Aurora entered the room and pulled out a chair feeling pretty much elated. That had been the first time she'd ever won points for out of class work and, seeing as nobody else was trying to win back the points they'd lost, she was incredibly proud of it. She had an hour, maybe, before the meeting began but she'd planned on this so that she could start writing home; something she'd neglected to do so far.

Aurora looked up, "Oh, hey Kimalia. No, I have no idea... I assume it's about the point losses." she raised an eyebrow at Kimalia. Though she had earned back the points she had lost. Aurora was currently top earner for the school... at five points. But she still wanted everyone else in Slytherin to at least try to win!

It wasn't terribly hard to get everything set up and ready for the meeting, especially on a Saturday morning which was surprising considering she so wasn't a morning person at all. Sure, the house elves practically kicked all the students out from the kitchens but come on. She and Salander were Head Boy and Girl! Can't kick them out of anywhere! Besides, the elves were the ones that did all the work, so this had got to be the easiest set up she'd ever done.
However, the topics she wanted to cover today were a bit harder to outline so she didn't sound like she was just ranting about them. Poor Salander had gotten stuck listening to her do that already. Walking over and sitting down in one of the seats in the study area, Evelyn eyed the red-headed girl, known as Miss Stubborn to her, and Kimalia who were already there as all the house elves brought down the eating utensils, food, and refreshments, setting them on every table and making everything look rather neat and perfect. Perhaps they had gone a little overboard on the food since it looked like a feast itself, but Evelyn was rather pleased with the outcome. Even if some of the things laid out would get nowhere near her plate.
Each table had a set of cleansilver utensils for the students to use. There would be no dirty silverware or plates at this meeting if Evelyn had anything to say about it. Matching tea sets were also placed on every table for those who preferred tea as their choice of drink. Before long, the tables were covered with a colorful arrangement of food, ranging from sweet to savory. Not to mention the drinks were rather eye catching.
Water jugs were scattered around the tables, filled with pumpkin juice and different flavors of milkshakes to choose from. Plates stacked high with sandwiches from turkey to ham and everything in between seemed to be the most prominant dish at the tables. Stacks of meats and cheeses as well as the more healthy options such as fruits and vegetables were placed conveniently in reach for each seat, while noticeable fondue sets were placed nearby for those who wish to dip their vegetables and fruits in either a cheese or chocolate dip. In the middle of the tables were a large bowl of salad for those that liked to have their leafy greens every now and then, along with a variety of dressings to choose from.
Of course, there were also the sweet dishes laid around here and there that seemed to have a rather Slytherin color theme to them. Green vanilla and chocolate cupcakes were stacked in an interesting spiral on the tables. She smiled at Kimalia, "D'you reckon any of it's poisoned?" she asked, gesturing to the food and grinning a little. "To punish us for being bad little snakes." Not that she was a bad snake. Aurora was still TOP EARNER. Yeah, she was very proud of that.

Corey gravitated to the tables and set himself up right by a big ol' plate of sandwiches. AND MEAT! THERE WAS A PLATTER OF MEAT! He tugged that closer too and just sat there, nose as close to the food as possible, just breathing it in.

Other people were talking soo.. seeing Raven she sat down happily next to her, "Hey Raven, doesn't this look good?" she said gesturing to all the food. Desiree hadn't had breakfast yet and those sandwhiches looked really tempting..

Sky walked to the study tables feeling a little anxious. People didn't just call for a meeting for no reason. Ooh, were those cupcakes?! Better wait until everybody's here, she thought, taking a seat. But dang those things look tempting!

Yep, it had to definitely be the house points, though Kimalia did get what she lost back.. Kimalia nearly snorted at the idea, "Probably, I think the stuff that the firsties touch are, since us older snakes are getting the points back." Kimalia couldn't help but stare at all the food, it was nearing lunch time. "Well, it's nice to see the elves aren't slacking here, I kept hearing about them being on strike during the feast." Kimalia will never forget that awful taste of tainted water she had taken a drink of, and was thankful she didn't get sick from it.

loosening the Slytherin tie that was around his neck, Daichi entered the Common Room for the meeting he had read on the notice board. He looked around trying to find where the study tables were because he hadn't used them last year..heh... and found the Head girl and boy sitting by a very nice decorated food table. His mouth started to water when he saw all the delicious kinds of food and as if he was being pulled by an invisible rope he walked towards them.
"Hello" he greeted the two Head boy and girl first because after all, they had planned this meeting. And then looked over seeing Aurora and Kimalia already seated on a chair and smiled at them.
Walking over to one of the empty chairs, he too sat down and placed his hands on his lap. But eyeing the food with hunger. His stomach even started to growl but upon seeing the CLEAN utensils in front of him and similiar ones at each place he figured that it would be rude to stuff his face before anyone else had the chance and come. Daichi leaned back in his chair as he looked away from the food. It just looked sooooo delicious and he tried to ignore his inner devil saying 'take it! just eat it!'

