The house elves are hard at work preparing your next meal but, they're always willing to prepare an after-hours snack to those students who are brave enough to tickle the pear and enter the kitchens.
No, of course she didn't know why. She wouldn't have asked if she did, and whilst she didn't make it on purpose it still bothered him that he couldn't just let her comments go. It would make things so much easier if he said nothing that would lead them to this place again. This place, the discussion scenario.
So, basically, they were both at a loss as to how Treyen could still speak his mind around her? That was certainly not good. Well, it didn't seem good to him, and she was probably wondering the same thing.
Treyen was looking away, from her second 'I don't know' he just didn't feel like his eyes should be focusing on her, he'd decided that the spoon that lay at the table was better for his mind. Not for his heart, though. Then she apologized. Why was she apologizing for? He closed his eyes before finally speaking, "Doyouthink...," no, wait, "Do you think...that...maybe...," he opened his eyes because her image had come to mind, "Maybe...," why was his heart racing so fast this time around, eh? "We should just be friends?" his eyes were still on the spoon, and there was a part of him, a big part of him, that wanted her to disagree to that.
Yet, she was probably going to say YES to the one thing he wanted her to say NO to.
There he went again, taking forever to ask something.
Oh. Ellie's everything seemed to have gone stiff when Treyen had finally gotten his question out. Her body, her mind, her eyes stopped focusing, though they were still on Treyen, she even stopped breathing.
Once the numbness subsided from her brain, questions rushed through. Like, Be friends as opposed to what? What they were? What were they, even? Or what they wanted to be? Again, what did they want to be? With that, his answer could be different from hers. And, by him asking such a question, it seemed that way. Did he think they should?
Ellie hesitated. She drew a breath and blinked so she could actually see Treyen again. She wanted to ask him a question or two first, before answering. But then she'd be answering a question with a question and that was never a good idea. So, she shook her head. That was her answer. "Is that what you're thinking?"

Whatever had been happening on Ellie's side, he didn't know, because he was not looking her way. The spoon was probably going to burst into flames and become a Phoenix with how fixated his eyes were on the thing.
Actually, that would never happen, or not yet. He was useless at wandless magic.
Either way, he didn't see her answer. He only heard one question coming his way and he breathed in and out just one time as if to try and make his heart go slower. "Do you want to know what I'm really thinking, Eliana?" YES, Eliana. He actually didn't feel like he should tell her anyway, because what was the point to it if she was just going to question it, right? It seemed that very few things mattered right now.
Which is why he answered.
He had nothing to lose.
No. He had everything to lose. Because even to lose her friendship would be a disaster to him. "Actually, I'm thinking that I would love to call you my girlfriend, but I don't see us together if we keep doing this," arguing about the most stupid things imaginable only to end up arguing about what mattered quite a bit to Treyen, since it was his mind, after all, what had gotten him into trouble.

No eyes on Ellie yet.
She did want to know what he was thinking. That's why she asked, isn't it? But. In her experience, nothing favorable to her ever came from being called 'Eliana'. So, she was quite sure she'd like to change her answer.
She didn't say anything, though. But it was okay, because Treyen continued anyway.
Funny. The beginning of that statement almost, and probably would have, made her smile...if the second part wasn't said. Ellie, of course, disagreed with it, too. She'd love for Treyen to call her his girlfriend, too. Even if this did keep happening. But disagreeing probably wasn't a good idea.
"So... We have to stop this." For them to both get what they wanted.

Truth be told, he couldn't believe he'd said what he just did. Treyen had paid little attention to whatever words left his lips until they started to play over and over again in his mind. And he was almost positive that he'd lost Ellie with that, especially since she wasn't too much in favor of being called 'Eliana'.
She didn't move from her seat, though, and what surprised him the most was her reply.
Did that mean that she wanted to be his girlfriend as much as he wanted to be her boyfriend? Probably not as much as he did, but still. Treyen didn't want to ask, though, he was suddenly terrified at the thought of asking her. Plus, she only said they had to stop their stupid discussions, didn't mention anything else. So, did she want to be over this ridiculous, yet rather important, argument and leave it there? Or...should he ask her? No, right? Because he wasn't ready to do so? Because he wanted to give this...whatever they were...another chance? Not really, he just wanted to be able to say that Eliana Ellie Stone was his girlfriend, right?
Treyen only said one word, "Right." And then a smile resurfaced in his face.

