Still hugging her friend, Erin said, "Where were you all this time?" she asked with the unresponsive Beezus. All she could say was 'Oh...' Was that the right way to welcome a bestfriend.

O.o CORNELIA? Who was that person? She moved her free hand to Beezus' forehead and felt if she was sick? "You're actually fine," she smiled at her friend. So, they're on second name basis now? "Evangeline? Is that you?"

"I was there. Uhm... I saw you. But enough of that. We're going home now. How's you? With your Aunt?"

"I was here." She told her best friend. "I was still feeling a bit juggled off so I isolated myself and got a compartment for my own." How she managed to get that compartment only for her, she did not know. Maybe there were new compartments? Because she was sure that when term started all compartments were crowded.

She stared as Erin felt her forehead. She was not that sick anymore, just only a bit. "Yep, I am." Hmm.. Second name basis? Not so bad right? And they would be the only ones calling each other that. "I guess so. Evangeline and Cornelia ain't that bad."

They were going home now, that was true. That means they won't see each other over the summer. "Oh, I know." Beezus sat back down. "And do sit Cornelia." She muttered as she gestured her friend to sit beside her. "I actually miss my Aunt, my Grandma and even Dylan." And also her mother. "She promised she'll buy me a new broom." Her Aunt Belinda said that, alright. On her last letter. And she could not wait for that to happen. Especially because she'll be allowed to play full time next term.

"Oh, you're truly sick?" Erin was surprised to hear that. She was only joking the moment she felt her forehead. "Why get sick anyways? Especially today? Were you missing someone in particular?" she teased Beezus. She had not kept up with her Hogwarts life these past few days so she really didn't know. On the other hand, Erin would sure be missing someone in particular who's already graduating now. Oh, how she wished to just have a glimpse of him today.

"I was staying at the back of the train with Raven, you know the Slytherin girl," she said. "That's the very compartment I stayed at the start of the term too. Conincidence, really."

Weird. Cornelia and Evangeline. "Are you decided about that?" asked Erin with non-agreement face."New broom!" She almost forgot, her bestfriend was part of the Quidditch team. "I would love to have one too. Can I come with you during summer?"

"Not anymore." Then she smiled. That fever was surely in a good timing. She hadn't been at the Great Hall during the Closing Feast because of that. Now that she thought about it, maybe the fever was caused by the boils that resulted from Professor Lafay giving them cursed charmed cupcakes. Missing anyone? She looked at her best friend with inquiring eyes. Hmmm.. She was not close with any of the seventh years so she won't miss any of them. As for her other friends, there were some that she was not able to say goodbye to, like Harvey, Jezabel, Pam, Nate, Aurora, Kurumi, Katie, Renesmee, Jayden and even Mordred. "No one in particular." She answered. Though..."How about you?" Beezus asked, quickly shifting her thoughts.

Raven? "Oh. Her. I met her in Hogsmeade." Yeah, that girl who said that Slytherin house was the best of all four Houses, and in which Beatrice highly disagrees, even if they won the Quidditch Cup, Gobstones and even the House Cup. "Must be fate Cornelia," she mumbled as she took out her wand.

"Yes. I'll call you Cornelia. Isn't that just unique?" Erin sure don't want to be called that, Beezus thought. But it would be really fun. "You could your Mum to get you one you know, and maybe we can buy it together at Diagon--" But she was caught off her guard by what her best friend said next. Come over? Her? to our house? The second-year-to-be asked in her mind. "Erin..I mean, Cornelia..that would.. be.." She's beaming now. "wonderful.."

No one in particular?

With that inquiring eyes from Beezus, Erin answered, "Really? Not even that guy witn an 'M'?" she teased even more. The best part of being Beezus friend was that Erin could always say all the things that comes to her mind, teased her, mocked her and she wouldn't even get angry at her. What a wonderful friend!

"Good that you've met her," she said then continued in a low voice. "The fast is, he's a little proud sometimes and stands on her principles too much." Erin did not know why she said that but she felt the need for it after seeing Beezus response upon hearing her name.

That name again? Mum? That shifted Erin's mood. Why would her very best friend tell her about Mums, her Mum? "My Mum's dead," she said bowing a little. If only she could have her Mum buy her that broom.

