Aurora ran up to the stands, Slytherin flag in hand and hair tied into two long plaits with green and silver ribbons. This was the most important match so far because THAT WAS HER DADDY SNAKE DOWN THERE!!!!! "Wooooo!!! GO AARON!!" she yelled as she looked for a seat and someone to talk to. Anybody... |

Penny smiled at Bentley, "No mam'am, I wouldn't think it'd be great for the nerves", looking at the match again, and glancing at the scoreboard - it didn't look great for 'The Eagles' .... behind in points and snitch captures.. "I've been good ma'am, busy with classes and homework and stuff, ya know" Quote:
Penny saw becca running up the steps, hoping she wouldn't trip and bust a nose or something... it was a relief to her to see Becca reach the seats she was on finally taking a seat beside Penny.... "Hey Becca, out here it's not about whos smart - it's about who can fly and knows the game really well...Ravenclaw may have cleverer students, but Slytherin are flying better and playing the better game....." Suddenly realising who was behind her, turned around to her left shoulder...Sorry professor, that's how i see it... and today i'm unbiased - cos we, I mean the hufflepuff quidditch team, will end up playing the winners in the next match.... |
anyone! Quiddich. Quiddich. Quiddich. Quiddich. Quiddich. Quiddich. QUIDDICH. Do you know what time it is?? IT'S QUIDDICH TIME!!!! Samira was usually calm and cool and collected on a normal day. But today was not a normal day. No. Today was a Quiddich day. And nothing was more important than Quiddich.. Nothing. The Slytherin walked to the stands clad in her Slytherin outfit that she threw together, showing exactly what team she was supporting. Slytherin. Because Slytherin was going to win. She just knew it. Her Silver and Green flag clutched in her hand, the Slytherin anxiously bit her lip as she shifted, waiting for the game to begin. Sucking in a deep lung full of air, Samira cried out, "GOOOOOO SLYTHERIN!!!" |
"NO!" Presley shrieked in outrage. They'd lost. Lost. Now there was no chance of them winning the quidditch cup. Wow. Way to go Ravenclaw. |
Cass held her breath as the players zoomed around the pitch, catching the quaffle, blocking shots and all that. Slytherin was still at the lead which really made her happy...maybe they would win the cup this year...she certainly hoped so.. Then she shouted out in surprise and happiness as the whistle broke through the air, signaling the end of the game when Lola caught the snitch. The girl might be crazy, but she was a great seeker. "ALRIGHT! GO SLYTHERIN!" She shouted out happily as she laughed and cheered along with her fellow snakes while waving her green and gray flag above her head vigorously |
Making her way out into the stands, Josephina was a bit surprised how empty it was. This was the CHAMPIONSHIP; wasn't that supposed to be like the largest match or something? Or at least one of the most important. She was just learning this quidditch stuff and even she knew that. And since the students were far more obsessed than she was, then where were they? Shrugging it off, Fina pulled her hair over one shoulder as she made her way toward the second row of the stands. Slytherin versus Hufflepuff. There were some very strong personalities in those house, especially when it came to quidditch. And then, there was of course a couple good Arithmancy students there too. Fiddling with a silver bracelet (with a single miniature badger charm) on her left wrist, she waited for the match to begin, as well as students to join in her in the stands. Preferably someone to help her with the terms too. |
Even if Ariadne herself wasn't interested in Quidditch and was adamant in never joining her house team, it so happened the girl needed a distraction from all the studying, so she made her way to the stands for the first time. That's right, she had never watched a game before, not even when her house was playing. But this was the championship, something BIG, right? Ari ignored the pang of regret she had because Gryffindor weren't playing, and busied herself with finding a seat. She noticed the Arithmancy Professor a few rows away and nodded at her, unsure if the woman would notice her or not. Waiting for someone to talk to, Ari wondered which team she should root for. She had very good friends in both Slytherin and Hufflepuff, so it was a very hard decision. It seemed unbelievable that her mother had been Ravenclaw Quidditch captain in her days, when Ariadne knew so little about this sport that everyone in the wizarding world seemed to like. |
Kurumi made her way to the stands with a box of Quidditch themed cupcakes in her arms. Her hair was tied back in two long loose french braids and a nervous smile was on her face. She hadn't thought too much about Quidditch since the final match she had played in, but now she couldn't keep the game off her mind. Kurumi smiled at Professor Hadley and took a seat directly in front of the woman and set the box beside her. She still couldn't see the players on the pitch, so she supposed that they were still in their respective locker rooms having one final team huddle before the match began. Kurumi blushed just a bit, but forced herself to push THAT emotion down. She had been doing so well recently not thinking that way. Letters to her brothers and father had certainly helped, and Kurumi felt confident that she could appear before Treyen and not have her hair turn too obvious a shade of pink. Then again, defeating that boggart probably had something to do with it. She hoped that she could catch a glimpse of him after the match - if nothing else to hand him one of her cupcakes. After all, she had baked cupcakes since he wasn't much of a cookie person. Kurumi leaned her elbows on her knees and rested her head in her hands while she waited. Of course, anyone was welcome to one of the cupcakes should they desire. |
Jory made his way up the stands looking for a seat. His House was playing in the finals and he was very happy. He loved Quidditch even though he was not much of a player. He passed several people he knew by sight. He saw Professor Hadley. He waved to her. He spotted Ari not far from Professor Hadley. He made his way to Ari wondering which House she was supporting. |

