As you enter the Muggle Studies classroom, you instantly notice that it has been changed to match the lesson again. The room seems to go on forever and each wall is covered by mirrors. The floor is a hardwood floor and there are chairs lining the west and east walls. In the distance, you can hear a variety of Muggle songs playing. They all have a great rhythm that make you want to jump up and dance.
From the ceiling is hanging a mirrored ball, also known as a Disco Ball. There are also a variety of lights and laser machines hanging around the room. The lights are just dimmed slightly.
In the middle of the room on the East side, there is a break in the chairs and there is a table covered with Muggle refreshments. This time there are no cokes or sodas. This time there are bottles of water and Gatorade and a huge punch bowl full of a pink punch. The bowl has been charmed to instantly refill itself when it gets low. The water and Gatorade are iced down and have been charmed to refill as well. There is also a cake in the shape of a musical note but it is encased in a safety charm to insure that no one touches it until the time has come.
In the middle of the room on the West side, there is a break in the chairs where a dry erase board sits. On the board, the professor has left the following note:

Welcome to our second Muggle Studies Lesson!!!
Please come in and have a seat in one of the chairs lining the walls! Also don't forget to grab a drink from the refreshment table. Trust me you are going to need it....
Class will begin shortly!

Please come in and have a seat. You may chat but keep it to a minimum. Remember that when class starts, you need to cut out chatting. Also don't post yourself coming in late, Gemma hates late arrivals and will not give you a warning, she will deduct points from the first time you are late.

Ira smiled as she looked at themselves in the mirror...Yeah, they were looking good even though they were doing this silly dance! William was a real nice partner!
So his cousin Rex had taught him dancing. Did William just say that Rex taught many girls? Only girls? Maybe he was a flirt! "So, is Rex still in Hogwarts or is he much older?" Ira asked him. "If he has won many competitions he must be a great dancer! And yeah, you know what I think? There should be a dancing competition here at Hogwarts. It would be interesting and fun, don't you think?" Her old muggle school had so many activities and competitions...
For Ira, anything other than studies was fun! Even chicken dancing! "I'm loving Muggle Studies class more and more day by day! It is soo fun to not study anything serious but play games and dance!" Ira exclaimed..
"So shall we do the twirling part now? I mean we hook our elbows and twirl around?" Ira asked as they continued dancing.
" Rex graduated last year, got married and has a new baby" William told Ira."Dance competetions would be healthy for mind and body" William said to Ira." Yes Muggle Studies is a lot of fun and we can dance the last part" William explained to Ira. " We should probably cut down our talking now so we do not lose house points" William smiled.
William hooked elbows with Ira and twirled around with her.

Chicken dance? Tiffany have never ever heard about it and it looked quite silly to dance like that. She watched as the professor taught them the steps. She stood there memorizing the different gestures of chicken dance.
And now it's her turn. She stood there and twisted her waist a bit. It became quite interesting. All those clap clap and twist twist... She laughed as she was doing these.

Gemma smiled and even giggled at some of the students doing the Chicken Dance. It was always fun to see young wizards having fun doing Muggle things even if they were so simple and...well..useless...
She gave them plenty of time to play....no dance the chicken dance and then she flicked her wand and the music stopped.
Through a little laugh..."Alright, let's do it all together once...Everyone back to their starting dots...please..." she waited for them to scurry back to their spots and once everyone was set she flicked her wand and the Chicken Dance song came on....
Her arms came up and she flapped her beaks...then she flapped her wings...and then she shook her butt with a giggle...over and over and over again with a huge smile on her face...who couldn't have fun with this song.
When the music stopped, she smiled at the students. "I'll give you a quick two minute break to go grab something to drink and then hurry back to your dot." she said with a quick motion towards the refreshment table.
As they took their break, she walked to the other end of the classroom towards another screen. As everyone settled back in to their spots, she started with the next dance.
"Another fun and crazy Muggle Dance is the bunny hop. Now they have recently remixed the Bunny Hop to a more rap kind of style, but I'm still a huge fan of the original..." she said with a nod before continuing. "Here's what I need you to do. We are going to make three straight lines facing the North wall of the classroom...you need to be about arms' length apart from each other..." she waited for them to re-situate.
With a flick of her wand, a video played on the screen.
She smiled at the class as the video ended..."So here's how it goes...everyone place your hands on the shoulders of the student in front of you...the moves go...step out and back in with your right foot twice...then twice with your left foot...then we are going to hop forward once, backward twice, and then forward three times and repeat...and the whole line will move like a little inchworm together..." As she said each direction, she modeled it at the front of the classroom.
"Let's do each move by ourselves first and then we will connect and give it a try..." she said encouragingly...
OOC: Alright everyone have fun RPing learning and doing the Bunny Hop. I'll be back this evening and we'll start our next dance (3/4)...have fun with this but keep your talking to a minimum....*huggles*

This dance seemed.....interesting. Indiana kind of stared at the video was it played. At least it didn't look so silly as the chicken dance had been. And her hands hopefully wouldn't hurt that much. After all that clapping her hands were a little red. She knew she wouldn't be dancing to that dance any time soon. Sure she liked to dance, but not that kind of dance. She didn't like looking silly really. Okay. Time to have a go at the next dance. Yeey. Indy got into line with the other students, and placed her hands onto the shoulders of the student infront for. This was going to be fun. When the music began, she moved her right foot, stepping back out and back two times. Actually this was pretty fun. Kinda.