None of that took care of the main problem yet.
Ellie'd looked away from Treyen, and back at the bowl in front of her. Even after he answered, she kept her eyes away.
Right. So, it was simple, yeah? Just stop doing what they knew was foolish in the first place.
And Ellie decided that their conversation was dropped. And she wasn't going to re-visit it. Not as long as she remembered. Because they were stopping. Now. So all will be okay.
It wasn't until after a minute of silence, of Ellie moving past their discussion, that she looked at Treyen. His smile was refreshing to see. She mimicked it.

Was it even possible that Treyen was asking too much of Ellie? Perhaps the reason why she didn't understand whatever he said regarding her and his feelings was because she wasn't ready to, not because she didn't want to, right? That makes sense.
Didn't make it true unless he asked and it happened to be true, BUT it did make a bit of sense.
After all, they've been dating about...what? Four months? Five? That made no difference, he knew he liked her since the last school year, but that was him, not Ellie.
He turned his eyes to her, and saw the smile on her face. Well, they were agreeing with something, that was a start. How come their little disagreement had ended as quickly as it started? Incredible. He wasn't going to mention that, because they had stopped, no? Well, Ellie had decided they'd stopped, and he was following her lead. He still took her hand in his. The smile he was holding became a bit smaller, "Happy Valentine's Day, by the way," he chuckled softly after saying that, because it was kind of funny, no? Disagreements on Valentine's Day? Completely funny. Even hilarious. Gilderoy would NOT be proud, for sure.

Her eyes fell to their hands. It was seriously amazing to her that Treyen liked her. At all, really, but especially when that kept happening. And then after, he seemed totally okay with it. He was first to smile, first to change the subject. Ellie was just amazed that he seemed to get over it so quickly.
That might not be the case, of course, as Ellie wasn't in his head. But it seemed that way. And, she wasn't quite sure if she liked it. She did, but that she liked that he was first. Because, didn't that mean that she lingered on things too long? That she should be over it just as quickly?
Valentine's Day. It totally didn't even phase her. But he was laughing. Why, exactly?
It only took looking back at his face to understand. Right. Valentine's Day. The day where people who fancied each other got together for happy times. While, their time together was...strained. "Yeah, Happy Valentine's Day," she replied with a laugh.
Really, though, she'd conclude that it was happy. She was with him, after all.

See? They were sort of doing alright now. Yes? Treyen was going to go with the 'she's not ready' excuse he'd thought a couple minutes ago for his own sake. And once he let go of whatever was bothering him, his smile was as truthful as ever. Honestly, he didn't let it go, but it was well-hidden somewhere around his mind.
Good. She understood the irony of their Valentine's Day. He winked her way after she laughed. They were definitely better. But, er, was she going to finish her ice cream? It wasn't melting yet, which was a plus, but she'd failed to touch it since...a few minutes ago. He wasn't going to even think about that.
"I like you, Eliana Stone." In case she forgot. A quick kiss on the cheek followed that statement, and she was probably going to think that her name sounded beyond odd after he uttered such words. He cared not.

Amazingly was what initially came to Ellie's mind when he said that. And then I know because she did know. He'd said so before. And, although she found it hard to believe, especially now, Treyen had also told her that he would never lie to her. So, she was forced to believe it.
She said neither, however. Amazingly seemed like it could start another of their ridiculous talks...and she was SO over those today. And I know sounded conceited. And that it could ALSO start a talk. So, Ellie kept quiet and simply smiled.
The 'Eliana' completely slipped by her.
When Treyen kissed her cheek, obviously, she couldn't keep looking at him. That would've been awfully hard and would've hurt her eyes if she tried. Her attention focused, instead on his bowl. Yes, HIS bowl. And then her eyes drifted to her own. Slowly, she reached out and, slowly still, picked up her spoon and resumed playing with the stuff inside. It was good that it hadn't melted yet.
She was playing with it because she wasn't sure if she should eat it. Were things so back to normal that it wouldn't be odd to eat? Or would it be like, 'how could you eat after what just happened'.
No. Ellie decided eating was better than letting the gelato melt. So, she did so. It still tasted good. And she was very glad Treyen had the elves make it. "Thank you." Mhm.

