Ohhhhh, lordy. Now, the Hogwarts Express was real cool and all, and the scenery outside was definitely worth watching stream by out the window, but when it came down to it, there there was only a certain amount of time that Paulie could sit still. His legs desperately needed to be stretched!
Hence, as the Gryffindor walked down the train corridor and into the middle section of the train, Paulie had to make a few exaggerated steps in order to stretch out his long limbs. In this process, however, he ended up accidentally kicking the bum of the guy right in front of him. Whoops! "Oh, sorry, mate!" Ei ei ei, of course something like this would happen.
Walking sloooowly to avoid any crashes. To avoid any physical contact. To avoid any--
"--!" WHO had just KICKED him?! Winding to back furiously, the Brazilian glared at the floor at first, expecting to see someone small and silly to have got entangled in his legs but NO, it was a boy at least as older as he was.
"Yeah right, as if a sorry would make the pain go away!" Normally, he wouldn't have snapped at him like that, but today he was especially grumpy and he looked for a victim. "I'm not your mate." And he would never be a mate of a 'dork.
Good thing no one knew Portuguese here. Or surely, he would have got a punch for what he had just said to the boy. Instead, he was the one having a go at him.
It was now time to go back home and Nikolas was feeling a bit tired since there was a misunderstood during the feast and then the little mysterious thing that was actually a baby elf which was ugly if you ask me. Nikolas went directly to the middle of the train and luckily found an empty compartment, he slid the door and walked in.
The Slytherin plopped in one of the seats near the window and watched the castle while the train moved. It was barely seen by now. He sighed heavily and waited for Jade to come, even though he wasn't sure if she was going to show up because of what happened in the feast, but he needed to explain that he didn't mean to make her feel bad.

Jade Skidmoore walked into the middle of the train, wanting to find an empty compartment. She was extremely frustrated with everybody right now and she didn't want to talk to anybody. As she looked for an empty compartment, she noticed that most were full or others she would just not sit in because it was across from people she didn't like.
She passed another compartment and stopped in her tracks. She looked back and saw Nikolas. She sighed and opened the compartment door, closing it behind her. "May I join you?" She asked, not waiting for his answer and sitting opposite of him. She looked out the window, not saying anything for she was contemplating on what to say.

Idiots.
Okay, so maybe Paulie wasn't expecting a nice 'No problemo, buddy!,' but he DEFINITELY wasn't expecting an outlash like that! What with his weird accent and stuff. Pffffft. Who did he think he was? "Oi, it was an accident!" Paulie protested indignantly. "Someone obviously has the pain threshold of a four-year-old," he murmured.
'I'm not your mate.' How nice of him to point that one out. "Oh, yeah? Well... good! Who'd wanna be mates with a guy like you?!" NO ONE. That's who.
Hmmph. Well, now Paulie was quite please that he had kicked him. CLEARLY, the guy needed it.

Ronnie came back from the trolley. If what she saw was real, UGH. The nerve of that stupid Harvey! She put her sweets in her bag for later. She had retrieved all her stuff from the back of the train and had moved. What she wanted was some time ALONE. She sighed and sat by the window, watching the scenery zoom by. She finally got up and kicked the wall. She was so confused! She just wanted to know what was going on....she was sick of everything. She longed for it to be all better. She wanted Harvey to comfort her, but then she didn't. After what she saw she wasn't sure anymore...

Alex spotted Ronnie staring out the window, it reminded herself of her first time on this train. Then she kicked the wall... right wats up with Ronnie? Alex went and hugged her friend. "Whaz up with Wonnie?" she asked in a baby voice.

