"I don't think the headmaster teaches that anymore, am I right?" Which was kind of sad. Who knows what happened over the summer. There were a lot of new professors.

"Of course," Helena said, while a biiiig grin made its way on her face. But she was also a bit nervous about the idea of a new year. A lot to study, but she'll do great, right? At least she liked... wanted to think that way.

The blonde Malfoy was taking pictures all around Hogwarts today. First day of term. Wow. First day of her fourth year at Hogwarts- she felt weird. Well not exactly weird but.. old. Emma fixed her Slytherin charm bracelet and waited for Alexbear (her former crush) to come. They had decided to meet up to talk, the blonde had noticed Alex's moods were not always.. the best. She wondered what was going on with him and Ellie. Where was her beloved partner?

Alex was walking outside, that was actually an improvement. Before he'd only walked the route to the pitch, back to the common room and then to the kitchen and back to the common room again. Now he was walking around, on the grounds. He managed to grin a little when he saw a certain Emma Malfoy.

"Hi." he said with a faint smile when he caught up with her.

Nodding his head shortly, Evan continued passing with her for a while, sometimes his passes missing her with an inch--but no more --and sometimes her passes were off. Though, he could clearly see she was progressing, and it excited him even more. He loved it when people got better at any positive thing, and football was the first thing to get excited about in his list.

Looking up as she talked, he stopped the ball and chuckled softly at her words. "Yeah, you did," he agreed, hands on waist to decide what to do now. "Well, we can either practise shooting for a bit, or we can--"
"--Mina!" the prefect exclaimed, a bright smile on his face. So, apparently this early hour wasn't early enough, but at least the right people found him. The little firsties were still off in their beds, and he was actually glad to be with Bissy and now Mina. Especially the latter girl made his day much brighter, and having her at one of his practices was more than enough to give his 200% into the training.

"Mina, this is Bissy, a new sixth-year snake," he introduced Bissy with a smile, and then did the vice-versa. "And Bissy, this is Mina, sixth year Ravvie and also my girlfriend." His smile got even larger at that as he wrapped an arm around her waist. Lucky they hadn't run or anything, he wasn't sweaty.

"So, we were practising a little bit," he adressed to Mina, setting his foot on the ball. "Would you like to join? We can have a two-to-one match, if you want... or whatever you girls want."

Vashti smiled and sat down on the bench next to the girl. "So," she began as she looked over at the girl, trying to start up a conversation, "are you glad to be back at Hogwarts?"

Oh, cool! A second year! "It's nice to meet you, Nika," Audrey said. "You know, your the same age as my brother! He's a muggle though..." she said, although sometimes she thought her brother was magic. "I think springs the prettiest, due to the flowers and the animals being born."

Daichi felt something, or rather someone knocking in to him. He stumbled forward but managed to stay on his feet. But in the process he dropped his plushed duck. "Mr.Duckles!" he shouted and dropped down to pick the toy up.

He brushed it off with his hand and after checking it was 'clean' he turned around , wanting to glaaaare at whoever made him drop Mr.Duckles when he saw a girl. Who looked older than he was. Eeeh, right..no glaring. Especially not when she said she liked the ducky~! "Thanks~~!, it's name is Mr.Duckles!" said Daichi with a big smile but then he frowned at the name bugs. "What's a looney tones?" he asked. He was a halfblood but that didn't mean he knew EVERYTHING from the muggles right? "OH i'm Daichi Katharos by the way and i'm in Slytherin." he felt like he was missing something. Oh right! he rememberd. "I'm a first year, this place is so cool!" he said meaning Hogwarts.

Arabella-Marie smiled and said "Yeah of course i am glad to be back at Hogwarts this place is a home from home for me"

The blonde Malfoy turned around to hear someone saying hi. "Hey." she replied, before giving him a hug. ALEXBEAR WAS SMILING! ..Well almost smiling. She had been really worried about him, ever since he was moping around about his girlfriend not being there. Emma felt bad that she hadn't pulled him aside at the feast to talk about it.

