A set of paths link the courtyard to various areas of the grounds. It’s nice to walk along either on your own or with a friend. The trees on either side of the path help to create a light atmosphere. So go on, take your time and soak up the fresh air, heaven knows students need it.

The conversation was actually pretty ridiculous, so she hoped the kid didn't get too stressed about anything she said. Half the thoughts that escaped her mouth were laced with sarcasm anyway.

Ohhh, lordy. And now here he was, throwing a lil pity party for himself. She reminded herself that he was a prepubescent boy whose feelings were FRAGILE. "Nawwww, for real." She nodded. "Even though you're weird and awkward now, you're still cute. And then in a couple years you'll be older and all handsome and then girls will be falling for you." Yes, somewhere in there, there was a compliment.

He took the seat beside her, and she listened as he introduced himself as Jamie. He looked like a Jamie. Not Unicorn Boy, eh? Though she wouldn't say anything about it now, Brynn would most likely say that nickname again in the future. It was made, and it couldn't be erased from her mind! "Nice to meet ya, Jamie. I'm Brynn." She tilted her head to the side. "What's your year and house, then?"

I think- Beauxbatons had them all the time" she said softly remembering her previous school, but knowing he'd never ask her to any dance, or he would and then dump her when he got what or whom he wanted- guys were like that anyway but it hurt. She pulled her curls from the ribbon and retied them back up as they ran. Smiling at the boy Connor had just addressed, she kept running but suddenly tripped and fell down the little slope next to the path. She groaned slightly from embarassment as she brushed off the dirt from the front of her pink sweatpants and then went to stand up.

"No... no. I was napping on the bench early so that the Unicorns wouldn't get me later." Why he was going for a nap on the bench was a whole different story. Dani blushed, she nodded- "Yeah... I'm okay... Cassie jogged all the way from the hufflepuff common room in her running shorts and tennis shoes. She was ready for this running thing even though she was surely going to lose to Josh. Oh well he did say that it wasn't really a competition per say right? Right.

She made it to the beginning of the path and looked around for Josh. If he stood her up she would find him and beat him up and there was no way he would be able to out run her then.

Wearing that first random stuff suitable for exercising he took from his trunk, it actually did not take much of Josh's time to get ready for the running as he did not do anything to get ready, except changing the school uniform, however again he was kinda forced to be hooked with some certain ~~fans of him~~friends so he was kinda late to meet the Hufflepuff girl there.

Cassie spun around when she heard Josh's voice she smiled. Good he actually came and didn't leave her here standing around like a fool, which meant she wouldn't have to hex him into next year the next time she ran into him. She smiled at the few people who passed and kind of looked at her. Had they never seen a girl jogging and stuff before? If they didn't they needed to get out more.

"Hey there, no I haven't been waiting here for very long. Actually I just got here so it's totally fine." She smiled at him and nodded."Yeah I kind of jogged here so I still need to stretch and stuff so I don't pull up. I have been dancing for years so I know some stretch moves that I do for that but I don't know if the ones for jogging are the same. You can lead the warm ups though."

Did he need like a hug or something? She was SO willing to give him a hug then again she really was willing to give ANYONE a hug.

She was just a nice princess like that. ^___^ She stared at him some more, listening to the older boy talk. Yes, he was DEFIANTLY older. She watched him a bit longer, swaying back and forth in the process. Propelled back? OKAY. now was confusion time. "WHY WOULD I DO THAT?!"She asked, scrunching her face up in the process. She wasn't mean, SHE WAS MINNIE. Minnie didn't do things like that and THIS boy didn't seem to understand.

THE CASTLE'S FOOD."OHMMMMMGGG. They have REALLY nommy food in the castle, don't you agree? I think so, I think the food IS good."She rambled, eyes wandering around the pathways, looking at random people passing by. She couldn't help it, they were moving and she was easily distracted. It wasn't like she was LAUGHING at them.

"Okayyyyy that's goooood..."She said STILL twirling on a strand of hair, watching people. Tired? o_O "I don't GET tired in the mornings! I'm ALWAYS awake and happy and skipping and singing and being friendly, and awesome and pretty and great and fabulous and....uh...YEAH. Awessssssommmme..."Minnie giggled at the end. She really was awesome and stuff. ^___^ "Do you have a name? Cause if you do, you should like, TELL me!"She was just throwing that out there.