There was a lot of things going out there due to the constant noise he was hearing and a lot of people talking. Nikolas looked at the door and watched as some younger students passed by and then back at the window. He was feeling hungry maybe not that hungry, but he wanted candy right now. Weird, I know since he wasn't a fan of sweets.
But before he could take his wallet out of his pocket, the door opened and someone walked in. Jade. "Uh...sure" he replied but she was already sitting. Nikolas stared at her in silence and opened his mouth to say, "I'm sorry" he didn't looked away from her. "I'm sorry for what happened in the feast, I know I should have said something but... just that..." he paused "I don't know" he rubbed the back of his neck.
Chrissy, Taylor, and anyone else who wants to join in! :]
Christopher made his way onto the Hogwarts, well rested and feeling nostalgic. Of course he was happy to return back to his little house on the Skylar residence, but it was with a heavy heart he bid farewell to Hogwarts for the summer. It was his true home, as it was for so many other students. He poked his head into a few compartments with no luck, and- aha! An empty compartment. He normally liked to spend his time on the train alone, to read, and gather his thoughts clearly, but of course, it was usually interrupted by a friend or accquaintance. So he might as well try to enjoy the solitude while he could. Opening the door, he crammed his suitcase into the overhead compartments and sat down, taking a final glance at his home for the next few months.

While Jade was looking out the window she heard him begin to speak and she looked over at him. He apologized but how did he not know what to say? "Do you agree with her?" She asked him, obviously hurt. "Do you agree with everything that she said? Because usually I would think at least my best friend would stand up for me if he didn't believe it." She was confused, very confused. It was true though, that she was mean to Selena, only because she was mean to her. Although, what made it that Nik couldn't even stand up for her?
She shook her head and looked out the window once more as she saw the line of people heading onto the train. It was time to go home and this might be the last time she could see Nikolas until the next year. "My family doesn't want us to be together." She said, afraid to look at him.

"Of course I don't" he replied immediately. He took a deep breath, "I'm really sorry, I don't know why I didn't say anything" he admitted. In fact, he was a bit annoyed by the constant comments they were saying to each other and he thought that if he said something it would only make them continue on. Or maybe not, did that even made sense? Anyways, "And yes I have stand up for you, before we were dating and Sel told me mean things about you I said to her that any of that wasn't true" he pointed out. And yes, maybe in one little thing he agreed which was that she sometimes was mean but who wasn't?
Nikolas looked at her, almost pleading to forgive him "Would you for-" but he stopped because what Jade said took him aback. Her family didn't wanted them to be together? He raised an eyebrow in disbelief "Are you serious? Why?" he asked her. Has he done something wrong? Her family didn't like him?

The redheaded fourteen year old squeaked her sneakers as she walked down the corridor of the Hogwarts express. It was weird not being in her robe. After she had changed out of it after the feast it had really dawned on her that everything in her third year was over now. She was officially a fourth year at Hogwarts. Where had the time gone?
Selina could not believe that the year had come and gone so quickly. The years seemed to go by faster and faster as she got older. Time was getting faster and faster and she was getting older and older. In the blink of an eye she would be graduating herself and saying goodbye to the castle for more than what just seemed for the summer. But she did not want to think of such things. At least... she did not want to think of such things right now. It was time to just have fun and enjoy her childhood.
As she walked down the corridor she saw the familiar distance face of Christopher James. That was so typically of him... staring off into space. If it was nine months earlier she would have joked that he had to stop thinking about Violet all of the time... now that comment would have stung more than actually being funny.
She slid open the compartment door and sat down next to him, "Okay... if we are going to do this whole family thing, although technically your not really my brother, you can't be anti-social. I have a reputation, you know."

Okay, so he was bringing up good points. She did remember how he stood up for her before they were dating, it just seemed a lot different when they were at the feast. But even if Nikolas was still friends with Selena, she would still hate that weird girl no matter what. "I'm sorry, too. I guess I overreacted, but there was a lot on my mind." She sighed. Her frustration just got to her.
He was about to say something but she held her breath as he stopped. She knew he wouldn't like what she had said, but she had to tell him. "You've met my parents and they really like you, well I guess back then." She said, looking over at him. She ran a hand through her hair and looked down at the ground that way she wouldn't cry. "They said that since they weren't happy that I didn't deserve to be either." She said, her voice cracking. She didn't understand her parents, how mean they could be.

