The girl was coming and she'll be seeing Erin in just a second.

And then, she called out to the cat. It was named Fizzy. Is that a girl? A boy? on Laila, Erin's cat, it was clearly a female's name. Erin felt like she's going to throw up. The thought of Laila slipping away from her possession. She made a slight movement of sneaking out but she was already seen. What the H? "Oh, hi!" said Erin instead. The girl moved closer and practically sat next to Erin at the floor.

'Oh - er, sorry, did I scare you?' grinned Amara. 'I thought I was one of the nicer seventh-years.'

She picked up Fizzy, who had made to chase after a tiny mouse scurrying around the empty classroom.

Maddy was walking down the hallway when she noticed and open classroom that she had never noticed before. She walked in, there appeared to be no activity besides other students looking arround. Hmmm, I wonder what this could be used for? She thought to herself.

Marie opened the door to classroom eleven hoping to find it empty. She had sent Matty an owl asking him to meet her here. She didn't tell him what it was she wanted though so he had no clue that he would be meeting her to play a game. Some game called Battleship... a game that she had no idea how to play. All she knew was it looked like she was going to get to blow things up... and that suited her just fine.

Walking into the room she was relieved to see that it was empty. This made her happy. She didn't want anyone around interrupting her time with her boyfriend, even if they were doing homework.

Putting the game in the middle of a table she hat down facing the door with her elbows on the table and her chin in her hands. She really hoped Matty would know how to play this game because she didn't feel like reading any directions. She just wanted to blow stuff up.

Now, where was that man of hers?

*Walking up to class room 11 Matty opened the door and smiled. There she was, the most beautiful woman in the world. Looking at the table he saw some game set up. It looked kind of like that war game his aunt Kayla was trying to play with his uncle. A little confused he walked over to her and gave her a quick kiss.*
"Hello love, is this a muggle game?"

Marie sat up straight when the door to the room opened. Her face lit up as she watched Matty walk over towards her. "It is a muggle game." She said after kissing him back. "I thought we could play... that is if you know how and would be willing to teach me." She really hoped he knew how to play this game. He Muiggle Studies grade was depending on it here.

*Matty smiled and sat across from her and started setting up the game. Every minute or so he would read the guide.*
"Muggle studies homework?"
*He was more than willing to play the game. He got to play one round with his uncle right before his cousins woke up from a nap. It reminded him a lot of planning papers for war.*
"You owe me."
*Matty said with a stern tone but he was only joking.*

Yes. He was going to play... and help her learn. "Yeah, homework." At least with this assignment she only had to play a game... not write some long paper.

"I owe you? And just what is it I owe?" She asked with a raised eyebrow. "You need help with some homework too?" She would gladly help him, just as long as it wasn't Astronomy or Ancient Runes.

*Matty just rolled his eyes and smiled. She didn't get his meaning. Handing over five little ships with pegs on the bottom. Coming around to stand behind Marie Matty held up one of the ships.*
"Alright, what you do is place these five ships anywhere on this lower board with the holes. Then I try to guess where you placed them. When I guess right that means I have bombed or hit it. When I hit it put a red peg in the ship. When I have filled all the holes on the ship with red pegs that means I have sunk your battle ship. You try the same and sink my ships. Who ever sinks all the others ships wins. Got it?"

That's it? That's all there was to this game? Well that was simple enough. Marie could play this game with no problem at all.

Taking her little ships from him she gave him a little shove once he was done explaining the game to her. "I love you but it's time for you to go back over there to your side of the table." She couldn't very well put her ships anywhere with him watching now could she.

Once he was sitting back in his chair she started to randomly place her ships somewhere in the middle of the board. Maybe if she placed them kind of close to each other he wouldn't be able to figure out where they were. Or at the least she would be able to confuse him on what ship he may have hit... IF he hits any.

Once she had them all placed she looked over at him. "Ready when you are."

*Nudging her back Matty sat down and placed his ships around his board. Once done he held a hand out to her and sort of bowed his head.*
"Ladies first..."

