What an idiot! But then her eyes rested on a particular banner which was clearly supporting Gryffindor. Or, more precisely, one Gryffindor in particular. Grinning, Kita ran up the steps and made her way down a row towards her best friend. "N-nice... banner...C-c-caroline!" she gasped out, leaning back on the seat she had just sat down on. |
SPOILER!!: TREEEEYen and BEEEEEntley Nika beamed at the Treyen guy and arched an eyebrow when he mentioned the free of injuries thing... Well that was quite random. "Nice to meet you and it's good to here your injury free." She said lamely. "I'm Nika," She said replying with a smile. "Also free of injuries..." She was a little hesitant for the last part but hey if he mentioned he was injury free then she might as well mention it too. Then she turned back to her professor just in time to hear her answer Treyen's question. Ah, so that explains her erm, enthusiasm. She let out a chuckle at the sudden warning and maybe Nika should give a warning of her own as well... but eh whatever. They'd just have to see how she reacts because it would probably just be spontaneous as the Quaffle is passed around. "May the best team win." She said with another sweet smile. Hopefully that would be Gryffindor. |

"Nice to meet you Peyton" and she's in the 5th year as well. that's really--- he didn't know she's in the fifth year. That's really nice. Jonathan is starting to know more people in the higher years. He usually get's stuck over the lower years. "I'm Jonathan, 4th year Slytherin" they were both Slytherins. |
AND THEY WERE OFF. Defending champions? Ryden's eyebrows went up at that; she had not known this piece of information before. Perhaps she wouldn't have to fly to Joburg after all... Shame, and she'd been entertaining the idea. Blowing hot air on her hands, she rubbed them together and narrowed her eyes to avoid the chilly wind blowing around them. Quaffle to... RAVENCLAW. YES. Smiling slightly, Ryden visibly relaxed and leaned back against the upper bench. Good. They had the initial advantage. Now if they could only keep it that way, this one would be a happy Ravenclaw. The brunette's smile faltered slightly as she remembered that a certain person was a Gryffindor... but NO. THEY DID NOT DESERVE TO WIN. Eagles should be much better in the sky though, shouldn't they? HMPF. |
Oh nice save from the ravenclaw keeper :) |

They were on the pitch! Seren was full of nervous energy now, she wanted to see Ravenclaw win so bad. Shame she hadn't begun teaching last year when they won the House Cup. Oh well there was always this term. She crossed her fingers and toes and hair for good luck. The chasers were off!!!!! "CAW CAW RAVENCLAW!!!" she chanted enthusiastically as she watched the blur of red and blue tustle for the quaffle. They were heading in the direction of the Gryffindor Keeper! This was good news. DING!... Ravenclaw scored! "WWWooooooo!!!!!" cheered Seren brightly, suddenly realising she was standing. After a second she sat back down, poor Nika. "Well, here we go", she said, "goodluck Miss Adler." All without taking her eyes off the game... very talented she was. |
It's lame >_< Quote:
"Do you think he will see it from here?" She asked. Hoping that by having it at the top of the stands it would be easier to see. Standing to her feet when the Gryffindor team came out. "GO Carter!" She yelled and clapped loudly. "Go Gryffindor!" She turned to Kita and grinned widely. |
See here; Ryden was not heartless. She WOULD be all jumpy and happy and screaming at the top of her voice but there WERE a few reasons why she was not doing the above. One, she'd lost her voice the last time and the brunette NEEDED her voice; two, it was too cold to be jumpy, especially on an empty stomach and three, this was all reminding her of the last game where she'd thought Slytherin was a shoe in before Hufflepuff swooped down and caught the snitch. At any rate, she was just going to sit here with a light smile and admire the Ravenclaw keeper who was infinitely cuter than anyone else on the field. Once again, Koala Boy suddenly popped into her head and she fiercely shoved the thought away - HE would not get any more Ryden thinking time. Nope nope. Ravenclaw keeper thoughts were much simpler, much more fun and a lot less weird. Or, well, ya know. |