Text Cut: Ellie was right, either of those replies would've started another talk.

Treyen knew that the smile hadn't been her primary option. She was giving him a reply that most suited the moment, wasn't she? Well, really, he didn't care, because she had smiled, and didn't start another talk about nonsensical issues.
Ellie went back to her gelato, and he should probably go back to his. Things were good at the moment, why not take advantage of what Argyle had prepared for them, eh?
He looked back to her bowl only to hear her say 'Thank you' and his smile widened, if possible. "Anytime." That was his one reply, before they went back to their gelato, and hopefully no more arguments would arise.

Sammy tickled the pear and pushed the door open, making sure Ness was behind her then throwing her arms in the air and announcing in her best announcing voice "WELCOME TO THE KITCHENS YOUNG ONE" before waiting to see what Nessie's reaction would be, because Sammy remembered the first time she came in here she tried to eat everything in site, and somewhat failed, but Nessie was kinda different in that way. She wasn't nuts about food. Like Sammy. Who was crazy. About food. And just generally crazy. Oh well.

The day had arrived. The day when he had to leave his precious kitchen! Precious! To help...them. Loyal to the Headmaster, he was, but there was a frown dominating his expression.
Schmoop was going to be in charge. Algamus knew Schmoop pleased the studentsies. Studentsies that didn't have to come here. Studentsies that should be ALWAYS studying.
"Studentsies musn't touch shiny things!" The kitchenss heard that. He warned. Knives were lost to them studentsies. They touch shiny things and Algamus not touch them again.
Oh well.
Ness followed Sammy to the kitchens she then watched as Sammy tickeld the pear, then walked in , Ness was quite amazzed, there was just food and elves everywhere. It was pretty amazing. Ness walked around a little exploring. "Its AMAZING!!!" Said Ness. It really was. She would deffinately come back here when she got time, or she could come here to get midnight snacks. "4o do we just ask the elves what we want?" Asked Ness curiously. She probably could just take the food but that would be rude!
Like a Domino ♥ Karma Kimalia ♥ ♥ Taco Bell ♥ Sorry for party rocking
Kimalia was starving after unwisely choosing to skip breakfast before her Quidditch Match. She didn't want to overindulge herself though, that would be greedy, but at least feel quite satisfied. She grabbed a large blueberry muffin off the table. "Thank you, for the hard work you put into this." She said to no one in particular, odd how hunger drives one crazy. Taking a bite, she savored the delicious berry flavor.

"Oh i am fine",the Slytherin nodded,"what about you?"It was a nice day out there and she had her fave food with her,of course she was doing good.Oh well actually the only thing mising was Hugo, but he probably was busy.Additionaly the third year couldnt hang with her boyfriend too much.
Noticing the other Slytherin reanrranging the place of his cup and plate the blonde smiled a little.Sometimes Jonathan was just little odd,but she didnt care.Jonathan was an amazing guy and whenever they met up they had loads of fun.
Of course, the always bubbly and happy Fee. Jonathan always liked her presence because of the fact that she's always enthusiastic. Really, brightens up anyone's mood. She should be like a prefect or something. "It seems that we always meet here." he laughed "we must be hungry all the time" well, it's been a long time since the two actually talked again. The last time they had a conversation was at the lake during Fall. Approximately about 4 or 5 months ago?
Yeah, long enough.
Jonathan has been lazing around and enjoying every minute of sleep. He doesn't want to do anything. ANYTHING AT ALL. Even homework. But of course, a student has gotta do what a student has gotta do. Or his father will seriously get mad.
NOT NICE AT ALL.
Jonathan looked at his food when Fee mentioned about it. Yup, mixing the two up is his favorite. They should name this combo 'Jonathan's meal' or something like that. Still, people might think it's super weird and disgusting perhaps?
Jonathan nodded his head for confirmation. Best chocolate cake and pumpkin juice are created by the elves here at Hogwarts. YUMMY. After finishing putting his plates and utensils in order, he looked at Fee's plate "What are you eating?" he asked. It looks very appetizing. Jonathan should try that one out later when he's finished with his dessert.
"I'm fine as well" fine and healthy. Although always sleepy and tired. he's like a sloth. Most of the time.

