"Yeah congrats. Yes we can, Erin is over there with some other friends she said she will meet us in the common room" Harvey says to Annabeth "Isn't it great to finally be here?"

"Ok then," Annabeth said to Harvey, "It's amazing! And HUGE!" she said pretending to faint, she got up again, "So how do you feel being a Ravenclaw? I thought that I would end up not being in a house and they would send me home!" she told him.

Feeling more cheerful and better than ever, Beezus walked slowly to the Ravenclaw House Table. Telling herself that she would do all she can to be great in her House. No misconduct as of now.

Upon arriving at the table, she took a seat amongst her Ravenclaw family. Yes, this was her family. A place she belongs. She looked up and saw the wonderful starry sky above her. No ceiling ? she wondered. There were a lot of beautiful and magical ornaments around the Hall. And golden plates on the table without anything in them. She knew that they were charmed and that they would later receive food after the ceremony. But she was hungry.

"Yes it is huge" Harvey says looking up and around the Great hall "It feels good at least I am not in Slytherin, any house but Slytherin suits me just fine. No I think that once they send you a letter and you have a place here, they will put you into a house"





"Hi my name is Harvey" Harvey said introducing himself to a girl who sat just off across him "What is yours?"

Rachel came in and sat next to Luna, "Hello!" she said, "Sorry, I'm late! What have I missed?" she asked,

Jezabel smiled nervously. She seemed to be nervous a lot these days - hopefully it would wear off as she settled into Hogwarts. She sat down at the Ravenclaw table next to a cheerful-looking first year girl.
She was really bad at making friends - socially backwards, her brother had called it. Which translated as 'much rather be reading a book', which seemed to put people off. Well, gotta start somewhere. She smiled, trying to make it not look like a grimace of nerves.
"Hi. I'm Jezabel. Mind if I sit here?"

"It's nice to meet you Harvey, I'm Scott Rowe." Scott replied, polite as ever, and shook the boys hand.

"I'm so glad to be in Ravenclaw" He said, his relief showing.


"Beatrice! It's good to see you." Scott replied and then remembered "Sorry about the incident in Diagon Alley, I was in a rush you see." He smiled.

"Nice to meet you too Scott, this is Annabeth" Harvey said pointing at the girl sat next to him "Yeah so am I"

Fee made her way to the Ravenclaw table.The train ride had gone by sooo fast but still the blonde was hungry.Maybe she would find some of her friends on here?!Or even her boyfriend?Enjoying some good meal with nice company was always way better than doing it alone.

As the Slytherin let her eyes wander the Ravenclaw table she smiled as a girl with auburn hair came in to sight.Noooow that was really nice.Approaching the seat the Ravenclaw was sitting on the girl was amused by the fact that for once her heels didnt make any sound on the ground.Well she wasnt wearing any...."Heeyy Vashti",she smiled happily as she plopped down next to her friend.

"Hello Annabeth" Scott replied politely but awkwardly.
Oh god, another girl, Scott tensed up feeling a bit embarrassed, this always happened when he met a girl.
He decided to be as friendly as possible and smiled warmly at her.

Jezabel stared around. Everyone seemed to know one another from the train, and were talking as though they were all already best friends. She cursed under her breath - this was what happens if you're antisocial, Jezabel!
She thought about how to strike up conversation. Step 1 - say hello. She'd sort-of done that. Step 2 - talk about something interesting. But what was interesting to Jezabel - ie, wandlore, magical creatures and books - were probably not what every other teenager liked.
Jezabel started getting really nervous. Books were easier to connect with - you just opened them and read. Not conversation required!
She wished she could open these people's head and read them like books.

Harvey noticed a nervous girl sat down about 1 person to his left so he decided to introduce himself wondering why he was introducing himself to mostly girls

"Hi my name is Harvey" he says stretching out his arm from behind a student sitting next to him "What's yours?"

"I'm glad about that!" Annabeth said smiling, she looked up at the enchanted ceiling.

"Hello Scott, Lovely to meet you!" Annabeth said, she smiled at him, she was glad that she had lots of friends.

"Well you must be hungry now, right Annabeth?" Harvey asks chuckling "How's hungry Percy, off in the owlery? That is where my owl is I guess" he says looking up at the enchanted ceiling as if to see where his owl would be

Jezabel stared at his hand for a moment. This was new. Someone was actually friendly enough to introduce themselves!
"Take the hand, dummy!" shrieked a voice inside Jezabel's head.
Jezabel all but grabbed Harvey's hand. "I'm Jezabel." She smiled - her first real smile in what felt like hours.
"Say something else," coaxed the voice in her head.
"Um ... nice robes?" she tried.
She was going to have to work on those conversation skills.