Lola was here! She was wearing an assortment of clothes, very colorful, very red because she was here today supporting for Gryffindor! Why?! In that team bore a heroine; a young, innocent girl that managed to save Queen Flobberworm herself in the kitchens that one day. Kurumi Hollingberry! In honor of the girl, Lola was proudly wearing her KURUMI FANGIRL SHIRT and was carrying a jar of cookies, raising it high in the air and used it almost as a shrine for her savior, shaking her head oh so dramatically and watching the game start. "GO KURUMI!" Lola immediately turned to a random stranger beside her and then widely opened her eyes, "Do you see that girl??! SHE SAVED MY LIFE! Oh bless that cookie-hero girl! I wouldn't even be here today without her! QUEEN FLOBBERWORM FOREVER!" She was jumping and pointing and trying to get Kurumi's attention and if all of her frantic jumping and pointing wasn't enough, she quickly unrolled a banner that she herself made (and quite proud of it as well), hanging it up in the air. "KURUMI! LOLA LOVEEEEESSS YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!" |
Lola Jones too. Sort of. Text Cut: Bentley Then, NO, Bentley, he was not okay. But he wasn't going to admit that, was he? Though, it was perfectly obvious that he was completely concerned for the people who were going to play. Bentley was right, though, because he had a smile on his face in no time. "That's good to know," because he didn't want the little box with the cupcake to get ruined. Chances were that Treyen was going to remain seated until the Snitch was finally caught and they were free to leave the Stands. Well, he was free to leave them now, but he wasn't going to. Oooooh, she was? No kidding. That's why she was so excited about this, no? Yet, he knew that Hadley came down the Pitch when Hufflepuff played, but she'd never played Quidditch. "Awesome. My father favors that position," and he used to be Chaser when at Hogwarts, and after that. Quote:
Text Cut: Nika ...er, what? "Yeah, no, I meant a 'free of injuries' game," though, his own injury was already taken cared of, and he didn't even have to go to the Hospital Wing. He nodded once she introduced herself. Nika. He could remember that. Text Cut: Bentley O_o Oh. And the game started. And they were BOTH Seekers. And Ellie...Captain. He...wanted to leave the Stands. Seriously. Neptune was completely right. His smile was completely gone by the time the game started. But the smile was back when he noticed the Professor's reaction to that goal. And the many more that would come, probably. Treyen was NOT looking at the Pitch, he was staring at the little box and...he heard Lola calling out for Kurumi. That was random. Wait...Kurumi saved her life? What was Lola talking about?? |

This was turning out to be a good game... the eagles being a tad better than the lions... The eagles making another great save...Penny wasn't sure of his name, but thought it was Dumble..."He's good!", she thought.. |
SPOILER!!: Treyen Seren hardly noticed that Treyen had gone quiet. The game was far too thrilling... far too captivating for anything else to even come close to holding her attention. A brilliant save by Ravenclaw keeper Theodore Dumble-- she had done her research. And Eeeek! "WWWOOOO RAVENCLAW!" she cheered as she heard the second DING! indicating the second Ravenclaw goal.. she wasn't impressed with the gryffindor's haversacking though... not very sportsmanlike. Merlin! Who needed seats at these things? Honestly. Stnading Seren continued to watch play, her eyes barely blinking out of fear she would miss something good. Ooohh.. was that gold?... was that the snitch? |

Plopping into a seat next to him she smiled slightly. "Had to come root for Ravenclaw, ya know," she muttered before leaning to kiss his cheek. Annnnnd... there goes Ellie grabbing the snitch it looked like. Poor Kurumi was a ways behind her. Fail. This was all just fail. |
Oooh wow... Philips of gryffindor made a great save....but merlins beard....The eagles seeker has caught the first snitch..... Being an unbiased spectator, Penny couldn't help but admire their play ! |
