Stella was full with range, she was furious. "What the hell..." Wait is she is saying to such a small girl. "I mean," correcting herself, "What on earth is your problem?!" she asked getting up. She usually like fights, because they make the world a lot more interesting, but today she didn't feel like it.

Wait. What is she doing? Fighting with a second or first year girl, who seems to be somehow begging her to leave. She began to smile, " I am such an idiot," she said flicking her hair over her shoulder. She got up form the bench and looked at the girl, "I'm a Ravenclaw, and look what I'm doing? Fighting with you, and you know what? You can go to your sweet innocent little house because I am the best damn thing that your eyes have and will ever see." She walked towards the lake rapping her scarf around her neck.

Louisa laughed along. "Nah. Ravenclaws probably gave some wit signals to their Huffies friends." She grinned at that. You can't win with Louisa, you either lose or get a laugh out of it. Not many people get the latter though, it was a privilege to friends only.

The thirteen year old nodded sadly. It was even worse that she overheard them. Shouldn't they tell her about it spontaneously? Kita wasn't a child anymore! "I hate when that happens. I don't like people hiding stuff about me. If they don't trust us enough, why bother raising us on trusting family?" She said bitterly.
After a moment of silence, she realized that this wasn't about her. It was about Kita. "Did they tell you who your real parents were?" If they knew that is. She wasn't brought from an orphanage, wasn't she? Louisa hoped not, it'd only make it more tragic.

This girl was starting to freak Helena out. She looked as if she would... destroy everything that stood in her way, or something. And now she was the one who had a problem? Alright. Helena was sure now. The girl was a freak.

She was about to open her mouth to say something, even though she had no idea what, but the creepy girl had already left. Raising her eyebrow, she stood up and walked away, probably towards the common room, to sit by the fireplace, because she was still freezing.

Crazy people.

Too good to be true. Too good to be true. How did she end up finding an adorable, sweet, humble, kind, courageous, handsome Gryffindor like Brae?

The blonde blushed deeply as the Gryffindor kept on smiling at her and she couldn't resist not smiling back at Brae. The blonde grinned as he mentioned that he would like that too. Yay! Everything would work out in the end..Emma smiled at her special friend and he kissed her on the cheek, which made her blush. The blonde Malfoy beamed him a truly happy smile when he proclaimed that he liked her. "I like you too Super Brae," she replied, looking at his warm brown eyes.

The blonde kissed him briefly on the cheek and then held her hand out to Super Brae. "So, shall we 'boogie' or waltz?" asked Emma, laughing as she said boogie. It was a funny word.

Really? Well it's natural if you come from a different country, money is different for everyone. It's perfectly fine..I'm sure you understand it now.."CeCe said. It happened to her also, but she just wasn't ready to admit that she wanted to trade some of her money for magical money, and get her items basically for free, because she thought the trade was a way to pay.

Fee made her way to the courtyard,even though it was snowy and really cold this day was too beautiful to stay inside.Putting her Slytherin scarf tighter around her neck the girl looked around for someone she knew but somehow there was no one.Oh well.As the third year noticed that not one bench was free she sighed,but fortunately there sat a girl looking friendly so Fee decided to go and say hello."Hii there",she smiled and waved as she approached,"would you mind some company?"


Fee stood there at the courtyard with her Slytherin scarf tight around her neck and her gloves on.It was a pretty cold day but it was beautiful outside.Maybe she would meet some of her friends here.Snow had always fascinated her even though she didnt realyl liked it and knew i didnt make sense.But oh well.

Looking around the blonde noticed Kurumi sitting there with a HUGE amount of cakes.Oh woow,was she celebrating something? Who could eat this many cakes?Kurumi alone of course not.Smiling to herself the Slytherin waved at her friend."Heeeyyy you",she said happily,"are you throwing a cake party?"Maybe?IF soo Fee would definitely join.Hehe.

Dani looked up and smiled as she saw the fellow blonde nearby- "Hi! Oh of course" she said softly as she gestured towards the space next to her, she pushed back her hair and smiled at the girl, who appeared to be a fellow Slytherin by the looks of things too- "I'm Dani" she said softly.

Smells.... Good smells, sweet smells..... What is that smell?!

KURUMI! Rae basically sprinted up to the girl holding out her hand. "Kurumi, I've heard of you though I haven't officially met you. And I'm sorry about that. I'm Rae Skye." Of course Rae knew WHO this girl was. From what she heard.. And smelled, this young gryffie had the best baking skills EVER! "Can I try one of these? They smell soo good!"