M? M? M? Who? M, who?! "Uh.." Who was her best friend trying to imply? "No?" She answered in a questioning as she shook her head lightly. Surely, she was not implying about Mordred right? That would be plain disgusting. "And you? No one? not even someone who's graduating?" Beezus shot back.

"So..you've noticed." She commented. That Raven girl was nice to acquaint with but not really the type that she would want to get too close with.

Uh-oh. How could she forget that? That fact! Simply preposterous.. "Err--" Beatrice quickly thought of a way to shift her best friend's attention. "Anyway.." She started, leaning closer to Erin. "Let's plan this you-going-over-at-my-place-for-summer, eh?" That should do it, right? Talking about that probably change the saddening atmosphere. She did not really want to get all emotional right now. Besides, if she Erin really was going there then they needed to talk it out.

Beezus really had this thing that lets Erin spill everything that's going on in her mind. "You know who I'm talking about. Let's not drop names," she said sticking her tongue towards her. She looked around, "Some students might be playing tricks on us like extendable ears." She giggled.

"Let's not talk about her if that's the case," said Erin really wanting to stay with Beezus as long as the train come to a stop at the King's Cross. However, she didn't want Raven alone at their compartment. Ahhh. For now, she needed a bestfriend time.

Eeeeep! The summer thing! Yeah, they needed to sort everything out about that little adventure they were planning. "I'll call you when I'm going. You have a telephone right? Or we could just do email. I bet you're got signal at your place," she smiled.

She raised one eyebrow as her best friend stuck out her tongue. "And who's gonna be listening to our little conversation?" She inquired. They weren't famous around the campus so chances are basically none. "You just don't want to admit that you like him.." Now it was her turn to stick out her tongue and she did, then gave Erin a teasing grin.

Hmmm? "Alright. We don't want some trouble here." As much as she wanted some excitement as they were leaving Hogwarts, having problems with another student was clearly not on her list.

Hehe. "Of course. My cellphone would work there." Not like in Hogwarts where things that uses electricity dies. "I have Twitter. Do you?" She asked. The website sure would be helpful if they wanted to have a steady communication. "By the way, Cornelia..where in the planet do you live?" Beatrice can't believe she was asking her best friend that question. But come to think of it, she really did not know.

Like? Oooh! That word. "Like? Who? Who likes who?" she chuckled again. "We do have a lot of friends, gossipy ones who almost knew everything that's first year," she said remembering the incident at the Great Hall earlier with Annabeth and her well, sort of boyfriend. They were holding hands. They looked cute.

"England I guess," said Erin laughing. "Somerset." Shoot! Yeeessh! "We're visiting Korea this summer! I'll call you when I come back, since I already have your number and let's Skype huh?" She didn't want missing her bestfriend. Eeeeee! How nice to have someone to call bestfriend now.

Rose stood up from her compartment as she saw her best friend walk by, completely not noticing her. She ran out of it and followed her, stepping inside her compartment to find her with Justin, who was speaking to her, and was slightly red.
Rose's eyebrows rose. She sat next to her best friend, staying silent, before speaking.
'Hello.' she said quietly, not at all like her normal self.

" Oh, hey there, Rose. " Justin said as he quickly sat back in his seat. He tried to hide his blushing face while he made it look like he was fixing his hair. " Where've you been? "

Rose nodded as he sat back in his seat, smiling weakly. 'I've been in another compartment, I saw Ronnie and ran after her. Wh-What's this I hear about Scabbers?' she asked quietly, tears coming to her eyes. She loved Scabbers, he had been like a pet to Rose as well, and he got along well with her cat and her kittens.

" The poor rat passed away , Rose.He hadn't been well for a while I think. " explainedJustin. Then he saw tears form in her eyes and pulled out a clean hanky from his jumper pocket and handed it too Rose.

Rose put her hand over her mouth to hide a sob that came through it. Dammit. She took the hanky and wiped her eyes, but more tears kept coming. Like a dam. And it was breaking... Why was everything happening today, why!?

