Isa made her way up to the Owlery still as Ronnie. She wondered how long the potion would last. She diidn't remember drinking a specific amount for a specific time. Well then she would just have to see how long her hair stayed red, her hair was the first to change to Ronnie, so she asumed that it would be the first to change back. Isabelle spotted her owl Daisy.

"Hey Daisy," Isabelle said nicely approaching her owl.

Wait, she looked like Ronnie and sounded like Ronnie. Daisy would never recognize her as Isa.

It seemed, for a few seconds, that Anakin was totally buying her "in pain" act - which was rather surprising. Maybe she was a better actress than she thought. Or he was just extremely gullible. Probably both. Hehe. Eventually, he clearly realized she was just playing with him; the tone of his next comment told her that. And of course she was going to continue. "Oh, Merlin, no. You might make it worse for all I know."

Vashti nodded. Yes, Louisa was that person. Except not really. "Yeah, pretty much. I forgot that I was still her at that moment." But of course she'd remembered quickly too, though it hadn't helped much since he still found out that it was actually her in disguise.

Ness giggled as Damien started speaking to Aya. She then put her arm by Aya so Aya could walk onto it. Ness then moved her arm carefully, puting it on the left side infront of her. Now she could at least see Aya and Damien at the same time. Aya hooted trying to answer Damien, to Ness it sounded like a yes, but Aya started bouncing up and down just to make sure Damien understood. Ness giggled again. She really did love Aya, Aya was such an adorable owl.

Ness then remembered that she had some owl treats in her purple bag, from the last time she was here. "Um...do you wanna feed her?" asked Ness making sure Damien was enjoying himself. As soon as Ness said the word feed Aya started bouncing up and down excited. Aya was deffinately a clever owl, she understood most things Ness said. Ness then started giggling at Aya again.

Ness nodded her head in agreement when Damien told her that he needed somone like an Owl to talk to. "They really are Awsome pets!" said Ness using her free hand to give Damien a thumbs up. Ness then used her hand to give Aya a few strokes. Aya closed her eyes as Nessies hand stroked her beautiful, browny coloured feathers.

The Owlery was far less glamorous than the romantic Observatory high atop the Astronomy Tower. But it was high and tower-ish and.... it wasn't like she was going to flirt with Legend much anymore. He'd asked her not to, after all. So, setting was less of a thing for evening rendezvous.

He was still her friend though and subject to her whims and wills, as he undoubtedly knew as she pulled up the tower stairs to the owl habitat. Giggle. "It's your duty to keep the owl mess off of me. One bit of poo in my hair and I'll melt." Neptune gave Mr. Chosen a VERY serious nod of her head then tiptoed over to one of the windows, where the sun was setting behind the mountains.

It would have been romantic, if not for the ... owls. They were to help with the 'not flirting' thing. The 'shouldn't have a crush' thing.

"I don't know...maybe? I've never gotten poo in my hair before." Gross. If it were bird poo or baby poo he wouldn't want that in his hair. He'd burn his hair off if that happened..or maybe not...he'd just wash it about a hundred times. "And I don't want to test it out either." Maybe he could try with Mat? Yes.

"Come on Neptune, I'm not that stupid." Yeah. He had finished NEWTS. Horrible. Terrible NEWTS. So he had to be smart enough not to let the both of them fall through the window. Neptune crossed her legs, looped her hands over her knee, and kept close to Legend. It wasn't a question of his smarts, it was just being safe "Nothing much, I guess. Just waiting for the end... waiting for the train."

Legend smirked, he understood exactly what Neptune was getting at! They would have to try it out. It could be a revolutionary discovery. "I could try it on my little brother but....he'd just end up crying." The kid was eight years old and still cried like there was no tomorrow.

Waiting for the end. That sounded so depressing. Gah. Legend really didn't want to think about it. It was probably why he felt so stressed out even after Exams had finished. "I really...really don't want the end to come." He murmured, his eyes wandering out the window. He didn't care of this statement made him seem weak. At the moment he just wanted to say in Hogwarts forever. The outside world was a scary new thing.

"Katie," Neptune allowed with a shrug. She listened carefully, nodding where appropriate, but staring out over the grounds below. "I'm envious that it's going so well for you. You aren't having any problems at all? Things are right back to normal?" Crazy.

"I don't know." Legend sighed before turned his eyes to Neptune once more and ignoring the sunset. "I mean yeah, change is good but...I sort of used to being that little brat around school. Losing points. Talking back, just kidding around really....can't really do that in the real world." It was like seriously growing up. Like a part of him had to go- the immature part - to survive what would come next. And he didn't know how he should feel about that.

That Neptune did understand. Although, "I don't think I've ever seen you be a brat. You've always been... well, not exactly mature, but... I don't know. A man?" Sort of? At least to her. Legend had always sort of been... that lead boy at the school. "I think that if you just stay you in this "real world" you'll be fine. I'm sure of it."

Neptune shook her head at him, then brushed her hair off her shoulders and began making a big knot of the blond mess (perfect mess!). "Of course I like Aurors. I'd just worry about you." That was all.

She smiled at the arguing thing. That she also understood as a "norm." "You should give her another chance some day." Hmm. When her hair was secure, Neptune pivoted around on the ledge and put her back to Legend, using him as her prop and comfy-maker. "I'm okay. Really. I... did what you told me to do. And I'm okay. I DO feel better, so I guess I owe you thanks for the advice."

A man? He seemed like a man? Legend crossed his arms, trying to look tough, but soon uncrossed them right after. He didn't have to pretend around someone who was his friend. "You think?...Yeah...yeah." Legend didn't know how to explain it, but he was thankful to Neptune. She made sense. He just had to..be himself. The world would just have to accept him for that. "Thank you." The words came out light, but it meant so much more to him. In a few simple words Neptune had changed his whole perspective.

"I will worry about you, incessantly, and you should be more confident in that not getting killed part. I don't even want to talk of such things." Unthinkable. If things were different, Neptune would have made him hug away the idea, but as it were, she just hugged herself.

"You should... and I'm sure you'll figure it out, time wise, all that," Legend was smart and all, and gave her what actually turned out to be REALLY good advice, "but... don't make her wait forever." Waiting? Not knowing? Expecting and never getting? HOPING? Those were the worst. She settled in against Legend and picked at nonexistent lint from her leggings, "I told him what the amortentia I brewed smells like. I just... told him. I thought about what you told me, and out it came." Pause pause pause. "Then he smelled it, too," Neptune added quietly, before turning her head slightly to sniff at her hair.

Legend rolled his eyes. "See, this is why I don't have a lot of Claw friends. You guys act like you know everything." And sometimes they really DID know everything. Which made him feel stupid.

Legend would have hugged Neptune, if she was facing his direction and all. But sudden movements made it dangerous and he did not want to fall out of the window. She didn't only agree with him when he said he was great, she actually believed it...which was something even Legend doubted from time to time. He just wouldn't let anyone around him know that.

She leaned her back against his shoulder and tried to SEE him, upside down-like. Death actually wasn't a possibility. "The Headmaster rule, the only thing he's been on about consistently, still applies outside of Hogwarts: Don't die. You should hide from Dark wizards. You are, in fact, entirely too handsome to die or be messed with by Dark wizards." It was just TRUE.

Would she? Maybe. As futile as it always ended up being, Neptune had tried to find someone else, too. So .... that did make sense. "Not hard to find someone better than you? Legend Chosen, just listen to yourself! Who do you suppose is better than you? Have you forgotten how terribly fond of you I am? Already?"

Neptune took that hand squeezing thing as her opportunity to steal a hug, gracefully wrapping his arm around. Teehee. To answer his question, she held up a lock of her hair for him to smell. "This." ..... "Just this."

He actually would believe that. Orlando wasn't bad at all. That kid was lovable. And APPARENTLY so was he.

"Don't die. Gotcha." Legend pushed a couple of strains of hair out of his face so Neptune could see his extreme serious Gryffindor expression. "But you know...they would just be too mesmerized by my amazing good looks to attack me. Even the guys. It's true." That was what happened when you called Legend handsome. He chuckled before shaking his head. "I would say no one but really there could be someone out there for Katie who is better for her than me. I don't want their to be but...could be. " His head shot up as an owl flew past them and into the Owlery. His hand had drifted to his wand, just in case there was any poo.

She turned around after she got her hug and took up Legend's hand so he'd FOCUS. "Please don't. You know it's not... like that. But it...," Neptune couldn't HELP but smile and smile and SMILE..."... it is good to know. I didn't know and I would have left here not knowing if you hadn't talked sense at me."

Chasing Legend and trying to get his attention had made her year bearable, if nothing else. She poked HIM in the cheek, where it was getting RED. "I am hilarious. I'm very charming and funny and witty, too. You should be telling me these things, not me saying them to myself. You're not doing your job, as usual, Slacker." .... she didn't mean that. Juuuust playing with him.

Neptune shrugged. "I can't think about it. Or I won't. I'll just be disappointed again. Maybe it's enough to just know that I'm not crazy or entirely pathetic for still... you know... feeling like I do after all this time, and all the girls, and all the drama. But...," Neptune inched closer to Legend, eyes wide and mischievous, "Can you keep a secret? A SECRET secret."

He would get her to say the love word! Trick her into saying that she loved a favourite colour or something like that, but he would do it!

"Kinda...sorta." He just didn't want things between them to become weird. Or for there to be anymore kisses. Yeah. That was what flirting lead to and that really wouldn't be good. "But Neptune that is my job. I'm a slacker. A charming and funny and witty, pretty girl like you should know that." Legend poked Neptune back the same spot on HER cheek, even if she wasn't blushing. She was taunting him and so that was what she got.

Legend made a face at the Ravenclaw's words. Sometimes Neptune was just confusing. "You're always prettier than me. I'm a guy. I am not pretty." He would accept handsome and beautiful and drop dead gorgeous, but not pretty. As for being smarter than Neptune? He simply snorted. She was a Ravenclaw. That really wasn't possible.

"I could have told you all that. I knew he still cared." Even if he didn't even speak to Jimmy he could tell. "Course, what is it?" The mischievous glint in Neptune's eyes told him that something was up. Was it a good thing? He wasn't even sure if he could keep secrets, he just wanted to hear it!

Neptune rolled her eyes. Kinda sorta was as good as the same thing. But he brought her back to giggles as she had gotten what she wanted out of him after all - him going on about her wit and charms and pretty. GIGGLE. "Of course. Forgive my lapse in judgement. I must have been too dazzled by your dashing good looks for a moment there." Teeheeheee.

"I dunno... you're awful pretty sometimes. This longer hair thing you've got going...," Neptune moved her hand up to brush away his long bangs from his forehead. "Pretty." Was that flirting? Hmm. Or just truth? Maybe it was kinda sorta both. She couldn't QUITE help it though. Old habits die hard?

She sighed at him, "How could you have known? And besides, caring and... this," Neptune lifted a lock of hair up to her nose and gave it a sniff - "different. It's...more. Or something." But onto the secret! Neptune looked around like there might be eavesdroppers and then leaned in closer still, "On my birthday... he gave me a train ticket. Just one. It was buried in a box of pictures of us. And I have no idea if he intends to go somewhere with me, or if he is just sending me away, and I won't ask... but I've decided I'm going to go. Come what may, I'm going to use his train ticket and see where he'd have me go. Is that crazy?" ...."You can't tell ANYONE." Neptune hadn't told ANYONE... but Legend.

Legend couldn't help but smile as Neptune giggled. It just remind him of the days when Neptune's giggles were at the TOP of his list of pet peeves. Things really did change quickly. "As you should be." He nodded. Yup.

Legend's mouth had opened, but no words came out. He could feel his cheeks getting even warmer than they were before. It felt as though Neptune was flirting. But he really couldn't tell, and he couldn't just ask her. Or even tell her to stop. As she brushed away his bangs he brought his head down. "Er- we should stop talking about me." He murmured. He felt uncomfortable...or embarrassed...or both.

"Guys have this code, you know? When they just understand other guys." Yup. Girls didn't have that because they were to picky and too confusing to even understand each other. Mystery train ticket? Legend bit his lip, unsure of how Neptune wanted him to respond. Was he suppose to be excited about it? It sounded...kind of dangerous...even if Jimmy did get it. Of course he wasn't going to SAY it sounded crazy but...it sounded crazy. "I won't tell anyone but...you're going...alone?"

Neptune sat back on her bottom, easing away from Legend. Her grin and giggled dimmed a teeeensy bit. She could FEEL how uncomfortable he was suddenly and it certainly wasn't what she meant to do. Neptune put her hands in her lap and vowed not to think about what it might mean that her touching him made him so ... embarrassed.

Guy code. Right. That sounded like something guys made up as they went to cover up for all their stupid. Neptune didn't question it though - Legend DID give her.... good advice and besides the time he hit her in the face with a spoon... had been SO SO good to her. "Well I don't know? Depends on him, I suppose. But maybe? There's only one ticket and no destination, so I can't invite anyone." Neptune wouldn't invite anyone anyway. "You... think it a bad idea." He totally did. It was SO there on his face.

Was a train ticket in guy code a bad thing thing? Arithmancy was FAR easier than guy code.

As Neptune shifted away a bit Legend let out a breath he didn't know he was holding. Quickly the redness in his cheeks began to disappear and he already felt less embarrassed. Yeah, Neptune just had to keep her distance and he'd be okay. Everything would be okay. Legend mentally nodded to this idea.

One ticket and no destination. That just SCREAMED dangerous. Or maybe it screamed romantic. Legend wasn't sure about the romance because that wasn't his type of thing, but he KNEW danger. "I..don't think it's a bad idea." Lies. It was an EXTREMELY bad idea. Plus Neptune wasn't going to tell anyone! This was how every Muggle scary movie worked. And then that person who told no one where they were going ended up dead. But....Neptune actually wanted to do it. "It might be...good. But when you go and get to...where ever it is the train takes you. Owl me alright? So so I know that...you aren't lost forever." Or dead. Yeah. Dead could be a option.

Legend shifted in the window sill, his eyes quickly turned to look outside. It was dark by now. Almost time to head back but he ignored this. "So, when am I going to hear that song you made me?"