Kurumi giggled. "It actually worked out for the best. The wandmaker really liked the money, so I ended up giving him one. It wasn't worth much. Can hardly buy anyting with only 5 yen." Actually, you could buy anything with it...although her brothers had tricked her into thinking that it was worth a lot of money when she was younger. 5 yen a day for doing all their chores...
Kurumi then spun around to see Fee had joined her and Cece. Oh good! She needed more people to feed all these cakes to. "Hello Fee!" she chirped as she returned the wave. "I-I-I think I got a bit carried away with baking. I heard that it was National Rolled Cake day and...well...I took advantage of it." And probably used all the sugar left in the kitchens. The house elves had been in a bit of a panic. "Oh! I think I have the perfect one for you," she smiled as she reached into her bag for another brown parcel. "I actually baked it using cherry blossoms from the tree I planted in the student garden during my first year."
Kurumi's head then slowly turned when she heard yet another person approach her and her cakes. Thank you Merlin! She had been worrying that they would go bad. Then again, she supposed that if she left them in the common room a hungry Josh would devour whatever was left. "H-H-Hello," she squeaked bowing to the girl. She was sure that she had seen her somewhere before, besides classes that is. Was she on yearbook as well? Kurumi couldn't completly place the girl, but she knew that she had seen her before mostly because she had been sitting next to Treyen during Charms. "I-I-It's nice to meet you Rae," she stammered through another few bows. She was just about to introduce herself when she remembered that the girl had just called her by name. Phew. Close call there! "Of course you may," she nodded as she fumbled through the large bag and pulled out another brown parcel. For some reason she thought this girl would enjoy a fancier cake than just a simple vanilla one with strawberries.

Kurumi pulled out the cake thingy or whatever it was and once Rae opened it she gasped... "Sweet Merlin! This is beautiful Kurumi! How do you DO this?" And the look... Was nothing compared to when Rae tasted it.. Her eyes grew wide as she stared at the girl who seemed to know recipes from heaven. "Tishh ish shoooo ghuuuuud!" Mouthfull of cake. But Rae was never one to be known for manners.

"Have you ever made one of those um.... Cakes on top of a cake thingy? Like when there's a small cake on top a bigger one on top a bigger one!" Rae had no idea the title was a stacked cake. She had no idea what anything was in a wedding.. Psh.. How was she supposed to know? She wasn't married....


Yet.

Kurumi blushed as the older girl ate her cake. Kurumi had to admit, she had given her one of her more zealous attempts at making rolled cakes. She was glad that maron...no, that was the Japanese word, chestnuts were in the cupboards. It had taken some time to prep them in order for them to be soft enough - not to mention it had taken herself and two other house elves to mush them down into a paste to be used in the icing and what not.

"I am glad you like it," she blushed. She then cocked her head to the side when Rae began explaining a cake. She tried not to giggle. "I believe the term you are looking for is a stacked cake," she nodded. "I actually made one last month for a friend's birthday party." Kurumi wasn't sure if this girl knew who Simon was, so it was probably best to just keep things simple with the term friend.

"It's fun at times. Before I leave school they would tell me where I had to go to find them. So, I did some amount of travelling by myself. I think I loved going to Egypt. That was a lot fun and a lot of sand." He replied. "I tried venturing around Diagonal Alley but my parents were a little tight gripped about it." he said with a shrug.

"I also heard about Hogsmead. I've never been there but it sounds fun." he remarked with a slight smirk.

Arabella-Marie nodded and said "Yeah well my parents really let me do what i like during holidays and you have never been to Hogsmeade your missing out it is one of the most awesome villages ever"

Jai raised his eyebrows,"Oh? Well, I really want to go now. What is it like?", he remarked as he looked a little more attentively at Arabella. He was always up for a new adventure. It was his nature which more than likely came from his parents who seemed to be on a perpetual adventure.

He liked the fact that the students weren't kept locked away at the school and that they got to go out and have adventures in a village. Everytime he saw students returning they had some more candy or trinkets or books. He wondered what he would return with when the chance came for him to.

Arabella-Marie thought and said "It is pretty cool and has plenty of shops to visit including honeydukes sweet shop which is brilliant to stock up on all sorts of sweets treats also we have the three broomsticks where you can drink butterbeer which is very tasty"

Jai smiled as he imagined all of what Arabella said,"So what's your favourite shop there?"It reminded him of Italy. Where there were shops lining the streets and there were many sweet things to choose from especially the ice-cream. Italy was well known for their very sweet frozen treat which was called Gelato.

