Once referred to as "The Mysterious Tapestry", this wall hanging first came to notice during Draconia's tenure as Headmistress. The passageway which existed behind the tapestry has long since been sealed but, the tapestry continues to be a site of great interest to those familiar with its story or appreciate such textile arts. It also makes a convenient meeting place as there is no other tapestry as grand as this in the castle.

He glared a bit and took the vial out of his pocket, unstoppered it, glared again, and then sniffed it.

He jammed the stopper in it again.

"I'm sure."

She wasn't making SENSE.

"Should I pour it down a sink or something? Or maybe tip it outside. Thats probably safer, if it goes down the sink it might get Myrtle and... do love potions work on ghosts? I dunno if I wanna take the risk of that. Maybe I should just drink it."

At first the potion, well it tasted AMAZING. What was with that eh? Pink things shouldn't taste so GOOD, But Jimmy-as-Neptune didn't have much time to focus on that because suddenly he/she felt WEIRD.

Bits of him at a time started to GROW.

Other bits disappeared entirely.

And other bits made a (welcome) reappearance. He rocketed up again, and in moments he was once more himself. Jim. James S. Wilkes. Jimmy.

He stared at Neptune....

... and then his grin got goofy.

First thing she did? Picked up a strand and sniffed it. Some new shampoo from her sister's company, but well, her. It smelled like her.

"You're a giant," Neptune shed out of his cloak, glad that as smart and SMART Ravenclaws they'd prepared their clothes with the proper re-sizing charms. All but for the cloak, which like the potion, needed to go.

Or maybe not? Hmm. Giggle.

"Don't. Don't look at me like that, Jim." Neptune threw his cloak over his BIG goofy head and then flutter/skipped behind him. "I suppose I have to babysit you until it wears off? You know I don't have an antidote, right?"

And while normally, perhaps he'd know exactly what her intentions were with her new pose, Jim rushed forward for hugs. He DID pick her up and spin her around though.

Also he might have capered a bit.

It was probably really wrong to enjoy the hugs and spinning and capering as much as she did. But, well, what was new? Neptune never claimed to always do the right thing. She lifted her feet and LET him spin her. And it made her HAPPY. So nyeah.

Neptune wiggled her feet back down to the floor and tried to steady them both, but she was still pretty well IN that hug. "Though you're partly wrong. You're the bewildering one." And exceptional. Neptune tried to remain casual, clinical Ravenclaw performing experiments and all, but an almost-wibble pretty much gave her away.

Clear indeed. It was sort of what Neptune had always wanted... but now that she had it, it wasn't what she'd hoped for. Maybe because it was fake, or ... maybe because it just wasn't Jim.