Justin got up from his seat and picked Rose upand sat down with her on his lap. Wrapping his arms around her and holding her close he said, " what's the matter, Rose? We used to talk all the time... We haven't spoken in ages. Would you please talk to me the way you used to? You used to tell me nearly everything. " he pleaded.

Rose put her face in his chest and sobbed for a while, probably wetting Justin's robes, but, meh, he asked for it. 'I-I'm just so wo-worried for ev-everyone, and then we-we're not going to g-get to see our dad for a-ages a-and I'm worried Ru-Rupert won't like us, or that Vi-Violet will have a breakdown or something.' she said, still sobbing, making it hard for people to decipher what she was saying.

" Isn't he gettin' married. I thought I heard that somewhere?" he asked. " I'm sure everything'll work out. And if you need a friend yer always welcome at my house. Are you coming to my party, Rose? " Justin really hoped so, she was loads of fun and it'd help her cheer up.

Rose nodded. He was getting married, she and Ronnie were bridesmaids. 'Th-Thank you, Justin...' she whispered, looking at him and smiling weakly. Party? 'You're having a party? W-Well, yeah, I'd love to come!' Rose smiled happily. A party! That was her scene!

Namitha got into the train..This was her last year at Hogwarts..She was moving back to India with her parents...As she saw an empty compartment she got inside..Hey..there were two people inside..she hadn't noticed. she said 'Sorry..Didn't see you there..Mind if I join you??'

" Cool, it's a dinner party with a dance to follow. My mum put it together. She thought it'd be anice way to start the summer. That and meet my friends. " he smiled.

Rose nodded simply. 'W-Will we have time to unpack first? I don't even know if Rupert'll let me go...' Rose said sadly. Hopefully he would, though!

Selina excused herself from the middle of the train to wander around the corridor's for a little while before they got to King's Cross. She wanted to get home and all, but her heart was back at that castle with all of her friends who she would see over the summer, yet it wouldn't be the same. There was something magical all on its own about just seeing your friends everyday and Selina was not going to have that, with the exception of Chris and Elyon, over the summer. So her thoughts needed clearing and if she ran into anyone she knew perhaps she would stop by and chat. Subconsciously, she wanted to see one specific person. Her best friend, a certain Gryffidor prefect and most house point earner four times in a row.

But she did not know she was even looking for her, so she sat down in an empty compartment and took out a copy of Quidditch Weekly. She flipped over the cover and saw a huge picture of Carter Phillips in his new blue uniform grinning like a wild man. There was a story on Hogwarts players who left school and went straight into Professional Quidditch. Good for Carter.

Exiting the prefect's compartment, Kurumi half heartily made her rounds around the train. With so many seventh years leaving, many the first people she had ever met in the wizarding world, it just didn't seem like a time to be bouncing and eager for the summer. Sure, they were all going to go off and do amazing things with their lives and she would be seeing almost all of them over the summer in Diagon Alley...and she would be visiting France to bake a cake for Salander and Lexi...but it just wouldn't be the same.

Dragging her feet, Kurumi looked up just in time to see a flash of red hair. "Hey, Selina," she smiled weakly.

Selina looked up from her article when she heard a voice say her name from the door of the compartment. She smiled at Kurumi who looked a little sad and she put her magazine to the side. Her body scooted over on the seat in the compartment to make room for Kurumi to sit beside her. Once there was room she patted the bench and said nicely, "Hey kiddo, how you doing?" It was no secret that Kurumi was taking this change quite harshly. Most of the people she looked up to and admired were in this graduating class and it was hard for Selina to see them go... she could not imagine what it was like for Kurumi.

Kurumi unfolded her arms from around herself and walked in, taking a seat beside her best friend and sighing just a bit. "Doing alright, I suppose. I am not sure I am really read for the summer though." It was going to be another busy one, which meant less time at home with just her mother's judgmental gaze, so that was good, but she was having a hard time coming to terms with her being a fifth year now. The jump from third to fourth hadn't seemed so big. But fourth to fifth, that seemed like it was a whole different world. She would be considered an upper classman now...

It was all too weird.

"H-How are you?" she asked in return as she caught a glimpse of the Quidditch magazine Selina was attempting to hide. "Is that the one with the article about Carter in it? I've already got myself a copy of that one."