Caroline was finally getting to meet up with Helena propgerly to tell her about her trip to Italy. Over the past days her crying had slowing gotten less and less to where she was only crying when she was alone. Keeping herself busy with Carter, her other friends1. and school work helped out more that she thought it would.
Walking toward the portiat of the fruit bowl strenching her pointer out to tickle the pear. As soon as the door knob appeared she pulled the door opened and walked throught the door and shut it behind her. She walked over to a empty table and flopping down on the stool. She wasn't quite sure what she wanted to eat, maybe she would just fix something later, after she got to talk to Helena. Where was that girl?

Helena was almost running on her way now, looking for Caroline in the kitchen, and she knew she must've been late, which was freaking her out. She hated being late.
But once she finally reached the kitchen, she looked around and noticed her sister, sitting over there at an empty table. "Hey," she said, grinning. "Sorry you had to wait for me. I forgot about the... pear." And that meant that she forgot how to get to the kitchen. Well, she'd been here only once before, so this excuse could work just one time. The next time she's late here? Totally her fault.
The girl took a seat and placed her small bag on her lap. You know, the one she was carrying around, full of parchment and quills and maybe other silly things. "How are you?"

"So, has life quality increased now that you know how awesome this place is?" she asked with a grin. And yes, that is what she said. Has your life quality increased because you know where the kitchens are and how awesome it is. YES.
Ness watched pretty surprised that Sammy didn't get more food, she just munched on some sweets instead. "Well just incase you would!" giggled Ness, then smiling at Sammy.Ness giggled agian at Sammy's next question, Sammy deffintely was a great person to hang around with if you needed a laugh, as she was pretty funny most of the time, well Ness had to be honest, her life quality did increase as she did love food, well when she was hungry which wasn't exaclt at the moment, but she knew sometimes she go really hungry, that she would litterly eat anything. Focusing back on the question, "Yip it has!" said Ness smiling once again.
Ness wondered how she had never seen Sammy around before, Ness thought she had met or at least seen every Huffie here, but she was probably, no deffinatley wrong, there seemed to be quite a lot she hadn't met yet, but she still had time, lots of time, so she wasn't stressed at all, she was just doing as Damien told her, she was making new friends."So what else do you like besides food?" giggled Ness.
Caroline watched as the door opened and Helena walked through. She smiled at her when she had sit down across from her. "Hey!" shaking her head. "Don't worry about. I only just got here myself."
Smiling slightly she shrugged. "It's getting better." That was the truth it was getting better .... slowly. "I found my father. I have a little half brother Asher." she told her with a smile. "Everything was going good, we were talking and trying to get to know each other. And then I asked him what happen between him and my mum. He totally freaked out."

So... she wasn't exactly late. Hehe.
The girl listened carefully to what Caroline was telling her, and a biiiig grin was spreading across her face. Oooh and she even had a brother. Well... half brother. Same thing. "How is he? Your father." Seriously curious creature over here!
Hmm he freaked out? "What happened then? What did he tell you?"
Alright. Enough questions. Helena really had to let Caroline speak.

Salander strode into the kitchens, a curious parchment rolled up into his hand, tap tapping it against his other palm. He sat himself at his favorite spot by the kitchen table and eyed the elves. Yesss its him again! And they all know how he likes his steak right? Right! Hold the burning cookie doughs though.

Why was he at the kitchens again? Oh, right. He failed to have the latest meal and ended up in here for something...anything, even a fruit, he didn't truly care, but he knew he could always make himself a sandwich, no? Or get a sandwich done by the elves.
That was even better...
...but he'd be content enough with grapes, it's not like he was too hungry anyway.
He didn't even notice Salander was inside until he walked closer to the table...what was the parchment he was holding about? Er, yeah, never mind. "Hey, man. What'd you been up to?" he said, taking a seat next to him, because he'd come all the way from the grounds, okay? He deserved to sit for a moment.
