"No those are reserved only for you," he said with a grin. Because he enjoyed messing with her just like she enjoyed messing with him. Well most days. When he wasn't moody and feeling helpless.

Hearing her question he sighed and shook his head, "No...she still blames me. Said something about ruining a good thing last time I saw her. I dunno. Just better brace him for her overbearing ways because she will be sure to work him over like she does James." And will claim it was for Lexi's benefit. The thought almost amused him and he was tempted to make a point to be there when they got there just to see it. "Just let me know when you're coming so I can make sure she's there and not dragging Fia shopping or whatever." And he could make sure he was there too and maybe Bothari.... HA that'd be fun. It'd be worse than if it had been Lexi's own parents.

"Well James and I will always be around and probably together. I think I might stay here if I can but I'm not sure yet." He glanced at her and raised an eyebrow, "You need to get off the potions. I don't like this you. I'd almost prefer it if you said you wanted as many clothes as I could afford."

"Now I highly doubt that... you seem to have penchant for annoying people," she said shoving her elbow into his ribs probably a little harder than she had meant for it to be...

Sighing she nodded her head. "I am not sure how Salander will take to this, to be honest. But, I think it is important to squash as much of this dramatic nonsense as possible. I don't want to be fighting with you because you are lashing out and him getting all weird. Because, I really do love him, Ivan. And I am determined not to mess this up," she said softly.

"Oh he can handle overbearing parents as well. He is from a prominent American family. I have read up a bit on them... don't tell anyone that though. I mean, I have told a few people, but I dun think it is something he wants widely known or anything. Much like yourself. And I will be sure to notify you ahead of time when I plan to go to see her. I might try to do that straight off the train actually. That way I can focus on the vaults the rest of the time I am here and then get to France in time to actually have some semblance of a holiday break," she said more to herself than to him really. She was thinking of everything she had to do... Sheesh. Ivan's mum was numero uno, though.

"Yeah, I am headed to France for the time being and then I think... I might go stateside eventually. I am not sure what happens after we all leave her. It's kind of sad." Then she blinked a few times and looked at him and sighed. "Yeah. Neptune got really agitated with me when I wouldn't react the way LEXI should have. I mean... I don't like feeling so different, but I am not really keen on being crazy for the rest of my life, either."

Good with the bad?

"I do...not," he said as she elbowed him. "I deserved that the other day not right now." OW. That actually kind of hurt, He rubbed his side and stuck his tongue out at her.

Listening to her he sighed and said quietly, "Yeah. I know you do. Why else would you have left me for him." He glanced at her and gave her a small smile. As much as it stung to admit he'd known that he just chose to ignore that particular fact and go for hating Salander instead.

He stretched out his legs in front of him as she spoke. So Salander had money. Least she hadn't step down more like a side step. "Well whenever you do come she'll love to see you." How his mum had come to like Lexi so much over such a short time was beyond him. Then again it hadn't surprised him any.

"Well we find jobs...if we have to. Live our lives and hang out when we can." Wasn't any different for him really though now that he was going to take over he didn't have to go play soldier boy if he didn't want to. "Well it's up to you. I mean if you feel better keep it up but if not then stop. I'm just not used to seeing you act this way that's all."

Oh that was rich. Now he was sticking his tongue out at her. Rolling her eyes slightly she managed to chuckle a bit.

Then her chuckle cut off and her smile vanished. Furrowing her brow she looked at him and for the first time... really told him what she thought. "You and I would never have worked, Ivan. I think we both know that. We were at eachother's throats too often... it was fun sometimes, but I think we would have grown to resent one another in the end. It would have been quite unhealthy. I have too many issues and you are too angry," she said.

"And you should give Sal a shot, Ivan. He is really not a bad guy. He didn't know about you just like you didn't know about him. I am the only one to blame there. I think you have been projecting your anger at the wrong person. REALLY. Knock me off of whatever pedastool you have me on and look at me for who I really am. Might change your mind about a lot of last year's events," she continued.

She then nodded. She would see Ivan's mother like she promised. It would happen regardless. She wouldn't be able to forgive herself if she didn't make it there to see her before she passed.

"I had been thinking about attending WADA, but now I am not so sure. I may want to teach. I have really enjoyed having kids here look up to me and be able to help them. It's been very rewarding, even if it was just a couple here and there. It made me see that if I focus that perhaps I could make a career out of it." She shrugged a bit and looked out over the Courtyard.

"It scares me because I don't feel like myself. And for all my faults and flaws... I kind of really liked being me. I liked speaking my mind when no one else would. Sticking up for people... Now I feel like just coasting along. I feel like a robot or something," she explained as she pulled her scarf tighter around her neck. SIGH.

Ivan leaned forward pulling his arm away from her and rubbed the back of his neck. "Can we not talk about this right now Lexi?" He hated when people sound so certain about what would have happened. He knew better than most not to do that. "What's done is done." And that was all he was going to say about that.

He smiled a bit at what she was thinking about doing. "Well you should do it if you want. I think you'd be a good teacher. You should do what makes you happy." While he was happy not doing anything at all and even preferred that at times.