Tayla had a huge grin on her face as she watched the video. Watching Muggles line up and do bunny hops like that was funny and silly, but why not? "It does look kinda fun," she thought.
She did the steps as instructed and tried not to feel so conscious about others students watching her. They were all supposed to do it anyway.
Aaron grinned, that he could do. As much as he liked dancing, he was HORRIBLE. But this weird bunny hop whatnot he COULD do. He looked around for someone's shoulders to hold on to.

Ugh they had to do the chicken dance AGAIN? HOW COME WHY? Tori grunted as she returned to her dot and started flapping obediently, though obviously it came with a lot of eye rolling and dramatic sighing.
Once that scarring experience was over, the girl got herself another drink and waited for the professor to explain the next dance...

She turned her head back around, and decided that now she had done the right foot bit, she did the left foot bit. This foot bit seemed a bit boring. It didn't seem much like rabbit.

Kourtney scampered back to the dot and waited as the professor started the music over again. Repeating the dance for a final time (beak, wings, twist, and clap!), Kourtney waited happily for the next dance. Ooo, the bunny hop! She knew about the rap version (and thought it was pretty cool and fun to do), but this version was just as fun.
She watched carefully, fidgeting to start. Once the explanation was complete, she turned in line, grinning back at Indy as the girl placed her hands on her shoulder. In and out to the right two times, then in and out to the left two times, hop once forward, backwards twice, and finally forward three times.
This would be a dance that everyone would have to be on cue or else they'd look rather dis-coordinated. It should be pretty hilarious.

Alyssa quickly got back to her position. The Bunny Hop definitely sounded interesting. She took a look at the video on the screen. She then practiced the moves by herself. "Right foot out to the side and then back in. Do that two time, then left foot out to the side and then back in. Do that two times. Then hop forwards once, then hop backwards twice, and then what? oh yeah, hop forwards three times and then repeat from the start again. That's not too hard to do. I guess we keep our balance when we're jumping by placing our hands on the shoulders of the person in front of us."
"Hey Penny, Minnie, Harvey, Amethyst, Nessie, Aaron do you want to try this out together? We can form our own mini-line." Alyssa called out to her friends.

Eino turned to the sudden voice next to him and nodded. "Oh, thank you." He was a little shocked the student had been watching him, but he was just as guilty of it. He had been watching several other students look silly, especially the older students. "Of course, you may. Perhaps we can do the next one together." Just as he finished the professor flicked her wand and the song came back around. Eino performed the chicken dance as well as he could. With a beak, beak, beak, flap, flap, flap, twist, twist, twist, and finally four claps. When everyone was done, Eino applauded and listened to the Professor.
When she was done, Eino turned back to the student. "We should practice this by ourselves first, then we can try with each other?" That was what Professor Cerulean had said, he just wanted a confirmation from the Gryffindor.
Selina was actually starting to have some fun doing the chicken dance. Not really, but the intention was there. So when her Professor spoke up to move the lesson along Selina was somewhat sad to see that dance go. After all Kurumi was very entertaining with her fervor in the dance. The poor thing was actually doing the dance a hundred percent right, which made her look a hundred percent stupid. But it was alright, they all looked awful so what could they do but just dance?
Then they had to learn this new dance. Selina looked sideways to Kurumi and shrugged her shoulders. Whatever she had to do she would. So she began- step out and back in with the right foot twice, twice with the left foot, hop forward once, backward twice, forward three times, repeat. There was no way she looked natural doing this. She felt ruddy to be honest.

The poor thing was actually doing the dance a hundred percent right, which made her look a hundred percent stupid. But it was alright, they all looked awful so what could they do but just dance?
Then they had to learn this new dance. Selina looked sideways to Kurumi and shrugged her shoulders. Whatever she had to do she would. So she began- step out and back in with the right foot twice, twice with the left foot, hop forward once, backward twice, forward three times, repeat. There was no way she looked natural doing this. She felt ruddy to be honest.
Chicken dance...
Probably much like the phoenix dance he had suggested earlier and sure enough as the professor had shown them what to do it was confirmed. Gideon swallowed remembering an embarishing moment and stayed in place letting his classmates dance along with Professor Cerulean. And he was more then glad when they moved on not that the bunny hop looked any less...embarishing.
Realizing he might as well get into it, Gideon decided to tag along with a few friends. At least then he'd be in good company especially seeing as Kurumi seemed to get the hang of the dances. Though he hoped Selina wouldn't take too much joy in his ackwardness.

"You guys look hilarious doing the Bunny Hop in that Monster Suit", Alyssa yelled out to Nessie and Aaron up in front. She was trying to remember the steps but was having difficulties because she couldn't stop giggling.
No this. Kennedy looked around as if trying to find an exit. Couldn't he just sit this one out? This was so childish, it really was, but he wasn't about to complain to the professor. She was just trying to teach them about muggle dances as innocent act. Right? The fourteen year old took a deep breath and tried to remember how the dance went. Kennedy didn't remember much so he began hopping and trying to the other moves his did remember.

Aaron grinned, leading this weird that was the perfect thing for him. Yup. He waited for the others to join in and threw his hands up in the air as they did the paces, waving them around like a maniac. Maybe this made him look monster-like, hopefully.
'I know, right!?' Aaron yelled back, wiggling his tail from side to side with a foolish grin on his face. 'We're just that awesome.'

Victoria rolled her eyes slightly. Most of the time, Muggle Study lesson is actually quite fun. But this time, THEY HAVE TO DANCE? Not her idea of fun.
"Hello Kennedy." said Victoria as she put her hands on his newly met Snake and hopped along with the rest of the class. "It's not a very pleasant dance is it?" Victoria said to Kennedy while they hopped and danced. "Muggles are always thinking of odd and crazy things."
