 A set of paths link the courtyard to various areas of the grounds. It’s nice to walk along either on your own or with a friend. The trees on either side of the path help to create a light atmosphere. So go on, take your time and soak up the fresh air, heaven knows students need it. | |

It was quiet out, the sun shining through the trees above her and really no one in sight, Katie had no reason to worry about losing Nova on their walk today. Her dark eyes stared ahead, though not really seeing as thoughts clouded her mind. In an instant she stopped in her tracks, pulling her hand away from the railing quickly and to eye level as a murmured complaint left her mouth, "Ow!" A frown formed as Katie examined her palm, Nova didn't break her hop-pause-sniff-hop pace and continued on. Splinter.

She brightened up to find a friend and shouted, "Hey Matt!" She grinned and waved. Then she realized that another person was there with him. 'Uh oh. Bad timing.' Zara thought as she quietly said, "Awk-waard." It was Nessie. Bad timing, really bad timing. AAAHH. 
Zara turned her back to them, hoping they didn't hear her shout, then began to walk straight back to where she came from, crossing her fingers, still hoping they didn't see her or follow her. She tried to walk as casually as possible, to blend in with the other students walking and not be all conspicuous, because they'd obviously see her retreating figure.

She'd be surprised if he DID mind seeing how those in his house seemed to be full of questions, surely he wouldn't mind more of them from a firstie. "Yes," She confirmed with a head nod. "For a while now."