Jonathan was still in his robes. He came as soon as he read the parchment that was given to him by the head boy, Salander. This was a first to Jonathan. He never get to be in a Slytherin meeting ever since he came here. Odd. So why now?
He went inside the study tables and was at awe to what he saw? Did Evelyn and Salander did all of this for the meeting? Or--- Wow... Just incredible. Everything just looked sumptuous. He took a seat on one of the chairs. He looked at the two Slytherin prefects and nodded his head to both.
As tempting as it is to just get the food, the biggest question was: Why were they called for a meeting? Jonathan has a hunch that it could be the fact that Slytherin has lost quite a few points in less than a week in school. Not a good sign. Clearly, Jonathan was really mad about the whole not coming to class on-time. Especially those first years who decides to sleep more and then come to Charms class late. And SOME just have attitude problems.
Okay, so maybe they all have attitude problems but seriously, they could do better than to keep it until they're out of the classroom. Pfffttt...
But that's just Jonathan's theory. The food may look good but Evelyn and Salander doesn't look as happy.
She smells milkshake... Caramel milkshake to be precise. And tea too. Come to think of it, she does smell meats. Following where the smells came from, Aiden ends up at the study tables in the common room. In front of her is tables full of many tasty looking foods and drinks.
Taking her seat at one of the tables nearest to the food, she fixes her eyes on them. Where in Hogwarts are the rest? Please be hurry so we couuld move on to the fest...
Ariana reached the slytherin Study tables and was amazed on all the work the head boy, girl & the house elves did. everything looked STUNNING so to say. Ariana didn't know anyone there so she just took a seat at an empty table. after all Ariana Loved to be alone, she had already had too much "friend time" for her liking.

Sierra reached the top step of the staircase that led from the girls' dormitory and then gave the room a good look around. Dear Merlin! A person could feast here just once and then get banished to a desert for months and still be able to survive. They should have Slytherin House Meetings more often...
...though, she guessed this might have something to do with their current standings in the house points race. If her part in those negatives was brought up, though, she was fully prepared to point the blame in the direction of Tori Bunbury. It had been, after all, her fault. She yawned as she slid into a chair at one of the tables. Could they eat now? This looked way better than what she guessed the Great Hall would have.

Suddenly Desiree sat beside next to Raven. "Hey Desiree." greeted Raven. "Maybe I can say that this meeting is look like a private feast for Slytherin." whispered her. The food looked nice and yummy. Maybe Raven could take some.
"By the way." she asked to Desiree with low voice. "Where are Zhenya, Lana, Eris, Maddy and other first years? Just hope they will be here, too."
Lysandra started to head to the Slytherin study tables as soon as she recieved word. She's never been to a house meeting, even though it was her second year. She shrugged. When she entered the room, she could smell the aroma of food and. . . . tea? She loved tea. When she looked around the room, people had already started to arrive, there was the food. Sitting on tables. She felt her stomach growl and she furrowed her brows. Ignoring it, she took a seat and waited for more people to show. Hopefully, some of the people she knew would come.

Daichi shrugged his shoulders as he rubbed his eyes, and also tried not to look at the food as he looked at Aurora. "I'm fine, had a little headache at Herbology" These headaches just came and then went away. And it was always when his vision gotten blurier but he ignored that. He didn't need glasses. Psh! Kimalia made a point to smile back at Daichi and Sierra when she saw them walk in... Though she definitely didn't miss the hidden meaning in Aurora's comment. Kimalia mocked an appalled face before giggling. "Hey now, I earned my zero points fair and square." And Aurora nearly dyed someone green? Kimalia had a hard time picturing whether she meant the Ravenclaw's robes or whole body too. Meanwhile, she was definitely getting hungry, and crossed her right leg over her left to distract herself.

It seemed once they had everything settled down, the smell of all the food may have woken everyone up. Merlin only knew that she was actually becoming a bit hungry from the sight.
Nodding with a small smile at everyone who was being seated, and thankfully NOT eating as of yet, her gaze landed on a certain red-head as her gaze hardened just a bit. Hmph.

"The only poison here is your words suggesting that the food has been tampered with." she said, leaning back against her seat and crossing her arms. Poison the Slytherin house?
While that would be a sneaky and terribly evil thing to do, even Evelyn wouldn't have done such a thing.

Sky wished the other Slytherins would hurry. She'd skipped breakfast, so the sight and smell of food was making her mouth water. She knew it hadn't been poisoned, this was a school not a soap opera! She shook her head at the thought. Though there did seem to be some kind of tension between the girl who originally suggested the idea and the head girl so…
Peeking in, Ashley figured it would be worse to try and sneak in somewhere than to just enter quietly. Was he late? That wasn't something he wanted to start, having done a good job of being on time for things so far. Nothing seemed to be happening yet, though, so he just found somewhere to sit, noticing belatedly all of the food. Was a party going on? Somehow, he figured that was not the case.

Strolling into the area where the study table were, still wearing the fake moustache she had conjured by the suits of armor, Destiny couldn't help her eyes from roaming over all the tables. There was so much food. So, so, so much food. And some of that food was chocolate. She didn't know why Evelyn would even allow it, but she would never ask.
This was one of those once in a lifetime things, and no one ever questioned them.
Although, Destiny had a feeling Salander was behind that decision. Yup, he had finally felt bad that he had almost DROWN her in Diagon Alley, and this was his way of apologizing. Well, Salander, you are forgiven.
Taking a seat, closest to her best friend of course, Destiny stroked at her fake moustache as she eyed up the chocolate fondue. What would happen if she dipped the moustache in it, and then put it back on her face? Would that be allowed?
"Evelynnnnnn..." She was hungryyyyyy.