CeCe nodded.She really didn't understand what a yen was. All she got out from it was that Yen was a form of japanese money, but she wasn't sure how much a yen could amount to magic money.

"So how is a Yen to Magical Money? I mean the worth of a yen is equivlant to Magical Money is what I'm trying to ask."CeCe said trying to explain her question, though to herself it just sounded as if she made it more confusing to understand her question. She hoped Kurumi had an idea of what CeCe tried to get at.

Well, it was safe to say that nobody beat this cake. THIS WAS DELICIOUS! "Oh! Right right, stacked cake.. That's what I meant..." This is the nervous question part... "What about um.... Wedding cakes... Have you made any of those?" Rae bit her lip and twisted that jeweled ring nervously.

Jonathan needed some air... probably cold air since the snow has finally come. He was wearing his Slytherin uniform. On his hand was a book that his mother owled him the other day. What was his mother thinking? Giving him a book when she clearly knows Jonathan doesn't read.

He could always give it to Jeanne as a gift. Jonathan reads books but he doesn't read it for pleasure. reading a book is not a hobby. It's what you do when your professors tells you.

He lifted the book up and stared at it for awhile. Shuffling through the pages, he came across Chapter one.... BORIIINNNGGG... He quickly closed the book and smiled. Amused that whenever he tries to actually read, his mind and body still resists.

He looked up to the gloomy sky.

"Well, I am not really sure with the exchange rates shifting all the time, but, 1000 yen is about 14 sickles and 17 knuts," she explained as she did a few small calculations in her head. "I don't know the exchange rate with pesos though."

"I can't say that I have," she said tilting her head to the side and drumming her index finger on her bottom lip. "But, the wedding aspect is just in the decorations, right? If someone were to tell me what they wanted I am sure I could come up with something. A stacked cake is a stacked cake no matter what angle you look at it."

Now THAT was very logical... Heh, why didn't Rae know this girl sooner?


Probably because she would be ten pounds heavier if she did..

"Kurumi.... Your baking skills have word around the school of how good you are. And now I've tried and seen it. Tasty AND gorgeous." That.. Was the total fact part, here comes the question. "Soon, I will be getting married... Will you make my wedding cake?"

Say.Nerve.Racking? Rae had herself convinced already that Kurumi would say no. They barely knew each other. Yet.... Rae just wanted more of what this younger gryffie baked!

Kurumi tugged on her black ponytail as Rae began complimenting her. Kurumi had never been good at receiving words of praise - and probably never would be to be totally honest.

In her blushing and toying with her hair, Kurumi nearly missed the older girl asking her to make her a cake. "REALLY?!" Kurumi squeaked, throwing her arms up in the air. It wasn't clear as to what her exclamation was referring to. It didn't really matter. Both situations were in much need of an exciting reaction.

"A-A-Are you sure you want me to do it?" she asked still feeling a bit flabbergasted as she put her hands on her cheeks to hide her blushing a bit. Her hair wasn't doing anything strange, was it? She swallowed. "I mean, OF COURSE I will do it! I just...just wonder if you perhaps wanted to leave it to a professional..."

She was only a third year after all.

Dani walked along and found a nice ledge to sit on as usual- she loved it out here in the courtyard- it was peaceful, well... that could be debated at times. Especially with the little first years running around everywhere like five year olds... oh well, they'd mature soon enough. She pulled out her sketch book and leaned back against the wall, pushing back some stray blonde curls from her face as she started finishing off the dress design that she'd been working on earlier.

The castle, other than being a great place to not freeze in, was getting unbelievably cramped. You'd think that with the huge halls and classrooms and corridors, there's be plenty of space to go around. In summer, perhaps but in winter, the whole castle was like a massive sealed cage.

Therefore, Ryden had taken the liberty of stepping outside this freezing day. Clad in numerous coats, a scarf and gloves, the short brunette entered the courtyard and spotted a Slytherin girl, roughly her own age, sitting not too far from where she was.

Hmm. And not too far from there, she'd first met Koala Boy. Feeling sentimental, Ryden made her way over and sat down beside the girl.

Dani pulled her cute beret a little further over her curls and zipped up her coat a little more- although those cloaks were *cough cough* mighty nice, they just weren't that practical in this weather. It was then that she felt someone else's presence next to her. She turned and noticed the girl sat next to her- that was nice, it was always good to have company. And it was always good to make new friends. "Hi" Dani said softly to the girl as she rested her sketchbook on her lap.