What was his name? Theodore DUMBLE? Oh, poor fellow. Eh well, he sure makes up for it with his rather impressive Keeper skills. Ryden was just thinking that she should say hi to him sometime when the snitch suddenly appeared. THE SNIIIITTTTCHHHH. Losing all dignity, the brunette jumped to her feet and yelled hard, cheering on the Ravenclaw seeker as both of them went into a dive. "GOOOOO RAVENCLAW GO GO RAVENCLAW GOOOO RAVENCLAW, CATCH THAT SNIIITCCCHHH!!" Oh well, so she'd drink honey or something tonight so that her voice wouldn't disappear. AGAIN. |
Feel free to play with him. He's just hanging out. It was Quidditch day and Max was pumped to the point that he even felt a bit queasy. He would really rather be on the team than in the stands, but the thought of all those people looking at him and cheering for him made him even more nauseous. He quickly shook the idea off and remembered he was just here to support his team. To support Ellie, the only person he knew on the team. He missed Nia. Regardless, he had a Ravenclaw pennant in his hand to support even the Ravenclaws he didn't know as he pushed his way between people in the stands. He stood by himself, one hand dug deep into his robe pocket and the other holding the pennant level to his head. Max gave the flag a little nonchalant wave as his eyes gazed around the field, attempting to figure out what was currently going on and find the dot that was Ellie. |
You can't be lame! And mine is a bit weird, sorry! Quote:
"Caroline, frankly, he'll be able to notice you from any distance," she said, smirking slightly, "He loves you remember?" And there was her signature wink! But wait... can you even spot your loved one from a distance? Shaking her head, she turned her head to look at Caroline only to find that the girl was standing up. "Oh my days!" she whispered. Did this means that she had to cheer as well? Standing up, Kita took a deep breath before she yelled: "Go Lions! Go Eagles!" Yes, she was supporting both teams... so sue her. |
Chad worked his way through the crowds, looking for a seat. Where was Kimber? She had asked him to meet her here. Oh well, maybe he'd glance upon her. Until theen... |
The snitch! the snitch! THE SNITCH!!! "COME ON RAVENCLAW!!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!" she all but screamed. Hopping on the spot Seren was leaning against the railing, one hand secured around the post while the other flailed uncontrolably in the air. "YES! YES! CAW CAW RAVENCLAW CAW CAW RAVENCLAW!! WWwwwoooo!!" What a spectacular catch by Ellie Stone! |
THEY GOT IT. THEY GOOOTTTT THE SNIIIIITTTCCCHHHHH!!!! Much happier now than she was before, Ryden plopped back down into her seat and proceeded to watch the game, straightening her scarf and cloak at the same time. They'd gotten a little askew during her little outburst. This time, her eyes went to the Ravenclaw beater. Hmm. Of course, beating was the BEST position one could ever have in Quidditch (NOT seeking, you silly people so STOP TRYING TO MAKE HER A SEEKER) and therefore the players should be the utmost best. |
Nika was disappointed that Ravenclaw was winning all of these points. She stood up next to her professor, who at this point was practically screaming her lungs out, and started cheering on her team as well. "GO GO GRYFFINDOR!!" They aren't too far behind. Hopefully the could catch up. |
Quote:
"Oooooohhhhhhh" winced Seren as the Gryffindor Beater was knocked from his broom. How unfortunate. On the plus side, Dumble took another sensational save. "Sorry dear", she murmured to Nika. Ravenclaw with the possession of the quaffle again. "My Merlin! they're sharp flier's", thought Seren out loud. |
NO. NO. NO. He wasn't looking. His eyes were DEFINITELY away from the game. AWAY. And he knew he was being completely ridiculous about it, because nothing was going to happen. Well, nothing to be this worried, though. And he noticed the snitch changing directions and both the girls chasing after it, and he closed his eyes. Quote:
AWESOME. For Ellie. Of course. You know, being next to Bentley was pretty good if you weren't watching the game. He bit his lip as his eyes started to open up, and a smile crept to his face at the sight of the Ravenclaw Seeker. And then...oops. Simon. O_o Quote:
