SPOILER!!: Roselyn
Making her way through the entiiiiiire train, since she hadn't found Josh as of yet, Evelyn was becoming a tad more irritated after each passing second considering how many people she had bumped into, the Slytherin finally stopped where she was and HUFFED. Ugh! Just...get all the anger and irritation out in one breath.
For the love of Merlin, why was there so many young kids on the train!?
At least she was having a better time keeping the 'hex them to move' thoughts out of her mind. She was just a bit on edge at the moment. Nothing good could come from being around and sweets and look...look what happened. She went to go buy some, and found out Miss Cookie Face was Prefec-
"Josh!" Thank Merlin, there he was. With Marilyn. Slumping down on the seat next to him, she gave a dramatic sigh and leaned her head against his shoulder as she dumped the sweets on his lap. Mmph. This was a horrible, horrible horrible...train ride.
..."Hi Marilyn."
Grinning at her housemate, she said, "Hello, miss." Noting the irritated sigh and strange look, Marilyn felt it was safe to assume Evelyn had just encountered the new students.
"There seems to be more first years than ever before..." Marilyn tried to hide her own irritation. It wasn't like they could help it, really...She grabbed another chocolate frog and bit into it.

"Chicago sounds cool. I'll have to go there someday." Chelsea said. She was interested in finding about the muggle world and places outside of London. "Theres not many flying cars because brooms, floo powder, and apparition are the main transportation. But there are a few flying cars which can be made invisible when flying over the muggle world"
"You'll love it!! It is very crowded but that's one of the joys, though some would say it's a disadvantage, of a city like Chicago. The trains in Chicago are different from this one and from the trains in London too. Some of my favorite bands are from there in fact." Temperance says with a huge smile. "Okay. All of those sound like they're a neat way to get around from place to place. Walking, riding a bike, riding a train or driving a car are the only ways to get around from place to place in the muggle world. That's neat and it's also probably why I've never seen one before." she says.

"I love going to cities because its a nice change from my aunt and uncles estate their manor is pretty much secluded so it gets kind of boring." Chelsea said "How are the trains different there? Yeah the ministry had to put the invisibility charms on them after a few muggles spotted a flying car in London it was in the Daily Prophet a few months ago"
"No I don't mind but yes I have been there I went to Twilfit and Tattings Upscale Robes to get a few dress robes and school robes." Chelsea said. She didn't think it was too judgmental. After all she only went there for school robes because she couldn't find anything she liked in Madame Malkins.
"I was just wondering. My mum doesn't like me going down there,"
Sage said rolling her eyes. Her mother was very protective of Sage and her siblings, it got very annoying at times,"So what are your aunt and uncle like? I'm assuming you havn't got any cousins?"

"Most of the trains are elevated, the rest are street level and/or underground. There are no individual train compartments like this train has, each train car has lots of seats though." Temperance says. "You have to be careful though to make sure you don't have anything important on you, as people like to steal from un-suspecting train passengers" she adds. "Interesting. Did the owner of the car get in trouble?" Temperance asks.
ooc= I'm going to be leaving for class in about 15 minutes. I'll be back around 10pm though.
Nikolas wandered around the train looking for a familiar face but failed at it. Since he was new but not a firstie thank Merlin! he didn't knew anyone, it was a bit awkward walking around and watching how everyone knew each other and he...he had himself. Great.
He finally found an empty compartment on the back of the train, he slid the door open and took a seat beside the window, looking at the view of nothing interesting. He rolled his eyes, took a deep breath and nothing. It would be nice to have someone to talk with and he hadn't see Jade now that he thought about it. Where was she? Oh right! Avoiding him like she told him she would do.
Sage turned to look at Violet, who had been very quiet through the train ride "Why so quiet Vi? Sage asked quietly...
"It's Violet!" she replied, scowling at the nickname. Then, realizing that had come out a little crosser than she had meant it, she added lamely, "That is, I prefer Violet." She looked out the window for a minute--why am I so quiet? How to explain how confused and jostled, and yet excited and happy she felt?
"I don't know, it's just all so ... so ..." she waved her right hand, which was still holding a pen, in the air trying to think how to describe it "This is just such a big deal, it's like the start of a whole new chapter of our lives, and yet there's so much going on--rushing to get supplies in time and get on the train and get a seat, and so many people ... it's hard to think straight." Just then Machiavelli, her magpie, gave a squawk of ageement from his cage at her feet.

"Cool!" Chelsea said. Chicago sounded interesting along with the rest of the muggle world she thought. "They didn't get in much trouble I mean it was the ministries fault for not even using the invisibility charm in the first place. The minister of magic just met with London's prime minister and had the muggles mind erased of that incident."
OOC: Ok I'll probably be on

"No my aunt and uncle never had any kids. Their the complete opposite of my parents unlike my parents they don't care about blood purity or stuff like that. I started living with them when I was 9" She said. Her aunt and uncle practically were her parents now. "My aunt didn't want me going down there but I couldn't find what I liked in Madame Malkins so I convinced her to let me shop down there for school robes I still don't know how I managed to convince her she's very protective."

The words "Knockturn Alley" caught Violet's attention and her head snapped up. "Are you kidding?! You've been to Knockturn Alley?!! What was it like?! Did anyone try to bother you? Did you go alone?" Violet hated shopping for clothes, but she thought it might be worth it to get to go to a place like that.

Peekin through some compartment doors the Slytherin sighed as she found the most filled and no familiar face. What the glitte was wrong today?!Just as the gil as about to give up a familiar head appeared.Nikolas didnt look too happy. That had to be changed.Smiling the fourth year opened the compartment door."Heeyyy there master broom rider",she chuckled"mind if i join?"

"Would you like a chocolate frog?" Sage rummaged through her bag before grabbing two Chocolate Frogs and offering one out to Chelsea,"Do you collect?"

Sag jumped slightly in her seat at Violets first comment. She shook it off quickly and gave an unsure smile to Violet.
"Sorry, didn't know," Sage said,"I'm sure things will settle down after we get sorted and get through our classes after the first week. Oh! That's a beautiful bird! What's it's name?"
"Okay. So now all flying cars will have an invisibility charm on them?" Temperance asks. "What kind of music do you listen too? What are some of your favorite bands?" she adds.
ooc= Okay.
"Yup they all have a button which activates the invisibility charm when flying over the muggle world" Chelsea said. "I listen to a lot of pop music and some classical. Theres a muggle band I like called Cobra Starship but as far as bands go I don't really listen to them"

Chelsea was startled she didn't notice the girl sitting there until she said something. "Hi I'm Chelsea and yeah I went to Knockturn Alley but my aunt went with me and no one bothered us. I don't like it down there but I'm picky with clothes shopping and Madame Malkins has nothing I like."

"Yeah, thanks!" Chelsea politely took a chocolate frog. She loved these but tried not to eat to many of them. I used to collect I think I still might have the cards somewhere in my room"
Lysandra nodded her head and gave a little laugh when the girl said she had terrible balance. It's ok, you really didn't disturb me from anything. When the girl introduced herself as Violet Evans, Lysandra nodded her head and then introduced herself. I'm Lysandra Malfoy, nice to meet you she said, just as polite. Where you looking for a place to sit?
"Yeah…I was worried I wouldn't find a place though I got here so late and I don't know anyone or anything so I was hoping someone wouldn't mind or that I could find a free compartment but it's so hard when the train moves…and I'm babbling aren't I. I do that when I'm nervous or excited but you probably don't really care so I'm shutting up now." she said quickly taking only a few breaths inbetween blushing lightly as she looked up at the older girl
"Sorry, didn't know," Sage said,"I'm sure things will settle down after we get sorted and get through our classes after the first week. Oh! That's a beautiful bird! What's it's name?"
Violet looked down carelessly and replied, "Oh, that's Mack. Short for Machiavelli. I named him that to annoy my grandfather and my uncles, because it's a Muggle author's name. I raised him myself--I found him as a baby, he had fallen out of his nest or something, and his mother never came back. My governess wrote the school to get permission for me to bring him, since magpies aren't on the list. He's pretty smart, but he's a terrible thief if you're not careful."
"Yeah, thanks!" Chelsea politely took a chocolate frog. She loved these but tried not to eat to many of them. I used to collect I think I still might have the cards somewhere in my room"
"Yeah same here, but I gave them all to my younger brother and sister, but I kept all the hard ones to find," Sage said tearing open the Chocolate Frog. She had gotten Ronald Billius Weasley, her second one of him,"So what do you do in your free time if there's no one around your house to hang out with?"