"It's nice to meet you too, Annabeth." He smiled back.
He wanted to eat. He didn't want to seem like a pig, but he was very hungry.

"So what classes are you guys most looking forward to?

"Hello, I'm Scott Rowe. What's your name?" Scott asked, hoping not to sound too rude.

Beezus smiled at the student next to her, "Hello, I'm Beatrice .. but you can call me Beezus." she said , offering her hand.

She was having friends now .. how cool is that ?

Not long after seating down, a girl approached Beatrice, she looked rather shy .. " Hello Jezabel ! I'm Beezus and the seat's all yours." she answered. There were a lot of them getting sorted to Ravenclaw now and she thinks that she can be a friend to many of them.

Someone calling her ? She turned around to see a very familiar face, "Scott ! It's you !" she beamed, hugging him. Uh .. awkwardness.. She was just happy to see her friend in the same house as her. She quickly let go and smiled, "You know, you really don't have to mind about the Diagon Alley incident.. I don't mind. But it's very great to have you in the same house."

Katrina ran to the Ravenclaw table to say hello to her friend Beatrice.

"Hey Bea," she said. "It's nice to see you liking Ravenclaw. They are pretty intelligent."

And Katrina saw the food appearing on the table.
"Holy cricket," she said. "Got to go. See ya soon!"

She was glad someone else disliked the Huffles as much as she...she had no reason or right to dislike that House, but was only judging them off what her father had told her for years.

Ew...there was old food on the utensils, too! She had to put her hand over her mouth. She almost called Krosby in to clean all this stuff! Her little house elf would be very horrified as well!

She looked at the tube of liquid that Gaby was offering to her, her eyebrows raised. What...?

"What is that? 'Hand santernizer?'" she asked, butchering the name in the process. Her family was very old, and had very old-fashioned ways. She had never heard of this...hand stuff. Probably some weird muggle concoction!

Elliot, out of the corner of her eye, saw a familiar face sit down at the Claw table...Daniel!

"Daniel!" she called out to him, sending him a smirk. She had never gotten to finish talking to him, his stupid cousin had ruined it! "We're in the same house!" she said excitedly, realizing that two of the four people she had met over the holidays were in her house so far! Gah! How exciting! "Not that I'm happy about it..."

[COLOR="ROYAL BLUE"] Danielle smiled as she took a sit, but when she noticed she didn't knew anyone from there the smile transformed into a frown. Why did Josephine, Joseph and even Maxwell had to be in gryffindor? Why didn't she knew anyone from ravenclaw?. She took a big breath and smiled again, today was the time to make some friends. It was more difficult than she thought because anyone she was about to talk to was already talking with someone else and she couldn't disturve the convensation. She made a sigh, before staring at the gryffindor table, were her friends were.

Lily sat down and waved nervously to her surrounding classmates.

"I'm Lily" she said quietly, "nice to meet you all."

She felt too nervous to eat, so just sat there, sipping her goblet of water.

Jezabel smiled. Wow, this 'making friends' business was proving to be easier than she'd imagined!
"My name's Jezabel Black," she replied. "I can't believe I'm really at Hogwarts! I was really hoping to be in Ravenclaw house! My brother Keegan said if the Hat didn't put me in here it would be scandal, what with my reading habit and all-" She suddenly stopped, feeling very self-concious. "Sorry, I didn't mean to go off on a tangent like that."
Well done, ace. You get yourself out of one hole, and then dig yourself a new one.

Scott hugged her back, delighted that she even remembered him after their short conversation.

That was a quick withdrawal. Oh well, he smiled back.

"Likewise, I'm thrilled to be in Ravenclaw" He smiled warmly.

"That's a lovely name" Scott said, hoping not to sound like he was thinking something. "Not a problem!" he said politely "That's interesting, I like hearing about other peoples backgrounds."
He paused seeing she wasn't very used to social situations, and then asked to the small group "So, what lessons are you all looking forward to?"

Jezabel relaxed somewhat. Beezus seemed nice, and so did most of these people. She was suddenly very glad she'd been Sorted into Ravenclaw.

"Nice to meet you Jezabel" Harvey smiled "Why thank you, same to you" Harvey said perplexed at the comment "So how does it feel to be in Ravenclaw" he asked her





"Hi Beezus" Harvey says taking her hand and shaking it, he wanted to keep his mouth shut but he couldn't help it just came out "That's a funny name Beezus, how did you come up with that?" He then clapped his hands to his mouth before anything else decided to come out.
