He grinned hearing her. "I know that." Orlando never took Ryden as a usual girl. He wouldn't have hung out with her much if she hadn't been so different. When Ryden finally smiled properly, Orlando found relief.

It was as if things were right again.

When she brought her hand forward - her adorable, small hand - Orlando eagerly took the bracelet out, knowing what to do. Unlocking it, he brought it around her wrist and locked it again. Unsure of what he was feeling in that moment, he let his fingers act on their own. They trailed round her wrist, thumb brushing over her soft skin - fingers moving over her palm. He let his finger round her fingers, before holding her hand in his.

"You have very beautiful hands"

Ryden smiled. Truly smiled, from ear to ear. Honestly, she had absolutely no idea why that small phrase made her so happy, but it did. Saying nothing, the brunette opted instead to watch his hands. They looked almost freakishly large next to hers, but she bit her lip slightly and held her breath, waiting until he'd fastened the bracelet around her wrist.

For some reason, even after he was done, Ryden found she couldn't tear her eyes away from his fingers, which were doing strange things on her wrist and causing it to tingle in a very odd way. Odd, but not bad. More... oddly pleasant. Something like that.

So, when he said that he liked her hands after holding one, the brunette's face broke out into a grin and she looked up at him, catching his gaze. "My small hands, Orlando?" she asked, and cocked her head to side in an amused sort of way.

She wouldn't punch him this time, that was for sure.

"Thank you. It's... it's really nice," Ryden added, her voice coming out a little odd in the still air of the summer surrounding them. This whole thing was very strange. But not a bad strange. Nope, not bad at all.

William walked back to the Courtyard.. He is completely confused about girls. Hopefully some girl he never met could help him out with his situation.

"Yes, your small hands" Orlando nodded, lightly. His gaze lifted to match her amused ones. It was a silly moment, perhaps. But then why was this unfamiliar feeling taking over him.

Her voice drew his attention away, he grinned - relieved that she liked it. She liked liked it. "When you come back next year, this place won't feel strange. And this .. " he paused to point at her wrist. ".. is my way of telling you, there will be at least one familiar face waiting here to greet you."

"Because... I think he wanted to do something that would get more money for his daughter and... ex... " Dani said honestly with a little smile- "That's one long story" she couldn't help but laugh, but yeah- it was a long story. She rolled her eyes and sighed before hearing what Cover said next- "Oh that's awesome! Yeah, we have something like that with our Uncle now, he likes to show off us" she laughed. "My parents never... bothered with things like that" she shrugged.

"Aww, that's sweet of him." Cove said smiling. "What uncle doesn't like to show off his nieces and nephews?" She asked laughing. Her smile faded a bit when Dani said that her parents didn't bother with that stuff. "Oh, I wonder if I was still living with my mom if she would care about that stuff."

Dani smirked- "Yeah, my Uncle James is awesome" she said softly- "To be honest, I'm surprised he's even related to my Father" she said, somewhat coldly at the mention of her evil Dad. Although, only a select few people knew what had happened; it wasn't something she could shout out to anyone and everyone. Maybe one day she'd feel comfortable enough to tell everyone, but until then... no. "I'm sure she would" she said reassuringly with a little smile. "So... I'm gonna have to... hint to Connor, right?" she smirked, nudging Cove with a little laugh. "We used to run around in nappies together, so I'll know if he fancies you or not" she winked with a ltitle laugh.

Cove smiled. "There sometimes seems to be a good sibling and a bad sibling. Not bad, but.....well you know what I mena!" Cove said. "I think she would too. It seemed like she wanted me, but I guess she wasn't aloud to." She said with a slight smile.

Cove laughed a bit when Dani nudged her. "I guess so. Connor might just be the one guy that I have crushed on and felt this way. I guess Hogwarts might just have found the guy for me! Truely magical." She said laughing. "You've known him for that long? Oh my God, that's a long time. AlthoughIi've known John for ten years. We've lived next door to each other this whole time. He used to hate me because I always beat him in surf competions!"

Her small hands. Glancing down at them, Ryden put the tips of her fingers together and the corners of her mouth twitched slightly. They were indeed very small, and she knew she'd probably never like them, but something about Orlando liking them pleased her. It was very strange.

Looking back up at him as he talked again, the brunette smiled again. It was all very true, of course. More than he knew. Orlando would be one of the only reasons she'd get back onto the Hogwarts Express next September. Certainly it wouldn't be because of the people he shared a house with. "Thank you, Orlando," Ryden said again, then almost without noiticing leaned in a little closer to him, her small smile still intact.

It just felt right to be a little closer to him. Because, in all honestly, she wasn't really just thanking him for the bracelet. Not by a really long shot.

Dani smirked- "Aww... and yeah I have. It's a long time..." she laughed as she smirked again- "Ahh, yeah, boys get so annoyed when girls beat them at stuff" she laughed as she rolled her eyes and shook her head slightly and sighed deeply. "Except my brothers always let me win, which annoyed me" she laughed a little. "I... my brothers are my life, I miss them so much when I'm away" she admitted sadly, wondering why that sadness had just suddenly come over her, maybe it was the fact she was nearly going to be home and seeing them again.

"And they think we're the petty one! Boys are worse than we are!" Cove said laughing. "Yeah my brothers never let me do that. I beat them no matter what. Especially in poker." She said nodding her head. "I miss my family too. You're far away, but emails and texts are good things!" She couldn't wait to everyone again.

Maria sighed and flicked her fringe from her face. She tugged at a pigtail and finally found a place to rest. SHe slid to the ground and put a piece of gum in her mouth, fiddling with her bracelet.

She took out her sketchpad and started sketching her bedroom in Italy from memory.