He watched her curiously and frowned, "Then don't take it." He sighed and turned toward her fully, "Look. Just because your parents don't like how you are doesn't mean it's not right. So you're more outgoing and have a bit of a temper when pushed that's YOU. You could just as easily have been shy and not talked to anyone and they might have thought you depressed when it wasn't true. Don't let someone else tell you how you should be."

As she had with Neptune, she raised her hands in a surrendering motion and shrugged. "Just saying. But, that's fine. We won't talk about it." No harm in trying to explain to him that it wasn't him. It was all her. As usual.

Shrugging AGAIN she smiled at him and said, "Who knows. People may not want a crazy person teaching their kids. Public record that I was in St. Mungo's. I think Sal's parents are going to hold that against me too... Judging me so harshly before they have even met me."

Waving her hands about a bit she meant that clearly that topic was done with. She didn't want to think about it.

"But... what if they're right? What if I am dangerous. Or will become dangerous? My greatest fear is that I will hurt someone... else... or even just pushing everyone away when I get crazy... I don't want to end up alone," she said in a weak little voice as she averted her eyes.

"Sometimes I wonder if I will ever have a normal life." There... she said it again.

At least she dropped it easily but then again he also knew that was the potion doing it and not her. Well, he didn't really want to talk about that anyway.

He had a few opinions on what Sal's family and other people could go do but seeing her hand gesture he let it go. He hated people like that and he hated how Lexi kept being so negative. "I'm not exactly the shining example of a life gone right Lex." He was in fact alone and he tended to push some people away. "But you won't end up alone. I might and James might but not you," he gave her a slight smile.

Sighing he rolled his eyes, "YOU ARE NORMAL!" Geez. "I promise you are.. You need to stop listening to whatever anyone else says."

"Hell neither am I. Far from it." She chewed the end of one of her fingernails mercilessly and sighed. That sigh gave way to a snort though. "Neither you nor Jimmy will end up alone, Ivan. You just haven't found the right ones yet. Well, you haven't"

She jumped a little when he shouted at her. Knitting her brows together she shook her head slightly. "They are professionals though... should I not listen to PROFESSIONALS?" she said, putting emphasis on the word Professionals.

Waving her hands wildly she said, "I think you and I both know that what people see and think affect one far more than the facts more often than not. That is what frightens me about this whole thing."

Samira felt so happy she had a friend like Levi. It felt like he actually understood her, and he never judged. "No offense taken at all." The girl shrugged. "My parents and I...we don't really see eye to eye. They think they know what's best for me all the time, and it drives me crazy." Samira wants to relax during the summer and visit friends, her parents insist on traveling the world. Her parents are very anti-muggle, Samira wouldn't mind learning more about them. Samira looks up to her older cousins, her parents are always comparing her to them and making her feel so small. And to think she looked up to her parents for guidance at one point. What happened?

The Slytherin felt her breath hitch in her throat. She immediately felt selfish for talking about her own problems when Levi obviously had much more. She laid a gentle hand on his arm. "Oh, Levi...I'm really sorry. I didn't know." Samira didn't want Levi to think she was pitying him, because she wasn't. But her heart really ached for her friend. As much as she didn't like her parents, they did care about her deep down. She couldn't imagine how it must be for her Gryffindor friend.

Ivan snorted and shook his head, "Yeah I doubt I will but thanks." He grabbed her hand and pulled it away from her mouth so she'd stop biting her nails. "It's a bad habit. And anyway it's not a high priority anymore for me right now with everything else."

Seeing her jump he winced slightly. He hadn't meant to scare her. "Are you kidding? If I listened to everything PROFESSIONALS said well...let's just say they aren't always right about things. They deal with what everyone else considers the norm. But every person is different. Instead of dealing with that they just stick with the norm and say you are different."

"I don't know what to say Lexi," he said standing up and stretching. "But I think you should get off those potions. They aren't really helping you."

Fee stayed in her position for a little while,eyes still closed.Taking a deep breath a smile grew on the blonde's face.She could still feel Hugo's lips on hers and everything was tickling.To her it kinda proved that she really,really loved her boyfriend.

When she opened her eyes again the Slytherin looked straight into the ones of her boyfriend.He was sooo cute,how could this amazing guy see something in her?!Noticing him playing with her hand a littlr,the girl blushed and looked down at their hands.He made her feel special.

The third year giggled a little as her boyfriend was being obnoxious enough to ask if he had done well.Smiling brightly,Fee cupped his cheek."It was perfect,Hugo",she whispered and pecked his lips.It has definitely been worth waiting for this for more than a year.

Fee smiled at Lynnie to reassure her.Pygmies were really nice creatures,they would never hurt anyone."Dont worry they are all sweet",the blonde nodded,"the pink one is Marschmallow and the purple one is plum.It was sweet how Lynnie seemed to be a little afraid.Hehe.Ohh waaiiit,what game was the ravenclaw playing?Such aa baaad girl.Giggle."You are hiding from me?",she laughed,"oh my gooood what shall i doo? Heeelp."Weirdo Lynnie.Holding her stomaches because of laughter the Slytheirn looked at her friend."Awww i missed you too",she said,"i've been really good.So many things happened.With you?"