Marie waited for Matty to finish placing his ships as she studied her board. She thought if she stared at it long enough she'd be able to figure out where his ships were.

And now it was time to test that theory. "B5" Holding a red peg in one hand and a white peg in the other she waited to see which one she was going to be putting in her board.

Erin looked at her curiously before starting to speak, "I'm Erin." Better introduce herself since she was caught off track now. Looking at the cat next to the seventh year named Amara, "Your cat looks pretty," she said. She was used to ugly cats. Laila was ugly, her cat or better say, WAS once her cat. She's now gone from her possession.

"Oh!" exclaimed Erin as she followed Fizzy's movement. A mouse. Of course, a cat would most probably chase a mouse. "She doesn't have a dress?" asked Erin. It was winter cold and animals also get sick because of the bad weather.

Nessie breathed in a nervous breath. She sighed rocking back on her heals turning the bottles of Pumpkin juice in her hands. She kept the one for Pixxi clearly marked. She hoped that she would show up soon.

*Matty smirked over at her as he watched her think it over. It was cute seeing her think this hard on the game. Shaking his head he said.*
"Miss, sorry... hmmmm B2?"

Aww, her very first guess was a miss. Well that sucked. She put a white peg in the B5 spot. Maybe she'd get the next one and get to use that red peg. Right after Matty had a turn. "Sorry love but that would be a miss."

She studied her board just a little more. "How about... E3?"

*With a frown he put the white peg down then looked shocked. Then with an evil smirk he shook his head.*
"Miss... alright... D... 1?"

Alright, so this wasn't as easy as it looked. Sure, she had only had two turns, but still, both times were a miss. Then again so were both of Matty's guesses. "Sorry, that would be a miss for you as well."

After putting her white peg in the spot where there apparently was no ship, she looked at the board again and said the first number that she looked at. "D8"

'She doesn't mind it, I guess,' Amara replied. 'Back at Durmstrang it was way colder than here - oh, I'm an exchange student, by the way. Sort of. It's my last year here.'

*Sighing with a small frown he put the white peg in D1. Then he shook his head and nodded.*
"Hit..."
*Looks like Marie might get a win in this game. Oh well, Matty was never good at Muggle games and this just proved it even more.*

Cora smiled at Jesifur, taking a seat in front of the pink hippo of course. The game looked like fun, but she hadn't played it before. "I've never played before, but it looks like fun." Cora hadn't really had many friends before Hogwarts, so games were not really necessary.

"So is the object to get all the marbles?" She was so glad to have found someone to play the game with, she didn't actually care how fun the game was.

"Yes, the object is for your hippo to eat as many marbles as it can." Jesifur explained. "When you are ready we will push the little levers that release the marbles. When the marbles are free, we push the levers atop the hippos and they "eat" the marbles. It's a very easy game. When ever you are ready we can start.

That was great! There was an exchange student. The only thing Erin knew about Durmstrang is that, it teaches the Dark Arts. Is that still in until now? Better ask Amara. She seemed like a nice girl though.

"What's Durmstrang like? Why'd you choose that school over Hogwarts?" It came out from her mouth hastily. She didn't planned to say it. And it would most probably upset Amara and so she added quickly. 'I'm sorry for that."

Adam and Louisa were finally going to have their study session together. Eventually they would have one in JB's doghouse, but he didn't have the time to get it all situated and outside again so the classroom would have to suffice. Adam filed into the empty classroom and headed over to one of the tables, throwing all his books and stuff down on top of it. It seemed like there was a never ending supply of homework and studying for him to do. In some ways he enjoyed it, but in other ways he couldn't wait until he entered the work force.

Louisa walked into the classroom after Adam. The last time she was here, it was with Dallin as he studied for his own OWLs, the session ended with them both trying to conjure a Patronus. It didn't work but Dal's managed to let out a shapeless mist and rewarded Louisa with a spinning tight hug that she cherished till this day.

Shaking her head at this deja vu, the girl sat down on the chair pulled to the table and took out her books. "What are you going to study first?" She asked Adam, opening her own Charms textbook.