She chose a seat and sit down. Not any seat, she made sure not to sit next to any Huffies or Snakes today, she needed her ears undamaged for the summer- many phonecalls awaiting far ahead so. Louisa sent a polite smile at the girl, making sure NOT to get into Quidditch discussions since they were her least favorite. Besides, the girl's face was rather pink and she seemed deep in thought so it wo-- --whaaat? The thirteen year old glanced at what the girl had with her. CUPCAKES!! whatever the decoration was, it looked like something to do with.. oh. Right. Quidditch. AGAIN. Meh. "Wow. You did those?" Instead of snatching one just right away and munching into it. This seat was pretty much blessed by Merline. Cupcakes and an irrelevant house girl. |
anyone? Gwen watched as everyone started leaving the Common Room and headed over to the Quidditch pitch. One by one, almost all the students left the room, so the young Ravenclaw decided to do the same. She quickly closed the books and placed them on the table near her. Then, she rushed out of the room and walked in a hurry towards the Quidditch pitch, not even minding the students she almost ran into. Hmm... I wonder why I am so anxious to see this game. After all, Ravenclaw isn't evn playing, the girl thought. But the wierd thing is that I don't even like flying and sports that mugh, but, meh... While trying to find a seat, Gwen thought of which team she should support. Slytherin or Hufflepuff? This should be easy... Slytherin, of course, she decided. I don't even have many Hufflepuff friends. Ehem- not many= 1. However, I get along fine with lots of Slytherins. So yeah, Slytherin it is. Looking puzzled around, Gwen noticed the Arithmancy Professor and decided she should at least greet her. 'Good day, Professor', the Ravenclaw said simply. Hmm- better not sit near her- She will obviously support Hufflepuff and it would be odd to yell 'goooo SLYTHERIN' around. Surprisingly, though... I don't really want to sit alone, she told herself while scanning the place. |

SPOILER!!: all you with your nonverbal acknowledgements Glancing around the stands as she noticed commotion around her, including one Kurumi Hollingberry and a young Ravenclaw girl of whom she was not familiar with take the seat in front of her, she nodded and waved back as appropriate. Of course, the Lioness had made it a point to back for the final match of the year. If she hadn't, then Hadley would have been surprised, since she knew the girl to be fond of baking and especially around finals time. "Those look too good to eat," she said commenting quietly as she peered into the box. Shame she generally tried to avoid sweets during the school year; not that the girl had offered her one anyway. Let the students get all hyped up on sugar, or they might have an excessively hyper and annoying professor in the stands with them. Quote:

If there is something Jonathan would never miss watching, it's Quidditch. He always supports the Slytherins of course. They're up against Hufflepuff this time. Jonathan is quite confident enough that the SNAKES would win. Fingers crossed for that one. He should have wished Daichi the best of luck. Jonathan finally reached the stands and he is pumped for the cheering part. This one he does best. Looking at the side, of course little pastry girl Kurumi is handing out sweets like the usual. Not that Jonathan is complaining. NO. He loves Kurumi's baking. It's like paradise with every each bite. The sweetness in the right amount and the softness of the pastry--- the best. Of course, Jonathan took one.................. or maybe two. He just couldn't resist can he? "Thanks..." smiling at the Gryffindor. Amazing girl. Well, not many people are here to support yet but the Stands will be full later. Students just go wild for Quidditch. |

"Merline! They're pretty delish!" She said through a full mouth, forcing herself not to smile till after the swallowing.. "You're incredible! Do you do them with magic?" She swallowed and flashed her a smile. One of Louisa's rarest ones. A lioness meant a cheerful student.. now a lioness AND a good cook, that was uniqueness. *nodnod* |

Kurumi shook her head. "Baking is something that I have always done by hand," she explained. Actually, she couldn't imagine baking using magic. It just seemed so...so wrong. "I actually prefer to do it that way. It reminds me that being able to use magic isn't the only thing that defines me." Which was true, but it also wasn't really the entire reason. Namely, she hadn't been allowed to use magic growing up and baking the non-magical way was more of a habit. |
anyone?? Rebecca walked up the steps to the stands in her best Hufflepuff supporting outfit. She didn't see anyone she knew yet, except for Professor Hadley, so she sat down by herself. |

