As you enter the Muggle Studies classroom, you instantly notice that it has been changed to match the lesson again. The room seems to go on forever and each wall is covered by mirrors. The floor is a hardwood floor and there are chairs lining the west and east walls. In the distance, you can hear a variety of Muggle songs playing. They all have a great rhythm that make you want to jump up and dance.
From the ceiling is hanging a mirrored ball, also known as a Disco Ball. There are also a variety of lights and laser machines hanging around the room. The lights are just dimmed slightly.
In the middle of the room on the East side, there is a break in the chairs and there is a table covered with Muggle refreshments. This time there are no cokes or sodas. This time there are bottles of water and Gatorade and a huge punch bowl full of a pink punch. The bowl has been charmed to instantly refill itself when it gets low. The water and Gatorade are iced down and have been charmed to refill as well. There is also a cake in the shape of a musical note but it is encased in a safety charm to insure that no one touches it until the time has come.
In the middle of the room on the West side, there is a break in the chairs where a dry erase board sits. On the board, the professor has left the following note:

Welcome to our second Muggle Studies Lesson!!!
Please come in and have a seat in one of the chairs lining the walls! Also don't forget to grab a drink from the refreshment table. Trust me you are going to need it....
Class will begin shortly!

Please come in and have a seat. You may chat but keep it to a minimum. Remember that when class starts, you need to cut out chatting. Also don't post yourself coming in late, Gemma hates late arrivals and will not give you a warning, she will deduct points from the first time you are late.

He saw all of the chairs up against the wall, and the center of the room cleared out. Ah, we're dancing today! he thought. Then he saw the board. "Wow, I'm thick..." he said to himself, before carefully choosing a seat that had at least one open chair on either side. Nate wasn't only academically intelligent...

Ooooh what was THIS class gonna be about?! Tori hurried into Muggle Studies eagerly, grabbing herself some punch and taking a seat on the West side of the room. Fun fun fun, that's what it looked like!
She hoped she'd be able to show off all the awesome dance moves she'd learned in dance class with Mr. Stryker. Heheh.

Louisa went into the classroom, feeling a bit insecure about the theme of the class. "Good day, Professor." Nodding at the teacher as she headed to sit on one of the chairs. She did see the captain of their team with her broom and looking... not very happy. Louisa felt sorry for her but didn't approach, who knew what sporty people did when they were mad.
The girl took a drink bottle and seated on one of the chairs, waiting.
With the embarrassing monster suit on Nessie walked into the muggle studies classroom. Her and Aaron had decided to wear their monster suits to class and as much as Ness really didn't want to fool herself she prefered class to the idea of wearing a monster suit in the great hall. She had chosen to wear the blue monster suit as blue was closer to purple which was her favorite colour.
Trying not to notice the amount of people in the classroom nor trying to attract the Professor Ness looked around at all the decorations for the lesson. The classroom looked it awesome it reminded her of a disco club like the ones muggles used to go to. This was definitely going to be one of Ness's favorite lessons. This place looked outstanding with all its lumo light and all the mirrors and the..disco ball. The disco ball Ness thought was the best feature it was so shiny and pwwetty.
Now where was Aaron. if he wasn't here yet she would start freaking out. It was bad enough she had to dress up with him, nevermind have to dress up alone. Then she spotted him with ...NO monster suit. This wasn't happening. What happened to their deal. "OH EM GEE! Aaron!!! Why aren't you wearing your suit?" she asked him disapointed.
Aaron let out an excited squeal as he saw Nessie enter the classroom and ran over, falling over his feet and over his way too big jeans. But there was a reason for his big jeans. He grinned at her. 'YOU DID IT!' He then lifted his t-shirt, revealing his monster suit. 'Yuuuup, that's right. I was in a rush this morning and just pulled the first clothes I found over them.'

Glenn peered around the door and felt her jaw drop. The room was beautiful! She nervously looked around the room at everyone elses comfy clothes for dancing and frowned at her own.
Glenn walked in and gave a little wave to the professor before going to get some water from the table that had, in the last lesson, held cokes and sweets.
Everyone looked so confident... What were they going to say when they saw her looking like a fish out of water while they danced?
Orr was excited at hearing that in the second Muggle studies they were going to learn about dancing. She absolutely loved to dance and couldn't wait to see how her fellow students who were pure bloods would react to the Muggle style of dancing.
She skipped her way into the classroom and was amazed at the transformation of the classroom into a great dance floor.

Gideon didn't know what it was about all the dance related lessons, not even when they had the two terms with balls taking place that there been much emphasis on it. He had been mulling over going to muggle studies or not but in the end the interest in not skipping a class beat over avoiding what weird situations might develop. Besides, if he remembered correctly, muggle dances didn't always involve partners so at least that was a plus.
As he entered the classroom, Gideon took in the modified room from its mirrored walls to the music coming through from somewhere and almost turned around. Would it be fun or too odd? Finally he convinced himself to stay and moved to take an seat on one of the chairs on the east wall to await class to begin.
A ship in harbor is safe — but that is not what ships are built for.
What is this? Crazy muggle dances? Are you kidding? Why would this silly dance class going to help Victoria with anything except to look stupid? No way she's going to do any dance moves here, especially that on the Notice Board, it said crazy muggle dances.
"Good morning professor." greeted Victoria as she walked into the classroom, with another surprised look on her face. Why is that every Muggle Studies lesson has to have a different room arrangement? And FOOD!!! AND THAT GIANT CAKE! Victoria she could have some of them....NOW!

Weird looks seemed to follow her down the hallway towards the Muggle Studies classroom but she didn't care about that. Why? 'Cause she was HAPPY!
She reached the Muggle Studies room and... stopped.
Dancing? Again?! MEEPP! Despite not having the tiniest drop of dancing juice in her, Kita was still excited. This was Muggle Studies! AND she could dance like crazy and forget about her problems for a while. Now THAT'S what you call a good lesson.
"Good day Professor," she said, smiling at the professor before turning her attention to the room. It had to be here somewhere right? Cerulean usually had one of these tables around. Now, where... where...
SQUEE! Table!
Giggling slightly, Kita skipped over to the table and looked down at the refreshments. Drinks? And OhMyDays, CAKE! Except... the cake had some sort of protective charm over it. ...Did this mean that it wasn't for them? Meh.
She looked away from the cake and helped herself to some of the pink punch instead. Holding her glass tightly, she made her way towards one of the seats and sat down. Alone. Meh.
Now... what to do before class starts.
"Hey there, Kita. Want to join us over here....that is if you don't mind hanging around with us young kiddos," Alyssa called over to Kita.

Grabbing her friend by the hand, Mia began tugging her towards the Muggle Studies classroom. "Come on D, we are gonna rock this class. Heck, we could teach this class." she said as she pulled the Slytherin into the room. If anyone remembered the costume party from a few years ago, would KNOW just how awesome the two of them were at dancing. And not just you're ordinary dances either.

Adam wasn't sure why he was in this class today.He had never been a fan of dancing,an whenever he did at parties,well,he had no rythm or movement to his steps.In fact he downright avoided it if he could,he was,to say,more of a person watcher-he wasn't one to be dancing an showing off in the dance floor.Looking around some more,an not wanting to be picked out by the teacher to dance with Professor,he took a seat in the far back.

Kurumi entered the classroom with notebook tucked under her arm and a pencil behind her left ear. Upon entering the room, her eyes narrowed a bit more. While Kurumi did agree that learning should be fun, she was not impressed by their being a party every single lesson the professor held. Not to mention Kurumi couldn't get past the feeling of thinking that the professor was trying to butter them up.
Yep. That was the story she was sticking to.
Not a big fan of the sports drinks, Kurumi searched the table for some plain old water. Finding a bottle of it, she picked it up and began to walk to the other side of the room...when she saw Gideon. She suddenly felt really awkward, so she pretended to find the punch bowl to be the most fascinating thing in the world.
She turned her attention towards the professor and bowed her head. "Good day, Professor."

But, Destiny being Destiny, became just a little distracted as she made her way to the landing of the first floor, and not caring about blocking the way for the people who were behind her on the staircase, she stopped once she reached the top and tilted her head back to look up at the ceiling. Quite a few questions were running through her head as she just stood there; questions that all involved chocolate. And something about those muggle paper towels.
But, before she could even figure out the answers to all those questions, her hand was being grabbed and she was being tugged down the corridor.
Muggle Studies, she almost forgot!
Uprighting her head, since her neck was beginning to hurt, Destiny glanced at Mia, a grin making it's way onto her face. They were going to dominate the class, for sure. "I swear, if anyone steals our dance moves.." Well, she didn't know what she was going to do. "Hello, Professor!"
And since she didn't smell any type of chocolate in the room, she decided not to go over to the food table.

Why had Carter never known about this class? After 7 years he just figured this was where people went to not understand electricity.
And he knew all about electricity so he never came.
However, he was wrong. Last lesson was on board games and this lesson was on dance moves. Had he been missing lessons like this his whole Hogwarts career?
Well, he planned on making up for that right now.
"Hello Professor." he said walking into the room. He grabbed a Gatorade and then looked for a place to sit.
He spotted Destiny (the person, not the turtle). "Hey Sweets." he greeted. "Do you think we're going to get a chance to do our rain dance?"
Because that was both muggle and crazy. Which was the name of the lesson.

An instant flush appeared on Kurumi's cheeks when Josh winked at her. "N-N-Not exactly," she said with a small shake of the head. Her hands fumbled with the lid of her water bottle as she kind-of-sort-of pretended to open it.
Kurumi knew some dances, but none of them were the sort for this environment. The ones she knew involved fans and kimono.
And...did Josh really have to call her that? She was beginning to hate being a prefect thanks to the conversation she had had with Lexi at the Moving Staircases. Had Kurumi known that being awarded the badge would cause her to lose one of the people she admired the most, she would have sent the owl back to the castle with it still between its talons.

Selina yawned as she walked into the classroom and scratched her head. She still did not understand why Professors thought it necessary to have class before ten o'clock in the morning, even that was early for Selina. She was a firm believer in twelve o'clock classes with snacks in-between and during classes. That was something she could endorse and live with. However, this whole early morning thing simply did not work well with the redheaded Gryffindor.
As she walked into the room her eyes shot open. She smelt food... NOW she remembered why she loved Muggle Studies. She bee-lined straight for the food and as she passed by she waved to her Professor, "Morning ma'am... how are you? That's great..." She was not trying to be rude, but she was hungry.
Then she caught sight of Kurumi and smiled at her. But when she got a better look at Kurumi she noticed that she was purposefully avoiding someone. Her eyes scanned the room until she saw Gideon and put two and two together...oh. Erm, this was now awkward.

Marie was slowly walking to class when she seen Mia dragging Destiny behind her. Well someone was in a hurry to get to class. Following them into the room the first thing she did was grab a bottle of water from the table. "Hello Prof..." She stopped mid greeting when she heard a familiar voice.
Was that Carter... calling someone... Sweets?
Spinning around her eyes about popped out of her head. It WAS! And it wasn't just any someone, it was Destiny. She KNEW it. There WAS something going on between those two. Moving over to them she smirked at the both of them. "I knew it, there is more than just friendship going on between you two."

As she threw herself into vacant seat, Mia snorted at what Destiny had said. No one in their right mind would want to steal THEIR dance moves. They were some of the weirdest moves ever. She hadn't actually repeated that performance since that costume party.
"We'll just have to come up with new ones." she said finishing Destiny's sentence. Because she didn't know about her friend but it was unlikely that she would do anything to anyone who stole her moves.

"Hello Professor." he said walking into the room. He grabbed a Gatorade and then looked for a place to sit.
He spotted Destiny (the person, not the turtle). "Hey Sweets." he greeted. "Do you think we're going to get a chance to do our rain dance?"
Because that was both muggle and crazy. Which was the name of the lesson.

Or perhaps he only had eyes for Destiny? Sweets huh? "You been chugging down that love potion again Carter?" First it was rhyming. Now it was pet names.

Minerva walked into Muggle Studies. She so enjoyed herself at the last class that she couldn't wait for this one to start. The room was so different. Minerva looked around to see where she could sit.

Then looking around and observing the class again, he narrowed his eyes a bit. ''I see the professor wants to make people move some. But would not it be better if she held a class for like...martial arts or sword fighting? Don't you think so?''

Marie sat down next to Mia not waiting for a response from Carter or... Sweets. "Hey Mia. How long you suppose this..." she waved her hand at the two lovebirds "...has been going on?" Marie's guess was every since Carter drank that love potion four summers ago Destiny tackled Carter on the train.
Caroline was a little more excited about this 'dance' lesson for muggle studies than she was for that actual dance class they had a while back. She had just learn so pretty cool muggle dances from her sisters wedding as few weeks ago. The cha cha slide and the cupid shuffle. The dancing at the wedding was the best part of the thing.
She walked on into the classroom where she seen Adam standing there alone she walked up to him and nudged him in the ribs with her elbow. Hopefully he wouldn't push her again she DID NOT want another scene like the one that was in the corridor to the courtyard. "Hey Burn." She wasn't really paying much attention until she heard someone say sweets. "Who has sweets?" And where was Kita, it wasn't like her to miss a muggle studies lesson. And if someone had sweets Kita would want some too. Now who has them?