Sage giggled at the thought of the small bird stealing a sock of hers or something of the sort.
"Do you grandfather and uncles um, well, not like muggles," Sage asked akwardly, she knew that some people were still sensitive of the whole blood purity thing and she didn't want to offend Violet again.

Taking a seat, Josh remained holding a few bags of luggage. This was odd to her...but she didn't want to offend him. Maybe this was something Gryffindors did...
"Thank you. I was with Carter all summer..." She smirked, then, crossing her legs. "It's been nice. His family, while muggle, are really wonderful." Looking around, she didn't see anyone and pulled her bag out, fishing for something. Pulling out several chocolate frogs, Marilyn tossed one to Josh. "It's good to be prepared. I bet the line for the trolley is ridiculous."
When Marilyn laughed, Josh smiled a bit more though he did not fully understand why she was laughing. There was a lot that he couldn't understand when it was about girls so he decided to just let it go. Then as she spoke, Josh listened carefully wondering if he could find clues about it then yet well...there was something different instead. And it was that he never thought Evelyn had a sweet tooth. But Marilyn lived in the same dormitory with her, and she was a girl like her, so maybe she knew better than he did.
''I think they should sell some other stuff than sweets on the train though.'' then the boy said...randomly. But at least it was kind of related to the previous topic. ''You know, sweets aren't the greatest to fill one's belly. They are not so...filling.''
After making sure that the kitten, Lock, was on a safe part of the seat, Josh sat down still, determinedly, carrying Evelyn's stuff. And as the Slytherin girl told him a bit about her summer, the Gryffindor petted the kitten a bit. Gently of course, he did not want to unintentionally hurt the baby cat. ''With Carter huh? Sounds like you really enjoyed it. Have you seen him around by the way? I have his owl...'' he indicated one of the cages with a simple move of his head ''...here. Still alive.''
Then the boy's smile turned into a grin when he saw the chocolate frogs, especially the one that was coming towards him!!!! Immediately stopping to pet the cat, Josh moved forward slightly and caught the chocolate frog with his now free hand. ''Geez. Thanks.''

Then he heard the voice, that he loved to hear and listen to all the time, all in a sudden yet this time it kind of worked to him a warning alarm since now he had to hide the chocolate!! Eeeeeh!! Accidentally dropping his girlfriend's luggage on the floor, a result of the momentary panic, the lion boy quickly looked around for a suitable place to hide the chocolate frog.
Where? Where? Where?
Haaaaaa....where?
As there seemed to be no good enough place to hide it without causing the girl to ask questions about what he was trying to do, Josh decided to do the first that occured to him once his dark brown eyes did land back on the kitty. He was just sleeping there so that was going to be no problem, right? So, quickly picking up Lock, he put the chocolate frog on the seat and placed the cat back on it. Hah! Now the chocolate was completely out of sight and the Gryffindor held that sigh in, when he felt the girl leaning against him. ''My love!'' he exclaimed a little bit exeggeratedly which was an obvious give away that there was something out of the ordinary. And realising that, by the tone he had used, he knew it was too late to change it yet at least he could shut up to avoid causing any suspicions to be raised. Yeaaa...so shut up!
There were many sweets on his lap now, though. ''Wow! I did not know you had a certain love for Licorice Wands and...those toad things.''
Violet stared at the other girl. She couldn't imagine going to all that trouble just to buy clothes. And how could you go to a place like Knockturn Alley and not have anything more exciting happen than to buy some new robes? "I'd give anything to go down there. Miss Howard never lets me go anywhere exciting." Well, nowhere that Miss Howard knew about, that is, Violet thought, remembering some of the places her Muggle uncle had taken her when she had sneaked out to meet with him.

He should have brought his guitar, his new lovely acoustic guitar. But he had to be so dumb to leave it with his other trunks. Of course very well protected. He didn't wanted to be carrying bags with him on the train so that's why he left it and it he realized what a bad idea it has been.
He tapped his fingers on his lap, it was extremely boring to be here in the so awesome Hogwarts Express doing nothing and having no one to talk. Bleh. Was gonna be this a long, boring and lonely ride?
And there it was his answer...someone opened the door of the compartment, he turned to see who was it.
"Heeeeeey Miss I'm better than other girls on broom!" he beamed. Finally! there was someone to talk. "Yes I do mind." he said seriously but then chuckled "Of course not! Come in". Was he out of his mind to let go his only company for now? Pffft no.