He took a bite from the cupcake he had on his left hand. YUMMY! That was the only thing he could think of. Whatever it is made of Kurumi should definitely keep it up. "This is really great" he said while munching on the cupcake still. He even gave an awkward thumbs up to her because both of his hands were occupied with the delicious cupcake. It's definitely nice to see at that young age, the things she could do with cooking supplies. "I love this cupcake Kurumi" he smiled at her. It's true. Every bite was just amazing. |

AHA! Spotted her! Hehehe. With the handbag on her arm she made her way up the stands and sat down next to Kurumi. "Hey kiddo... I have something for you." She held the cute little bag out for her favorite Gryffindor and smiled. Leaning in closer she whispered, "But that's not all... you have to open it up and see what's inside." Her smile was bigger and brighter than it had been in a long while now and she nearly bounced in her seat with anxiety. OPENOPENOPENOPENOPEN. |

The true Slytherin got to the stands holding two flags in both hands as she was cheering on her way to her seat. She was also excited about seeing friend Freya playing. She really hoped that she could see her before the game but the team must have been busy, so she didn't want to bother. When Lara got to her seat she heard a familiar voice, well, she heard lots of familiar voices. But this was one of the most familiar voices. She looked to see who was it and it was Samira. Lara grinned and jumped to get beside her friend without even asking and shouted "Samiraaaa!" She hoped she didn't startle the girl "Are you ready to cheer!" she shouted hoping that Samira heard her. because the voiced were too loud here. |

"I am glad you like them," she chirped as a slight blush appeared on her cheeks. It wasn't a new recipe or anything like that, but Kurumi had been feeling a sort of nostalgia for the simple flavors. This may have had something to do with the ridiculous amounts of wedding cake orders she had been taking recently. Which reminded her that she really needed to show those sketches to a certain bride to be... Quote:
"LEXI!" Her eyes widened when Lexi handed her a the handbag. "Kitty-chan!" she squeaked. She had never owned anything as fancy as this and Kurumi was just about to tell Lexi that she really couldn't accept it when the older girl told her she had to also open it up. "Y-Y-You mean there is more?" she asked trying not to look too much in shock. "Lexi...you really didn't have to..." That gleam and slight pout on the blonde's lips told Kurumi to just shut up and open it. Her eyes fell on the lion pendant necklace and ring and her smile brightened. "Lexi...thank you..." she slightly wibbled looking up at her Mama Lion. "It's good to have you back." And it was time for a much needed lion hug. |
Quote:
"There is no thanks needed. I am glad to give them to you. And I am glad I AM back... this term has been rather interesting... or so I have been told," she said as her voice faltered a bit. Imperiused, possessed... she was clearly vulnerable to things of the like and she didn't like it. SIGH. Oh. Smiles back on for her cublet. Seeing her little wibble Lexi instantly pulled her into the best hug she could... trying to put all of her love into that one hug. To show her that she cared very deeply for her. |
Quote:
Kurumi half sighed and half giggled at Lexi's next comment. "Interesting isn't exactly the word I would have used," she replied with as neutral a tone as she could muster. The term had certainly put Kurumi off boys - which probably pleased the older lioness. First Connor smothering her the first half of the term, then her confessing to Treyen that she liked him only to learn that she had been misunderstanding his intentions all along...it was clear to her that she just wasn't ready to be THAT fierce yet. |

The next part where the girl talked like... like no other Gryffindor Louisa had heard of, the thirteen year old's face beamed. "That's very thoughtful of you!" She extended her hand, "I'm Louisa Carter, by the way." Yup! The girl had the brains to be one of Louisa Carter's friends.. rather than classmate. "I like it that you think that Magic doesn't identify who you really are. I've read a lot about people going insane over the idea of wizards and witches being the best, the talented blah blah blah.." She rolled her eyes at the idea. |
Vashti...had mixed feelings about this game. She didn't like being in the stands for it - she wanted to be out on the field, playing the game, not just sitting here and watching. But it was still Quidditch, and she didn't fancy missing a game if she could help it, so here she was. She had also decided that if she had to support someone besides Ravenclaw it would be Hufflepuff, so she was wearing a yellow scarf loosely around her neck to show her support. The real trouble with sitting in the stands rather than playing in the game was trying to find a place to sit. There were several people here already, but for the most part the stands felt empty. But it was still a little while until the game, so there was plenty of time for them to fill up. Vashti saw Kurumi and Louisa sitting in front of Professor Hadley, and she decided that would be a good place to sit. "Hey Kurumi. Hey Louisa," she said with a smile as she took the empty seat beside Louisa. Turning a bit so that she could face Professor Hadley, she smiled and said, "Hello, Professor." |
