What in the world... First, she had to sacrifice her wand. Then, she has to CATCH A CAT!!!!!!!!!? Ohhh NOOOOOOOO!!! Hayley's a dog person. A. DOG. PERSON. But seeing as the other students had already went out.. "Oh well..." She then hurriedly headed to the corridor... Praying not to be bitten by a cat for catching it like the time when she was small..

Chris walked to the professor and said. "Professor, what is with all the cats! I am allergic to the fur! I have to stay away from them!" Chris said. Chris is allergic to cats, and when near them, his eyes get really itchy."Professor, I will just go to the corner over there away from the cats." Chris said. He then walked to the corner trying to avoid any cats. " I can't touch them!" Chris said. His eyes were already feeling a little itchy.

William picked up a little kitten The kitten had grey fu and was purring. " I have my cat, a cute little grey kitten" William told Shaw.

Hallie stomped into the classroom, hair in a mess and robes teared almost to shreds. The seventeen year old girl was holding onto the cat she had caught with all her might as the cat tried time and time again to wriggle itself out of Hallie's strong arm hold she had on it. "I'm still not pleased Shaw." Hallie told him, what would happen if she threw the crazed cat at Shaw and ran? Detention couldn't be THAT bad, could it? "If that was your idea of fun, you've been mistaken." She declared.

Frightened of what would follow next, Ariadne returned to the classroom, holding the cat she managed to catch, feeling more and more vulnerable without her wand. The only thing that made her feel a bit better was that her own cat, Pluto, hadn't been caught. He was probably on the grounds, chasing mice. Smart cat. She must remember to reward him. But now, Ari had to focus on the task at hand. Passing by Shaw, she said :'I've got a cat. Now what?' hoping she wouldn't get a terribly unpleasant answer. Normally, she would complain about the scratches on her hands but she had a feeling that Shaw didn't care much about anything like that.

Grumpily Amy returned to the classroom, clutching her cat so tightly and glaring petulantly at the professor, she hadn't seen where Simon had gone but either way, they both had a cat now. She plopped down near Thea where her bag had been left and kept clinging onto her cat. She was NOT escaping. Not this time. Not again, Amy was too tired to keep going and running, especially after cats.

Simon walked into the classroom with a cat under his arm, when he had the chance he was going to write to his dad using his owl, maybe then his dad could come and have some words with this crazy teacher, he wondered what the people of his country would say if they could see him now and it made him laugh a little as he picture the look on the faces of his bodyguards and stuff but then he remembered he was in class, looking at his robes and the blood coming from his arms he smiled. "Professor Shaw, you owe me a new set of robes just look at what has happened to mine."

Eino returned to class with a white sphinx in his arms. Strangely, the cat shared the same fascination with pogrebins as Eino did, or at least it thought the word was funny, which was all the same to him, really. He had gotten more exercise out of this task than anything else he had ever done. He was tired and sweaty, but he would do it again if only he had a little bit of energy to spare. He took a seat and placed the cat on top of the desk. While he waited for the rest of the students to return, he hoped that Shaw wouldn't have them do something strange to the cats. He really wanted to take this cat back to the Common Room with him. It was special, and cute, too.

Iris had occupied the seat near the back of the classroom again. She didn't like Shaw, he was a nutter. She watched him as he announced the start of the lesson and as he explained WHY he had all these feral cats.... He also wanted them to give in their wands?! ... He really was insane. Huffing as she got up, the Head Girl walked to the front of the class and dumped her wand with the rest of the students wands. She wasn't happy about parting with it; it was part of her! He might've well just told her to cut her left hand off!

Turning around, she followed a couple of younger students out of the classroom to go and catch herself a feral cat. Although... Perhaps growing up in the middle of the countryside would be an advantage here...

William pets his grey kitten " You are a nice kitty" Wiliam told her. She purrs for him again.

Kimalia's jaw dropped. She knew there was something odd going to happen as soon as she dropped her wand in the box and noted all the howling and scared cats. As soon as the cats ran off, Kimalia got up from her seat walking calmly towards a smaller black kitten that was behind everyone.

"Gotcha." She scooped it up quickly, but gently whilst rubbing it's head while it meowed. "Now, now, no one's going to hurt you." I hope, she glanced around the room to see if any were giving her looks. She walked back to the classroom showing Shaw the kitten before making her way back to her seat.