His eyes were still fixated on the castle when she came in.
Goodbye, for now, dear friend, it seemed to say. He said it back with his smile. Soft and sad.
Turning around, a smile danced across his face. "It seems your reputation might take a downfall then, because socializing just isn't my thing," he said with a grin, kicking back against the seat. "Anyway, I won't bring down your reputation. You just might boost mine."
Yes, Selina was probably the most popular third year in school. She was smart, pretty, hilarious, outgoing, athletic. She was everything a girl could want to be. Her brother on the other hand, was the complete opposite. He was a geek. A weirdo. A loner. A nerd. Not typically the queen of the school's best friend. But there they were, closer than close. It was a strange relationship.

Glenn dragged her trunk aboard the Hogwarts Express, and busied herself with finding an empty compartment. Most were already occupied with students already; she averted her eyes from those ones.
She peered through the window of a compartment and found it empty. Glenn collapsed onto the seat, pulling her white kitten gently from her pocket and letting her curl up on her stomach. She couldn't wait to sleep in her own bed at home as well as having her own room. She sighed and pulled her curly blond hair from its bun and sat up; making her kitten fall to ground with a hiss.
Glenn watched students come aboard the train from the window and waited for the inevitable company in the crowded train.

Getting a little bit agressive as he was having great difficulty with finding the apple in his back pack, Josh started to dig deeper and deeper in it. C'moooooooon!!! There had to be an apple. He needed to find it!! But instead he could only find a few owl treats so far. And no...he was not going to eat any owl treats. Standing up, finally, he decided to take everything out the bag so he could see the apple however just when he was about to turn the bag upside down, the compartment door opening all in a sudden took all his attention.
Then his attention slowly experienced that the voice of the door opening was nothing compared to the noice the girl somehow managed to create as she tried to carry her heavy looking trunk in. ''Destiny'' he said as a greeting staring at the trunk and...all the noisy animals on it. ''You know what? Sometimes i happen to worry that you might try to take me as a pet too.'' Yeah. It surely looked like the girl liked to take every living thing she saw as a pet.
But...huh? She brought Lock a surprise?
''Lock is sleeping though and...'' he glanced at the kitten's direction. ''...nevermind.'' Who could sleep with those conditions anyway? So, he was just blinking around as it seemed. ''Drop it. I will deal with the trunk.''
If there was one thing she was not going to miss about taking the train every year, it was going to be lugging her trunk onto it. How in the name of Merlin did she wind up with more things than she started with? Unless..she packed, not only her own stuff, but other people's as well. Ehh, if it was in her trunk, she was going to keep it now!
Especially if she took others socks. One can never have too many socks.
Continuing to tugged her trunk, she 'shh'd' her animals that were on top, trying to quiet them down. They were acting like she was killing them! They were only getting a little knocked around and she was sure they went through worse than that before. "Well, you would be alot easier to take care of." At least..she thought he would. She never had to take care of a person before..her grandmother didn't count. That woman was not even human.
Honestly, how can someone live as long as that woman has? She was ancient!
Shaking those thoughts from her head, she was just about to give the trunk one final pull when Josh had come to her rescue. Letting the handle go, she picked Sly up, and making her way over to where Lock was sitting, she plopped down next to the kitten. As Sly simply sniffed his BABY, Destiny turned back to Josh. "Be careful with the trunk, though. I have potatoes in it!" Potatoes that, as soon as he pulled the trunk inside, she was going to eat.