"Its not very pleasant down there the only reason no one bothered us is because they all know my family is pureblood and they knew my parents my aunt hates me going down there; her or my uncle never like going down there either" She explained. Knockturn Alley was not the best place ever she hated going down there but when she does she always reminds her self she will never be like her parents or those people in any way.

"We go to Diagon Alley also theres this huge garden behind the manor and I go there to relax. I also play the piano. Fee stood there in the door frame and chuckled a little at Nikolas. They definitely had their nicknames now.Hehe."Weeeell i am better on brooms than other girls",she winked,"just because i am girly i dont have to be bad."The Slytherin would try out for the Quidditch team again this term.It was going to be sooo much fun.
Ohh waiit, was he kidding her?For a second the fourth yea was a little bit shocked about his answer before she started laughing and shaking he head.Ohh so much for being obnoxious Nikolas.Tseeee."Heeeyy",the girl stuck out her tongue and playfully hit her friend on the arm.Pulling her uber heavy trunk into the compartment the blonde sighed when she finally settled down and literally plopped onto one of the seats."Soo tell me how has your summer been?",Fee wiggled her eyebrows,"except for our glorious encounter of course." Where? Where?
Yes, he just could not shut up.
Marilyn nodded, eating her chocolate frog. "I'd much rather have sushi...but them selling such a thing on this train would never happen. So, in the meantime, I'm stuck with sweets...I can't wait for the Welcome Feast..." The elves in the kitchens had always went all out for start of term. Marilyn had missed eating that way...In a time before being on the run, she'd enjoyed many meals like that...
Not so much anymore, though.
Josh had Carter's owl? Oh yea, he had mentioned that to her...
"I feel like I haven't seen Apollo in ages...As for Carter, well...No, I haven't. He had some things he needed to take care of..." Biting at her lip, she recalled the scene over the summer. Anya, his adopted sister, had found his Quidditch captain badge. That had been a disaster. The little girl had been so hurt and confused...Marilyn, who had enjoyed the summer spent with a fun and carefree young lady, felt awkward after that. She was a witch herself, after all...The reaction hadn't been the best.
Hopefully, it would work itself out...
"It's no problem, man. I have a private stash..."
Remembering Evelyn's unnatural dislike for chocolate, however, it was amusing to watch Josh hustle to hide the offending treat. Surely Evie wouldn't have said anything to the fact of him enjoying chocolate...She probably wouldn't have kissed him after he's eaten it...but still...
Snerking at the two, she glancing out into the corridor outside their compartment. So many small children...Had there been that many when she'd started...Not likely...
More importantly, however, she was looking for Carter.
Hopefully everything was okay...

I think that is her name, and the speechless boy next to me has yet to introduce himself..." Jesifur offered. Then began to move things about to make room. As Jesifur looked up again she saw the girl walking away...
"I would have made room..." Jesifur said.
James snaps out of the daze he has been in (and can you blame him One Boy with Three almost Four Girls) and realizes that he just asked if she remembered him without even giving her (or them) his name.
"My name is James Willow" he announces with some courage (and a little sqweek too)
"I am still a bit new to everything that's going on. You see I have been living with my mother who is a Muggle with no knowledge of this magical world. My father is the one who was the wizard. Right around the age of 5 I displayed a certain ability with plant life. My father knew straight away that I had a gift as well. So he left to train Dragons in Romania to cover the costs that would be involved with going through school. But I knew nothing of this until my uncle with whom I just met showed up to deliver the news and my Hogwarts letter."
He pauses noticing that he has somewhat monopolized the conversation.
"Are you all from magical families too? I am sorry I have been quiet for so long. I have been a little stunned in the presence of three lovely ladies." He gives a smile and a wink to Jesifur.
I Can Accept Failure. But I Can't Accept Not Trying

"Hello friend!" Jordan smiled towards Ronnie. Ronnie was one of Jordans best friend, along with Rose, and Will. "Hey, how are you?" Jordan asked.

"Welcome back, James," Jesifur said with a laugh. "though we are just two ladies now. Unless of course you WERE including the cat?" turning to Adanna, "Toffee is a girl cat, right?"
Jesifur knew boys were odd sometimes, but James seemed downright dazed.
"The other girl, Boon, just ran off for tea." Jesifur explained.
