flew off. He would just find his own treats.

"Awesome sauce." Standing back, positively beaming at his fist pump, the Ravenclaw prefect sat herself back down copying his example and putting up her feet as she put her brain to work.
Picking up where he trailed off , the petite girl nodded. "...would be cheating." Yeah, and while it would ideally be the perfect plan, her moral conscious would never let it go. "But perhaps we can have weekly study sessions in the common room? I mean, we need to study anyway," They were Ravenclaws after all and he most likely wanted to do well on his NEWTs."Maybe it would benefit everyone if we did it together."
Face scrunching up in thought, she tapped the sides of her shoes together the laces bouncing with each tap. "And we usually find out a week before hand what the topic of the next lesson is," The bulletin board usually helped with that. "Maybe we could read on it a bit and tell them the main points before class so they can be prepared to answer."
Theodore quickly embraced his fellow prefect in a happy hug. The Ravenclaws could really do it this year. They would do it this year. They had to break their losing streak! Their mission was official: get rich points or die tryin'.
Chuckling at Ivory's comment about their sauciness being awesomeness, a phrase that he would have expected only to hear from his more goofier companions, he rubbed his hands together and craned his neck back, glancing up at the weak sunlight that shone on the gazebo as he considered her suggestions. Think, think, think Theo! Scrunching up his face with concentration, the gears of his mind began to spin rapidly. What would be a foolproof plan that would lead their noble house to victory this year? "Study sessions would be good..." Although Ellie would murder him if he missed out on quidditch for studying. It was a truly a wonder that she was in Ravenclaw: she possessed the intelligence, but as for the drive to work hard in academics? Nope. "Why don't you say we take on a few students? I mean, after we start these sessions and put up adverts on the common room notice board, I think a enthusiastic fifth and sixth year helpers would be great." Because taking on the entirety of Ravenclaw house wasn't prudent with only 2 prefects leading the group meetings.

Grinning enthusiastically, Ivory nodded. "That's a great idea." Shaking her head ruefully, she shrugged her slim shoulders. "Gosh, you're right it would've been hectic up the wazoo to try to do it on our own. And I'm sure there's quite a few upperclassmen that would agree to helping." Already beginning to compile a mental list, she went on. " I was also thinking maybe as a prelude to advertising, or as a way to, that we could have a Ravenclaw mixer of sorts, a meet and greet..."
Trying to formulate her thoughts into words, she crossed her legs femininely and bounced her knee. "Maybe explain the plan of victory for the term and ask for volunteers-OOOOoooooooooh." Her large brown eyes wide and animated, she snapped her fingers. "I got it!!!How about a Big sib/Little sib program of sorts?" Oh the possibilities. "We could ask for volunteers, 5th, 6th, and 7th years to partner up with a younger student."
Her smile turned sheepish as she met his eyes. Perhaps she was getting a little carried away.

Quidditch?"
Vashti smiled at Alfie's thanks and was glad to see that the fifth year appeared more relaxed now. "Any time," she replied; then, grinning, she added, "I'd be happy to help you study too if you ever need it." And answer more questions and all that. Studying was lots more fun with a partner or in a group, in her opinion. She'd studied mostly on her own last year, and it hadn't been all that enjoyable. It was worth it in the end, of course, but she wouldn't have minded having fun with it as well.
She totally didn't mind dropping the OWL subject for Quidditch though. Quidditch was always better than exams. "Oh yeah, I love Quidditch!" she said, beaming. "I'm trying out for the house team again this year." As always. "How about you? Do you play?"

That was actually very nice of her, considering they'd just met and she certainly didn't have to be this kind. And Alfie appreciated the help. As the conversation turned to Quidditch and Vashti immediately perked up, the blonde at her side couldn't help but let out a soft chuckle.
"How many years have you been on the house team?" Alfie asked curiously as Vashti explained that she was trying out for the team again this year. As she asked if she herself played, Alfie shook her head with an amused smile and a shrug, "I used to play a bit," she admitted, though it was obvious that the sport wasn't as exciting to her as it was to Vashti and many other students. "My dad's a huge Quidditch fan, and I used to play a lot more at my old school because I liked it a lot too, and I still do. But I sort of lost interest in playing the past couple of years."

This walk is becoming really inappropriate for the talk. "How do you say nervous breakdown? What is it? Did she had a trauma?" Everything confuses Erin now. She wanted to know her more. There is something pulling Erin who's forcing her to go deep down Beezus' life. "I have a sister. Her name's Christina. How 'bout you?" she asked. It was really nice to have a chat with her. They don't just focus on one's past or experiences. They take turns on knowing each other.
Oooh! Erin could see the Gazebo now. Finally, better place to discuss things.
OOC: Just start from there.
After their seemingly long walk, they reached the Gazebo. There were benches so she suggested they take a seat, "Let's sit down first shall we ?" Gesturing a vacant bench beside a wonderful flowering plant. The Gazebo was a very wonderful place, not to many students were there so it wasn't very noisy. Some were even practicing some dance moves, adding a nice sight to the viewers.
"Likely. She got traumatized with losing two family members. I have only one sibling you see and she died a year ago." she told her. So she was really opening up now. But she wasn't sure she can't stop her emotions for she was remembering Bambi, her little sister. "And it was all my fault why she died." Beezus added.

"Oh yeah," she followed Beezus towards the benches which gives the best view of the Gazebo. "I never thought it was nice in here." Truly, a best place to talk but not for studying. Erin prefers seeing green things when studying.
When she turned her attention towards Beezus, she was sad, really sad. And then she started talking about her Mum and her sister. "Beezus, I'm so sorry for that," she's not really used to this consoling thingy. She just doesn't know what to do. Then without thinking, she placed her right hand over her shoulder then patted it. "Why do you say it's your fault?" Now, she is darker than Erin thought, or least her life.