The blonde's brown eyes gazed at Alex and looked at his eyes to see if he was okay. From what she could tell he seemed really upset as if he wasn't there. As if he was a ghost. Her smile turned into a serious expression. "Alexbear what's the matter? You don't seem like your usual upbeat self? ... You seem kind of depressed. I hate seeing you like this. Tell me, what's wrong." She had two plans in mind. A: Time to talk and then cheer him up. Or B: Talk and then go pull a prank on someone. Or C: Talk and play Quidditch. One of these plans HAD to work.

Cute was a word a lot of people liked to throw around Hogwarts. Lulu didn't get the appeal of it as she glanced at Sir Robin out of the corner of his eyes. There was nothing cute about him and the way he was shoving his little paws in the girl's pocket except, maybe, his tail. "Potions ingredients," explained Lulu vaguely. "I'm gonna have a hard time drying them out, though!" whined Patterson, wiping her forehead with the back of a soiled glove. She left a light brown streak across her skin. "The dungeons are so bloody humid. I reckon I can figure somethin' out, thanks," finished Lulu and threw the knapsack's lid open to put in the collected plant. "I'mma third year and you? Kittens are nice, everyone has one," continued Lulu not looking up as she tried putting the plant in a corner of the knapsack where it wouldn't be destroyed by the weight of whatever else she'd find. "I reckon they're the reason the rat population is so low these days."

Lulu couldn't find proper test subjects anymore because of this. Maybe she needed to make an investment and buy one at Diagon Alley next time she had a chance. She had meant to but the two way mirrors had been more expensive than Lulu had initially calculated.

"Oh cool DADA. We didn't really have such a great time in the class last term. We didn't really do anything. But maybe with the new professor it'll be better!" Did this new guy even qualify as a professor? Someone had said he was from the ministry. "I'm looking forward to DIVINATION! And care of magical creatures!" Nika replied eagerly.
Nika nodded proudly. Yes. Second year. Now older and more awesome. Hehe. Maybe not... "Oh my sister is a muggle too!" Not like that was a good thing, but they had something in common right? "Yeah that's why I love the spring too! Plus my birthdays during the spring!" She added with a mischievous grin.

Vashti nodded, smiling. "Seems it's that way for most people," she commented, "which is certainly understandable considering we stay here for the majority of the year." A few years ago, Vashti would've done the same, calling Hogwarts her second home, and she was starting to feel that way again, but even now she couldn't help longing to be back at her real home with her mother and her aunt. Hogwarts, great as it was, still couldn't quite compare.

Skip, skip, skippity-skip.

The first year peacefully hummed and skipped behind her cat. The persian seemed to have a place in mind to go and Peyton just followed, hoping her cat would lead her to an ancient treasure or pretty flowers. It didn't matter where they were going as long as she got her daily dose of skipping for the day. It was a very important exercise routine for the girl.

Huuuuummmm.

John spotted his sister and rolled his eyes.

she's lucky to have lived this far. John thought to himself.

"Mr. O'Mally, do ur stuff dude" John ordered his big,fat orange tabby cat. Mr.O'Mally couldn't stand both Peyton and her cat.

Mr. O'Mally made a horrible sound that would always scare off Peyton, which made John laugh hysterically.

"Little Red! what are you doing here?" John asked as he looked down at his trusted cat, and winked at him.

Out of nowhere Peyton heard a horrible and SCARY noise. "AAAH!" she screeched, covering her ears. She knew who that was. UGH!

Turning around she glared at John. "That was mean!" she said, walking over to him and poking him on the chest. VERY MEAN! Crossing her arms, she huffed and kept her glare on him. "Why do you care?" she sneered. Seriously, scaring Peyton was a BIG no-no.