With some hard, determination, and a well deserved scowl at a certain someone, Evelyn finally got herself a cat. Not just any cat. A squirmy, meowing, and giant clawed cat who had a fat tail. Not to fear though. She had it bundled up in her robe so she could get scratched.

It was just the problem of making sure Poof didn't swat at it that was worrying her. Goodness, Poof was going to be so upset! Seeing her, Poof's owner, holding another cat. The emotional pain she must be going through!

Or...Poof could be asleep on her desk. Huh. Lazy cat.

Roderigo was strongly opposed to the idea of the entire class being wandless against an army of deranged kittens. But what else was he supposed to do. This man, Shaw, made him quite nervous. He yelled a lot, and they weren't allowed to call him "sir" or "Professor"? He retrogressed to the taciturn boy he was over a year ago when he first came to Great Britain and, thus, Hogwarts. However, his resilience was broken by the task Shaw gave them all. They had to go retrieve a mad cat that was hyped up on catnip. His brow furrowed as he progressed with the rest of the class in retrieving the feral cats.

Well isn't this just fun! Catching angry cats!

Chasing after angry cats at home was terrible enough, now having to catch on at school!! And why without magic?? Doesn't he know that cats are very sensitive animals and would...hiss and...scratch...and bite! Not that they're terrible animal or anything, just doesn't like to be bothered. Still, why do they have to catch stupid cats?? Couldn't he just tell us what we're doing with them?? Savannah just hope that she wouldn't get hurt.

She sighed and walked out in to the corridor, looking for a friendlier cat to catch.

Caroline came back into the classroom with a beautiful huge cat, who had now had his buried inside her elbow. "Shhhh It's okay." petting his head. She found a seat and sit down still with the cat in her arms. The cat's long tail kept twiching anrgily and smacking her in the face.

Quick post before bed. Iris is already in the corridor.
 

Iris turned around as she got to the door when she heard someone yelling her name. Grinning as she saw who it was, Iris shrugged. "Ahh... I suppose. It's you or I'm working on my own after all." Oh, how the pair had both grown up. Those silly arguments in Second Year seemed a million years ago... "Hurry up then, or we'll have to try and catch the craziest cats that everyone else avoided!" And then with that, Iris dashed out of the door and down the corridor.

With the cats, Raven is returning to Transfiguration classroom, patting the cat to make it comfortable with him, scratches is common to cat-napping, right, so Raven is completely fine with some scratches.

Raven walked cautious toward the 'Professor' desk, when he remember this man didn't wanted to be called Sir, or what-so-ever than 'just' Shaw.

"Good day, again 'Shaw'", "here my cat as you told the class" Raven didn't sure if this is okay, he know this Shaw is a Ministry Approved Professor, what else he can say, eyeing Shaw, waiting for what ever the professor may say.

After a while, Gwen came back with a cat. She looked around, hoping that what would follow won't harm the animal.

'And...now what?', she asked puzzled.

Carr walked back into the room with an angry-looking cat in her arms. At least it had stopped trying to get away. Instead, it had made its entire body rigid, stretched out its legs and paws, as if in an attempt to take up as much space and be as difficult as possible. Carr herself wasn't faring very well. There were several scratches on her arms and face and her eyes were getting puffy. She could feel her nose running and her lips began to swell and itch as hives popped up.

"Pwofessoh, I thin' I'n awergi'--" sneeze "--to gats."

Yeah. So. WIN. Lexi totally caught AND tamed a feral cat all without getting scratched. She was an awesomely awesome PRO kitty catcher, yo! All should bow to her greatness.

She gave PROFESSOR Shaw a smug look as she petted Sir Kitty under his chin and cooed at him. Yeah. HA! Now she would sit and STARE at PROFESSOR Shaw until he moved the class forward. STARESTARESTARE.

The robe of 5 cats Oakey had caught had seemed to calm down. Had the cats stopped moving? This didn't seem good. He was about to check to see if his cats were okay when he felt a slight movement inside his robe.

HA! thought you could trick me did you, stupid cats. trying to play dead so Oakey would open the robe. Not gonna happen! he yelled at the cats.