Selina laughed at his comment and sat down across from him and stole his book from him. She turned her back away from him so she could read the title of his book. Sure, she was just playing with him, but she was curious to see what he was holding in his hand, "What are you reading, sir? Twelve Fail-Safe Ways to Charm Witches... wait what?" She turned and smirked at him.
Her hand threw the book back in his direction, "Why are you reading that, brother dearest?"
Sigh. The school year was over and it was time to get back home. It had been such a great year. Walking through she was looking for a compartment when she saw Ryan. She opened the door and put her owl cage and her trunk over head. "Hey" she half smiled sitting down next to him.
''Hey.''He said smiling.''Excited about going Home.''He asked,Becuase He definitley wasn't.

No!
Christopher had forgotten all about the book in his hand. That is, until she snatched it away from him.
Her smirk meant total defeat. He turned bright red and flailed as he tried to catch the book and stuff it away as quickly as possible. How could he have possibly been so foolish as to read that out in the open? Especially nearly Selina. If anyone would laugh, it would be her. And he hadn't even gotten to learn any good lessons from it yet!
"Um... I'm not." Oh that's great. In his panic, he tried throwing that out? It obviously wasn't fooling anyone. "...Because it's not mine....." Nice try. Idiot boy!

There were certainly times Gideon was thankful he didn't need a cage for Corvin and today was one of them. Heavy trunks and birdcages made things ackward and as he saw other students both young and old he was reminded of that fact. And so the crow was perched on his shoulder as he moved down the train, the bird having not seemed to want to simply fly home so for now he would be traveling by track as well.
*Pull*
"Oww...you can be made to fly mister," he remarked after his familiar had decided to pull lightly on one of his curls, warning it as he walked pulling his trunk behind him. The only response he was given was a slight flap of of the raven's wings as he shifted for a better position. Gideon shook his head and returned his attention to finding a compartment to sit in for the journey.

Now where was everybody?
She blinked twice. What did he mean it wasn't his? He was holding it when she walked in the compartment. It only logically made sense that it was his, but then again he did say it wasn't his book. Was he just pulling her leg? Maybe... maybe not. She didn't want to believe him, but she didn't think that he would lie about that type of thing. Oh Merlin!
Her blue eyes flickered with doubt, "Okay... if it isn't yours... whose is it?" Seriously, whose would it be if not his? She knew a lot of boys with that book. It could be anyone's. It didn't have to be his... oh merlin... she wrong? No! Yes? Maybe.

Ronnie sat in her empty compartment, completely bored. Dododod...what to do...who to prank. Prank! Nah, she had nothing to prank anybody with and her mind was so foggy she couldn't think of anything!
She lay on the seat on her back, like it was a bed, and put her legs up in the air and began kicking them. Suddenly, as the train moved, she fell off and onto the ground. She giggled at this and got back to lying on the seat and...kicking her feet.

Oh no.
He was caught! Dead! A gonner! He couldn't lie to his sister, he couldn't! He wasn't that bad at lying and could usually get away with it. But what could a guy do? He'd been caught trying to read a book about getting girls. It wasn't something he wanted to admit to.
And then he saw Gideon slowly walking towards their door. Either Gideon was going to get to join the horrifying conversation too, or the conversation was changing fast. The door still a bit open so his roommate could hear, "OH LOOK. IT IS OUR FRIEND GIDEON. HE SHOULD JOIN US," he said in a rushed, obviously nervous tone.
Thank God for conversation changers like Gideon Gert.

Gideon was beginning to think no familiar faces were in this portion of the train, the four---no technically now a fifth year boy debating on turning around towards the back of the train or continuing forward to the front. "What should we do, Corvin?" he asked the raven nodding his head and beak in such a way he took it as forward so he continued to walk down the corridor . His movements at time weaves between other students as areas became more and more crowded.
It was then he heard his name and turned to a compartment that had a door cracked open. Walking closer he spotted Christopher and Selina as she registered the familiar voices better as Christopher continued to speak nervously. "There ye two are..." Gideon remarked pushing the door further open so he could move into the doorway, still curious as to the reason for the other boy's behaviour.