Lexi shook her head and continued chewing on her nail. "You will. I know it." Then she let him pull her hand away from her mouth and frowned at him. "That's not really a habit I had before was it?" she asked as she looked at her mangled looking nail. Geez.

"Well I never really had a lot of experience with stuff like this. They locked me up and threw away the key last time. I never really had a chance to ask them anything," she said with a hint of bitterness in her voice. Not directed at Ivan, of course... just there.

She watched him get up and stretch and furrowed her brows further. Was their conversation over now? Well then. Standing as well she went in for a hug and sighed. "Everything will be okay. Somehow. Some way." Pulling back she smiled up at him and nodded her head once and turned to walk away.

Zara stretched her arms, boy it sure was a good day. Today, she's deciding to hang out on the courtyard, in hopes of seeing someone who could join her in jogging running. They could practically run to the whole school, but that'd mean bumping into someone--and if it was a teacher it'd mean Zara needed a trip to detention.

As she was in the courtyard, she scanned for familiar faces. Hmm, who could possibly be available today?

"ZARA!!!" said Nessie glad to see her friend. She was thinking of going for a jog with her pygmy puff Puffles. She ran up to Zara with Puffles in her hand, she then gave Zara a hug and said. "How are you?"

Louisa arched an eyebrow. "Whaa..?" She said holding down a giggle. "Maybe Huffies are the ones with wit." She teased. "Because those words you just said made no sense at all." Louisa grinned at the brunette friend of hers.

Adopted? Kita's adopted?! Man! Louisa fell silent for a moment, she kind of knew how that must've felt... sort of. She knew her biological father wasn't Jason and that made her go nuts... what about being adopted? That stinks. "I'm sorry, Kita." She said carefully, but that shouldn't drive the girl down, right? "How did it happen? I mean.. it's not like you adoptive family's bad or anything. What reason made them tell you now?" She sounded as sincere as she truly was... with a hint of sheer curiosity.

Turning around, Zara saw Nessie. And hugged her back. The hug was getting more of a tradition. Hihi. "Hey, Ness. Nice to see you too," she giggled.

Then letting go of her, she replied, "I'm fine. Beautiful morning isn't it?" She smiled and looked up at the sky, though it somehow hurt her eyes so she had to squint.

"Saaay, Nessie," she looked back at Renesmee, "You wanna go run? For that homework in DADA."

"Yeah I't is!" said Nessie smiling."Yeah sure!" said Nessie putting Puffles In the bag on her back. She then made sure the zio was open a bit so he could get some fresh air. She was luckily wearing the right clothes for a run as the whole reason why she came here was for a walk. She smiled then said. "Lets Do This!!"

Zara grinned, Nessie seemed enthusiastic today. "Alright!" Zara cheerfully said. And she had just finished stretching her legs. Yep, she was ready for a run.

"Ready." She prepared and looked over at Nessie. "Set," already leaned forward, preparing for her first step, eyes on the path. And then she shouted, "Go!" She ran.

Zara felt like she was flying, with running so fast. Then she realized the Courtyard was not a straight pathway. Managing her speed just in time, she turned the corner and soon was running again.

As Nessie heard the word go she ran as fast as she good. She felt as though nothing and no one would stop her. She went faster and faster, only thinking about the air in her face and how she was running. It was an amazing feeling but not as good as flying. She started to slow a bit so she wouldn't go ahead of Zara.

* "WOOHOOO!" Zara shouted as she ran. She loved it. The wind was protesting against her speed. She ground seemed so far as if she wasn't even on it anymore. It was like flying, without a broom. Like Superman, only, she was only a few inches from the ground.

*Run* *Laugh in happiness* *Pant while running*

The two girls were running too fast, everyone near the middle of the path was backing out of the way. Hihi, Zara liked the feeling. Not only was she flying, she was also ruling. Though she sensed a lot of heads watching them with either amazement or annoyance, she didn't mind them at all. For now, she was flying, all her worries behind her. All the fights her friends were having were long forgotten. All her thoughts about how she doesn't often see Matt anymore gone.

After being outside all summer, Hecate decided not to be cooped up in her dungeon all day... so she went out for a stroll while the weather was still nice.

Daisy walked into the courtyard, it was quite quiet, but Nessie was there with another girl in their year that she had briefly met.
'Hi Nessie,' she said, smiling, she looked round, spotting Professor Lafay strolling through the courtyard. 'She's scary, isn't she,' she said, lowering her voice.

Rosemary ran through the courtyard until she needed to stop and whilst resting, she checked how far she ran. "What? Only 2 miles?! Another... Six to go!" She commented as she caught her breath.

Nessie just kept on running and running. It felt AWSOME! She then saw a proffessor coming to the court yard. Nessie hoped they wouldn't get into trouble. After all they were doing homework weren't they? She decided to not worry about the teacher and just kept on running, feeling free.

Nessie thought she heard somone's voice. It was Daisy of course. "HEY DAISY!" shouted Ness so she could hear. She couldn't stop running, well at least not yet. She felt to free and wild to stop.

'Hey Nessie!' Daisy yelled back, looking desperatly for a teacher...