Usagi heard the foul cry that sounded like a cat being strangled. Stupid O'Mally cat. He knew that scared Peyton. The white Persian raised her spine and swung her tail dangerously. Oh he was going to get it.

The cat hissed and clawed the ground beneath her paws. Oh yeah, her claws were SHARP.

John laughed, seriously Peyton's poke felt more like a feather than a human being.

"uhm...ouch?" He teased as he laughed harder.

"don't get too excited, i still don't like you, i was just checking if you were still alive. so my work here is done..." John lied as he was passed her

Mr. O'Mally's eyes turned red as he glared at Usagi, he simply brushed her off with his tail a walked up to his faithful owner, and master...John.

UGH!

He was teasing her. One of these days she'll ask one of the older students in her house to teach her house to fight and get big and STRONG.

Hmph.

Peyton rolled her eyes. Ever since their big fight she's felt as if they've gone back to square one. Not that they ever got along, but at least she was able to talk to him in an almost civilized way, but now they were back to fighting. "I don't like you, either." she said, giving him her best diva face. She missed him, only a little bit. Not that big of a deal and she wasn't going to tell him that. He might make fun of her like that time she accidentally mis-pronounced Patito.

Wait!

He was leaving already, but they've only spoken to each other for like a minute. A MINUTE! Thinking quickly, Peyton smirked. "So, I heard you got sorted into Gryffindor." she said in a taunting manner. That would keep him here for a little bit longer.

Hopefully.

"Yeah. At least as far as I know." Hopefully, they would get a great professor for DADA.

Viola grinned back, really hoping this term would go smoothly. "So, how was your summer?" She thought she had already asked this question earlier, at the ice-cream parlour, but she couldn't think of any other conversation starters.

Arabella-Marie nodded and said "Yeah i guess they do, so are you looking forward to the start of the lessons"

Fee was happy to be back again,finally she could enjoy this beautiful day.After she had packed everything out and glittered her bed again,the blonde really craved some sunlight.It had taken her hours just to sort her clothes.

Sitting down on a bench near by the Slytherin took out her ipod.Listening to music was the best way to realx for her.Maybe she woulc go to the lake and tan a little but later.Sounded like a good idea to spend your day.

Ronnie sat continueing to pet the ferret as she looked over at Lulu. "I'm no good at Potions." She confessed, remebering last term when she melted her couldron...The idea of it still brought her nightmares. "But I ace charms every year."She said priding herself in being good at something.

"You're right, alot of people at cats." Ronnie said not sure what else there was to say about them.She looked around one more time and Lily and couldn't find her. Ugh..that cat never showed up when Ronnie wanted her to. "Lily doesn't hunt rats. She too lazy to do anything." Ronnie told her remeber the one time Ronnie found a mouse in her room and Lily just looked at it. "I have two more cats at home to." She sighed and laid back on the grasss stretching her legs and arms out.

"I'm a fourth year." Ronnie finally added when she heard the girl was a 3rd year.

Uhh... didn't they already have this conversation?

Never mind.

"It was... good," Helena said, smiling. "A lot of shoppi-" The girl stopped instantly, with her mouth half opened, but no more words came out. She forgot... Oh no. No, no, no, no, no. "I... forgot to buy -" HOW could she forget that?! "I forgot to buy... some treats for Hades," she finally finished, while her eyes went wide. Nice one. Only a pet and she forgot about it.

"I'll have to send and owl to my mother." Oh yes. That's the first thing she'll do. "But anyway, how was your summer?"

Viola looked slightly amused, as Helena suddenly stopped talking. "Treats for Hades?" she asked. Hades was obviously a pet and it seemed like she forgot to buy something for Hades. "So, is Hades an owl?" she asked, once Helena got over her shock.

"My summer was quite lovely. Had loads of fun." Viola said, with a grin. "Oh yeah. I did a lot of shopping as well." she added, as she walked slowly, enjoying the walk. It really helped to calm her mind.
